The Customer Service was excellent and very accommodating. Very Clean Room and Bathroom. Carpet looked like newly placed. The King size bed was Very Firm thus the 4 Stars for Comfort. I prefer a softer Mattress. The Area and Location is excellent for a quick stay to catch and early Flight. They have 24 hour Shuttle Service that is available all the time since the driver is staying on the property. Overall a Very Good Experience.

Nicely lit and quiet room. Air conditioner not too loud. Breakfast decent. Great staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

I worked here for two months. This is hands down one of the most bug infested and ran down hotels I have ever been to. I spent most of my time in my car fearing I would take bed bugs home with me from the lobby. I quit last week. Most guests there are prostitute's and drug dealers. The front desk staff also pays prostitutes for sex… and owners have been notified multiple times and still has yet to take action. Police are there every other day. I didn't feel safe there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who cares about their own well being.

I was here for a week and I finally had to go to the office and tell them myself literally that I need my bathroom swept and mopped and my sheets changed and they did not do that they gave me my sheets out of change them myself then I wanted to mop and clean my bathroom myself and they didn't even want to use bleach or any kind of cleaning supplies because they were so uptight which was disgusting because you don't know how many people are in and out of this place then when I want to vacuum the lady started screaming at me from outside their very greedy with the towels and they don't clean at all I mean it's disgusting so sorry to hear for myself so I clean myself and Brian my own cleaning stuff I will tell you there is one lady in the office that I do like she wears glasses I think her name is Miss Iva or no glasses and she works at the front desk and she's the only one that understands. But as far as maintenance and the cleanliness they have they are very greedy with towels they don't vacuum and they do not clean your bathrooms with bleach or anything like that also there is no microwave at all and they told me to ask for one 3 days ago there still hasn't been one there is not any pillows when I got here they gave me two pillows and they're as thin as a piece of cardboard. I guess you get what you pay for but I think that's ridiculous.

Really good priced hotel. It's one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at that is around that price range. I can't remember her name but the girl that has been there a long time that usually works during the day. She was awesome. So nice and really took care of us. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the microwave didn't work and they said they didn't have one available. We were there for a couple weeks so we had to go get one and hook it up in the room. But besides that everything was great. I would highly recommend this place.

Room was good for the price. Was looking for a quick place to rest and shower before my flight. Worked out great! Their complimentary shuttle ride to airport saved me on the taxi fare.

Would recommend to others. Nice, quiet. They said the room had new carpet and new paint, and they did. Furniture was older. For the price and close to airport, 5 stars. Shuttle was quick.

Room was clean and tidy. Liked the staff. Will stay here again. The onsite guest laundry was very helpful because I needed to wash my kids clothes prior to the flight in the morning.

Will recommended to others. Motel is close to the airport and family friendly. We enjoyed the room, had new paint and carpet. The breakfast was only coffee and cereal but for the price, we didnt mind. Staff said they will have a bigger breakfast once renovated. Shuttle drive was quick and driver was very nice.

Location is great so close to the Airport. Enjoyed my stay. Staff said rooms under renovation. It had fresh paint and new carpet. Smelled great. Loved it! I will visit motel again in few months.

Very disgusting not cleaned and gone on to other otelos and cheaper and they are much more clean, the room was non smoking and reeked of cigarrilo but I set q the employees smoke in the rooms of those who will leave you thrown away all the things the place is also not safe the doors are damaged most, and there is no security,

Do not even think about to stay here. We didn't read reviews, it was a BIG MISTAKE. These are some pictures for you to be able to have an idea. We couldn't take more pictures since I almost throw out. The goverment should close this nasty place. Very dangerous.

We stayed here after Harvey, place wasn't all that good, you need to request for cleaning, they have bedbugs, never again, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude (evening shift). I don't recommend this place.

Are you kidding me, my husband was sent to Houston for work. His company sent him not knowing this hotel was like a place squatters would even turn their noses at. He videoed his entry to his room, immediate you see what looks like a rug that every drug addict and street walker used while eating, drinking and screwing on, possibly also using it as their means of human waste, Clearly never cleaned. While taking the video he was able to catch a cockroach coming from the air conditioner, the fridge was broken, oh and several roaches that were squashed on the wall. Why this place had not been shut down before now is baffling. I'm horrified my husband after a 20 hour day had to leave and find another place to rest. This is what nightmares are created from. Stay the he'll away unless your a junkie, which my husband found some random guy all drugged up in the hallway… This place needs to burn to the ground right to hell with the owners and all those responsible for the state of this building. Needs to be condemned.

