Room was great, clean, bed was comfortable. Check-in the guy was polite, fast and friendly. I would not recommend the flatbread white garlic pizza. It was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted or even warm, the arugula was just piled on cold. They told me 20 minutes, I even went down earlier and it was cold.

We were there for a conference. It’s a nice place. Our only complaint was you could only get food at the bar and it didn’t open until 5. You’re missing an opportunity to serve your hotel customers. There isn’t a lot of restaurants within close walking distance to the hotel.
The common areas in the lobby and bar areas were quite warm.

I had a memorable stay in the Hotel. I had 10 of my family including 3 Kids. Rooms were spacious had most comfortable attires. The services rendered added to our comforts. Comfortable Stay at Hotel and the quality of Customer Support entice me to recommend.

Everyone at the hotel treat you as though they know you, the food, drinks rooms amenities everything about this hotel is above 5 stars! It will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we return to DC.

Not too far from a Metro station and only. 4 miles from a grocery store (many restaurants and cafes much closer, too). Clean, pretty, and comfortable, both for business and family travel.

From the Beautiful rooms, immaculately cleaned to the wonderful breakfast buffet, My stay has always been wonderful. I personally would love to purchase their beds. Always the best night rest ever. Beautiful place. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very professional. From the entrance hosts to the maintenance staff, everyone seems very pleasant. I enjoyed the breakfast which ends at the decent time of 10:30am. The ingredients look great and things tasted good enough. The location is good to get to most things in the area, even downtown DC. Prior to this my start in Marriot Crystal City was my favorite in Virginia, but this is giving them a real run for their money. Vintage elevators and amazing decor keep this as a very good contender for a more than decent stay.

Great stay and excellent staff. Fantastic handicap accessible bathroom with roll-in shower. I dropped my wallet in the lobby and the security team called and emailed me to make sure I got it back right away. The airport shuttle driver was also awesome!

The room was great, loved the interior design. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice, though the toilet was odd for being the kind you would find in a public place of business as opposed to the type you'd find in a home or other hotels. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was heavenly. The per night parking rate available through the hotel is highway robbery, but there is another parking deck close by that is almost had the price per night. Overall, my stay was really nice.

I just recently had a 4-day business trip to Washington, DC and this hotel is wonderful. The staff is very courteous and helpful; the rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a free shuttle to the Metro station which I utilized every day. It is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants as well. I had a very positive experience.

Wonderful staff, quick and easy check in, amazing views. Parking is a bit expensive if you choose valet parking. The Cinnabar is also a bit pricey and the qualify/size of the meals are not worth it. Room service charges a delivery fee plus a 21% gratuity if you have them bring the food up to your room. The rooms are very sound proof and I could barely hear anyone in the hallway or in the rooms next to me. The beds were comfortable and clean, the TV was great size and quality. The free shower supplies in the bathroom were also great quality. The towels could have been a better quality, they were a bit rough and not very soft feeling. Overall I will definitely stay here again in the future and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

As far as Hyatt Regency properties go this one is about average. The room I was giving up on an upper floor was HUGE and clean, well appointed. I was here for a conference and everything was held on property so I ate at all the restaurants inside. None of them were much to write about but they were good. The buffets were decent and the bar in the lobby had nice small plates along with an ok beer and wine selection.

Went here a couple of times for Anime USA. Of course I got con prices for the room so I likely got a better deal than most. But the place is clean, the food is wonderful, the staff was friendly. Only thing negative thing I can think to complain about is it is hard to move about when there are crowds. So if you are there for a special event you may have to learn where the stairs are hidden. Besides that it was wonderful. Near the Metro system, near the airport, lots of places to eat if you don't want to eat in the hotel. Can't praise it enough!

Didn't have a good experience. Had to have keys recoded every time I came back to the room (4 times 12 keys made). Restaurant had rude severs. Toilet wouldn't flush or take several times to flush. Had to beg for extra towels and wash clothes. The only reason I gave it to stars is because the Bellman were amazingly kind and helpful. If we ever have another convention there I would rather stay across the street at another hotel.

