The hotel is so nice! Great location, super friendly staff! Beds are comfortable and the suites are huge!

If you want to take a gamble on if they have a room or not. You will get a better discount then actually booking. Three gentlemen came in Friday night to stay one night and got an $80 discount then what I paid booking ahead. Not to mention a room with a pull out queen so 3 beds vs the 2 beds I had. It was clean and beds were comfortable for us. The pool goes to 5 feet and its indoor which is nice. Spa does not get super hot, but nice to sit in after walking around Bush Gardens all day. The game room had some verity of games, but be prepared for them to lag a bit being older games. Both elevators worked, staff was friendly, location is good. Breakfast was also nice. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, coffee, cereal, milk etc. Just disappointed in pricing when I had heard how big of a discount that room was given. So that caused me not to want to stay here again or book in advance at that rate.

Enjoy pool hot tub. Refrig. Breakfast good. Bed very comfortable.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious including bathroom. Friendly felt welcome when entering the building.

The hotel is right around the corner from the visitor center, literally. This hotel is accurately priced. Just booked for 400 for 3 nights thanks to booking. Com.

Was quite impressed with this hotel. Friendly and hospitable staff, very clean rooms with many charging ports, great breakfast. Mike at front desk was very personable ~ always had a smile and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Nice location and close to Colonial Williamsburg. Room was good size and the jacuzzi tub in the room was relaxing. Larger TV than other places I have stayed recently. We had 4 people and fitting 2 people on the pull out bed was a bit tight. Pool area was nice but very loud between pool fountains and hot tub jets but that's something I understand for an indoor pool. Breakfast had good variety including eggs, sausage, waffles, danish, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee. Overall nice place. Would stay again.

Comfortable and moderately luxurious medium/budget priced hotel. Swimming pool. No bar or restaurant but facilities good otherwise. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking.

The hotel is modern and clean. Staff were polite and accommodating. I made reservations and changed them twice once I arrived. No questions asked. They readily made the changes with a smile as though they really appreciated my business, which isn't often found anymore. I would recommend a few more selections for breakfast but it was sufficient considering the room rates. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Williamsburg.

It was clean, large rooms, lovely breakfast with eggs, coffee, milk and toast The colors were stunning with the black, white and red. Wonderful staff. It was hidden in the back of hotels yet right next to Cracker Barrel. The price was $117 for 2 adults. Our view was scenic with beautiful trees and a hill outside our room. For OCD people, the only thing I can think you wouldn't like were the uncomfortable couch and the rust stains from the safety bar in the bathroom.

Very nice, extremely clean, well maintained and the breakfast had hot and cold choices. The room was very roomy and the beds were oh so comfortable! I booked through Choice Hotels and got a FANTASTIC rate! Close by several eateries, shops, sights!

Wonderful place. The rooms were nice and clean and fresh linen. The pool was refreshing. The hot tub was really nice and warm. Jets really didn't work but was still nice. Check in and check out was real easy and simple. Will DEFINITELY be staying again.

It was fun. The food there is good and there is good room service. I recommend it to everyone who wants a fine hotel stay :)

We stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago for four nights, and were very pleased with it from several perspectives: It's centrally located, making it easy to get to places like the Yorktown Museum of the Revolution, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and area restaurants; the hotel was very comfortable and our room — a suite — was well equipped; the breakfast was surprisingly good, with real, freshly made scrambled eggs (not the "scrambled egg patties you get in a lot of hotels), juice, sausage, etc. ; parking was easy and plentiful; the people at the desk were helpful and friendly, especially one young woman who pointed us to a restaurant that we probably would not have considered ("Food for Thought") ; and coffee and tea available all the time (and it's good coffee…). Just a side note — There is a pancake breakfast restaurant (Mama Steve's) near Food for Thought that we went to for a change of pace one morning — it was awful. The restaurant badly needs an update, the service was lousy, the food was mediocre, and it was expensive. It's a large restaurant and there were only a couple of other tables occupied.

Nice hotel. Went here in July 2015 with my summer camp. I enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfasts were nice.

The place is beautiful! It's quiet. Peaceful. Serene. Clean. The staff is courteous, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I stayed here for a valentine's outing and it was amazing! The service was friendly and very professional and everything looked clean and modern. Very happy with our stay!

I specifically rented a room with a Jacuzzi tub so my husband and I could enjoy it together for his birthday. The jets didn't work. When I checked out, the desk clerk said he would have maintenance look into it. No apology and didn't even try to compensate for the issue. The room was a very nice size. Everything else was fine.

This hotel had more space then usual. I really enjoyed the rooms themself. It was also very beautiful in the lobby. The breakfast was delicious I would say a little better than your typical Hotel breakfast. The only reason I am scoring this hotel lower is because I felt like the customer service was not as good as it could have been. I do expect a lot when it comes to customer service. And I generally will give an amazing rating based on customer service. This hotel just did not meet my expectations in that category. One example of this was my son left his glasses in the pool area (age 10) and when we asked if they could unlock the pool area so we could retrieve the glasses they told us to wait until the morning. It does not seem like a big deal but I spent the night worrying about for getting the glasses. I felt like this was not very professional. That one just one of the many poor customer experiences I had well staying here.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was pretty nice and fairly recently renovated. The bed was hard for my taste but otherwise in good repair. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Very convenient 5 minute drive to Colonial Williamsburg.

