Poor customer service. No early check in. They’ll tell you no rooms are available until 3pm and then all of a sudden there are plenty of rooms to choose from. No clean towels are available at the front desk, (apparently they don’t have enough). They don’t clean your rooms, (which is why they have roaches) so trash will just pile up unless you take it out. Wi-Fi is extremely slow and the list goes on & on. You’ll be better off at a Motel 6 than here.

We experienced every aspect of the suite if you know what I mean. The bathroom counter, the shower, the bed, the floor. It was all very nice. The little couch saw some action also.

Poor management. No alarm clocks in room. We checked in for 2 days and refused to clean our room unless we paid extra. Limited breakfast items. Managed by people from India very cheap people. Front desk do not give wake up calls. Try to take advantage of cancer patient.

Here I sit at 1:30 in the morning writing a review, because I cannot sleep. As soon as we checked in, the room smelt like smoke. Our TV didn't work. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The neighhors next to us are being obscenely loud. Do not take your shoes off because the floor is crusted. There was hair in the bed upon check out.

I like the set up of the room. It seems a bit more updated than other extended stay's and it's comforting.

This is a great last minute spot and quite affordable for a one night stay! Rooms were large with kitchens and nice private bathrooms. CableThe staff was extremely welcoming and courteous, easy check in/check out. My only issue was that I could hear everything in the hall outside my door and it was all night.

If you need a budget place to stay the night Extended Stay is always a good place. Some rooms do look better than others, but for the price I can't complain. I like having my own kitchen which cuts travel cost. They also provide pots, pans, plates, and other things you'll need to cook and eat. Minus the sponge and soap to do dishes. Some idiot decided to use them to reenact a scene from Home Alone and ruined that for everyone else.

They don't do housekeeping every day and what little they do is regular. They do not have breakfast, the only elevator regularly does not work and the walking over your room or the superior rooms is equal to a public park.

So this place isn't super fancy but it is cozy… the staff are friendly and helpful and it's located near everything.

Looks nice and clean but initial customer service isn't good. Denied restroom while waiting in the lobby for my roommate.

Staying at this hotel was a very bad experience for me on my weekend getaway. The hotel lost my room reservation and couldn't allow me to access my room. The hotel staff are very unpleasant and came beating on the door like a crazy man demanding payment after I told them that I would be down to make payment. A second employee came up beating on the door again while I was trying to get dressed demanding payment or for me to get out. I will never stay at this hotel again. Especially with the bad smell and unclean rooms.

The location is good. Place is quiet and private. But smells bad because of trash receptacle room on every floor. The rooms are ok. But carpets are stained.

Rooms are clean. Good location and price was reasonable. Just wished the rooms didn't smell a bit moldy.

The room had a nice kitchenette with a full fridge and the stovetop I think was 2 burner. I had non smoking room and it had no smoke smell at al! NICE! Comfortable bed. Nice full bathroom with hair dryer. Windows open if desired. Table with chairs by countertop. Good closet space. If I go to Houston again, I will stay there. Good counter service.

This is by far the worse place to stay, the rooms are no clean enough. You can find from pills in the carpet to discover the toilet without flush at your arrival. They don't do the rooms everyday and there is no room service. They even can take 20 minutes to locate your reservation on the system. Don't think this is as cheap as the service provided. May wanna consider any other place before hitting one of these.

I went to visit a friend for Christmas Eve dinner. It's a nice room with basic amenities. There's even room for a Christmas tree.

It is terrible breakfast. Just coffee is breakfast can you guys belive it? Never book here Also bathroom fauset is leaking I hear water leaking sound all night. And check out time is 11 am.

I love the concept of the place, however the Internet is very slow and to get it better you need to pay extra, it was the same with the cleaning, and they are not giving real breakfast. La Quinta is giving breakfast, cleaning the room has refrigerator and and micowave been using the long stay services because we are leaving the country and needed places to stay while we have clean up all our paper work.

It’s a quick fix for a temporary problem. I would not suggest this for a long term stay. They don’t have any ‘amenities’ of even a normal hotel. Breakfast is a make your own coffee, and grab a muffin in a wrapper. No gym, no pool, no computer for business use, don’t waste your money or your time trying to log into the Wi-Fi. I think it’s just a router plugged into the wall with no internet source on the other side. And Cell phone service does not exist inside or around the building. Not sure why lol. The counter people are nice, though. Hence the blessed one star ;) spend an extra couple bucks and go to the Hilton down the street. I will be.

