Beautiful Hotel, luxurious and fancy (per 11 year old). Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, comfortable rooms. Great location close to Memorial City Mall and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Houston.

Newer building and furnishings Elevator us fast, although you must use a key card to go up. Friendly staff, nice outdoor seating areas, outdoor pool and hot tub although hot tub is only big enough for 2 ppl. Rooms are nice, thermostats, fridges, plenty of seating, nice mattresses too.

Rooms were nice and clean and they had a very good ac system that kept the room cool and relaxing. Overall a nice hotel that's not overly busy and still within close distance to various locations.

Pretty good hotel, though the rooms are a little dated. We had a bit of an issue with low water pressure in the shower, but overall our stay was smooth.

This is one of the best Sheraton properties I have seen as far as comfort and hospitality go. The hotel staff goes out of their way to help you and the GM Donald Harris and the operations manager Jean De Vogue are a distinct pleasure to deal with and they really go out of their way to extend hospitality. I have stayed here for many many months and continue to come back to this part of town to stay here since there is no Sheraton in Houston that matches this hotel.

This stay has been pretty nice. The staff is friendly, considerate and accomodating. The only issues I have are with the room design and somewhat noisy AC but those aren't any fault of the staff or management. If I could afford it I'd live here instead of at home lol.

No a bad experience, just had better. Service was professional and friendly. Minor things led to the 3 star rating. Outdated TV that always started on volume 20 on the guide channel. The remote was unresponsive for the first 30 seconds after turning it in which was increasingly annoying after 5 days. The room looked like it could use an update, especially when compared to the lobby and exterior. Largest complaint would be that, despite the hotel appearing to have plenty of rooms available, I was placed in a double bed room closest to the elevator. I wasn't asked if I wanted a king bed. This is probably because I booked with a third party.

The hotel was nice. The staff was really great. The fact there is no continental breakfast is not so great. I was here on a bus was trip, there are limited restaurants in walking distance, and the prices for breakfast are unreasonable.

I came here at the end of a truly terrible travel day (3 hours on the tarmac waiting to take off, missing connections, etc). The young lady working at the front desk was so cheerful and professional, it really brought me back up. Comfortable, clean room. Will stay here again when I'm in Houston next. If Sheraton management sees this, thank you for great service!

First time staying here, we had a club level room. The staff were great. We needed a microwave and they brought one to our room within a few minutes. I liked that you had to use your room key to get up the elevator. We will definitely stay here again.

Very curious front desk, clean rooms with Starbucks coffee, and a refrigerator. Love the walk in shower! Quiet hotel. To me, the downside was needing my room key in order to use the elevator, as I had left it upstairs. Truly, it is a great security measure, but a slight inconvenience if you're simply running out to your car and forget your key… and your ID to prove you belong. All and all, it was a great place to stay.

I totally recommend this hotel! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean and comfortable! I absolutely recommend upgrading to the Club rooms. It’s very much worth the extra bucks and the food is shockingly, very good! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for making this stay such a great experience!

Pleasant enough standard suburban hotel. Really, really quiet, but I suspect that’s because my stay is the day after Christmas. Clean and pleasant, doesn’t feel cheap.

Room was very nice. Shower door fell off it a track and caused me to fall down. Nothing is complimentary! You pay for EVERYTHING! No breakfast… its 16 dollars, no free water it's 4.00, its crazy. I have stayed at Holiday inn express locations that are just as clean and nicely decorated.

The hotel is a short drive from the west Houston business area. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. I enjoy staying here often and will continue to do so.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff members are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel noticed. A special shout out to the Lobby Ambassador named SK. SK represents the best of the hospitality industry and truly stands for what Texas is all about. He provided excellent guest interaction and was always willing give me city tips and help me get to point A to point B with ease. In the Cafe, Dora was beyond exceptional as a server and customer service representative for the Sheraton brand. She was a great addition to every breakfast that I enjoyed at the hotel. She was always cheerful and eager to converse with me about my day. Dora and SK went above and beyond to make my stay at this hotel a fantastic and memorable time.