This was the cheapest price I could find for a suite to accommodate 6 people. I did not expect the modern decor of the hotel. The place was kept incredibly clean and inviting. On the last night we were there, we ordered pizza but they didn't have plates or anything we would normally have for a sit down dinner at home. The breakfast area at the hotel, however, did. On the way out of the hotel to pick up the pizza we ask the person at the front desk if we could take some plates and cups for drinks to eat in our hotel room. The gentleman was very nice responded "Yes" and told us that if we wanted to eat in the breakfast area that would be okay. He even showed us where the lights were and was okay with the fact that we ate in the dining room. The gentleman was incredibly nice and helpful. I will definitely go back to that place again if we ever visit Williamsburg, again.

The hotel was very nice and decorated for the holidays. And the service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The suite was kind of small but well kept and stocked.

Upon arrival with no reservation, I was offered a double bed room by the front desk attendant for $11 cheaper than online. I quickly paid for one nights stay and headed to my room. When I stepped into the room and took note of how clean and spacious the suite was, I quickly made a call down to the front desk and was able to secure a second nights stay in the same room at the same price. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room is larger than average with a sofa bed, fridge, and microwave. The bathtub is a bit small but the hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub open until 11pm which made up for that in my eyes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying 8n Williamsburg.

This is a great place to stay while visiting the many historical sites in the area. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Indoor pool and hot tub. Excellent value.

This place is wonderful! The beds are extremely comfortable. It is five minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country U. S. A. (which are each wonderful). It's also five minutes from colonial Williamsburg (which is also very interesting). I would recommend this hotel.

This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotel experiences that I have ever had! The bed was super comfy and the room and entire hotel was immaculately clean! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! There was a good spread for breakfast and the waffles were the best! We had a wonderful vacation and stay and I wouldn't hesitate to get a room here again!

This hotel is very clean, modern and nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast area is nice, but a little small. Breakfast foods are okay, its your average complimentary breakfast. We are a family of 6 that slept comfortably and had room to move around in the suite. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful in a crisis! During our check-out, a family member left personal items in the lobby at the hotel, but didn't realize they were missing until our arrival home. I contacted the hotel and was informed that the items were found and secured away. I was given useful instructions on how I can get the items picked-up by a nearby UPS service, that usually works with the hotels in the area. The UPS representative was actually familiar with this hotel, which I found to be wonderful news. The front desk staff at the hotel made it easy and was very helpful. I appreciate all their thoughtfulness and kind words that were shared with me over the phone when I was panicking in trying to locate the lost items. A special thank you to front desk staff members, Ms. Miriam, Mr. Mike and Mr. Veer for going over and beyond in making sure the items were recovered, secured away and for working with me to make sure they were picked up by UPS. Items were delivered to our home within the next couple of days. You all are the best! My family and I will be visiting this hotel again!

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The services offered were wonderful, I liked the large room that appeared updated. My room was clean and the restroom was stocked with all the supplies. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, and I woke up I was a little sore. The location was just perfect and the staff was excellent. It would have been nice if breakfast was open just a little earlier, but it was open just early enough for me to grab something before I left. Overall a very nice stay with great staff and excellent amenities.

Awesome hotel! We got a room from Thursday to Friday (non weekend) and it was $90 with tax! The quality of the hotel is way beyond $90. Loved the room and the lobby! Very clean! Service is awesome! Has good breakfast and inside pool and hot tub!

I would recommend this hotel over any in Williamsburg, the pool and the hotub are excellent, the breakfast has the best waffles, as a choice privileged member I always stay at choice property's. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well, I love that the shower head has 3 settings, the bathroom has a tub and shower combo, marriam at the desk is a jewel, she gave me many options for dining out in the area.

"Wonderful Stay" We arrived on Jan 12, 2016 for a training class for my job. Upon our arrival the Tim was very courteous and help full. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and kept well stoked by the staff. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will defiantly be back.

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions because it is great for family not fitting into a traditional hotel room.

The room setup was nice but that's where it ends. The entire room was dirty. It was an old used washcloth from the previous guess left on the shower curtain rod. Also the bed linnen was dirty and stained. The microwave was dirty inside and out. Thank god for lysol wipes. The lamp shades had holes in them. I don't even want to guess what that stain is on the bed blanket. They removed the rag and replaced the linen afetr two complaints. Then we had to call the front desk in an attempt to stpop the kids from running and stomping all day and night fro two days, but it still sounds like the circus is on the 3rd floor again. Last but not least if the free breakfast is one of the selling pionts then why is it cool when it should be hot? The best thing on the bar was the fruit loops! My family and myself have been coming here at least 3 times a year for about 4 years now and this may be our last. It was a nice place but now the problems and loss of control of the guests along with the original outdated, worn, stained & damaged furniture they should change the name to motel 6 and leave the light on.

Great experience staying here! Rooms were super clean and recently renovated. Very modern look! We had no issues during our stay and will definitely look into coming back on our next trip. Very close to many of the Williamsburg attractions and lots of good restaurants only a short drive away.