Great, Staff very helpful and I forgot my personal hygiene bag in hotel in Dallas prior to flying to D. C. Concierge here hooked me up with Deodorant, Toothpaste, Tooth Brush. Which was nice because Gift Shop is outrageous. There is a great affordable diner right across street so very convenient. The rooms here are super nice and were all ready which is rare when we do this event every year with 600 riders at other area hotels in the past they never had our rooms ready on time. So I hope the organization always come back here in future years!

Hyatt Regency Crystal City, you should be ashamed of yourself. I have a high school student staying at your hotel through the Close Up Program. The morning after she left we received a letter that her debit card was compromised and she had limited cash on her. I sent her money via UPS expedited service. I told her take your ID since you will need to show it. She went to pick up her envelope and they charged her $6 for a handling fee… really? You charge someone for accepting and handing them a piece of mail? $6!?!? They also didn’t ask for an ID. These kids are wearing lanyards with their names on them. Anyone could have overheard her talking and picked it up. I’m glad she didn’t have to depend on your hotel for anything. That’s what your customer service is? Even if I thought the $6 was reasonable (which I don’t) I can’t believe they handed over an envelope (which happened to be money) to a kid who asked for it with out any ID. Shame on you Hyatt.

Really good hotel, however the elevators don't handle a large crowd well. If you're staying here for an event, I recommend using the stairs as much as possible. Besides, it's great exercise. I personally don't like how the bathroom in the hotel room doesn't have a lock. It'd be fine if I was staying by myself, but with roommates it's a whole different story.

The staff are the shining star. I liked my room. Always had hot water and the service was great. In hotel dining was poor. Food quality and prices were over the top. Who needs a $20 breakfast buffet. The food was never cooked well. The event staff were also great.

Room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Standard tub/shower. Flat screen, mini fridge. No coffee/tea immediately available in the room but could get from front desk. Restaurant was typical hotel pricing. Food was fantastic. Elevators were slower than expected with six elevators available. Convention facilities were great. Staff friendly and helpful.

We were extremely happy during our brief stay. Staff was friendly, helpful & accommodating. Room was clean. Fridge, coffee maker & hairdryer, but no microwave. Location is convenient for nearby airport, metro & restaurants. We will return.

This is a good hotel for all issues except some of the prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and meeting spaces are great. The price at the bar and restaurant is high. With other hotels and restaurants around them, I would have thought they would consider dropping their prices. But, I do enjoy the rest of the hotel and look forward to the parts I like in each of my visits.

Pretty decent hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms and Facilities feel pretty clean. Nothing exceptionally remarkable or surprising, however. If you're looking for a fancy, luxurious experience with great facilities to get away too, this might not be the place. But if you're looking for a solid, clean and convenient place to stay during a business trip this is a solid bet.

It is a nice hotel and they do have free shuttle to airport and Metro station. Food and beverage prices are high as you might expect. As with most hotels the in room coffee possibility is quite lacking. The old single serve package times two which makes a half cup for each guest. This is a major problem if you are travelling early as their Starbucks does not open until 5:30 to 6. My special rate was 229 with about 40 bucks more for taxes etc. I think they spring for coffee in the lobby at least until Starbucks and their over priced selections were available.

My wife and I checked in on March 3rd we're leaving March 8th and this place is fantastic a little pricey the menus at the Cinnabon restaurant are very minimal but the bar has great food.

Had a great time at the bar. Great wait staff! The area was clean, pleasant, inviting and comfortable. We order small appetizers that were all perfect. We even had a cheesecake dessert. I have a great want to stay at the hotel now!