Comfortable, well appointed and great staff. Restaurant/bar closes by 10. Breakfast buffet served till 10 am, I think it is about $15.

The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. Some of the room features were pretty dated. The shower head was awful. Had a strange smell in the room. No free breakfast with our room. Coffee pot was dirty. Decent value.

Went there to get lunch. Good food but small portions. Also hard to place an order for pickup.

I came to a training to a company that is close to the hotel, by the beltway. The attention and service has Been amazing.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the staff very kind and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet SAS upwards of $18! They had some refreshing tea available throughout the day. All in all I was happy with my stay but I did spend most of my time at conferences and not at the hotel. That being said when I was there, I was very satisfied!

Stayed here recently for a one night stay. Front desk was very friendly, room was clean and hotel was well maintained. Room was a bit cold but I could've asked for help on that issue so not their fault. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we ever need to make a trip to Houston again (:

They know what they're doing and they're the epitome of professional. We hosted our family there when my wife and I were married and Ishan, Devon, Lisa and the entire crew took absolute care of all of them. Good food, nice rooms, and clean facilities… you'll have a nice night here!

It is located right off the tollway but you can not hear any road noise. The room is nice and clean and pretty big, the staff are great! I def would recommend staying here.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful going above and beyond to help me with changed travel plans. There is plenty of free parking as opposed to other Sheraton hotels in town as well.

(tl;dr) This location is only pet-friendly to pets weighing 40 lbs or less, despite what they tell you over the phone and what is written in their pet waiver. A week before I was scheduled to arrive, I contacted the property and asked for specifics about their pet policy, and whether or not there were any fees or deposits that needed to be paid for the 2 dogs I would bring. I was told there were no extra fees or special policies, I just needed to crate my dogs if they were going to be left in the room unattended. When I checked-in, I was asked to fill out a pet waiver. It was a simple 2 pages, the first page asked for my initials to common sense rules such as keeping my dogs out of the restaurant, away from the pool and the front porch entrance. No problem. I noticed that one of the rules stated that my dogs couldn't be left unattended in the room, not a major problem, but it conflicted with what I was told over the phone. The second page asked for information about my dog such as name, breed, and weight. I don't own a 'bully-breed" and I accurately listed my larger dogs weight as 80 lbs. I returned the completed pet waiver and checked in without any problems. As I was getting my dogs out of my car, I noticed that the 2nd desk clerk, who was chatting it up with a pizza delivery guy as another clerk checked me in, had stepped out onto the front porch and was staring in my direction. She walked back in and a few minutes later I headed in with my dogs.

The meeting room we have is very nice. There is guest-service there to refill the ice water. The front desk associate was helpful by knowing where our meeting was located.

Staff was kind enough to let me check-in a few hours earlier than my scheduled check-in time. The room was clean and the price paid was fair.

Con artists! They charged my account an extra $59 for room service I never ordered! I will NEVER COME BACK HERE! How are you going to charge me for an invisible meal?

This hotel charged me $150.00 extra because my 4yr old daughter accidently wet the bed. It was very light and was cleaned immediately but they still felt the need to charge me that extreme amount. I could have had it professional cleaned for much less. A suggestion. Since young children do frequent your hotel with their families. It would be nice if you would put mattress protectors on your beds or at least leave a protective pad in the room. Your beds are very comfortable and deserve to be protected. As does my charge card. Thanks so much.

Bait and switch on the room rate. Used AARP and when arrived told me I could not use it because of my age then jacked up the rate. So much for being a Starwood member and AARP This is not a $200 night place; more like $130.

My family and I stayed here on a Saturday night. When we entered the lobby at about 930pm we waited for about 10min for someone to come to the front desk and greet us. But once greeted the clerk was very helpful and polite. We used a coupon from hotwire which made our night there $65.00 for a room that would have normally paid 150.00. The room was really nice and made us feel like we were definitely in a nicer hotel. Super clean! The shower was Awesome with great water pressure and the temp was perfect. In the afternoon I took my children for a swim and it felt pretty good out by the pool, we had the pool to ourselves. The only thing that I did not like was the prices for the food. $14 for a breakfast buffet, $25 for a regular breakfast plate and $10 for oatmeal.

