Staff is amazing! Ana is great with booking needs and help. Jasmine is amazing at keeping everyone happy! The only conference room I’ll use on Katy Freeway.

I've stayed in Omnis, Marriotts, Hiltons, and many more, but because of the employees here this was the best hotel experience ever. Three great people helped me but Jasmine — make her CEO.

The decor Was A Step Above other Holiday Inns. Nice marble floor in the entryway and front desk area. Nice wood finish on the walls. Good stay. Except for the first room I checked into there was already a couple there. Had to go get a new room from the front desk. :-)

Nice hotel. Awful sewage smell outside. Musky smell in rooms.

Comfy beds and well accommodated rooms. Everything clean and nice. Also nice seeing security in the parking lot patrolling.

The staff here are special. They're friendly and happy to serve you. Excellent breakfast that even a vegan, like me, can enjoy. I'm used to a softer bed. I recommend staying here.

Great place close to hospital, excellent customer service clean room. Great a/c it was on and that's a plus, when your tired coming in from out of town.

Comfortable, clean rooms with a decent breakfast, including some hot food as well continental. The only thing I would say is that I recommend requesting a room away from the elevator bank as the ice machines and vending machines are really loud. I could still hear them with ear plugs in.

Exceptional service by the gal who was starting to set up for breakfast in the morning. I had to leave early (before breakfast was served at 7) and she was kind enough to make me a waffle before I headed out. Very much appreciated. The front desk clerk John said her name was Walda. John was also very accommodating. A very nice guy. I'll make sure my employer books me in here again next time I'm in town on business.

The sales manager has bent over backward to accommodate our many guests for my daughter's wedding weekend.

Conveniently located directly off I-10 in the energy corridor but was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast wasn't very good either — I quickly got tired of it. Some days, they hadn't stocked the yogurt and milk in the fridge.

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Enjoy my stay in this place.

Beware. From day one the staff were very rude to us. The loser housekeeping boy with a females job and a wh*re wife and mother was cussing at me in spanish outside my door cos he's a jealous scum of the earth loser trash. I had bed bugs and had to go to the doctor. I tried to complain about these things to the fat manager but she and her skinny ugly short wh*re scum of the earth jealous food stamp receiving receptionist threw insults at me and my family. Since day one when the staff found out I was british they gave me a hard time from the get go. This was reverse racism and jealousy. The whole hotel staff are scum of the earth that I wipe off from the bottom of my shoe. The housekeeper scum all gossip and insult you in spanish. They even hired a hotel staff member and she kept slamming the door opposite my room at 3am 5 times in a row every hour so I couldn't get any sleep. I'm reporting this unprofessional racist staff to the top corporations. This is the worst rudest hotel i've ever been to. They all look like they collect food stamps the trash scum! avoid this place. I'm angry now cos they all gave me he'll there after I was trying to be nice. I think the fat indian owner has a grudge against english people cos england used to own india many years ago and she and her ugly son can't stand it and keep a grudge against british people from centuries ago! they are ridiculous. All the staff are pigs on welfare as in trash! avoid this hotel and go somewhere else.

It's disgusting that you don't allow pets during the difficult times. I just went on a 2 week pleasure trip and took my dogs. The hotels were friendly towards them. Shame on you.

Ashamed of you guys, some of the victims of the flood where welcomed but you made their 3 bigger dogs of gentle nature stay crammed in the car because of pet policy, yet small dogs are okay!? THERE IS A MAJOR FLOOD GOING ON, YOU PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE & I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT ANYMORE OF YOUR LOCATIONS. So ridiculous.

To refuse 3 dogs the shelter they need from the hurricane disaster is evil and cruel.

With the hurricane happening and emergency evacuations this place REFUSED to allow a family to bring in their three dogs. Dogs are family members and alhtough normally this hotel is not pet friendly they refused to make an exception given the circumstances. Shame.

Internet needs some words but everything else was good.

We stayed here for 4 days. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast was good and rooms were updated. Only negative — there was not an exhaust fan in the bathrooms.

We checked in just after check-in time. The hotel interior in the common spaces is a little dated, but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were first given a room that room service hadn't finished in, but were quickly changed to a new room that was just fine. The room was spacious and clean. The rooms were updated. We did have a good bit of noise in the hall overnight. I was never able to connect to the Wi-Fi, but we weren't staying long enough for it to be an issue for me. Some rowdy guests. Breakfast was great. Nice variety of hot and cold items. We would stay here again.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are always clean. Easily accessible. Not far from shopping or the hospital, which was why we chose this location.

Nice clean place. The rooms look and feel modern-ish. The customer service is up to par. I really like how there is complimentary beer (bud light, Miller light, and white wine) in the lobby Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 5:00 — 7:30pm! The is also an excellent restaurant (steak house) literally across the parking lot. Overall, a very nice spot.

Poor service the room was passed fixed and they were not to go later.
