Great location with easy access to both interstate and local roads. Although, with the convenience of being close to the interstate, noise from the interstate traffic was noticeable. Hotel room and common areas were very clean and comfortable. The price was also very good. We would certainly consider staying there again.

This was very horrible seen roaches flying my kitchen, jumping around completely disgusting. Staff is useless because they don't help with anything. No maid service. Towels n garbage will stay for days unless we take it out. Just horrible in general.

She is the highlight of the hotel. Maria — One of the best hotel managers, I've seen in awhile. Valerie — I think she is the assistant manager, she is awesome as well. They both accommodate your needs.

No 11 pm-7 am staff so if something breaks ole well. I'm a person that has to watch TV before I go to bed. TV didn't work. Hot hot and more hot but guess what AC unit didn't work. No one to switch my room and no maintenance staff on duty to come and check TV or AC. Never ever again!

It was cheap and reasonably clean, but our non-smoking room in this non-smoking hotel smelled strong of smoke and had a plastic bag over the smoke detector to hide the evidence. We also didn't get maid service during our two nights stay, not sure if we were supposed to or not but anywhere else we've stayed daily housekeeping was standard. We were in Houston for work and only slept and showered in the room so it was fine anyway.

Decent hotel along the Katy freeway. Generous sized room and comfortable amenities. Quiet location and a short distance from shopping locations around Houston and Katy.

I am staying at the extended Hotel here in Katy for a month and wanting to extend my time. I'm partially blind and waiting on my next surgery. This place is very convenient for me and the staff is great. I would like to stay longer if I could afford more time. Its definitely a home for me right now.

I love this place. This is my go to when I'm in town. Sure a few of the rooms are a little worn out. But they make up for it with the staff. Maria is a great manager and is always on the top of her game. It's also one of the more affordable places outside of the undesirable areas of Houston. Plus having a little kitchen in your room helps with expenses. If you ever find yourself booking a room here I suggest you fork up the extra cash and get one of the executive suites. Trust me you'll never want to stay in the regular rooms again.

The value. For the money, this was by far the best choice. It was only a couple bucks more per night than the Motel 6 and far more comfortable. Plusher towels. Better shampoo. Much more comfortable bedding and they are pet friendly, even though I did not travel with my pet. I'm sure the staff was overwhelmed during the holidays but they were always attentive, smiling and ready to help.

Simple and modern Hotel with everything you need to spend a good night and rest.

Everything in this hotel can be improved. What I advise is that they put signs so that people who carry animals to the outside of the hotel collect the excrement of the dogs. It's a Ascó as they leave all that lying there. Another tip, if the rooms are no smoking, don't let the guest smoke. Because you pass the smell to the rooms on the sides.

Good first of all the service at the front desk is lousy. Second says free breakfast and what they give is coffee and granola bars. It's not that they give a mega breakfast but something more desented. Third I had to clean the room, it was full of dust and the dirty counter. The cleanliness is very poor. No Coordination at the front desk, I cancelled the card to open the door twice when it had been notified that we stayed all weekend. They must improve in those areas. Otherwise the site is quiet.

Cause I got to spend some time with a friend.

Make sure they let you know that a police officer squad unit raids random guests in the parking lot! by far the worst hotel ever. Seemed like a decent area but I guess not. January 10th I was outside of my car cleaning it out when 6 police officers in squad cars come up to me to do a random drug raid they let me know that there was a bad drug problem going on when I asked why was I being searched as well as my vehicle I went to the front desk to get a refund and the front desk girl let me know that there was a certain room that had a problem with drugs with triggered the police department to do raids in the hotel parking lot and to make it even worse I was told by the officer that the hotel requested they do this. So the hotel basically requested to scare their innocent guests away!