I called to get a quote. Found their rates are higher than whats quoted on their website, and when the agent realized that, she just hung up while I was still asking questions. Customer service stinks.

I would have rated the hotel higher if the restaurant inside it was a more pleasant experience. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff (with the exception of the kitchen) are nice and accommodating. The restaurant is horrible, so called chef, who does not know what quality food is. We went to the hotel this past weekend and wanted to order a small snack to take up to our room. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and my friend ordered the Frito pie. I also decided to order the cheese plate for later. When we got our food and headed back to the hotel room, I opened the bag and noticed that my soup had macaroni noodles and not egg noodles like the menu said. When I went down to complain, they said that that's how they always do it and the menu was wrong (they also said that the ad for the restaurant in the elevator displaying short rib Frito pie was wrong as well). I asked for a refund for the Frito pie and the soup, since I wanted to eat with my friend. We ended up getting James Coney Island which was on the same block. Later that night, when I opened up the cheese plate, it consisted of cubed cheddar and parmesan (with rind still on) and 4 slices of what looked like rolled cheap mozzarella and old prosciutto that they bought from a Walmart.

I stayed at this hotel 2 or 3 times. I am also a member of their program. However on my last stay here, which was this past weekend. My smoke alarm went off. Why did it go off at 11 pm? I have no clue, I was asleep to wake up for work at 5 am. So the front desk called me saying I was smoking in my room?! I never smoked a day in my life. They charged me a $200 fee for something that doesn't exist! I will no longer stay at this hotel again. Why you think I choose to stay at a non smoking hotel? Because I end up coughing around people who smoke myself. Being around smokers is my biggest pet peeve. Well it is time for me to call corporate. I will not accept this outrageous fee.

The linen stunk. The batteries in the TV remote were almost dead. The shower handle was metal to metal worn out and it required a good two-handed twist to shut off the water, so you can imagine how hard it was to turn on. Using two hands you were assured a good dousing with cold, cold water. The cherry on top? Once I shut off the desk top lamp I could never get it back on. This is a poorly maintained hotel, and you expect more for $220 er night, which included tax.

OK its a little expensive price to private pockets.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, staff is mediocre but the prices are just silly. It's way to expensive, especially for the area! There is nothing to do right around the hotel, nowhere to dine and there is a rough area down the street. It seems like a random place to put a hotel. If you are willing to pay the high prices, the hotel itself is very nice.

Worst ever! Room had an aweful smell. Could not rest due to stuffy odor. Possibly from previous pets in room.

I was in town on labor day. The hotel did not offer room service and I felt rushed to eat at the bar since I couldn't get a meal in my room. I was cut off from having a 2nd glass of wine after 9 because the bar and restaurant were closing. There is nothing in the area btw. This place is off the beaten path unless you are driving. I left a brand new expensive swimsuit in the bathroom and called after I checked out about it. They said they would check and call back. I never got a call back. The pool area was that of a 2 star at best. The manager offered a free night because of all the issues. Problem is, I don't go to Houston that often. This was several years ago. I haven't been back to use the room credit. Sheraton corp should have offered a free night at any one of their properties. Aside from the lack of Sheraton service, this location was substandard. I would not recommend.

Staff was very nice and helpfull but the hotel was a letdown. Had to stay for a week, the room was a King Suite, $120 a night for no place to put my clothes, no small fridge, no micro, $16 for breakfast every morning, and $5.50 a beer after 7pm. Stay across the street at LaQuinta. I will next time. Part of my group did and it is very nice.

Great new hotel, great and friendly staff and easy to get to. First stay here and look ahead to next trip. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are wonderful and bed is first class. Very clean and well kept.
