Room was nice and comfortable but I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broke! Not pleasant.

NO BREAKFAST, NO SWIMMING POOL was Offered no compensation. The leather was peeling off the rolling chair in the room I complained to the front desk they stated the would send maintenance up to replace the chair. After 45 minutes I had to get one out of a room adjacent to mine at which time I called the front desk and told them I was good.

Nice clean and large rooms.

It was very hot in the hallway. Elevators were broken. Swimming pool and hot tub was closed until further notice.

Clean rooms nice pool. Nice Hot hot tub. Good complimentary bfast egg sausage bacon waffles hash browns and plenty of other items. I'd stay again great for a 2 star hotel.

Great service and very clean. Always cleaning throughout the whole day. Greeted by friendly staff every time I entered the hotel. Also breakfast is a 9 out of 10. French toast is amazing.

Power went out during our stay for about 8 hours. Made me late on an assignment I needed to submit that night. Found a bug in the bathroom when the power was out and a plastic bag tucked away that had reminents of weed in it. Besides that, it was a decent stay. Probably wouldn't stay again.

I had a great stay here and the room was nicely furnished and the bed was one of the most comfortable for my stay. I had some little small stuff issues with my room that I casually mention when I checked out. I was not looking for any compensation more or less I wanted to help. I left my name and email with the front desk. I got an email from the GM who offered me a free night on my next visit.

The staff was very friendly, and the manager made sure to talk with everyone at the breakfast nook and ensure they were having a good time. Food was a bit spread out into multiple rooms, but it wasn't much of a bother. My room was comfortable and even had a couch in the middle room. Although I never sat on it, it was a nice addition and would have been a nice comfort if I had to conduct business from the room.

The Staff there is absolutely kind. The manager Phil that runs the place does a phenomenal job. Great hot breakfast every morning. Check it out!

Good service & staff. Clean. Felt safe. Great Wi-Fi. Breakfast was much better than other comparable breakfasts and nothing was stale or unedible. Would stay again and recommend it to others! Especially for the price!

Very pleasantly surprised! Staff is friendly and helpful rooms are large, beds are comfy, and there is a refrigerator, microwave, and 6 cup coffee pot in each room. All of the usual goodies; iron, hairdryer, shampoo, etc. I love that my room had a separate sitting area with pull out sofa. All in all this is a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay. I'll be back.

The hotel is clean and a great location to beltway 8 and Katy. It's easy to get to 10 as well. The breakfast is a good spread and hot. Parking is free. The pool is pretty big and the hot tub was warm. They have a fitness center with new equipment and TV's to watch while you work out.

Greeted by a wonderful staff, rooms were nice, clean and comfortable and was able to relax after a long drive with minimal amount of noise.

The rooms in the facilities overall are pretty nice. It has a pool and a workout facility. The breakfast is not too shabby as well. However, I have felt like the staff has been uncaring. I came back to the hotel one night and all of the electricity was off in the whole building. I did not receive an apology or any help to get to my room. Nor did I receive any money back on my stay.

The first night we checked in there was a huge spider in the bathroom and black hairs in my bed I have blonde hair. They moved me to a another room which smelled cleaner and was better. Front desk service especially at night had no customer service skills I had asked for new sheets because I was ill and they acted like they didn't know what came in his set sheet to pillowcases flat sheet fitted sheet, is not hard. They only had room the room service twice a week on Mondays and Fridays they would change the sheets and you had to ask if you wanted your garbage and towels removed then you had to ask if you could get clean towels for the next following day one time I asked for a towel and I was told don't you have towels in your room. Every time you asked for any kind of assistance he acted like he was very put out and didn't want to leave his little computer area. The manager however was attentive and helpful yet the evening customer service guy is still employed I wouldn't stay here if it were my choice.

Great when rates are discounted. Price is fair for area and quality. Hot breakfast is above average and definitely a highlight.

Selection of this hotel was a great choice. I was greeted by a professional staff member. After a long drive, the room was very inviting and most comfortable. It was very spacious. The location was easy to find. The breakfast was just what I needed. I would return with my family in the future.

Absolutely superb! Clean rooms, wonderful friendly management, fullspread breakfast, superb amenities, even complimentary gift wrapping station. This place is what home away from home should be. Well worth it!

Easy access with free parking.
Large, well-equipped rooms and large and comfortable bedding.
Would just miss a safe to tidy up important business.
But the staff looked good, smiling and helpful.

More than enough room, clean and the staff was friendly, and good breakfast. Love our stay we came in town for a funeral.

The service seems to be very good. Rooms is nice and seems newer. There was a grasshopper in my room. More than likely came in on someone's luggage.

Hotel was nice and bright. I was surprised with an unusual feature in the bathroom, a hotel bathroom that has a separate exhaust fan and a light! The only issue at the hotel is it thermostat was flashing error, the hotel did not fix it and so we were unable to adjust the temperature in the room in the middle of the Houston's summer.

Good on a budget. Some things work, some don't. It's nice and modern looking. Breakfast is good too. I think they're trying to upgrade more add get a 3 star status and I think they're on the right path. I was pleasantly surprised. They have a fitness room and decent pool. I highly recommend this place.

Really good value! Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms are about average size and had all of the usual amenities. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Pool was fun for the kids.

Very nice Comfort Suites. Close to fast food restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.

Spent the last 2 nights here and loved it. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious with a large selection, super convenient location for pretty much anything, and while we didn't use the pool it too looked great. Found my new hotel for our Houston trips.
