The most dirty hotel I saw in my life not only being dirty they refuse to give me my deposit when I want to check out, don't be the next victim.

Rooms are not clean, breakfast is not good at all. Not good for family or business trip.

Nice gentleman at the service counter but no ice machine and no trash baskets, no toilet paper and an a/c unit that has to be over 10 years old. It does a wonderful job of blowing hot air into a room that is already humid. Thanks but no thanks. On a positive note, I was able to get this room for under a $100.00 on a Saturday. If you need a hot room, shower and just a place to flop for a few hours, you'll find it here;

Honestly, I've been to motel 6's that were better than this place.

A hotel that we wanted to rob we got a price and then another I would not recommend.

This hotel will SCAM YOU! They are using FEMA victims to pay for their rooms even when I requested to check out! The lady argued with me about checking me out tomorrow instead. After arguing with her, she proceeded to "check me out". Upon arriving to dallas, I was not allowed to check into my other hotel because they are using my FEMA registration id/info and stealing my FEMA funds. I called FEMA and they advised me to call the police. If this is happening to you and you are having to pay out of pocket because this hotel is refusing to check you out, call the police and write an appeal letter to FEMA. FEMA will return what you've payed out of pocket. They also kept my $30 deposit because they are greedy hungry animals. The excuse was that they got dirty towels but the towels I had received upon check in had dirty stains that looked like blood! The floors are stained and the hotel is infested with roaches. There is no hot water and this hotel needs the health department called on them!

Hotel was okay. My card would not run they said. The next morning the lady at the front desk asked me to pay cash for my room. Now my card is charged for the room. So charged twice for the room. Now I️ have to call the hotel and request a refund for the double charge.

I would not recommend this hotel. The price paid was a lot for this kind of hotel. My family and I went to Houston for the weekend and our expectations were not satisfied. Not good lighting. Refrigerator dirty. Iron didn't work. Found 2 roaches. I needed ice, none of the floors had ice, so I had to go to the front desk and ask for ice. Breakfast sucks, nothing was fresh, no new towel after room was clean. The extra bed sheet in the drawer was stained with blood. Not a good place to stay!

No good, no water, no ice, rooms do not change the sheets or bath towels, breakfast is terrible and sometimes not put, has no microwave or refrigerator rooms, very bad I do not recommend.

If you enjoy sharing your room with other people's filth and your shower with the roaches then this is exactly the place you're looking for!

Stayed here for SuperBowl! One hiccup with Mgr but fixed easily by front desk Lady in morning. Otherwise pleasant stay and Uber is familiar with Hotel. Will stay again.

Stay away. I have been here not even 3 hours and this is what has happened: -called ahead and was told I would receive a $10 discount for my commercial drivers license… when I got here I was refused the discount. -first room we were given the DOOR DID NOT EVEN SHUT, there were no towels, the balcony door lock did not work, and the cable was not working. -second room we were given the door frame literally shifted to the touch, there were no towels, and again NO CABLE. -called the concierge up to give us towels and again show him the door and I told him about the cable and his response was: "oh sorry there are not many channels. " Actually, there are zero channels because it DOES NOT WORK. -stayed in this room for an hour until we finally realized that the AC barely works. It is well over 80 degrees in our room RIGHT NOW. -decided that I was going to get my money back and switch hotels. -headed down and was refused a refund because I paid cash for only one night and the policy is NO REFUNDS AFTER 10 MINUTES. At that point it had been almost 2 hours. -went back and forth with the guy (brown hair Asian man with an accent, probably 40s) and finally asked to speak to his manager. -CONCIERGE REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER (and yet, his response to my problems was: "it's not my hotel, I just work here. "). -so now we are in the third room and everything is exactly the same. -I finally just asked for a discount and was refused even that by the concierge.

Stay away from this place. Worst Hotel Ever.

Worst hotel ever, ac not working, poor customer service, elevator not working, dirty rooms. Poor Wi-Fi, I can't even wish my enemies to stay at this place.

Me and my family went to Houston, Tx for vacation for New Years We ended up with this hotel Once we walked in we were very welcomed by a friendly manager Cute little chinese women named Michelle We needed connected rooms we had 5 children. We got the connecting rooms had a lot of space in it we stayed there for 4 days we had great time me and my family service was excellent I recommend you check this place out it used to be Ramada Inn.

Room would not cool and when we went to front desk the guy was very rude and made seem like we didn't turn it on right. We insisted on another room and he rolled his eyes and gave us another room. Also found several roaches in the bathroom. Never again will I stay here!

Worst! Worst Hotel, this place sucks. They don't have a proper management nothing is fine here. I literally had to gone through a lot in this hotel. Especially the guy at the counter at night is just horrible. It's better to sleep in a car rather this hotel. It's that bad.

The room is hot, the room lights don't turn on, there is no paper towel, and the towels smell bad.

My family just came from Florida and we decided to spend a night in Houston before returning home. All of the hotels we checked did not have rooms available as it was a weekend. We found Ramada, not knowing that it was because the hotel did not even have a sign to indicate which hotel it was. The price for my family came up to $81 whereas the hotel we normally go to is $79. When we were going inside, there were wooden planks and buckets outside carrying dust around the air. The interior is nice in the lobby but once you walk into the elevator, it gets really heated up. The carpets on the elevator floor are dirty and the mirror inside looks like it's about to fall off. The room we were placed at was on the 6th floor. When we arrived at our floor, over half the entire hallway was not lit. (We checked in pretty late at night; around 10PM so it was a bit eerie. ) After entering our room, we struggled to turn the lights on. The lamps by the headboard did not turn on until we had to plug in the lamps ourselves. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty and looked like they had not been washed and had just been made with the same sheets as the person who used the room before. In the bathroom, there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but they were all from different brands. In one of them, you could see something brown inside of it. The hair dryer was broken, as well. The towels that were furnished to us were old and one of them was torn.

The stay was nice and quite my room was nice the A/C works great the view was nice. Idk to much about the service I got my room and I didn't need anything else now the breakfast was bad they didn't have anything but bread and bananas but I can get my own breakfast I liked it and would stay again.

This place is terrible! If I could post the pictures of my room to show how bad it was I would. I walked into the bathroom and there were dead bugs on top of the toilet and on the toilet paper. There was caulking all over the bathtub. The porcelain on the toilet was severely cracked and caulked up. The faucets for both the bath and sink were both corroded. And to top it off, when I went to turn the water on there was nothing but rusty water coming out! Disgusting! I wish someone from the health department would come and run through this place. Worst experience in a hotel EVER.

This place was horrible, do not stay here! You can find places just as cheap, save yourself! Elevators didn't work, and apparently they don't have maintenance to fix anything. Breakfast bar had old nasty food.

The place is not too good but they charge a lot of money. Service is horrible and customer service is bad.

You would be better off staying in your car. DO NOT STAY HERE! I usually love Ramada hotels and have a very high expectation from them but this Ramada really let me down. The WORST hotel EVER. The breakfast bar is nothing but bread and bananas! So we had to spend extra money to go to Starbucks for breakfast! Save your money and DO NOT STAY HERE. Go stay at the Hilton Hotel across the road. I wish we stayed there. It was SO much better.