We just visited the DC area and stayed here for 4 nights, with a high school history class. This hotel was absolutely amazing from the time we checked in until check out. The shuttle picked our group of 16 up at DCA and we were in our rooms 30 minutes later! Brooke at front desk was great. Elevators were fast and the food in the lobby area was great and not that expensive. The egg sandwich was awesome. Billy the shuttle driver was the best hotel employee I might have ever encountered. He was fun, he interacted with our group and made sure we all had water and even bananas and was very informative of where to go. We ordered room service and the food was delicious, although it was kinda slow service but it was a Saturday night and that is why. Very very easy to get to all the monuments, and museums on metro, takes about 15 minutes. I also like that this hotel is only 3 miles to Arlington. Lots of food choices in area, we liked We The Pizza and Good Stuff Eatery. I will stay here again no doubt, awesome experience.

I loved my visit at the Hyatt. The place was very elegant and service was exceptional. The service that was provided was amazing very friendly people who went beyond their duty to make your visit enjoyable. The party room was very spacious and was able to fit lots of people. Will definitely recommend for any event.

I've stay at this hotel previously, but this time it was extremely difficult to get comfortable. First off I had to switch rooms because my A/C unit didn't work which had my room freezing and that was not acceptable because I had a two year old. Secondly, the room that I moved to didn't get to a comfortable temp for several hrs. I was there for the NYE party and as always I enjoyed the party but I would really recommend the hotel inform the host to have food available. If you have your guest paying for drinks I don't think we should have to pay for the food at the party too. The drinks are very pricey and watered down! Not good business. Overall I do enjoy the hotel but definitely need to work with the host of these party's to make it better!

I did not stay, I attended a social gathering. The venue is very large with multiple rooms. There is a bar. And the premise is kept clean. I enjoyed my visit.

The room was nice and updated. I did not have any problems with the shower splashing out on to the floor as I've seen in other reviews, but I am not a big guy if that was the reason. The bed was very comfortable and the free Wi-Fi was fast enough to not notice any problems. For the ballroom where the event was being held, it was a good size, although the people in the room next to ours were a bit noisy and could be easily heard in our room. The food selection for the event was the best I have had at a a catered hotel event. The staff was very professional and accommodating. While not the most convenient location to be close to the metro, they do offer free shuttle service to the metro every 30 min.

Large hotel that does a lot of events. Overall, a great choice for a business traveler. It is at the end of Crystal City so you will need to walk about 10 minutes to reach many restaurants that Crystal City has to offer. Metro is about 15 minute walk if you do not wait for a hotel shuttle. Bottom line, good hotel.

The person at the front desk was not made aware of room charges (1/2 to conference, 1/2 for me to pay) so I was unable to check in for almost an hour. They were nice about ti. The room appeared clean. However, we killed 3 bugs (roach type) in the room during our stay. I dropped something behind the desk to retrieve it and find a woman's shirt and bra. Yuck! It appeared the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I went to the front desk to inform them, did not get an apology or anything — just that they would notify housekeeping. The conference area was nice — conference area staff was polite and helpful.

Decent business park type hotel. Great location near Washington National Airport and Crystal City Metro stop. Nice staff and conveniences. It's an easy walk to get to several good and varied restaurants. There are a range of accessible places to eat a little to the north and west along 23rd. In all, a convenient place to stay for a business trip or vacation in the Washington DC area.

We visited on a very busy weekend for an event with about 35000 other people, all in the city at the same time. Despite all the the activity the hotel and it's staff was able to meet any demand we had. Valet parking was prompt, shuttle service to and from the airport and metro area was good. Room was very clean and no surprises or delays. Staff were all kind and ready to help out. Would definitely stay again!

Shuttle from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport was convenient and timely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was up-to-date and pleasant. Could have used a few more Valets at times, but they were all professional.

Its a decent enough place. Paid extra for a room on one of the top floors but my view is of buildings and below. Not worth it. Also pool AND hot tub closed for the season. You would think the hot tub would be used more in the non summer months. Oh well. Great tasting infused water tho and the rooms have tons of power plugs. I'm counting at least 4 for usb alone.

