This hotel has the BEST and nicest staff. My family had to stay (basically live) at the hotel for a good while and the staff there made us feel “right at home. ” They definitely made a rough situation much more bearable. As great as it is being back home, we sure do miss our friends. Thank you so much Lincoln, Emmanuel, Fantasia, Betty, Marino, Toy, and anyone I missed (especially housekeeping! ) for everything you do and and for making us feel so welcome! Your kindness towards my family during this rough time did not go unnoticed. We love you guys! And the hotel is about to go through a HUGE remodel. We are super jealous we’ll miss it. You should definitely check this hotel out. It’s family-friendly, a great/convenient location, and their customer service cannot be beat!

Nice Swimming Pool with a mini Waterfall I enjoy the most and Excellent Customer Service.

Clean rooms, the beds are very comfortable so you can get a goodnight sleep a friendly smile goes along way thank you for that! Despite covid situation, me and best friend have enjoyed our stay.

Had issues with my keys several times. Both electronic and physical. Wouldnt let me in the room. Maintenance and the guy at the front desk both acted like it was something I did? Front desk guy was actually very rude. My room was not very clean. Actually had candy wrappers on back of the couch when I grabbed them to throw away there was candy stuck on the wall. If I see it why cant the maid? Wont be back to this one. To much money to be treated so rude.

Where do I start? Rooms smelled HORRIBLE. I called front desk for soaps shampoo and conditioner and they never delivered. The bed sheets were never changed in our two night stay. The food? HORRIBLE. Twice I have picked up a coffee cup and the inside was dirty. They don’t properly clean the water dispenser. Just a really bad experience overall for a hefty price …

Had a work seminar in the Americans can boardroom. Room was very clean and they provided all the amenities we needed through the several days we were there.

The hotel itself is good. Rooms are nice and clean, decor is OK but can use some modernization, but overall not bad. Rooms are good. Amenities are good. I don't stay here for the hotel to be honest, I stay for the staff and the type and level of service they provide. Everyone here is very very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The kitchen and bar staff are simply amazing, and I can speak for others when I say they are simply amazing people. Monica and Marino focus on what a bar should be and can make an array of drinks, very knowledgeable. They service levels and professionalism is just amazing. Proactive staff with a level of service you can't get at even the ultra high-end hotels. Front end staff — Hunter, this kid is almost at the same level as Monica and Marino. Very reactive and professional, takes a proactive approach, I'm still very impressed. Kitchen food is also pretty good as well, made to order and full of flavour. Hotel is pretty good, but the staff really makes up for areas the hotel lack.

Slept well rooms were clean was very comfortable knowing vehicle wasn't going to be broke into arm security riding in a golf cart from 8 o'clock till 8 o'clock great place… S the question on these posts if there was security for vehicles some people just seem to wanna answer something they have nothing or no knowledge about but easier to ask the hotel staff if the parking is cure and it was.

Stayed over one night got a great room very clean and very quiet. The staff at the front desk was super friendly… They even got me in my room a couple hours early which was a nice surprise.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Energy Corridor is a great Hotel to stay at. The rooms are clean and have refrigerators for your use. The staff is quite friendly. The breakfast is quite well done so you can enjoy it.

Once again we had an awesome stay here at HGI. As always the service was top notch. They were very accommodating and got us into our room early. As long as we are playing ball in west Houston Hilton Garden INN will be the only place we stay.

Clean, unpretentious, I slept well — the three pillars for a hotel. My one complaint (that I didn't register while there so my bad) was that they AC unit didn't perform well and was loud. The staff here are great — attentive and service oriented.

No internet access in the lobby for Hilton Honors members? Untrained staff! Another reason Hilton is no longer my go to brand for business travel. Clearly they don’t value customers.

I really enjoyed my stay overall last month. Friendly staff in the public areas. Loved the front desk staff. Sadly I forgot my makeup bag so I paid to have it shipped back to Canada. I just got it back today and was going through the items only to find out I'm missing about $120 worth of makeup so yeah… that was a nice surprise… please thank the lady who cleaned room 301 on Feb 15th hope she enjoys my things. And yes. All my makeup was in the same bag I got it back in. You can tell it was riffled through because I had it packed very neatly and precise.

When you stay at a place with the Hilton name attached to it, you expect a certain degree of quality and, for the most part, they meet what you would expect of a mid-level hotel (think a nice Quality/Holiday Inn caliber), but the bathroom was very disappointing. First, they don't have a fan, so the mirror fogs up. And, since the door opens outwards and blocks the bedroom door if it's open, it's hard to leave it ajar to vent it. Then they put an ugly piece of artwork where the towel rack should have been, which means they put the towel rack inside the shower. So, Goodluck hanging your towel to dry while anyone else needs to use the shower. But both of those aren't that big of a deal. It's the water temperature that ruined my experience. It took 2 minutes for the water to warm up and then it went straight to scalding hot. Then, after spending a couple of minutes adjusting it to get it to a decent temperature and getting in the shower, the entire time I was in there it kept cycling from scalding to freezing. So, I had about a minute of water so hot I had to jump out of the shower to keep it from burning me to a minute of water at the right temperature to a minute of freezing cold water and then back again. Keep in mind that this whole time I didn't adjust the knob at all (I had given up). Very frustrating.

