Great experience, wonderful service.

The check in person was nice. The rooms were define old but decent. We didn't spend much time there though.

This place should be closed. The rooms are out dated, none of the outlets worked. The only lighting that worked was in the bathroom. I found bed bugs in the room (my girlfriend has bites all over) and this location refused to acknowledge the issue. I requested a refund and they said they are unable to do it. The front desk personnel was very rude. I contacted corporate and they are refunding me my money. I will never stay at this place or affiliate locations. Thanks for ruining my anniversary.

Ok hotel, Needed to run out to target for a BIG fan to help the room air conditioning. The room ac worked but just did not blow strong enough to keep the whole room cool. The 20 dollar fan made a big difference. The breakfast was good. Would I stay there again? No. Great ac is very important to me.

The beds were comfortable, front desk staff was very polite. It was a bit busy and only had one person working, so there was a bit of a wait when we arrived… the room was clean, but the air conditioning in our room was TERRIBLE. We had it on the coldest it could possibly be set on because our room was so hot and sticky when we arrived. We left for a couple of hours and returned to a room that barely changed in temperature. This was my biggest complaint through our short two day stay. The system could use updating. Aside from that issue the stay was pleasant.

Great little charming historic motel. The managers are very nice especially Jay. The rooms are clean and the beds are soft. The breakfast is decent and fresh. We have stayed here twice in the last 6 months for several days. Its quiet and walking distance to Old Williamsburg. I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member, but we like it here. We will be going back again.

The motel was built in the 1950's and has such a cozy, homey atmosphere. The staff are helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and we spent a week here as opposed to other places in the area because we felt so at home. First stay here was Summer 2014.

This place was nice and the manager that attended to me he was really nice. It's ashame because he was very hospitable. But the room we were in was the comforters had a green stain and a old blood stain on them. The pillows were stained and we were told they hadn't been spot treated. There was a huge roach the size of an index finger in the room. It was not pleasant. When we went for breakfast. The women I think she was Indian went to refill the sliced bread and when she brought them back there was a long black hair in the sliced.

Great location, clean and relaxed! Located in a quiet neighborhood near all the history/amusement parks and all the staff was so friendly and helpful! One staff member, Jay, from the front desk went out of his way to happily help get our car jumped (kids left the lights on… oops)!

Great place to stay. Close to Busch Gardens and shopping near by. Rooms were clean. Restaurant next door has great breakfast!

What your employee did is against the fair housing act and the ADA. Illegal requirements for medically necessary service animal.

Historic hotel, has some updates, great value, close to Duke of Gloucester street (walking distance), good staff, would reccomend.

Great value for the family if you are traveling on a budget. The staff is courteous and the rooms are clean. They offer free breakfast and a strong Wi-Fi signal if you need to work during your visit. This motel is also within walking distance of Historic Williamsburg.

Older hotel, great prices and clean rooms. Good for a one or two night stay. Decent breakfast is a plus…

This is a cute little motor inn that is well kept and has vintage character. Very nice staff, clean rooms. Right next door to a wonderful restaurant.

Our go-to play to stay in Williamsburg. Great, helpful staff, super cute place. The building is old, mind you, but it's clean, the pool is GREAT (good hours and still open after Labor Day), and the location can't be beat. We highly recommend.

The rooms and location were very nice but every time we wanted to check in or out there was no one at the front desk and we'd have to wait.

The guest service desk was very helpful. He even called our room to make sure everything was alright. I've never had that before. Breakfast was delicious and readily stocked. This was the best hotel I've paid for in Williamsburg, and I'd highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's in a nice area, it only took us 15 to travel to our tournament. Although the room is dated; it's clean, the central air works, and is quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast but my "picky" kids left with only an apple.

Wonderful stay! Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is perfect; not too long of a drive anywhere but not a lot of traffic either. We will definitely come back!

Perfect location near Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens! Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Continental breakfast waffles a plus! Comfortable beds. Rooms are spacious. Great find!

Cockroach and when I captured one, took it to the front desk he said water but! Water bug my ass! I took pictures before taking it to the front desk but this site won't permit me to upload a picture!

Definitely not the nicest place but it is okay you are going to Busch Gardens and don't live in Virginia. At least it has cable and free Wi-Fi. (I feel like this place is not 100% clean sad)

Awful experience! When we arrived to our room it was like 85 degrees, call the front desk because the air condition unit wasn't cutting on. He said that they didn't have control of that but he could give me a fan. It seems like this is not the first time this has happened. Half a roll of toilet paper for almost 2 days so I went & bought my own. The sheets & comforter had holes in them & the towels look like they went through a shredder, strings hanging off. The pics on the Internet are deceiving. I do not recommend this motel/hotel to anyone.

Awful! Got to the room it felt like 85 degrees called the front desk the said they could get me a oscillating fan — Hmmm seems this is not the first time, half a roll of toilet paper, holes in the sheet, & towels with strings & looks shredded. Very out dated. I guess you get what you pay for but the looks of the place on the Internet are very deceiving. Not very happy about my experience there & I will never stay there again.

I drove over 5 hours here while on my road trip vacation and arrived around 12:30am. I called ahead and advised staff I would be arriving later in the evening. When I arrived, the overnight staff member was SLEEPING behind the front desk! I tried yelling to get his attention, then finally my sister tried, without luck. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes with Choice Hotels to find a new room but nothing in the area was available or affordable. After 45 minutes, the man woke up and stepped outside to smoke. I got out of my car to check in (unfortunately). The door to my room wouldn't open, and then after pushing all of my weight, I opened it. The room is out-dated, beds are uncomfortable, bathroom and shower are ancient. Only one side of the TV speakers worked. Wifi was slow. Road noise was SUPER loud and tons of motorcycles were in the area. Parking was awful. The next day, the front desk called me and said there was an issue with my room and they had to check me out and re-check me in. I told them absolutely not, and explained my issues thusfar. They called my room right back, apologized greatly, and fixed my reservation. I met that staff member, Dalton, and he was SUPER helpful, nice, and caring! He asked repeatedly if there was anything he can do for us, and apologized greatly for how awful our check-in process was. When checking out, he was also working, and gave us some tips for Busch Gardens for the day. Dalton also kept the breakfast area very clean and stocked.

Very nice for the money. Good location, plenty of parking, good value, very helpful staff.
