The service was great the attendant in the front office was very nice and helpful the week I spent there was very pleasant.

I absolutely love this hotel. The front office workers are super friendly. The maids are super friendly as well. They keep the hotel very clean. The rates are very affordable. Great place to stay while definitely recommend it to anybody.

Joey and stay at this location is amazing … The rooms are nice and clean its always quiet and well kept… I would recommend this location to anyome who needs a night or two or more to please stay here you wont be disappointed…

Out of every extended stay hotel we have stayed at this is the best. It is quiet and the people here are always willing to help if you need something or if you have a problem. There is night security as well as a maintenance person always here if needed.

Front desk attendant, Joey is very nice and made check in easy and enjoyable. The room we are in is very clean, well maintained and we couldn't be more satisfied with our stay so far. Three more days and we leave, can easily say it's been a pleasure!

I like it. For a no frills place this hotel is quiet and neat. Staff was very helpful and clean laundry center. I will be back again hopefully for a month because there are no bed bugs!

Great room… courteous service. I would recommend this room to anyone. It's everything you can want in a room.

The management, particularly Joey, could use some customer service training. He was not understanding at all. In my opinion he was kinda prejudiced towards me because he asked to see registration for my service dog and I never showed him any registration. The staff definitely needs to be educated on the ADA laws which are federal laws. A business is not allowed to ask for registration proof of a service animal. I believe it was for that reason Joey illegally had my vehicle impounded knowing that it was not drivable and that I was working to correct the situation in order to be able to move it off the property. One, they did not have private property signs at the entrance of the establishment. Two, as a common courtesy businesses without private property signs respectfully give the vehicle owner up to a week on average to repair the vehicle enough so that it can be removed driven from the property or arrangements can be made to have the vehicle removed by a tow service of vehicle owners choice or a friend with a vehicle capable of towing another vehicle bu chain, rope, or tow strap in order to avoid the outrageously high tow cost that come with an impound.

I love this place! I forget its even considered a "Hotel" the manager Joey is awesome and genuinely understamding as well as Tom, the maintenance crew an housekeeping all get 5 from us. I have been here 3 months longer than I planned, but it slowly turned into home! Unfortunately it is a little expansive but how could I complain its basically just like New York apartment an the staff goes above an beyond. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality.

Bare bones. Decent and rock-bottom prices.

I with to check in this hotel today, they let me review the room before purchasing it, I got and the room sit on the bed and beginning to itch and I have fleas on me the room is definitely disgusting and outdated on my way leaving a woman start talking to me let me know she was there with FEMA and she complaint every day about fleas in animals faeces in the elevator.

Strange people walking all night, roaches in the rooms, refrigerator not cooling enough. This is terrible for what the government is paying.

For someone's construction around there at night is so peaceful and quiet here.

Worst intown ever… 285 a week for roaches infected rooms. Go somewhere else.

Cheap Weekly rates nice clean rooms.

I am currently standing in the hallway late Sunday evening waiting for an employee to come and rekey our cards after we paid and had that done this previous Friday. This is the second time we have had to deal with this on a Sunday evening. And its very difficult to get in contact with anyone. I know this place it what it is but come on. Do your job. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. Roaches, the aweful smell, the keyed side doors that stay opened and much much more. Don't bring your families here.

Bad smell, stained sheets, full of insects specially roaches, bad staff and customer service are careless, very slow internet, don't go there. Very bad experience.

Good Staff Good Quality Rooms at the rate given abt 285 a week after taxes. Strayed here about 2 months never seen any bugs in my room nice TV Staff helped several times when I was late on payment opposed to just putting me out.

Poor customer service they do not answer the phone. No one is ever at the front desk. Guest were doing drugs outside. Traffic is horrible.

In a great location… right off of highway 290. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Staffing was very nice and helpful. The rooms are kind of small. It was a smell when we walked in the room, but it was tolerable. We would have stayed but we had a problem with bugs. The courtsey officer came and sprayed our room which only made things worse. More bugs started coming out of the cracks in the walls. Then a cockroach appeared and we kindly packed up our bags and left. The kitchen area is very small and you have to supply your own cooking utensils. The Wifi isn't all that great neither. I wasn't able to stay connected to it for longer than 5 minutes.

Love it here. Staff is friendly and helpful would stay here again. Some residents are loud at night but the staff are quick to resolve issues.
