This place was awful! There were no toilet paper, towels, Kleenex in the room. It had dust and dirt all over the room. There was a super mini coffee maker but no coffee, no coffee pot, no coffee cups. The overhead lights had no working bulbs. It was disgusting. There was a razor blade visible in the light fixture. When we called front desk, he refused to do anything about it. We paid for room ahead of our arrival and the front desk clerk tried to run our credit card again for pmt. It took us 25 min to locate our room with no help from the staff. Do Not Stay Here Ever!

Got a clean room at a great price, booked the day prior to our stay. The building in which the rooms are in has no AC, each room has its individual cooling. The free breakfast is nice; waffles, egg, sausage, bagels, eng. Muffins. No pool, but great little spot if you are just looking for a place to rest your head and shower for a few nights. $15 a night pet fee. Would stay at again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Large floor space in rooms and plenty of coffee and tea packs. Overall great value. Walls are thin though and you have to go through Econo Lodge to get to location.

First the people behind the desk were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and included a fridge and microwave was real convenient. The beds were very comfortable also. Nice hotel.

Do yourself a favor, save some time and money, and do not stay here! The pictures look a lot cleaner than what we received. I'm no princess and I'm usually fine with a best western, but this placed made motel 6 look better. First not all of the rooms are connected in one building, so we were given a room closest the econo lodge next door (the area itself isn't the best). The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Next when we opened our room we were assigned to there were people already staying in there. I was a bit embarrassed and immediately went back to the front desk. I explained what happened and the young lady there said something about a possible discount and a new room. So then we walked into our new room and there were popcorn pieces all over the carpet and hair in the tub and tile. The bathroom had an extremely strong smell of bleach. It was horrific. We went back down to the front desk for what should have been our last time but the lady offered to walk to a third room with us. On our way she said she was just going to be honest and tells us "they" didn't really care here and she would be upset if this is what she paid for as well. So we saw the third room and still was unsatisfied so we left. Luckily she was kind enough to refund us. For about 20 dollars more we were able to book a bigger bed and nicer room at the best western a few miles down I-5. D.

Nothing more comfortable than finding an available room to get a wonderful and so much needed sleep after a long day of work and away from home. We tried all day today and also made reservations on the “Econolodge” but right before we tried to book there four of their guest were there to return their kids because of bedbugs; ( We were very tired and left that place but saw a sign there pointing in the back over to Quality inn and thought of giving it a try. From the begging the receptionist at Quality inn welcome my husband with a warm smile and very polite, she booked us right away on a very reasonable price and we do not regret it. Definitely coming back here again :)

If I would rate a 0 I could! After spending over $3, 000 staying here for 4 weeks, they "messed up" on our booking. They booked us a day short. Then came to us at the end of the business day, around 5:30pm (check out is 11am) and demanded we pay more. Seemed fishy. Upon discussing this with the extremely rude management, we were told to pay or get out. No apologies, no hospitality, just pay or get out now! When asked about his hostility, the management replied by stating to leave him alone or he would call the police. I'm not sure where they conduct business like this or where it is acceptable to treat customers in this manner, but I can assure you I will be reporting my experience to corporate as I am sure they would not care to have their brand or hotels portrayed in such a poor way.

Looooved it! Its in the back in a quiet spaced area. The rooms are really nice, its not a very nosey suite, so its peaceful. The front desk crew also was very sweet… ALSO there is a restaurant that you are able to order from and the food is really good I recommend the fish and fries! they're also very strict with clean rooms so they make sure that the rooms are in very good shape before you leave so that the next client can enjoy it just as much as you did! Highly Recommended!

5 star for the price, solid three star hotel. Breakfast had waffles (included and delicious), the lady at the desk was awesome, helped us fashion a bottle opener for wine! Room was clean and beds comfy. Great choice.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life. Extremely dirty. I had a reservation, and my printed reservation and confirmation number and printed email from them with all the information they sent, and they still couldn't navigate their own computer system to properly pull it up, so I had to re-book a room on-the-spot. I booked a 2 bed room, and they could only give me a one bed room. My room smelled like urine. It took me a hour to check-in standing at the counter with the one and only person at the hotel. It was over $100 a night and I've stayed in better places for $30 a night. A very seedy area. Worst hotel/lodging experience I've ever had.

