For Diamond members ot has a great Executive Lounge, with happy hour on wines and hot hors d'oeuvres, plus free drinks on Tuesdays. Magnificent location and excellent service.

Roms were perfect, management and staff were incredible. The location is great and near everything.

This is a really nice hotel it's in walking distance of great food places. Tom service was great. The bed was very comfortable. I've the cleanest my room. Shower was awesome it's just a really great place to stay I say Book it!

We stay at Hilton properties nearly every time we travel. We have been to this location before. While I cannot say our stay this time was bad, it certainly was not to the standard we expect from a Hilton. Mainly, we had to switch rooms twice because the air conditioning was broken. It happens, but it was a hassle to say the least. The location is really great if you are visiting DC for a few days. Lots of walkable food options. The metro is literally right down stairs. But because of this there is also usually a lot of pandering around the hotel. I can say that I never felt unsafe however. The hotel bar is always pretty dead so if you're looking for a close option, then I would suggest checking some of the bars or restaurants within the few blocks around the hotel.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in the DC area. The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are updated. There are several eating options nearby, and the Ballston metro stop is very close. Good location for hopping on the metro to see DC. I did not have time to enjoy the club level lounge evening reception or breakfast, but it is available for those on the club floor. There is also a nice fitness room and access to a local gym (for a discounted fee). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet, but the front desk already had new keys ready for me when I got back down to the lobby as they realized their mistake after I got on the elevator. Overall, good hotel at a cheaper pricepoint than DC hotels.

I spend 4 days at the Hilton Arlington while on vacation visiting DC. First of all, the staff at Front Desk is super helpful and friendly. Top customer service! Henry was the best! Very kind, and always helping us with our needs and doubts. The hotel is very well located. Nice area, just above the Ballston Metro station, so getting to and from DC is very easy. Close by restaurants, shops, Coffee shops. Everything was excellent and made my vacation memorable! Thank Hilton.

The hotel is located right above the metro station. The food is very good. The staff are friendly. The rooms are warm and inviting. And the bathroom as a very nice shower. Plenty of amenities.

Booked on Hotel Tonight while at Arlington Cemetery and confirmed on my phone. Walked into the hotel and was not greeted warmly, then the clerk acted as if It was a problem that she had to “manually” enter the order. If it’s such a problem don’t accept Hotel Tonight reservations. Then she wrote my expiration date down incorrectly, called me in my room asked me to come back to the front desk. I called my cc holder to make sure since I was traveling they hadn’t put a hold on my card. It was then they told me the expiration date was entered incorrectly. So I called the front desk and the gentleman that answered acted as if I gave the wrong info. I later stopped by the front desk to make sure they had everything they needed. Then I offered my Hilton Honors card, and all of a sudden I was worthy of staying there. The rooms were less than in my opinion. The air conditioner was very loud. People kept knocking on our door through out the night. All I wanted was to have a nice night with my son that is going to Marine Boot Camp on Monday!

Nice hotel. Nice neighborbood. Excellent location with Metro subway station right outside. Easy access to all the DC sights.

Hotel was under renovation but the staff and amenities still were excellent. The restaurant was actually really good as well.

Excente Hotel with a strategic location. On the Ballston station from where you can take the Orange subway line, it is also the stop of several bus routes which makes it easy to get to any place in Arlington. It is very complete and comfortable, and although it says the Internet service is paid, there is free internet. The rooms have a desk, oven and coffee maker. Overall very good experience.

Washington DC Arlington Hilton is very nice. Parking is worth the $20 overnight fee they charge. They allow in/out privilagedNot very easy to find overnight free street parking around this area. Metro station is on corner.

I am pretty impressed with location. Visited here for training and felt happy that I made a right choice by Hilton Arlington. Staff are very friendly and always available. Although lot of construction work going, I was impacted very minimal. Room was thoroughly kept nice and neat. Restaurant food was great.