NASTY NASTY! We tried two different rooms and they both looked like scenes from a horror movie. Who knows how many times they’ve been classified as crime scenes! The floors were stained with splatters, there was dirt all over the floors, splatters on the wall and bedspreads. I didn’t even want to look in the bathroom! There was even dog poop smeared all over the second floor walk way! To quote Fat Bastard the place could “gag a maggot”! They refused to refund our money, even though we ended up NOT staying there and walking to a different hotel. We didn’t want to chance catching some nasty disease from those bedspreads. We will be disputing the charge. This place was DEFINITELY not as represented by the pictures!

This hotel is one step better than sleeping in a dumpster. Actually a dumpster might be cleaner. The room we stayed in was totally disgusting. There were numerous holes in the walls. The worst was the leaking ceiling above the bathtub. When someone took a shy above us it rained downing us. My advice is to stay away from this hotel. I only give a one because I'm required to give at least a one or else I would give a negative star rating.

The Hobby park and shuttle service is a great price and very convenient. I was picked up within five minutes, and checking my bag at the airport in another five.

I dont know how this place is even allowed to be open its filthy and dirty dont waste you money we left within 4 hours. Spend more money but at least you will get what you pay for DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET THE PLACE IS REALLLY DIRTY AND NO IM NOT EXXXAGERATING.

This place is rat and roach infested, do not, I repeat do not stay at this place. It is dirty, rats in the walls and in my room. The roaches are large and nasty. Mold in the bathroom. Light handles are filthy. The room stenched with cigarettes as soon as u enter This place needs to be condemned or the health inspector needs to pay them a visit.

It's really dirty. They move me to three different rooms and after that there is rat poop dirty carpet no cable and it was really ready fealty I recommend nobody to stay.

Staff was quick to perform checkin. The shuttle van was quick to and from airport. Had to wait 5 mins for the driver. Good for the price. Room was old but clean.

I only gave this place one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. My boyfriend and I made the mistake of booking for one night before leaving for a cruise last week, and I wish I was kidding when I tell you what happened: We flew in at 9:45 on Saturday night, and I called the shuttle as soon as we collected our luggage. The man on the phone said the shuttle would pick us up in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, I called back because no one had come. The man on the phone told me that he couldn't reach the shuttle driver, so no one was coming. We then ubered to the property, and pulled up to see the shuttle parked outside the main door and the shuttle driver fooling around with the manager behind the desk. We walked in, and the man made us wait 10 minutes before he even addressed us. (The entire ceiling above the reception desk was missing). When the manager finally spoke to us, he said that they had cancelled our reservation because my credit card number wasn't working, however I had called the day before and confirmed everything ahead of time. He told us then that they had 4 rooms available that he could give us for $75.00, to which I asked why the price increase because the room I originally booked was $54.99. He asked me for proof, so I pulled out the printed copy of my confirmation stating the original price. He gave us an attitude, but agreed to give us another room for that price.

Booked a 8 night stay. Managed to SURVIVE one horrible 6 hour night there. Upon arriving I was told they had given my room awayand had to beg for them to honor the paid reservation. The room was remarkably disgusting and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The owner was rude and impossible to deal with. The absolute worst hotel ever.

I booked to park my car there through Book2Park for a trip. While I was out of the country, a hurricane hit Houston and left much of the city under water. As a result I could not fly back into the city because the airports are literally closed. Instead of showing some understanding and compassion they basically forced me to pay for days that I was STUCK out of the country to keep my car there. Terrible customer service. They have no manager and can't give a name or number for escalating customer issues. The property isn't even secure. I don't even know if my car is still there because they won't give me that info either. Stay away from this TRASH a — — MOTEL.

A mixed bag of disaster. The first room they tried to give me reeked of smoke despite the no smoking signs. I didn't even set foot in the room. There were stains in every surface. I felt dirty just looking into the room. The second room was visually cleaner. Though after the room, I doubted the cleanliness. I went and bought sanitizer spray and wipes​. I emptied the whole can of spray, most of it on the bed. I just soaked the sheets and threw the comforter on the floor. Don't trust the pictures on line. They aren't pictures of any rooms they have. I wish I had taken pictures of the first room, but I didn't want to be there any longer than I had to be. *It forced me to give it 1 star. Doesn't even earn that.