Always low rates, convenient location right off I5 North. Great staff, clean rooms, all-in-all it's perfect for a nightly getaway with your spouse.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. House being remodeled and was a little stressed. Made my stay a pleasure. Would recommend to any put of town guests.

The employees are rude and incompetent. Lost 2 of our 4 reservations and just did not care and had no excuse. Overbooked, saw many guests returning to lobby because of issues with their rooms. Checking guests into rooms that were not clean 2 hours after check in! Reserved a queen and received a full, staff did not care or make adjustments For the mix up. Dirty and uncomfortable feeling in the rooms. Toilet was not bolted to the floor! Staff entered room after specifically requesting them not to.

This was absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to on my 35 trips around the sun. I am 100% certain the room was not cleaned from the prior guest when we arrived. Pubic hairs all over the bathroom, toilet seat, shower, AND ON MY PILLOW! I go to the front desk to ask for another room, the guy was nice enough about it. So we get a new room, sure enough this one wasn't cleaned either. This place needs turned in to the better business bureau, or maybe the health department? Absolutely disgusting.

I loved this hotel! Everything was clean and in good shape. They had everything I needed and the price was definitely right. The only complaints I have is that a heavy scent was used in my room and I really don't like scents. It was too intense. And the person who checked me out in the morning could have been friendlier. But overall, it was a good and comfortable stay!

The Wifi is not very strong, don't plan on streaming anything.

Housekeeping good do a better job! They give fresh towels in your room everyday but they don't clean, vacuum or wipe the sinks down. Hall rug to my room also has not been vacuumed. After saying all that I would stay again it was convenient for me close to family.

Clean smelling room, comfortable bed, with nice amenities made for a restful night for me. The staff was friendly even if they weren't dealing with me. I'd stay here again if the opportunity presents itself again.

Half ass renovations. Slopped lipstick on the pig, but same dirtbag underneath. Rooms look okay, but toilets are horrendous. Tried 2 different rooms, same problems. Front desk dingbat was supposed to find us a room that was acceptable while we went to dinner, of course she didn't even try to. Expects us to go room by room to find a clean one. I suggested the maintenance guy replace the toilet seat while we go out tomorrow, since it's a $10 part that takes 2 minutes to do. She says they can't do it.

I would have given them a 5 but it took the maintenance guy 3 hours to find two batteries for my remote control. Gracie at the front desk was fabulous! It seemed like everyone checking in on August 19 was really cranky but she handled it very well. Room was clean and other than the remote issue was well appointed. I wish the hair dryer had a little more power but that was it.

OUR WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! We had reservations, showed up to check in 5 hours after check in time, we were told that the Housekeeping did not come in or was short-staffed and our room was not cleaned yet. Was given a key to another room and found it was occupied when we let ourselves in! Came back to the lobby and there were about 15 to 18 more people waiting for their rooms with only one person working the hotel that whole night, the desk manager who couldn't break away to go clean rooms for people (poor lady). Talked to a few other people waiting in the lobby who had been there a few days before and found the same problem (their room wasn't cleaned yet) and went to find another hotel. Meanwhile another woman came back who had been given a key to three different rooms three different times and the last time found out it was occupied when she walked in. We finally got a room about 10 p. M. We finally got ourselves and the kids settled in and then turned down the sheet on one of the beds to find they were not clean! Finally got settled down a couple hours later than we wanted to so we didn't get up real early to make it down for breakfast. We got down for breakfast and barely got started when someone from the hotel staff came over at about 7 minutes to 9 and started pulling the waffle batter and all the bagels and everything out as fast as she could and telling people " hurry up and get what you need breakfast is closed at 9:00!