Solid hotel in a great location. Good hotel for business trips. Convenient to metro station. Recently remodeled rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful. Restaurant options within walking distance are limited and not the best.

Upon checking in, half of our stay was canceled. The hotel blamed Southwest Airlines (who booked for us), but the hotel's stories didn't line up. For example the front desk said they were overbooked for the second night and couldn't get us a room (even though it was prepaid with a confirmation), yet when we called the Hilton helpline and visited the Hilton website there was availability. After a few hours with the help of Southwest, the staff was able to fix the issue (not sure how if the Hilton was truly overbooked as we were told). Being close to the Metro is a positive.

Convenient location in Arlington with metro station in the building. Room was good but had no safe or refrigerator. Feels more like an apartment complex than a full service hotel due to the layout and design. The staff was friendly and the service was very good.

Only stayed one night. We had no problems. It's right next to the metro, which is nice.

The rooms are clean and the furniture is new. The staff were helpful, but maybe not the friendliest. Most importantly, the location is amazing. You have access to metro, several bus stops and a huge variety of restaurants and convenience shops.

Very convenient location, right next to the metro stop. The welcoming and accommodating staff was able to receive my luggage from the airport very early in the morning. The rooms are comfy and quiet.

Spacious, quiet rooms and great amenities. Parking available for an added fee in the adjacent garage. Good location next to metro and walking distance to attractions and food.

Disadvantages with very slow lifts.

I really liked it, it seemed like about a four star hotel. Very Clean rooms and nice staff. Although this may not be an issue to some the room service was very slow. Overall very impressed, and the metro station Ballston is right outside the entrance literally so a very close to the City but not too close.

Rooms were pretty solid. Clean and quiet. Recently renovated bathroom, though no fan which was weird. If you are a club member the breakfast is pretty good, but if not it's extra so that's a bummer. But overall solid hotel, location is right next to the Ballston-MU metro so super convenient location!

Great location with drugstores, restaurants, and groceries within walking distance. Rooms are nice, clean, and up to date. Front desk is courteous. I just wish there was a pool and hot tub.

Quiet and well maintained property. Extremely empowered 'do-anything' staff, making this a great place to stay. Steps from Ballston Metro, bus, and a number of government agencies. Bar and Restaurant now features draft beer and has upgraded liquor and wine selections. May be a little corporate on what they can offer, but everything on menu is tasty. Also, newly renovated. Still has new hotel smell.

Been here several times and always enjoy my stay. Have s great restaurant with good food. Highly recommend it. Has s discounted parking garage. Close to Washington D. C.

We held our son's bar mitzvah party at the Hilton Arlington in April of 2017. Everything went very well — the planning part with Loryne was very smooth — she clearly has done this before and made the whole process very easy. The food on the night of the event was excellent, and the banquet service staff was attentive without being smothering. Overall, we were very happy with the entire process and would consider holding another event there in the future.

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff. The only issue I had was that there was a good amount of hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived. When I called the desk they said they would come up right away to clean but they never did. Thus 4/5.

Larger rooms. Well appointed. Bathroom was really nice. Small fitness center (1 elliptical, 2 treadmills, 2 recumbent bike, dumbbells). As a diamond I get free breakfast and it rocked; great selection of fruit, latte machine, eggs, lots of meats, did I mention the fruit!? I did have one issue where the fitness center was getting warm (73 F). I asked the front desk if I could get it turned lower, they called engineering, guy came, and either couldn't figure out the thermostat or didn't care. My original 4 goes down to a 3 because I did ask about it, they said it would be taken care of, and it wasn't.

Rather nice place, but they need to get their door cards figured out. Came back after a rough day of work only to be locked out of my room… and I had to pee really bad, too! Not cool.

The room is nicely furnished, the bed isis extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good. I have no complaints.

Very nice room. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. I would only have one complaint and that is that the breakfast location was a little challenging to find at first. I also thought the parking rates were a little expensive. I would have rather then included parking in the hotel rate, since most guests will likely need to park a car.

