The resort that I have visited are great. However Blue green vacations has left a bad taste in my mouth. I need to get out of this timeshare.

Great place to stay! Clean rooms and friendly staff!

Good customer service a relaxing atmosphere a lot of excellent hospitality work equipment quality cleaning and a safe and cozy place where all are a family.

Pretty disappointed. We bought this vacation package from Outdoor World and were told that we'd be staying at a resort. When we arrived however, they had booked us at a nearby hotel. The front desk told us that we could upgrade if we wanted to stay here so that was another $300 for something that we were expecting with the original purchase of $200 plus "tax, title and tags". My husband and I hardly ever get away and we were looking for something like this to start a tradition, but it's not looking good for the presentation day hooptyloo tommorow. The suites are fine and the furniture is very comfortable. Also, staff is very courteous. Water pressure… not so much. No spa on premise just a heated pool in a building across the parking lot.

The hotel was great. We wanted to buy a timeshare but it just wasn't the right time.

Employees were friendly, informative, helpful & a pleasure to enteract with. Clean wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful resort within walking distance of colonial Williamsburg. Staff was amazingly welcoming and hospitable. I will be back to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Super clean and modern. Close to everything in Williamsburg. Pool is large and heated. Play room is fun for the kids. You do have to check out equipment from front desk.

Quiet, secure. Laundry facilities available. Handicap parking and access. Well stocked with kitchen needs, large refrigerator. Very comfortable and Clea.

Totally scam. I was told that I won a drawing for a free vacation. Ended up being a 3 hour timeshare presentation and they put you up at the comfort inn or similar. Received my "gifts" but they just wanted more money. I understand taxes weren't included, but I thought the taxes were way over what they should have been. Ended up paying over $400, which was just about a wash for the room. Very lovely staff, but was just under false pretenses the entire time. They do have the best coffee machine that makes the best cappuccino though.

I drove over 3hrs with my 2 sisters to come to this resort and I was excited because I was actually interested in buying! What I didn't know was that I would have to get my credit checked and based on that they will decide to give you a presentation! So on December 10th (Sunday morning), I spoke with Katherine and she that I would get a $100 gift card and asked for my sister's name as well. I gave it to her! So fast forward to check in on Sunday night when we arrived. I go in because my other sister who is a owner said I needed to sign some papers and I said ok! I go in and they ask the same questions that Katherine asked me on Sunday morning except they asked for my social security number and ID. He states that they cannot process the paperwork and it wasn't a good thing or bad thing but if I do not hear from them then everything will be fine! So my appointment is on December 11th at 9:00am and at 8:30am I get a call saying that they cannot go on with the presentation and I can attend with my other sister whose name I gave to Katherine. Well we get to the center and they have no record of my sister being on there so another lady that works at the center came off like she didn't want to deal with the issue! She tells my sister that she can do the application and have an appointment tomorrow on the 12th but we are leaving tomorrow. Now I'm upset because I feel like we were lied to and apparently there is no communication amongst co-workers!

If I'd have known they were going to cancel our tour of the timeshares and place us in a different hotel because of my credit score, I wouldn't have driven 800 miles to get here in time. At least I get to spend time with my family. Stay away from this place.

Great hotel especially for extended stay or families. Lots of room including full kitchen for cooking during your stay. Plenty of amenities and things to do at the resort. Very clean.

I love Bluegreen Vacation Resorts. Home away from home, they have all the amenities of home plus what I want on vacation. Discover their discount coupons and go where you want to go.

Timeshare avoid at all costs. This is money pit you cannot recover from. Run as fast as you can. This is a legal scam in my opinion it sounds like a great deal when you are attending the sales presentation but after the ink dries you will be highly disappointed. If you don't believe me try to upgraded to s larger room at time of check — in. Better yet complain about your cramped outdated accommodations and you will get nothing.

I loved this place! traveled with my family of 6 and we all had a blast! immaculately clean, staff were very pleasant and accommodating, amazing location — near colonial williamsburg and busch gardens. Would go back in a heartbeat and I have pretty high standards!

Upscale, New, lots of room. Fully furnished living room, large bathroom, large kitchen, fully stocked with pots and cooking utensils. I travel every weekend on business. I give the Blue Green 5 STAR upscale. Anyone giving this location bad reviews is a travel novice.

Where do I start. The front desk staff were bragging that the building and room that we were staying in was brand new. However there is nothing for kids to do at the "Resort". Well the rooms are beautiful, but makeup doesn't make a pig look any better. We stayed in a brand new room that the toilets backed up and the shower did not drain. We were then moved to another brand new room that was full of boxes from the staff trying to get ready for completion. We were then given another brand new room in which the brand new televisions were not working because the wall cable was not even connected inside the wall for the tv. Not only that but the dryer is piping hot and producing heat and we haven't even used it. Oh yeah did I mention we have no hot water. "Who in hell inspected this place"? If not for Jon the maintenance man we would have left in the middle of the night the first night. He was the saving grace for this pig with makeup. We will never stay at this place again. They owe us money for putting up with the nonsense. If I could rate this place lower I would! It gets a 1 star because of Jon the maintenance man!

If you are accustomed to blue green resorts, this is more like a "hotel" without hotel amenities. The rooms are nice. The game room and fitness rooms are nice, but you will have to walk 250 feet into another building to do simple things like check out pool sticks and ping pong balls. That isn't simple if you are a single father of 3 young children. And as a bluegreen owner, I feel I'd be better off staying at a hotel than this so called resort. I don't feel I'm getting my monies worth with this "resort". Make sure you bring plenty of snacks or groceries because the nearest store in over a mile away and isn't convenient to get to.

Went this hotel as part of a package from Bass pro shop. I did not like the fact that they did not (the hotel maids) come in to change the linens, clean the room. I had to take out my own trash and towels as I was informed that I was not staying in a full service hotel, although I know that at least on two occasions someone did go into my room because the tissue in the box in the bathroom had been replaced. That was literally the only thing that had been done for the time table of 5 days. . I will never go back, do yourself a favor, and skip this hotel. I have never had a problem with any of this establishments other hotels.

This is a time share. I had an annual time share I could not use annually. I was told by the salesman if you buy a bi-annual (every other year) condo we will sell your annual time-share for you. That was just a lie to get us to buy. I don't understand how someone can look you straight in the eyes and promise something like that, knowing they are lying straight to your face. Do not trust these people. I have not used the time-share at all, because now I have two of them. I understand fool me once. But I have never encountered such dishonest people. My original time-share was bi-annual elsewhere, and was fine. After a few years we were forced to switch to an annual contract. We could not utilize it annually, and this seemed to be the answer. We did not know it was a scam they run. The rep at Bass Pro Shops told us" We will sell your annual time share" the people at Patrick Henry went right along with the lie. I am very displeased.

Owners in Bluegreen stay at a separate building from the hotel. Our room was very nice, everything was updated, great experience with Bluegreen staff as always.

The location of this hotel is great, but there is nothing else good to say about it. Our hotel room had ripped wallpaper, dirty carpets, the blanket on the bed had large holes in it and I question the cleanliness of the towels and sheets. We stayed the night because we were traveling with a pet and pet hotels are limited in Williamsburg. Never again! Disgusting.