Very unimpressed with this hotel. I showed up more than an hour after check-in to be told that they didn't have a room available. The employee at the front desk couldn't get ahold of housekeeping to see when (or if) they would have a room available. I called back when I found a different hotel that was available to stay in for the night to cancel my reservation. They did not want to refund the price of the hotel for the night because it was not in line with their cancellation policy. Perhaps their "policy" should be to have a room ready when you have already paid for and reserved one.

Location is a little weird (behind the econolodge), but otherwise a pretty good experience. Rooms are large and everything was clean. Housekeeping was excellent as well. Free breakfast is definitely below average.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If I could give it zero stars I would. It was very old. Not clean at all. And the hole hotel smelled like bleach. When u get into ur room all I can smell is bleach and it burns ur eyes and your nose. The beds were not clean at all. There was blood on my sheets and the bathroom bad not clean. I left to a different hotel after one night. If I could have I would have left the time I got in there but I payed for one night and they would not give me my money back for that night. It is also very expensive ($150 a night) and it is a horrible hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. It is disgusting and very, very u clean.

The WORST experience ever! A month after our stay and having items stolen I have yet to hear from management! We checked in on 5/18/2017 (Thursday). We were there to visit and attend my son's Army graduation. When we came back to our room the evening of 5/21/2017 (Saturday). We initially noticed room service had not replenished our towels or coffee. We knew our room had been serviced because the bed had been make and used towels had been taken. We called the front desk and could tell he was busy. To be courteous we offered to get the towels ourselves. We did. On returning to the room I went to charge my phone only to notice that my phone charger was gone. Upon further inspection they had also gone into my make up bag, (which was zipped and stored away) and had taken my bottle of perfume, my eyelash curler (who does that? ) and a decorative barrette. I called down and informed the front desk. I was told someone would call me. The next day when I had not heard from anyone, I left the do not disturb on the door and went to the front desk explained what happened. Again I left my information with the woman working the front desk. That evening when I still had NOT HEARD from anyone I went back to the front desk. The same women (apparently the manager's daughter) told me that the manager received the message but was too busy to call me (are you kidding me?! ) The next day as we were checking out I went to the front desk again to complain and try to get some answers.

Newly renovated rooms, no smell and nice breakfast included.

I loved it. The room was very clean and nice. Omg, the bed was sooo comfortable, and I had 4 pillows. There was another room with a couch and a table that I used as my reading room. I liked the fact that it was very quiet, and that only the guests had access into the building. Breakfast was great too. There was also a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, and fridge in the room.

Nice place rooms are great and not busy or noisy. Check in was quick and reasonable rates. Go else where for breakfast though.

I travel a lot for work and have seen some awesome places and some crappy places. This place is a surprise the rooms have been recently renovated and are very nice the lobby is also very nice. We were working nights on this project and can not comment on the breakfast other than the kitchen looked a lot better than a bowl of apples and prepackaged muffins, so I give it credit for that. The parking lot, although in a crappy part of town (then again all of Tacoma is a crappy part of town) felt somewhat secure. Close to the highway so you hear road noise but I carry ear plugs with me all the time, so not a problem for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would and due to my schedule will, stay here in the future.

Location is very sketchy. The room that we had was adequate. The clerk at check in was very welcoming and chatty. Unfortunately, the person assigned to the dining room was rude in the morning "Name and Room Number? " Apparently, non-patron's come into this hotel for a free breakfast, and the hotel staff are now confirming with people that they belong. I'm OK with that. Just do it in a welcoming way.

Its a very clean and fantastic craftsmanship its in a somewhat (trouble area) But when u are thete u cant imagine anything but relaxing rooms and workout plus paper, and connential breakfast plus a swimming pool I say Quality is for sure my place to stay! Make reservations today.

Sketchy location. Lobby was very nice. Room and other areas not very clean. Staff was socializing more than working. Before booking room, I asked for a quiet location away from the FWY. We got it but had airplanes flying over our room all night!

