Hospitable and spacious I would highly recommend.

Nice staff. No issues with room. Restaurant inside has good food that is decently priced.

Staff is always fantastic. Breakfast is buffet or to-order. Nice sports bar with TVs bar seating, high top seating and booth seat. Appetizers, Burgers or Steak.

Very bad and rude customer service. They charge my card 25.00 $ at the chick in without my authrization as a deposite while my room is paid in full and advance while I needed that money for my traveling gas they gave me a room with very bad mentenance it lookes like the maneger dosent care after l told hime. Well, gustes dont need giftes they need to be treated with some respect and dignety.

Indoor pool and Jacuzzi is nice. Just off the Grille that has breakfast, lunch & dinner. Gpod bar, too. Enjoy meal & drinks on patio.

Absolute horrible service. First stay we were told to have a seat (we were the only people in the lobby), waited 20+ minuets. Finally got our room, bathroom was had mold all over. After talking to the manager we were asked to give them a second try. So we did. Walked in the lobby (once again the only ones) asked to have a seat AGAIN! Someone else walked in, she helps them before us. 10 minuets later we’re finally asked to check in. Horrible! We will NEVER stay here again!

Right along energy firms so perfect for industry employees spending extended days in town. Clean, nice spacious floor plans.

The Front Desk Agent that checked us in was very lovely and warm. The property seems slightly renovated, our hallway did have the overwhelming smell of cigarette or some form of smoke although. The room was nice, normal small amenities like a one cup coffee maker, towels and toiletries were fine. Our room looked to be newly cleaned though, as the toilet was full off dirty water and the tub had debris and was dirty from like a mop bucket unfortunately. But overall a nice 3 star property.

This holiday inn is on the back-end of recovering from Harvey. The restaurant is newly re-opened, and while some people might find a mostly empty restaurant to be disquieting, having a mostly empty restaurant that is quiet enough for me to enjoy a meal in peace without blaring music or 15 conversations trying to drown out a quiet conversation is something hard to find these days. The restaurant food is fairly typical hotel restaurant fare, but the chef is meticulously attentive to detail with preparation — vegetables can be oversteamed, understeamed, or inappropriately seasoned, and the steamed vegetables in this restaurant are worthy of a Michelin star restaurant. There are fresh cookies available each night for check in, and while the spa is still out of commission for repairs, the pool is heated, in magnificent shape and maintained very well — I've been swimming each day. My room needed a maintenance call when I checked in because a drawer wouldn't close and the office chair was on its last legs, but they were replaced promptly, and the hotel manager slipped a "free drink in the lounge on the house" under my door by way of apology. I took up the offer and the bartender/server Daniel made an exquisitely impressive Bloody Mary for me — bit of hot sauce, bit of pepper, his personal flair of A-1 and lime.

I sent a package to my boss (we work in food sales) via FedEx and it delivered to my boss after he had already checked out. The front desk made sure to reach out to me to let me know as well as print out a new label for me as I scheduled a FedEx pick up. It was so nice to have such great customer service, even after checking out. I travel to the area often for work and will definitely go back to this location. Excellent Customer Service!

Good place. They where remodeling so no pool and food was served in the conference area. When they have a event you have to eat in your room.

Great hotel and staff. What ill never understand as a business traveler flying every week is why does almost every hotel bar close at 10pm? When its our only escape from the day to day business of our life… last call is 2am but hotels close the bar at 10? Why not 11 or even 2am its sad the hotels dont get why we as travelers need more access and time to bars. Its our only release while traveling. And have to uber to another location when we could spend that money at the hotel rather than search for a other location that is open off property. As a example my bar tab at another property was $235.00 what if the hotel got that times 5 or more every night? Its a revenue they are losing every day. Id never ask or suggest my company give that profit up. Open later. Give us a light for the end of our day. Business travelers are your biggest income. Dont short us.

If you enjoy hearing stomping all night long, then this is the place for you. Hearing the constant beeping from the hallway was exceptional in its cadence and pitch. Also very pleased with paying $137 for a room with an intermittent A/C and no continental breakfast.

