Excellent room and amenities, good maintenance obvious, friendly staff. Only constructive criticism would be the quality and content of the Wednesday night social not up to par with everything else.

I recently stayed in one the hotels for an event this weekend. The front desk operator was very rude and spoke in a condescending tone every time I spoke with her. She had a lot of attitude when asked anything. I remained polite and calm whenever speaking with her despite this. I feel as though she was talking to us like we were some ghetto ignorant rambunctious people when we were not. It’s as though because an event that would have predominantly African American people attending it happening down the street (and yes I know and so does everyone else, that sometimes folks don’t know how to act) she would choose to talk to anyone of colored skin (like myself) like they were ignorant or going to tear some stuff up. Or smoke. Or whatever in the room. I saw her speak with some Caucasian appearing men in a much different tone. The front desk associate, Kim, is VERY rude.

We really loved stay here each time we travel to Houston. The bathroom is really spacious. The room is large, the sofa that turn in bed is big and really comfortable. Good service in the lobby. Delicious breakfast with many options. Totally recommend.

I attended a meeting there and the complimentary breakfast was good. I asked the front desk to copy something for me and she was happy to oblige.

I had made a mistake in my booking and Lacy took care of my reservation and helped correct what I did. I was very pleased with how professional and polite she was. With this being said I shall be returning at some in the future.

Nice hotel, nice staff, but I wish it did not have an under unit AC/heater as they are always pretty loud. The entrance can be a bit tricky, so make sure to pay attention when driving up.

The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was just okay. I stayed for two nights but only had breakfast once. The scrambled eggs were made from powder and the consistency was not good. The oatmeal was extremely watery. I had a couple of issues during my stay and the hotel manager resolved them quickly and to my satisfaction. I will stay here again if I come to the area.

STAY HERE! We were impressed from the get go! This hotel is CLEEEEEEEAAAAAN! Even the AC filters were clean! Nice breakfast. GREAT staff! Comfy beds. Smart TV is a plus. No complaints.

Not good very disappointing they gave us as the wedding party a discount of $109 rate then charge our card $136 another rate. Very disappointing!

We stopped by the Fairfield Inn & Suites to visit friends staying there and do our children could swim together. They all had fun and the pool was well maintained.
