Stayed two nights. Room was clean. Only problem occurred when my credit card showed two additional charges plus the original expected charge, more than doubling the amount. Luckily, I discovered this before checking out of the room. When I showed my additional charges to a friendly and personable gentleman at the front desk named “Andy”, he immediately corrected the problem stating it was the result of mistakes by the third party (Hotelsforeveryone) from which I originally booked. All I can suggest is that you double check your credit charges before checking out.

Front desk clerks at nights and in the mornings are extremely rude. They Will kick you out after waiting in lobby for a certain amount of time. Rooms smell like cigarettes. Pillows are hard, mattress way too stiff. I do not recommend this place for travel to or from houston!

Trash! I just called to get a room for one night cause I'm visiting and the price wnet from 55 to 80 in a matter of seconds and then he said he had no room and hung up on me cause I guess I asked how does the price jump like that.

Cons: The non-smoking room smells like smoking room, the blankets have cigarette burnings, this is the first signal something is wrong at this place.
The Worst: I got bitten by bed bugs and still dealing with the allergic reaction in my arms. This is not a safe place to find a room to rest.

1. Rooms smell funky and could be cleaner 2. Saw roaches and wife got bit by bed bugs 3. Furniture is old and dirty I feel like I overpayed for my stay here at 78 dls a night. Will be spending more for a better hotel next time.

After a horrible experience at another motel we came here and were treated exceptionally. They front desk was helpful and accomadating. I also ended up leaving my tablet in the room and They offered to bring it to me at the airport!

It turned out to be a nice place. I was skeptical at first because I hate anything one-way in/one-way out, but I would stay again for business or leisure.

Good value, clean an friendly.

Stains on back of door look suspiciously like blood. Shower not clean and no hot water! Put me in smoking room and never even asked. In general state of unclean and poor repair. Sheets had tears and stains. Mattress was springy and worn.

Very accommodating, especially in light of the flood. Had an issue with the TV and the manager immediately came to my room to take care of it.

Me and my girlfriend traveled from New Mexico to Houston and originally went with the motel 6 right across the street but we had a bad experience there because first off we found out it was infested with roaches and we both got bit by them. My poor gf got bit 5 times and I got bit once and on top of that someone there keyed my car which sucked, so we said enough is enough and we got a refund and went to econo lodge inn and it was 100 times better the service was better and the rooms were sooo much nicer and cleaner not to mention they did not have any roaches. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone in south Houston!

It had what I was looking for: a fresh bed, clean bathroom, breakfast, and a shuttle to the airport which was close by. The furniture was a bit worse for wear and breakfast had minimal choices. Most importantly, the air conditioning worked.

No breakfast due to construction of remodeling. Location is great! Beds were not very comfortable. Customer service was very friendly! This hotel is placed in a great location next to a gas station convenient store with Pho restaurant, liquor store and Nail salon with Massage. Also the new airport parking area Fast Park is just a few yards away! Superb location!

Clean and nice staff. Beds are in good condition and they have normal size pillows. Blankets are on the thin side but it's hot in Texas. Air conditioner works great!

Clean with helpful staff. Stayed total of 7 nights over two weeks with no problems. Only minus was shower rod sagged so I had to be careful shower curtain didn't slide open and get water on floor. Easy access to Hobby airport and interstate.

Good people, good rates, gave me suggestions for things within 20 min. Problem with a bad remote solved in less time than 1/2 a beer. Clean rooms to top it all off.

Wish I could give it a negative star, the customer service is really horrible they are extremely rude and arrogant! I would go somewhere else, it's really not worth the price you pay!

Free airport pick up. The desk guy Nick made great conversation and gave us a great rate.

Just moving to Houston from Indiana Friday and have slept in 2 hotels the red roof downtown and motel 6 (twice) in the katy area. I have to say this is the best hotel I've stayed in since I've been here. This hotel was cheaper than both of the other hotels. This room includes 2 clean comfy beds a nice bathroom, fridge, and microwave. A nice LG TV with great channels. The front desk man was a little blah and not welcoming but the room was clean. All the amenities actually work. No loud disturbances. I wish I would've had this hotel when I first got to Houston I would have definitely saved a lot of money. For 2 nights stay the room was 160 after tax. I love it.

Worst hotel experience ever! I was traveling to Houston for personal business and stayed here. It was moderately priced, but too high for what you get. I reserved a non-smoking room and showed the staff my online receipt. He insisted all he had was smoking so I gave in and stayed. The room was ok but could be cleaner. The smoke smell made me a bit teary eyed and such, but it was livable. The noise at the hotel was ridiculous and I couldn't sleep. The worst of all is that there was a stray dog apparently living in the parking lot. Upon checking out I saw hotel staff throwing rocks and items at the poor dog.