Roomy room. Nice hotel. Desk chair was too low for the high desk. Need a different style of chair. The alarm clock was impossible to figure out how to set the alarm.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was no access to the fitness center or restaurant but I didn't plan to use either. The staff was very accommodating and the room was spacious. I would probably stay again.

Due to Harvey, my fiance and I was forced to reside in a hotel. We got approved for FEMA so we choose this hotel being it was one of the better ones and in a nice area. The staff was nice during our stay and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We was approved for a extension which was such a relief but a couple days later the front desk called and with no remorse said we had to leave the next day due to prior reservations. I then talked to manager explaining we had absolutely no where to go, and if there was anything we could do. But that was that. I have a feeling it was more behind it than that. But it was like he didn't want to say the real reason because he knew it was wrong. But God was on our side and we found a hotel that worked out to be better for us. As for holiday inn & staff — well they should have and could have handled that situation better. Won't be returning there.

Lots of issues with the building. The staff tried but A. C. Was out in my room and several other people that were in my group. I can see not knowing that one room's A. C. Wasn't working but not knowing about 6 or so. I doubt that. There were other just little stupid thing that you think would be common sense like every drink vending did not have water. It was all just sugary sofa on every floor. Come on, this Houston its hot.

It wasn't worth the $. The restaurant was closed but they had a conference room with some tables so they could serve food. I didn't feel comfortable sitting in that room so I went back upstairs and decided to order room service. I called down to order my food when I was done I was told they only had one server on staff and would have to go down to get my food. None of this is the servers fault in fact he was very nice it's a management issue they should always have two people on staff especially if they are serving alcohol. The front desk staff was not so great I felt that I was a waste of time to them. I originally had a reservation at another Holiday Inn property that had been overbooked so they sent me to this place. I expected at least a little nicer reception at the new place. That was not the case. After I got checked into my room I got my stuff and went up. The hallway carpet had looked like someone spilled a milkshake on it and was never cleaned up. I get to my room and open my door and was blasted with some kind of smell I can't even explain but it made me nauseous and gave me a headache. I was under the understanding that this was the only room available. So it knew that my only option would be to find yet another hotel and I really didn't want to go through that again. I took some headache medicine and stayed. Then that's when the whole room service thing happened.

Stayed here on a business trip to Houston. I wasn't able to make it to the hotel until around 10 but the staff was still super helpful and kind. Room was nice and overall environment very professional. Only thing that could improve is for room service to deliver past 10 PM.

Our stay was made enjoyable by the amenities available at this Holiday Inn. They have an all-day restaurant where the chef cooks delicious & flavorful meals. Lunch is buffet style with a different themed menu for each day. (Ana at lunch and Daniel who serves at dinner stand out from the waitstaff because they give 5-star service. ) Another convenience is their 24-hour gym; it's small but it has all one needs to get a good workout. The indoor pool & jacuzzi is right next to it and looked inviting. The business center was very useful; it has 2 newer computers connected to a color printer that worked nicely. The spacious lobby has an appealing design and offers a relaxing place to sit. They also have a shuttle that can drive you around. Rooms are clean and, as expected, beds are very comfortable. Parking is not a problem at all. The manager and hotel staff are nice and willing to serve.

Enormous rooms, very pretty decor! Overall, just a wonderful stay and a great bed + great pillows which mean everything! Great value! Only bad thing, Wi-Fi is not good!

Located near just about anything you could need. The pool was empty besides my family, though we had to wait until 8pm to use it. The room was nice. Cosmetically it could use some upgrades, but nothing terrible. One drawer had to be taped shut since it kept opening on its own. Also the sink faucet overshot the edge of the sink when turned on full blast.

Really nice place to stay. We were there for a baseball tournament and had about 10 rooms in our group. We had 3 rooms that had air conditioning issues but they took care of it. We just moved rooms.

Great reception. Big rooms big bed and comfortable. Good free parking.