Very clean and nicely furnished. Staff is friendly and professional. Parking is by valet in an underground garage. Location is convenient for its proximity to Reagan National. Traffic can be a bit of a headache at certain parts of the day. Room was comfortable albeit with a very small, non-locking bathroom. Shower is modern style with partial glass partition rather than a curtain or liner. All lighting in bedroom is from lamps rather than overhead bulbs. The large window brightens the room significantly during the day. Digital thermostat is provided for temperature control, however the one in my room was not functional. Overall, the Hyatt Regency of Crystal City is a good choice for your stay in D. C.

Was in for the NOVA Open 2017. Was not able to attend for overnight lodging but heard it was very nice and the rate was reasonable. The hotel is in a great location, quick access to the metro to hit the DC attractions. Shuttle to airport or metro nice touch.

We had a delay that ended in a cancellation at another airport. We were sent to Reagan international and given a room voucher at the Hyatt. It was a long day. It was a awesome room. The bed was the best. I need one at home. I slept so well. The room was clean and comfortable. A pleasant end to an awful day.

The staff is fantastic and my room is amazing. I forgot my toothbrush and they sent one up to the room with extra toothpaste and mouthwash, no charge. The restaurants are good, if not a little pricey. All in all a great time.

Great hotel. Staff, convenience and accommodations. The food is very good as is the portions. Though the outdoor pool and dock area are very relaxing and you can watch as people jet ski, you have to take into consideration that you are near the airport and there is a train track on the other side of the small lake. So the beautiful scenery can get noisy sometimes. But as I said, all the staff are great, very helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Very modern hotel that is a favorite for tourists, airline staff, business travelers, conventions, and meetings. Shuttle service is offered to the Crystal City Metro Station and nearby Regan National Airport. Local bus service is located on the back side of the hotel. The underground hotel parking lot can be accessed by the front or rear of the hotel. Because of it's unique design events prefer to set up on multiple levels instead of in one contained venue. The staff is attentive, friendly and willing to assist in any way. Nearby restaurants provide various options. As with many hotels, the prices are a little expensive, but you will enjoy your experience.

My family and I stayed here recently for four nights. I can't say enough about this hotel! From the shuttle drivers and consierge workers to the front desk, and the people working the coffee bar and breakfast buffet it was an extremely pleasurable experience! Our rooms were cleaned throughly and efficiently everyday. Everyone shared any tips or info to make our stay fun and easy. I honestly cannot think of one criticism! I highly suggest this hotel to anyone. Thank you Hyatt Regency in Crystal City for making our trip even more memorable! ❤️

While here for a convention I enjoyed the Hyatt. The staff was personable and easy going. The rooms were clean and we'll kept, the atmosphere was spot on, the view beautiful and we'll organized.

I stayed here for a week with a tour group visiting Washington DC. The hotel is very nice, with spacious, clean, and well-furnished rooms. The view from the upper-level rooms' windows is fantastic, and the pool is great too. The food served by the hotel is both delicious and diverse (although probably quite pricey). The hotel itself is in a great location, especially if you plan to visit DC or need to stay near the airport.

Excellent stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The gym is spacious and has more workout equipment than other similar hotels. The water pressure in the waterfall shower was also good. The only negative was a lack of a refrigerator in the room.

This is from the perspective of someone staying multiple nights here as part of a convention, so take this review with a grain of salt. The room (two bed) is spacious with good sound dampening and very clean. The bathroom is well designed. Our room had huge window with a great view! The nitpicky things I have to take one star off of a perfect review is a lack of a mini fridge, too dim (or far too bright) lighting, and not enough power outlets around the room. There's one large strip at the desk, but isn't convenient when you have multiple people charging multiple devices in the same room. The clothing drawers are very shallow. Other than that, this is still a pleasant place to stay.

