The only thing was wrong was my wife didn’t like the room bcuz the bathroom tub the paint was chipping in the tub.

This place was nice rooms a bit old but cozy… the down stairs lobby is awesome and the pool is amazing…

I absolutely loved my stay here, was upgraded to the two room suite and all I can say is I will be back…

It is a very convenient Hotel. It is in the middle of many restaurants and a walking distance from City Centre. The service during breakfast really nice!

It's a bit older of a hotel but the lobby is nice. The rooms are old but serviceable.

Don't do it, don't reserve this hotel, don't let the name or the lobby picture fool you. It's like walking in one the horror movie hotels. Everything is old and outdated. Rooms and hallways smell like moisture from 1940s. In room ac units make so much noise that you can go deaf. Stains are on the mattresses and all over the carpets. My biggest mistake ever. I didn't see one, but somebody was saying there are bedbug in the room. This is a disgrace to Sheraton name and legacy.

Very impressed with this very nice hotel that has been here for years. So nice to celebrate our wedding anniversary her for two great nites Sydney and Travis were the best. Thank you for making it more special. Really surprised at the special treatment we got when told the it was our 34th wedding anniversary. They threw in specials we would have never asked for. Room an view beautiful. Breakfast was awesome. Only thing that took a star off was the TV. We decided to stay in Saturday night and watch a movie on tv. Could not do that. Both TVs had no menus for what was showing. The SonyFE was not a good choice for a good variety of programming. Very disappointed. If this worked better would have been 5 stars plus.

Excellent location, but the rooms are really beginning to show their age. I was part of a group of 10 in town on meetings, and there was a good bit of discussion on our rooms at dinner our first night there. My room, was also very small, more like a Microtel, then a Marriott. The bar was good, the food was average, I cringe when I hear the word frozen beef patties. On the good side, the air conditioning was ice cold, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the bedding excellent, and the room very clean.

Very good stay around. Perfect breakfast should have more variety.

Hotel is very close to the freeway and toll road. Rooms smell very damp, but are nicely decorated. Breakfast I haven't tried, but I do enjoy the fresh fruit in the convenience store when it's available. Staff are nice as well. I would stay here again for work, as there are many restaurants near by.

Pretty decent location as far as access and parking. Not sure how many rooms but ample. Service was professional and prompt.

As todoesta well it only q happens is q I work there x 14 months and has been the more frustrating and until me sick I ran xq acknowledgement wing supervisor Maria Lemus, of steal is them tips 100% proven and she knows q it found until with jewelry in them hands Besides them housmen by FAV.

The stay was really quite lovely, and the complimentary water was a nice touch. The room was beautiful. My only complaint is that the quality of the television was quite poor. Either the device itself was shoddy or it's connection to the cable box was. Either way, the picture was grainy, and we had to turn the volume nearly up to 60 to be able to kinda hear it.

Great staff that was extremely polite and even upgraded my reservation. The staff was very helpful with recommendations on places to eat and go out around the hotel.

I always stay here when I'm in town for business. The rooms are clean and provide enough space to get some work done at the end of the day. The location is great being right next to the City Centre which has all kinds of restaurants and shops.

The hotel itself wasn't the greatest once we actually saw it, but we stayed anyway. The hotel staff was very helpful when we had issues with our room and had to change to another one. My biggest issue is on the backend. A $50.00 hold that was placed on my bank account for incidentals has yet to be returned. Communication with the accounting person isn't the greatest and it's been almost two months since we stayed there. I won't make the mistake of staying there again.

Stayed one night for an event in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super easy. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was very convenient for my needs. Building felt a little old, carpet in the lobby and on floor hallways was a little worn, and fixtures seemed dated. Also elevator was a bit rickety. Overall though, no real complaints and I would stay again.

I would give this place a 0, but it doesn't appear possible. I checked into my room and discovered stains all over my sheets, the walls and the bathroom. When I called down to the front desk, they told me they were too busy to speak to me and I would have to come down and talk to someone in person. Before I went down there, I pulled back the sheets to determine the extent of the stains, and saw tiny black bugs jumping off the sheets — — absolutely disgusting! These were fleas! I am pregnant, so I was visibly upset when I went down to speak to the manager. The manager told me that since I was so distraught, he did not think I was treating him with the respect necessary for him to do anything about this other than to tell me that I could leave at anytime and I would not be charged for the night. Although it was after 10 pm, I packed my things and left. One of the most horribly experiences I have ever had a hotel.

Nice room and facilities. The front desk staff was friendly as well. I was very unsatisfied with the back-end customer service. The company I flew out to meet prepaid for the room, I just had to provide a cc for liability which was not a problem. It turns out they double charged us for the room. They charged the company 244.53 and my cc as well. It took over a month for them to reverse the charge to my card and was extremely difficulty to get anyone on the phone in accounting.

I only checked into this hotel for a night. At times I don't feel like staying at home so I check into a nice hotel and get away for a few hours. I decided to check out Four Points since it's not to far away from my home. The lobby area is very spacious and open. The gentleman that helped with my check-in was so professional and very helpful. When I checked into my room I wasn't crazy about the decor. I felt it could be a lot more contemporary but that's just me. The water pressure was not the best but it didn't stop me from enjoying an amazing bath. I asked for my room to face the pool area so that I wouldn't be close to the street. It was rather cold so I know I wouldn't have to worry about loud noises coming from the pool and I enjoy looking out at the water. All in all I enjoyed my night getaway and for the price I can't complain.

I am so dissatisfied with this hotel. I honestly don't know where to start. If I could give it no stars I would. First of all I made a reservation for two double beds and they messed up our reservation and gave us one king bed. How were we supposed to do this with three adults? They were very rude and took no responsibility for the problem. They said they would bring us a rollaway bed and we waited around FOREVER for it even when I told them we needed to wake up very early. They claim it's a no smoking hotel but our room reeked of smoke. If you don't like the smell of smoke, don't stay here. The sink in our bathroom wasn't properly working and made a VERY loud noise when in use. We could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors were doing, the hotel was VERY loud. The TV and movies were totally messed up. The exterior part of the hotel looks like a motel 6, it is all barred off and looks ghetto. You can hear the freeway very clearly and it kept me awake most of the night. This hotel is old and they are doing construction on it so the pool was totally drained. Honestly this hotel seems like a two star hotel to me. I hate to say it but there seemed to be some ghetto people staying here. Be careful in the parking lot at night and hide everything in your car. On the plus side the location is next to city centre which is really nice, the rooms seemed pretty clean, the decor wasn't terrible and the prices aren't too bad for the area.

Front desk services are worst. I am very disappointed with Sheraton. Lobby is fancy but they should have spent more money to rooms. Key is very sensible so you cannot open your room door if you hold a cell phone or a credit card.

SheepHerder Not Very customer friendly. Arrived after midnight, Was told one rate at check in, when the invoice was pushed under door it was $140 more than I was informed. I noticed this after the second night. I wanted to pay cash they didn't take cash, and slammed my credit card for three days till it was dead. Another incident I was not informed of beforehand. I was given uncleaned room upon arrival, the second room was totally for hand-cap, not what I had in mind for $240 a night. Was given a free breakfast to shut me up, I do like the chain, but this location sucked. A total Downer, An arrogant bunch to boot.