Room was good. A weird smell upon entering the room, but went away later. Breakfast was free and reasonably good. They allowed us to check out late.

Great hotel, but the Travel Lodge they share a sign and property with definitely brings them down. Hopefully they will buy that building.

Very disappointing brand new facilities but Wi-Fi is so dysfunctional that I had 3 separate devices that would not connect on two separate stays. The desk clerks were unable to help and could not provide a tech support number.

This hotel is new and it was very easy to find. The hotel is located right off I 5 exit 128. When you get off the exit turn right the hotel is located about a quarter of a mile from the exit. The hotel is located on the right. You will know you have arrived at the hotel because you will see the Econo Lodge take a right pass the Econo Lodge and the Quality Inn and Suites will be located behind the Econo Lodge. There is plenty of parking. Once you arrive you will see 2 buildings. The first building is the lobby. This is were you check in. The lobby is amazing! Two sided Fireplace, flat screen TV, Beautiful couches, and Bar. The bar will be open sometime in June. Full breakfast is served here. 6am to 9 or 930am. The staff here are excellent. I want to give a big compliments to the front desk staff. P Dennis and Tori for their professionalism and helpfulness. Keep these wonderful employees. Checking in was very quick and easy. I am a diamond member with choice hotels so I love the early check ins and free upgrades when they are available. I got upgraded to a apartment suite. This room is so amazing! New bed, pillows, furniture, flat HD TV, and fresh new towels and a nice new carpet and new bathroom. This room has a living room area and a bedroom. They are seperate. The room is very quiet to me. This hotel has over 100 rooms total. The only place that delivers food is Pizza places. So if you want to go to a restaurant they are located a mile down the road so that is not to bad.

My son and I curently stayed here we had checked in at there sister property which was not the best but the manager made it right and put us up here for a night it was terrific stay we couldn't have been happier the room was great the service and the people thanks again :)

It was a nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast, but it had some down sides. The toilet wouldn't flush all the way, the shower sputtered out water, and they Wi-Fi wouldn't work all the time. Maybe we just had a bad room, but the Wi-Fi didn't work anywhere.

Took a hour to check in. And the guy behind the counter knew nothing and the guy that knew a little was to busy talking to someone to help his customer. And we were just there to sleep after a concert which they jacked the rates sky high. And told us they needed a damage deposit which we found out a week later that they decided to charge us for no apparent reason. So please never stay there. There's a better place up the road I'm sure of it. Oh and don't expect breakfast. There was nothing in the area but some oranges.

Front desk lady was very nice. They have beautiful lobby it look like new hotel. Room was very nice and new furniture in side the room. Room were very clean. Love to come back here again.

We really like this place and would love to stay there again. The building is new and therefore it's very clean and fresh. All furniture and appliances in the room are brand new as well. The interior design in the lobby reminds a real resort. We would definatly recommend this place to others!

I really liked staying there UT wish the bedding was changed between guests.

First of all no sign on the building. We got the EconoLodge confused with it. Our receptionist acted like there were no rooms available because we checked in 45 min too early. We had reservations. Then she wanted photo ID's from me and my wife and photocopied them. Why both of us? She says everybody in the room must be recorded. When she told us about our free breakfast she noted they didn't have one on the premises. We could go next door to the EconoLodge. Our room actually was nice, however smoke smell filled the halllways. Our room did not have a garbage can but did have a really big spider in the bathroom. When I checked out I hoped to have a different receptionist but that didn't happen. I asked her what she does with the photo copies of our driver's license and she said they keep them. I asked for how long, 2 days, 2 weeks, 6 months, what? I got the deer in the headlight look. She says they keep them in some special file so in case there is damage to the room. Yes, but how long? Now she says, get this, 7 years! Holy shit! Everything but my social security number is on my license. This is insane. Oh, we went to breakfast at the EconoLodge. It sucked, as expected. That place is full of the homeless, almost homeless and drug addicts. My opinion only.