Horrible hotel, with poor service had a guest of mine stay here and they said the service was horrible, breakfast was 12$ and they refused to make an omelet for them and said they’re ere out of milk because my guest had come late. The room was not cleaned properly and the check in process took over one hour. This hotel used to be great till recently. Manager name by Greg is very rude and does not care about customer service. Will never suggest this place to anyone in my life. Horrible and out right rude. THE beds are like hard wood and even the purchased Wi-Fi for 5$ a day is horrible. When you use the coffee machine which is supposed to be for free you still have to go downstairs to purchase sugar. Worst hotel in the world. UPdate Gave this hotel another chance and they are still horrible. Rude, water was not hot, unprofessional staff. I would never recommend anyone ever staying here. They complained to Hilton honors about me and told them to ask me to change my review to. Very unprofessional.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. Very clean facilities, with the feeling of a new building. Right on the energy corridor, close to good restaurants. The food is OK.

Hotel has a nice welcoming atmosphere when you first walk in. It's a nice open atrium with the bar and restaurant with a decent dining area. The room is nice with comfortable beds and desk chairs. The fitness center is also decent for getting in a quick workout.

Room was pretty nice. No bugs or anything, very clean. Overall a pleasant experience EXCEPT the showers — its either freezing or hellfire hot.

Front desk staff has been great, facilities are well kept and clean, beds kinda suck, some type of adjustable bed that does not adjust. Just stays VERY FIRM.

2nd floor rooms at end of hall sit above loud air handler for building. Beyond that no complaints.

A great hotel, but the Television needs to be upgraded, and do not sleep on the roll away! It scratched my legs, but, no blood. Overall, a great hotel!

I visited this location for a work holiday party on 12/18/2015. The location was a little difficult to find and get to because the road leading to it is not very clearly marked. The actual hotel and service was quite nice. The staff were courteous and helpful, the food was good and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Haven't had much staff interaction, but they all seem nice. The hotel is very clean. Turkey Club from room service was very good.

The hotel is very clean. I got the turkey club for room service and it was very good. Mac and cheese could have been a little better. Staff seems pretty friendly, but I have had minimal interaction with them.

We had a good time. We booked this hotel because of the pool and how close it was to our family. In both of those regards we were not disappointed. What's up with those beds, though? It was like sleeping on a solid slab with a couple inches of memory foam on top. It felt like I was back in prison, no lie. After some investigation on our second morning there, we found they are basically knock off sleep number beds? Anyway, we found dials, but even after setting everything to 'soft', there was no real change in the hardness of the beds. And the open shower flooded the whole bathroom. Apparently the low spot of the floor is not where the drain is, but the corner behind the toilet. That was just annoying, though. Oh, and it's cheaper by far to walk to the convenience store for drinks and snacks. That's just a major racket right there. We'd comment on the staff, but we barely saw any.

Everything you expect from a hilton except the broadband is awful. Slower than molasses internet.

Staying here for a retreat, nice and clean rooms and staff are very friendly. Love the breakfast and the kurig coffee in the room.

Friendly staff, average room and NO 24 hour coffee bar. Motel 6 has a coffee bar. Never thought to check a Hilton for the automatic stuff. Will not return.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great (if you pay extra for it) but thats where the good ends. The bed was the most disappointing. Some people may prefer a hard and I mean hard not firm bed but I don't. I'm used to soft pillowy beds. Don't be fooled, there is a dial on the bed to soften it but it doesn't work. If you turn it all the way to soft, it feels like you are laying on the box spring after a few hours. Other than that, the water pressure is terrible, the pool is only large enough to dip your toes in and the staff is sorta friendly. Pretty disappointing for the money.

I was the groom for a wedding party of close to 115 people, 77 of which includeing my wife and myself stayed at this hotel. We were constantly being pleasantly surprised by how courteous and accommodating they were. Originally we blocked out 20 rooms with a significantly reduced room rate, and a final reservation date of a week before the wedding. Literally, the day before the wedding (five days after the final reservation date), I had 35 people call and need rooms at the last minute. Keisha Rhines (Hotel Group Sales Manager) not allowed all of them to receive our group rate for rooms and breakfast, but also increased the shuttle service for us to accommodate all of the additional people for no additional cost. I have never been more pleased with a hotels service, Mrs. Rhines is truly an exceptional manager.

For the price I expected much more. Hotel staff was ok. The exercise room was nice, but a little on the small side. The happy hour snacks were nice, but the happy hour drink specials were not special at all.

As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, I was not welcomed to this hotel, nor given my "perks" until I questioned hotel staff. Very dissatisfied for being a Hilton Corporate hotel.

Really liked this hotel. Being in Houston on oil business, this was a good place to stay. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Very pleased with my stay for first of two weeks here. Nice rooms, good pillows. Friendly staff. Good bleu cheese burger, too.