Rooms are small, cleanliness needs a lot more than improving. Night time front desk service needs a lot of improvement. Went to get fresh linens last night, front desk DID NOT answer phone on front desk nor calls from my cell when the sign on the desk says "dial 0 for assistance. " I could be here all day describing things that need help here. Other Extended Stay Americas look or have been upgraded, not at this location.

Not the best… But if you need a full-size fridge (fridge was old looking), and a stove, it'll do for the price…

Cheep comfortable beds but need remodel at least one room at a time.

Excellent front desk customer service, clean rooms and facility. Highly recommend.

Poor construction. Noises travel extremely easy on the place. When I checked in, room was still dirty. Elevator non-functional. Had to request room be cleaned 3 times before service. Layout of switches is poor. Wall lamps are not wired directly to the wall but plugged in instead. Bath exhaust fan very noisy. Toilet handle has to be jiggled to get toilet to stop running after each flush.

BUD BUGS! BED BUGS! Horrible staff very rude, especially after giving them $4000 over a 2 1/2 month span. Who would of thought they would sweat u over $60. I advise anyone thinking about staying here, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE thank twice or three times. Don't give them any of your money.

The exterior is one of the nicer Extended Stay locations I have seen; it's set well back from the highway behind another building with a substantial amount of lawn around it. Only downside is that it's easy to miss the side street that leads to it. Also surrounded by plenty of places to eat as well as nearby access to shopping, groceries, etc. Handy for longer trips. Interior was bog standard for the franchise. However, the bathtub faucet had a slight drip and the refrigerator barely worked. (Oddly, the freezer was ice cold, but refrigerator compartment could barely manage below room temperature. ) Not anything untenable, but at best a passb.

The staff wasn't too bad. The beds were horrible, I should have just slept on the floor that's how hard they were. There's a paper in the room that says that it come fully prepared w/ dishes, which doesn't. When I asked the from desk I was told those items needed to be requested in advanced. The price was reasonable but next time I'll pay more for more comfort when I sleep.

Pet friendly but what they don't tell you when you make the reservation is pets are $25 a day plus tax. Really should say that up front. And take pet friendly off their description.

Room was clean. AC was cold. Location wac convenient. Staff was friendly. Wish there was in room coffee pots without requesting/paying. Breakfast was below par for other hotels of similar prices.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Weekly rate's a little high but over all stay was quite nice.

Noisy fridge, broken door lock, room would not stay cool and when we told management they said to just report in in the online survey. After our stay my wife had bed bugs bites. They called and said they could not see any bed bugs and the room was clean and didn't understand why I was not satisfied with our stay. I will not stay here again.

Horrifying experience. I stayed here while my husband worked in town, so I spent a lot of time in the hotel. Aside from the shower always leaking bugs in the bed, trash in halways, stairs always smelling like pot, and them not being able to fix the problem. Four of the company trucks my husband works for got broken into. 3 Compressors were stolen, and 4 windows where broken all on different nights. During the middle of all this the hotel hired a "security guard" on SELECT NIGHTS. Which did not make a difference we would still wake up with the windows broken, and we were NOT the only ones. So unless you feel like getting robed, waking up with bugs in your bed I would STAY AWAY.

Not like the last Extended Stay America, which was AWESOME.

I didn't have a shower curtain in my room they don't do wake up calls there rooms are dark and on top of that it's a magnet for Theives the company I work for that's staying there has had 3 separate trucks brook into with in a period of 6 months two happened with in 1 month of each other.

Only 1 night and I can say that this is the worst extended stay period. The sink drain leaked bad because they use insufficient parts. The toilet rocks back and forth and seems like it's going to break. The bathroom door handle is halfway there. After they fix the drain in the bathroom, it still leaks. It looks like he reused a piece from another broken room. Why not use pvc? I requested an additional desk because the small one isn't enough room for two people to work at. Later, I over hear the maintenance man laughing and gossiping about my request. Hopefully I can get a hold of management soon so that I can have my issues resolved.

This hotel had dirty room. With bugs and staff was just ok.

Friendly People who are working in this hotel and excellent service good Internet and very clean hotel I like this hotel I will give * * * * * * stars.

Good location, some nice restaurants nearby. Helpful staff at the reception. Rooms nice and clean. Overall — decent value for the money.