When I made a reservation change, I noted that I needed a refrigerator. Although I had checked in online, the key dispenser kiosk was out of service, so I had to go through the whole checkout process and convince the clerk that I had already been charged for the room. Upon checking into the room, there was no fridge, so I went down to the front desk and requested a fridge. Nearly two hours later, I went back down and inquired again, and I was told that one would be delivered by 7:30. Meanwhile, I had groceries that were sitting on ice packs. I called guest requests this time (just before 8:30), and one was delivered within 15 minutes. I gave it a few minutes to chill before I put anything in. In the morning, things were chilled but not cold. I called guest services at 7:45 PM when I returned to find my room colder than the fridge. So, here I sit waiting-30 minutes later. It may not seem like a big deal, but I had meat and cheese planned out for meals for my daughter and myself because we do not have any extra money for meals at this point. On top of all of this, we had to have new room cards/keys issued because we couldn't get into our room. Hyatt guest/customer service has been lacking during this visit, and I am incredibly disappointed.

Very nice hotel with clean spacious guestrooms. You do have to rent a refrigerator if you want one. My son loved the Cinabar dining for the breakfast buffet. All staff were friendly and helpful. I am sorry that the last impression of the hotel was negative as the Bellman called his friend who drove a cab when I specifically asked for one of the Hyatt's sedans to take my family to the Baltimore airport.

Great room and great service. Came for a conference. Food was OK but it's conference food for a large crowd. Good central location and easy access to the metro with a bit of walking.

We went there for a Tall Girl Pop Up Shop in one of the ballrooms and everything about the hotel was nice. The staff were helpful in guiding us to the location and the coffee bar staff were very polite. The seats were comfortable and the food was good. Valet parking was as nice as ever.

The looks great and the amenities are available if you have the time to enjoy them. The room was sized nicely with a great and comfortable bed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be in and around the airport area of DC.

The bar menu is pretty good. It is a bit confusing to go around and they don't have their own parking garage ao you need to use a public parking garage down the block unless you wanna spent the $40+ to valet your car. The gym is more impressive than you would expect as well they have some decent lifting machines.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City last week. The service I received at the hotel was second to none! Every Hyatt employee I came in contact with had a smile and was helpful. No matter the question or the situation they were able and willing to help. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel… you will not be disappointed. The rooms were clean, bright and comfortable. Great hotel!

The location and conference were good, the room was large enough. I never got hot cups to use with the in room coffee service, and my first day there was no soap in my room. The buffet breakfast for the conference was mediocre, the eggs were instant and very watery. The staff was excellent. Billy the shuttle driver and Salomon at the Concierge desk were especially helpful.

Great hotel that helped us when our flight was cancelled. Check in was great and gave us a great deal. Rooms were wonderful. We checked out at 3am and the lady at the check out wasn't very good. But great experience overall.

This is a nice hotel. However one of the waiters in the bar area. Female who was there with another white waitress initially… passed me numerous times and eventually said I will be with you. Weird why not stop you passed me four times. Numerous patrons were looking for her she disappeared multiple times to the rear right side of the bar. She definitely needs counseling management the bar was not busy at the time and there were two more working with her… eventually it still never changed. As far as her service. The charge for a fridge in my room of $25 was ridiculous I declined. What top of the line hotels charge for a mini fridge?. The toilet is the exact same as elementary school. Im not sure whos idea this was guys but its like putting hupcaps on a Mercedes Benz and charging for floor mats. No hotels charge for the fridge. Thats supposed to be the norm for a decent hotel. I get charging for parking but the fridge. Business can't be that bad near a airport… change the elementary school toilet with no lid, counsel the female who initially started off at the bar with one other white female, and install mini fridges in your rooms and your good. No lid is unsanitary. Theres a reason for a lid. On a toilet.