We booked the hotel and confirmed the same with Hotel, but when we reached and was provided the room, we found the housekeeping was not done after the previous person left the room. Then after waiting for 10-15 mins we were provided another room. But very surprisingly the housekeeping was not done for that room as well. Finally after 30 minutes we got the room. Secondly just beside our room there were two dustbin which made the whole corridor very smelly. Though they had complementary breakfast, but there was almost nothing. Only Coffee, bars and muffins. In the room there was neither complementary tea/coffee pouch nor any cooking utensils though it was a suit with kitchen. Wi-fi was very week. No Streaming. I do not recommend this hotel.

Roaches. Pretty much sums it up. The pool is a deep shade of brownish green. The bathroom fixtures are corroded. The tub has been given a plastic recovering from the new "remodel" at this place, but when you step in the tub there's a gap between the old tub and the new one so you feel it give way — very unstable. The room smells like smoke. And did I mention roaches alive and in the room? We didn't even have food in the room to attract them. And the free breakfast is coffee and granola bars. Just an overall disappointment.

When I stayed, it was supposed to be a non smoking facility. There were people smoking marijuana and burning plastic or something in the room next to me and they were making loud noises. When I went to the lobby and told the clerk at 1 am, he was busy with his phone and said he'd put a call in. He never did. It was a miserable experience and I'll never stay there again.

No a/c in the room. The drawer in the kitchen was broken. Had to wait 2hr for another room which was dirty. Toilet was nasty from previous guess. Didn't have all the bedding on the bed. Breakfast was wack. Trash outside the door. Trash in the hallway. Elevator broken was assigned to the 3rd floor. Just keep moving don't stop here.

The room is okay, I had to take the mirror off the wall and move it because it was so off centered it was annoying. When I took it down they hadn't dusted it, at all, I was kind of surprised. I've been sitting in the office for 10 minutes to get a key because no one is at the front desk. Honestly, if you can avoid this place, do so. My fiance and I were lucky that we have our own TV, because the one here looks a bit out dated. Good enviroment, and the people are kind of nice, but all and all, my fiance and I will probably be moving into a nicer one this week. It took them an hour to "bring" me a cutting board and a light bulb (I had to come down to the lobby for it) they gave me 3 spoons and 1 fork, and the serated knife they give you sucks, I cut my thumb the first time I used it.

When checked in on the first night of a ten night stay, the fridge was leaking water and the air conditioner was not working at all. When I asked to change rooms, I was told they would have to clean one. 45 minutes later they had upgraded me to a suite. I asked fur the kitchen supplies and was told none were clean. Told that I could get them the next morning. On the fifth day, after asking daily, I got dishes and silver but, no cooking supplies. Even though I asked every day, I never received them.

Came to the hotel already had booked room online. Got there and no one was there to attend had to get another room somewhere else.

Let this be your last resort. Only good thing is the location! While the staff is helpful, the management of the hotel is poor. Charged my credit card 15 days before check in at double the rate that I had got a confirmation for.

At first glance it looks nice from the outside. Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at and still stuck here till I can locate a room nearby available. How do I hate thee let me count the ways. 1. Roaches 2. Contrary to the website rooms remodeled about 20 yrs. Ago. My guess, New flat screen TV does not constitute a remodel. 3. Service sucks waited 20 minutes to get a new key while they helped others that were after me in line. 4. Keys — supposed to stay here 21 days and key only works for a day. I asked if they could program key for my entire stay and was assured it was. But No today it was bad again. 5. Broken phone reported 2 days ago — Still Broke 6. Reported Broken Mirror in bathroom (had to wait 15 minutes so I could talk to GM and he ignored me. 2 days ago — Also still broke and sitting on my bathroom counter. 7. Drawers and cabinets in room broken. 8. AC Sucks — Can never get it down to 70 degrees in the room. So it runs constantly. 9. Broken TV remote. 10. Good luck trying to get them to even empty trash can let alone make the bed. 11. Cigarette Burns on almost every surface including carpet. 12. Room filthy afraid to take off my shoes. 13. I have been asking for an ashtray since I got here. GM said he would send one right up 2 days ago. So I cornered a maid and she gave me a sugar packet holder. If that is not enough to deter your stay — Go for it I could go on for sometime but getting tired. Oh This is the first time I was ever mad enough to write a review.
