The rooms are nice, but the pool is very small not really able to swim die to the fire place in the middle of the pool. Last visit someone vomited in the pool and they didn't clean it until everyone started to complain. So we checked out and went somewhere else.

The look and design of this hotel is really nice. The showers are incredible, the rooms are clean and sleek and the location is great. The issues I have with this hotel are with their service. The morning of checkout, about 9am, someone knocked, didn't announce who they were and proceeded to unlock our door and walk in on us. The best part? We had the "do not disturb" sigh on our door. About an hour later, housekeeping knocked and announced it was them. Checkout was 12pm and we hadn't checked out yet obviously.

Lovely hotel. The management, especially Ms. Jackson, is wonderful. The hotel is always clean and quiet. Did I mention the daily breakfast from 6:30-9. Pretty darn good. Waffle station, oatmeal with all the healthy trimming, and fruit are just a few of the items. Great for a staycation or we don't have running water, can you give us a room quick type of place. Enjoy.

I was in a studio King room and it was fantastic. Super modern and comfortable with way more space that you'd think a studio would offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel, seems new. Rooms have a kitchen and very nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Only downside is that housekeeping is not available all the time.

I love the Residence Inn! The rooms are always immaculate! Room was very modern and updated. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking and is in a great location. There are alot of resturaunts nearby! Vegan options as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Manager very rude and nasty, she over charged me 280 dollars! I will never come back to this hotel very unprofessional! m so pissed stiill haven't received my 280 that shouldn't have never been put on hold. I only stayed one night and paid 127. Roslyn the manager was so rude. Roslyn messed my card up! I was gonna go get cash she told me it would be a 200 deposit. Lillie also another rude person already had put a 40 dollar damage waiver on my card. Roslyn was even going off on her employee's in front of guest. I've stayed at high end hotels most of my adult life and I've never met people as rude and unprofessional as Lillie and Roslyn.

Renovated modern facility. Fitness center often busy. Nice happy hour Monday to Wednesday with good crowd.

Hotel was in perfect condition, we booked the 2 bedroom suite and it was lovely. Bathroom was clean and spotless, all the fittings new and working. The kitchen was clean and spotless. Modern TV panel with the option to watch Netflix instead if the normal hotel TV lineup. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, we did not get much noise but it's not too far from the highway if you're traveling through. Breakfast was the usual fare, to be expected at a residence inn. Great front desk service though. Would stay there again.

My daughter had the best 23 lingerie party ever the customer was polite it's just the light bulbs in the front of the sink they were out maintenance could not fix it until Monday.

Very Nice! Rooms are a good size and have full kitchens with full size fridge, dishwasher, mini stove top and all the dishes and silverware. Nice desk to work on and seems to be built recently. Modern and contemporary.

I could not believe how nice this hotel was, both for the low price point and for any price point. Awesome room, great breakfast, clean and pleasant looking facility. I've stayed at numerous hotels in this small area of Houston over the years, and this one is by far the best in this area.

We had a wonderful visit/ stay, service was awesome! We had 3 rooms 213, 306, 307.8/12/17 ck. Out 8/13/17. The only don fall was no ice in Frig. After 7 hrs check-in. We went to front desk and was told the icemaker on frig. Was the only ice… Not good so we found a store down the street… A fix could be have one ice machine were the staff can give 2 bags of ice IF NEEDED per room per day if ice maker does not make ice like ours did not. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was beautiful, clean and smelled good. Nice pool and hot tub. Their breakfast was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very kid friendly.

Friendly front desk staff. The king suite is a very nice room… Smart TVs that let you log into Netflix. Little kitchenette with dishes, pans, and utensils. Full size fridge, little glass top stove, and dishwasher. Soft ambient lighting in the bathroom and kitchen. Bed was pretty comfy. They even have an outdoor basketball court. And to top it off, they will go grocery shopping for you while your out, and put it in your fridge.

Facility was one of the best I have been in — very quiet and obviously new. Easily a 5 star rating BUT pool & spa were closed for no reason with no notice (this was the reason I chose this hotel) and then my room key didn't work the second day which is no big deal. Reception simply replaced the card with "here ya go".

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was one of the best and nicest at a Residence Inn I've ever stayed at. When I checked in I was told my room was not paid for in advance like I though. After I showed the front desk my email confirmation claiming I DID get the "advance purchase rate prepay in full" she became very quiet and just handed me keys. The next morning at 10:15 there was a knock on my door from housekeeping. "You check out now? " I asked her what time check out was and she said noon. I also had the "do not disturb" sign still hanging on my door. Overall the hotel itself is great. Quiet location, very nice rooms and amazing shower but the service is awful.

Can't say enough about this place! Stayed here 2 nights for a baseball tournament. The kids had a blast at the pool and the basketball court. We had a great time grilling by the pool and visiting with friends on the patio. It's extremely family friendly. The kids loved the breakfast, which is saying a lot because I have picky eaters! I was especially impressed with the kitchen and all the amenities in the kitchen. We bought groceries and cooked and saved a ton of money by not having to go out to eat. The kitchen had all the appliances and supplies we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

Very clean and comfortable rooms, the whole facility is completely satisfying for all needs: The General Manager Mr Holland and his team members namely Nashieda made our stay absolutely outstanding, Me and my daughter Nicole (she has a serious medical condition) felt like home. Loved this place. The staff is good the rooms are nice. The beds are comfy. It's a really nice place to stay at. Loved how big the room was. The best part was the pool and basketball cort. The kids loved it and it entertained them for hours.

Frequent traveler and I have been very pleased with the property. Brand new, great layout with the rooms designed with the conveniences both business travelers and even families will like. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the manager for running a great hotel.

I Had to work in Houston for 5 weeks and employees made me feel right at home. They are friendly, courteous, nice and give out the extra mile to help out. Rooms are very nice, kitchen is fully equip, king size bed, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and they can even do the grocery shopping for you at no extra cost! plus they drive you around within 5 mile ratio from Monday through Friday. If I have to come back to Houston I would not choose any other place! Simply love it!