The bar, gift shop, and restaurant were closed upon our arrival at 1pm and it took 20 minutes to find the valet. Check in is at 3 so we were unable to eat or drink until our room was available and the bar opened at 3. The staff was great until house keeping started yelling outside our door every morning. There were 300 + kids staying at the hotel so it was a bit busier that usual and very loud. We had to call 3 times to get a wine opener before it was finally delivered hours later. We booked this hotel after reading they have a hot tub, which was closed. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet was an industrial toilet that you would find in a public restroom. It was almost impossible for two adults to get ready in the morning.

This hotel is horrible! Do not recommend it! Got bed bugs from here and all they did was change our rooms. Which didn't help because the bugs were in our luggage from the room. And when we found a bug on our bed all they did was change our sheets! So mad! Have to go around with bites on my fave because they didn't check their rooms properly.

I always like staying here because shuttle leaves early for the airport. It gets really crowded so be out on time. Rooms are very comfortable. Bed's are really low for my liking. Eateries are a walking distance away.

Best Experience Ever — The Hyatt Regency always has high standards for their in house restaurants and Cinnabar was absolutely the best 5-Star experience that I have had in all my travels. From the hostess who set me at a table overlooking the beautiful busy lobby to the waitress who was always right there for all my needs. I couldn’t decide on my order so I told her whatever the chef recommends. Chef Shane came to my table and made some excellent suggestions to me. The chef could not have done more… I was treated like royalty, everyone was super friendly and helpful, the food was out of this world, it was a once in a lifetime experience. I will arrange my flights out of Reagan National so I can stop by Cinnabar for great service and excellent food and hopefully Chef Shane will be there. Thank you Cinnabar restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport, you are the best…

Clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was pricy (somewhat to be expected) but $11 for a bowl of oatmeal is a bit extreme. Food at the bar was expensive and tasteless. Don't let the food stop you from staying here as there are plenty of other places to eat nearby.

I stayed here on vacation in Washington! First, I used the shuttle service to and from the airportand metro. Specifically driver Mr. Billy is seriously the best! He was always on time, considerate, and helpful. On my shuttle back tothe airport he helped me with my bags and even showed me where the ticket booth is located! As fir the aactual hotel, the staff were always accommodating and friendly! Will definitely stay here again.

During Rolling Thunder, I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport. Accommodations were 1st rate, the room clean and comfortable, parking was excellent and underground, and the surrounding area plentiful with various priced restaurants and bars. Front staff and housekeeping were friendly and extremely helpful. Food offerings and bar were above "average typical" for an upscale hotel in this area. Lord willing I'll be returning to DC for Rolling Thunder next year, and if so, I will be staying at the Hyatt Regency again (for the 10th time).

Great service on a SUPER busy weekend. Great rates, loved the local shuttle service. Got a room with 2 beds when we decided a king wouldn't do. No problem for the change. I will be back.

Do not. I repeat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE BREAKFAST! I stayed at this Hyatt last Saturday. I didn't get the name of the valet attendant who greeted us on arrival around 2am but I will say he was great! The reasons I gave 2 stars are pretty simple. The breakfast food was terrible and the key card to my room didn't work! We arrived around 1:30am and were pretty tired and ready to get up to our room. Unfortunately, front desk gave me a dead key card! Called front desk and had to wait 15 minutes until someone finally came up from security to open the door, only after he tried to scan our card (the dead one) like it would magically work due to him doing it maybe? I don't know. Weird. Either way, he opened it with his security card and didn't even bother to bring us up a new card for entrance should we have chosen to leave the room for any reason. Sunday morning arrives and we're hungry. Instead of having to go out of the hotel and get food we decided to stick with convenience and just grab food at the breakfast buffet WHICH IS $18 PER PERSON! BIG MISTAKE. Granted, I have no problem spending that money for a meal but for $43, I expect the breakfast to be good. Come on. It's breakfast. Not a 5 star dinner. IT WASN'T EVEN DECENT! No flavor, no freshness. Nothing. Honestly. The best thing was the orange juice. Overall the bed was comfy and the room was clean so that's appreciated, but I wish I could have gotten my $$ worth.