What a dumb! This is the worst hotel ever they even had dirty bedsheets, roaches in the room and no Internet! They use the antenna for local TV what a dump. Do not stay at this hotel it's filthy. The health department should close them down! Let's not talk about the customer service which is awful they make excuses for everything and they do nothing to satisfy the customer what a waste of money don't stay there it's not worth $. 10 a night!

Horrible. Does not look like the photos. Smells like mold. Blankets have cigarette burns. Staff are friendly. But not a place I will come back to. Pool was closed. Shuttle van looked like it was in a drive by. Just not a good hotel.

I stayed here for a family vacation it was ok no problem with the room except that are bed were never made we didn't even get breakfast even when I booked it it say free breakfast other then that it was ok.

Some times you get a little more than you pay for. Internet speed tests ranged from 29 to 34 Mbps. That is awesome for the price. Building is old but in great condition compared to more expensive places I have stayed at. Security cameras and well lit parking lot with new LED flood lights.

I just checked in… finally check in was at 12 couldn't get a room until 115 due to no rooms were clean because the maid was chillin in the office. The TV only has one channel. No towls. Iv called the office two times about yv and towels and nothing yet it's 311… also no remote and my whole room was shaking. Creepy. I'm not too fond of this place the neighbors are loud the carpet is filthy. I don't like it here the getto in Pasadena is way better than this the only reason I'm here is because someone else paid. This place sucks.

This place is the worst hotel ever, drug deals and prostitutes are everywhere, the guy at the front desk if rude, the rooms are filty, carpet if dirty, bad odor, this is just be worst place. Don't ever go there. It's not safe.

People actually live there long term, so you can imagine what kind of "Inn" this is that the place needs to resort to that. Broken smoke detector, broken amoire, broken shower handle, broken toilet paper dispenser, thin towels, shampoo packets, and little soaps. Since we reserved the room for 3 adults, we expected towels, soap/shampoo and toilet paper to be enough for 3. It wasn't, so I called the front desk for maid service to bring extra, but was told I had to pick it the items myself from the front desk. Since we didn't receive any maid service after the first day, I went to the front desk to get fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and yes, toilet paper, and then proceeded to ask how come we didn't receive any maid service that day. I was told I needed to request it. So I requested it. Well, it didn't come. In fact it never came the 3 days we stayed there! To be honest, the place was managed by recent immigrants (from India) who were servicing the place as if it was in India! Trust me, I've been to India — 7 times now, and love the people of India, but did not expect to be staying at a "hotel" that was at the same level you would expect to experience in India. Going to the front desk one night to get more shampoo/soap/toilet paper, I found the clerk barefoot watching — yes, you guessed it, an Indian movie. Now nothing wrong with that, but to my point of feeling like I was in India! I couldn't help but shake my head. Ah, America, the melting pot.

Nasty, cigarettes holes on sheets, comforts dirty,. Floor stained, walls have blood stains. No towels in room. Plumbing is horrible. It's drug set, Crack head come up to you as you getting out your vehicle. Manager has a very nasty attitude and plays dumb like he don't know what's going on with drug activities.

This was the worst place I ever been with blood on the bathroom door and stains in the carpets TV only had 2 channel and so much gang and drug activities walk out your door and see needles and broken lights over the sink and there is roaches… PS I should get a full refund I won't ever go back I am new to Houston I moved from Rhode Island.

This place is the scum hole of Houston! Absolutely disgusting place. We pull up in the parking lot to unload our suitcases and there are a couple of vagrants panhandling. The room was horrible. There were cigarette burns everywhere, the sheets and pillow cases were filthy. I go to hang my clothes up and the closet is piled full of trash! This place should be condemned! Carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.

This this hotel is so luxurious they have a hot tub pool the beds are so comfortable and they good prostitution here.

Where to even begin. You know those scary motels drunk teenagers go to in horror films? Yeah, this was it. Upon walking in, the carpet is FULL of questionable stains and the room wreaks of cigarette smoke. When I pulled the blanket down, the sheets had all these dark spots on them and the smoke alarm had been ripped off of the roof. As I walked into the bathroom I noticed they had a used roll of toilet paper for their guests to use and no spare rolls. There were only two towels and the one I used had an unknown hair on it. The shower itself either has really hot water or really cold water, and you really have to struggle to find the median between the two. The floor in the tub had stains on it as well (and when I went to put the floor towel down so I did not have to step on the dirty floor of the shower, THE FLOOR TOWEL HAD BLACK AND RED STAINS ALSO), the wall had a large chunk missing, the shower rack looked as though it had been ripped from the wall and placed back on, and the shower curtain was torn. When I turned the TV on, it kept doing this weird creepy static thing. And, as if that was not enough, when I went to get breakfast they had 3 sugar cereals, a large container of orange juice, and no milk… WHAT KIND OF MONSTER EATS CEREAL WITH NO MILK?! I cry every time… Oh and the front office stunk. If you love yourself or the ones you are traveling with, please, I URGE YOU to spend an extra $10 and go to the hotel/motel across the street. Please.