BAD SERVICE IN THE BAR RESTAURANT! The hotel itself is generally updated nicely and is also in a good location. Parking is bad. There is literally one entrance. We had no problems at check in with Macintosh at the front desk. We checked in and was initially given room 215. When we made it to the room the first thing we noticed was the bathroom sink was made out of wood and it was scratched up VERY badly. We called front desk to be moved into another room and Macintosh asked us to take pictures of the bathroom. We went back to the front desk and showed him the pictures. (Even he was disgusted) He then moved us to room 114 which was a much nicer bathroom with marble sink. The second problem we encountered was the whirl pool. We couldn't get it to function properly. Again we went to Macintosh and he quickly came to check it out and finally got it working. Unfortunately, the water never fully got heated. That was a bummer. The worst problem with this hotel is the bar/restaurant. It was only us and one other lady dining in at the time. (We noticed many shady looking employees walking around the restaurant and having loud conversations which is so unprofessional) We ordered burgers and two cocktails which was whiskey and coke. They both tasted like plain coke! How can anyone mess up a simple drink like that! To top it off we waited for our food for 30 minutes and it never came out. We were so upset that we went out in the freezing rain to get dinner.

It is a very nice hotel. The food is great and loved the grill for lunch.

Mikintosh was the best front desk personnel I've ever experienced. I may be incorrect in the spelling of this gentleman name so I offer my apologies in advance. However, the quality of promptness, courtesy, and accuracy performed by him need no apologies but be rewarded and recognized! Now the hotel itself had a very modern day feel. The smell hits you of aromatherapy scents and ambience. The room cozy and clean. The proximity to stores, restaurants, and the interstate. Love, love, love this hotel and would've given them 10 stars if I could! Me being from Florida where the pride of life is the hotel's and amenities. Houston, TX you got them beat! Keep doing what you're doing. It is working very well and this guess appreciate it!

Rooms were what you would expect for a holiday inn. Clean and comfortable. Hotel seemed well maintained. The gym was minimal, several treadmills and other cardio machines along with free weights up to 30lbs. I am not a fan of this lvl of hotel not having a complimentary breakfast but maybe I am old fashioned. Location was convenient and quite.

I attended a work meeting there in one of their conference rooms and it was nicely laid out. The staff was also very attentive and refilled the provided refreshments in a timely manner.

Easy check in and reasonable prices. Rooms are nice and clean.

Great stay… best room ever.

Fitness center is small and filled with a few pieces of equipment so there's not a lot of room if you're not on one of the treadmills etc. They have some things you can checkout and bring back to the Room though, like yoga mats and blocks.

Restaurant went from good quality lunch food to garbage quality cafeteria food for the same price. Buffalo chicken sandwich went from real chicken strips and fresh cut french fries to frozen hockey puck chicken "tenders" and fries. If you used to like this place for a quick lunch, find another spot.

Best hotel iv ever been too. Great service, wonderful food and the cleanest rooms iv ever experienced. All those people telling you the food is terrible and there are bed bugs, THAT'S A BIG LIE. If anything the bed bugs are in that persons house. I have not been disappointed with this place at all, iv been here for two weeks and I have one more week, I would'nt trade this place for anything else. When I come back in February, March and May this will be my spot.

Awesome TriAthlon way point. The establishment is clean and the folks are great. We stay here every time we have a TriAthlon on this side of town. Disregad all negative comments as a competitors feable attempt at driving your business elsewhete. This Holiday Inn serves the chain proudly and honorably.

Breakfast buffet was not good, do not try the eggs!. Sausage was very salty. The food I ordered from the menu was really good, especially the omellette. There is no such thing as happy hour, were they take $1 off beer. Seriously!? Rooms were is really good condition (since is brand new. ) The menu for room service and the menu at the restaurant have the same exact items. However, room service orders are in a lot smaller amounts! (which I don't think is right. ) Good fitess facility and pool. Front desk was friendly and professional. Evening waiters can use customer service training skills.

Beware and be carefull. THERE ARE BED BUGS ON THE HOTEL, we called the city of houston and reported but nobody do anything. My friend use to work there and the 5th floor and 4 floor are closed for it. be carefull.

Terrible customer service! Employees that stayed overnight said the rooms were nice enough, but working with the staff is a nightmare.

BEWARE — Staff is not helpful in assisting it's customers with cancellation of reservations due to extenuating circumstances. DO NOT book a reservation at this hotel if your plans are not 100% in stone because you will end up paying 400$ for a hotel stay that you cannot use.