We stayed in this Hyatt Regency two different times, first time we stayed at room 1555 and the second time we were assigned to room 1553 on the 15th floor. Both rooms were spacious, comfy and quiet but the layouts of the rooms were very different. Room 1555 has 2 double beds and 2 sofa chairs and room 1553 has a huge king bed and a very large sofa right by the window. The location of the hotel is kind of far from Metro Crystal City Station: about 18 minutes’ walk. But we found out at the second visit that they have free scheduled shuttle to the metro if you prefer not to walk. The outdoor pool area looked nice from our room but we didn’t have a chance to use it at all. Remember to ask the front desk for the free internet access code for the complimentary in room Wi-Fi. The online speed was fast and reliable during our both stays. There’s a CVS store about 7 minutes’ walk right across the street to Hilton hotel on Jefferson Davis Hwy just in case you need something. Overall, this Hyatt regency is well kept and recommended as a nice base touring beautiful Washington DC area. I purchased a suite room for weekend conference. The room did not come with a fridge or microwave, which forced me to eat at their resturants or order up food. I could rent a fridge for 25 dollars, and I did, but it was old and did not keep things cool. The food that I ordered up, well. I paid 30 dollars for two salads that were horrible. The cinnabar resturant had a small very specific menu that was crazy expensive (40 dollars for a meal? no thanks). There was no free breakfast. When I ordered take out, they would not let the resturant bring me my food. I had to go from the 14 floor down and find the security desk, which was a hassle to meet the delivery driver. Totally an inconvience, as I had a lot of business work to do. There is no parking so you have to pay for them to park you car. I got a discount, which was 45 dollars for the stay. The pool and hot tub were located outside so there was no access to it due to weather. The fitness room had little machines, everytime I went there was nothing available for me to use. The room I was placed in was one of the more expensive rooms, it had a smell as if someone had smoked in it, and the furniture was so outdated. The bed, however, was very comfortable and I liked that there was two TV's one in the bedroom and one in the sitting room. Other than that, I would have never chose this hotel. I will be returning two more times for confrences and I will choose another hotel and just walk over for my meetings.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable and I truly loved my room; that was very welcoming. The rooms were spacious and my view was great. The only (issue? ) that I had was the wait staff at each of the luncheon appeared to be (angry) and on several occasions took our plates away while we were eating our food. When asked for substitute dressings it became a debate. When attempting to clear the table the wait staff jackets came in contact with our food on several occasions (no more need to eat at that point) and then they proceeded to clear the table before we could even eat our desserts. One wait staff my group found to be exceptional was "Antonio" he was awesome a true problem solver. There wasn't enough choices available food wise and while we were there for school we were under the impression that we had options.

Excellent staff. Beautiful and inviting room. Couldn't ask for more.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Great location, walking distance to just about everything — very accessible from the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable — had a little trouble operating the TV, would have been nice to have a physical guide in the room, rather than have to figure it out through the television — but a minor inconvenience. Enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel, awful Food and Beverage service. Front Desk people were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. It was just the food service that really made me dislike this place. And the slow internet connection.

Shuttle service to and from DCA was reliable and fast (did not use the shuttle to get to the Metro). Room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom is a bit cramped. Noise levels were minimal. Staff was friendly and willing to accommodate to the guest's needs. Distance from many restaurants is around 10 minutes, walking. Good choice overall at a good deal through third party travel sites. Would stay here again.

I was at a conference. The hotel is nice but highly pricey. The biggest complaint I have is the entire building especially the conference halls were SOOOOOOOOO VERY VERY cold. Uncomfortable to the point that I almost brought a blanket from my room to the conference. It was so bad that I really could NOT stay the last day in the afternoon for the last speaker because I just could not stand the cold any more. I brought this to the attention of a few employees including the reception desk but nothing changed. It is VERY uncomfortable, completely NOT necessary, and a HUGE waste of energy when it is rainy 50 degrees out side and the building is blasting with COLD AC all day long every where you go. You really need to fix that.