Dude, the same people who run this place are the ones giving 5 stars to this hotel. It sucks. It is filled with drug dealers that smoke outside their rooms. The TV was from like the 90s and it didn't even work. The phone inside the room is without power! The bathroom is terrible and the carpet is sticky and moist. There are holes in the wall and it smells really bad. Please dont go, go to the two other hotels right around the corner, they are better than this and worth the extra $30.

Hobby Airport Inn. 8800 Airport Blvd. July, 2015.1-2 week stay. Amenities are limited (and some of the rooms have upgraded appliances/tv, other rooms do not), however the inexpensive cost — and ability to extend your stay daily — if need be — was pleasantly pain-free… … Personally, I need very few "extras" for comfort. Bed, office desk, and clothing space was good for my needs. *Company vehicle: staff available to pick up & drop off at Hobby airport Location: (Airport Blvd) convenient access to Hobby Airport and couple stop lights off Hwy 45 (Gulf Freeway) : straight drive north to Downtown Houston, and Galveston/Beach directly to the south. Avg outdoor pool, Limited continental breakfast, mini fridge in room — working condition, and reasonable parking space/availability during my stay. Security Cameras on property (if that's a concern of yours). CONS: First day killed 2 very small roaches in room (Remember: THIS IS TEXAS! ) … AND I DID SEE PEST CONTROL ON PROPERTY TO SPRAY THE NEXT DAY! CUDOS THERE! No Microwave Small/Avg size Restroom No Cable in my room (I don't watch TV though) Wi-Fi Signal strength varies B+ bed comfort (personally not bad) Overall: Although this is not JW Marriott in Galleria… for A low cost-efficient budget or extended staying, I felt it necessary to give this Inn an honest review, due to the kindness and understanding I received from the staff as a whole in which I dealt with. Housekeeping Maid was very kind and helpful.

Bad place to book a hotel! There microwave almost short circated witch is a fire hazard! Called the front desk clerk about out and they do not have maintenance on sight after 4:00 p. M.! What hotel doesn't have them on sight for 24 hours? Sheets have blood stains, tub and toilet are strained abd rusted, water seaps threw the tub the toilet won't stop acting like someone's urinating in it for hours when no one's in there! This place would NOT pass a health inspection.

This was one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at. The place is full of prostitutes and drug dealers. The drug dealing is very obvious. Did not feel comfortable staying here at all! The previous people that had the room had left food in the microwave. Housekeeping did not remove it. The hot water in the shower did not work Do yourself a favor. Do not stay at this motel.

Do NOT stay here unless you want a room with blood stains on the walls and carpets! It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen; I checked out before 10pm because I couldn't handle it. The bedsheets had stains as well, and smelled terrible. When I went to tell the management about the issues, they just turned around and walked away from me. Never considering this place again.

Review for hobby inn. Hobby airport inn, I will remember this place as a horrible place to spend 10 mins. I understand the "you get what you pay for" concept, but this place is not for a family. There is an adult XXX place right next to it, so you see all these ladies going in and out the hotel. Im guessing this hotel is the perfect place to bust a nut, of Course after you bust a nut you need a cigarette, so there are cigarette butts everywhere. The smell of cigarettes is strong even on "non-smoking" rooms. The carpet is so dirty that the only way to clean it out will be to replace it. Matter of fact I think the health department should look into this. I should've known better by the hints at the front office. If the hobby hotel inn tells you that they are going to cancel your stay and you will be subject to the cancellation fees, don't believe them. Make sure you get a receipt of the checkout some how. They will LIE to corporate saying that you never checked out and on top of that you left the room in poor conditions. At this point it will be your word against them. Manager: "ok I'm sorry this didn't work out, let me fax this note to corporate saying that you will get refund for the other nights" when you call your company like Expedia to follow up they will hear a whole different story from management of this hotel. Just avoid this place and thank me later, I believe I was the only reviewer.