The hotel is convenient to the Ballston metro. It's actually right outside and around the corner. Checkin was simple, quick, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering us maps of the area. The rooms were all renovated recently, with granite counter tops in the bathroom. The rooms are nicely furnished and the finishings are tasteful. The shower is beautiful.

More than adequate accommodations and great service.

I stayed at this location for business. After reading the book Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard it felt like the sraff was living the principles of the book. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and nice. I would stay at this location again.

I was traveling to the area for business and had a subpar stay at this hotel for a few reasons. The internet was slow and would often disconnect, making working from the hotel room difficult in the evenings. Apparently they don't have a service elevator, so an elevator would be full with a cleaning cart. The walls are pretty thin so I could hear all my neighbors. A normal conversation next door was enough to keep me form falling asleep. The breakfast was pretty good with friendly staff, but you need access to the executive lounge to get the breakfast. I think they should open it up to everyone. Overall, not worth the rate.

Great service, nice rooms, good location.

First I was frustrated because of construction couldn't find the room instead of helping me. I was stop at front desk to charge my phone and there was a security was very rude asking me take my phone with me. Void this hotel very Bad customer Service.

The staff were delightful and friendly. The location is in the middle of Arlington, it seemed. Restaurants all around and only a few steps to the mall.

Although advertises Military Rates, this hotel does not honor that offer. Guess as a Diamond Member, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also will not be recommending any personnel associated with the government offices in this area to stay here.

Nice size room and free parking. Took a star due to no free Wi-Fi in the room and no breakfast.

Conveniently located near a metro station, great service, and nice rooms. This was a great staging area for the Marine Corps Marathon!

The bathroom is quite small, Internet is not free and slow for having to pay for it, a/c is ridiculously loud. It was raining during my visit and for 2 days the television dis not work. Ridiculous and did not like the stay.

Room is nice and small. Bathroom needs upgrade. Internet is SLOW. Very convenient to the metro and surrounding area. Kinda pricey.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating, most importantly they all seemed happy in their jobs, not like all the hiltons and embassy suites in Atlanta. The breakfast was outstanding with several healthy items such as turkey sausage, sauteed vegetables, steel cut oatmeal, oven roast tomatoes. Only thing missing here is a hot tub or pool. The surrounding neighborhood has lots of good restaurants within a two block radius!

My husband had booked a room for us for a night and had pre-paid. Our plans changed and we called 3 days before the date to cancel. They would not let us cancel and give us our money back. After speaking to a manager the best we got was that we could book a later date and pay the difference. This is not ok and I am very disappointed in this hotel. I would not recommend booking with them.

Great hotel, the only thing missing is a hot tub! Everything else here is awesome.

Close to the nice downtown area of Arlington. Right across the street from a (busy) IHOP — so ALL THE PANCAKES YOU CAN EAT. Well, if you pay for it I guess. Parking isn't cheap ($17 a night). Nice staff, decent layout. Wifi isn't cheap, if you plan to use it for free (like on the club floor), prepare to remember your Hilton Reward Member login (seriously?!? ). Overall, a pleasant experience.

Pricey, but excellent location. Is essentially attached to the Balston Metro Station. Has a cross walk to a near by mall. No lack of eating choices in this area. Comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly staff. Internet in the room was extra. Standard safe and refrig in the room. Enjoyed it, but this day and time, and for this price, internet should be included.

This was our first trip to D. C. And it was amazing! We were impressed with this facility and the location. We were able to get an outstanding rate for the few days we stayed. We were at a Hotel a little further away and transferred to this Hilton because of the convenient access to the Metro downstairs. Everything you need is at this location. Food, The Mall, and an awesome walk around this Upscale area. My family will definitely be back here. The service from this crew was outstanding! The room was very clean and the shower was approved by my wife! (she wont stay anywhere with a lousy shower). Personally, I give this place 5 stars. And you will to.
