Clean, & spacious rooms. The front desk help are super friendly. This means a lot when you are relocating from 1500 + miles away and this is your family's home for the next month.

Zhane, at the front desk definitely needs a promotion. We've evacuated from Laura and I've watched her deal with many upset customers, due to booking conflicts, including myself. I'm a business owner and employees like Zhane are very rare. She made a compassion decision for my pregnant wife, son and I this morning and it might cost her her job. Thank you Zhane, I will be calling Hyatt corporate an explaining her compassion for many hurricane evacuees and customers we've watched her deal with in the past week.

Nice rooms and convenient parking and location!

My room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was the best I have had at my local hotels. The fruit was above average and there was an omelette station. Only thing is wasn't expecting my room to only have a shower and not a bath tub. It was a nice stay experience.

I ordered food at 8pm and it’s almost 10pm. The excuse I get is someone stole my food off the bar. Well that makes me feel super secure! This place needs some maintenance. The wall paper is peeling, the iron was disgusting, I cleaned it myself. The tiles move in the bathroom when you step on them, and you’re right on the highway, so it is very noisy. Promise you I will never stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Fresh omelet station. Staff was nice and room was clean. The pool was down and dirty : (It appeared to be down for some time due to a big hole being dug up around it. Overall, the stay was nice and I loved being able to fix a homemade dinner.

I will never come here again. This is my first week traveling for work and this place was suggested since it’s only half a mile from the office. The first night here I stayed up all night listening to a leaky toilet. The next day I decided there was no way I was staying here two straight weeks because of how gross everything was, so I decided I will check out Thurs morning that way they can still get some profit off me. I found a brown stain on a towel the first time after a shower. Tonight, at midnight, I realized that the cleaner threw out my contact lens case. So I only have 5 hours to sleep before getting up in the morning and I had to rush to a Walgreens over 4 miles away only minutes before they closed to buy a new one. I don’t know how this place has good ratings. The gym is terrible, only a few treadmills, one elliptical, and a bunch of old, dirty weights, some of them missing. The towels are stained and mostly a tint of yellow showing how old they are. This place was a huge disappointment. I wasn’t even going to leave a review, but I’m exhausted and had no idea I would be up, gallivanting through town at midnight to replace an item a cleaner threw away. I suggest staying at the SpringHill suites only a 3 min drive away, same prices, newer place and much nicer.

I enjoyed the stayed. The beds are so comfortable didn't want to get out of bed. Staff very friendly. Will return soon.

Review revised to one star due to cockroache infestation and room service not being done intentionally. Brought it to the attention of front manager who is least concerned about it. Room service arrived at morning 8:15 am, and when asked to come back in hour, she never turned up. Fun part was the inefficiency and can do nothing attitude from the front desk staff. After this we got a call from the manager who offered to refund one night's points, which do indeed got refunded. So one extra star for that. Definitely not here next time.

This place is simply AMAZING. It is home away from home! They have bowls and plates in the room. A nice bar with an amazing bartender! The pool is very nice. It's in a great are there's amazing restaurants around. It's quiet and peaceful.

The location was convenient to where I wanted to go. The room was a decently spacious suite. The personnel were nice and assisted me with a key card issue, which is what drops this from a 5 to a 4. Overall, a solid option especially if you intend to stay for an extended period of time.

Great stay at the Hyatt House on Katy Fwy. The manager Michael was so accommodating and very friendly. Raphael, Cherl, Candi and William were so helpful and courteous. The rest of the staff were exceptional as well. Will return when I come back to Houston. Thank you guys!

Nice, spacious suites with kitchens, desk, and two TVs with HD and a great free breakfast, including omelets made to order. You can stay here overnight or for months, depending on need. Plus they have a bar with a daily happy hour and a pool with a working jacuzzi and propane grill. And there's a laundry. I had a great, quiet stay with a wonderful breakfast.

The rooms are nice and the breakfast was great, for a Friday and Saturday the price was under a hundred. I’ve had less for more on a weekend, it was a nice surprise. It’s pet friendly.

I love this place. Customer service is excellent. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that it has an omelet station at breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Having a kitchen was a bonus and really came in handy because I’m on a special diet. I went there for some quiet time to work on a writing project and it was perfect having the sofa in a separate space.

The room is great. Emily is the bartender and she is awesome. Bacardi (front desk) is professional and friendly as well.

It's a really cozy place with great rooms. The staff are amazing and are willing to do everything in their power to satisfy your needs. It gets a bit chilly at night but an overall great deal.

I love staying at the Hyatt House. Their professionalism and their customer service is outstanding. They aim to please their customer. The rooms are perfect for a one night stay ot. Several days. You feel like you were at home everything Is there that you need.

Hotel with poor service dirty rooms. Tubs with hair. Stained savannas. Stink. Dirty pool. Dirty Gym. Attention of the Manager superb I do not recommend it.

Wonderful from the beginning to the end! Did not want to leave. If you have trouble finding a place for 6 people go to Hyatt House. They have everything you need to cook with and even thing you wouldn't think you need until you realize you do. Rooms are so clean and inviting.

As a Globalist member with Hyatt's reward program, I'm highly disappointed with this hotel. My husband and I have stayed at many Hyatt Houses across the country, and this location is by far the worse one I've ever stayed in; I would never stay at Hyatt ever again if this was my first experience with this company. The 1st room given to us was 249, and when we went into the room it smelled HORRIBLE; it smelled like mildew, felt wet, and had a bad musty odor. We went back to the front desk because the room "looked nice" BUT smelled like some dirty old roadside motel. So they assigned us another room; it had the SAME smell. We went back to the front desk for a 2nd time. The front desk then had maintenance come and show us 3 more rooms; and guess what, they ALL had that wet, musty, mildew smell. The front desk claims that's humidity, but I know it's not. There is something really wrong with this hotel building. I personally think it's a mildew problem that they're trying to cover up. The front desk nonchalantly said we can give you a refund, and won't charge you a no-show. But I'm like that's the best you can do? My husband and I traveled a long distance to get to this hotel, and they act like they are doing me a favor by not charging us (BUT we showed and it's THEIR fault that their hotel rooms smell musty, wet and like mildew)! The front desk showed us one last room, it still smelled musty, but it wasn't nearly as loud as the other rooms.

Not so friendly staff. Asked for a double bed room didn't get that. Got one bed with a pull out couch. Nasty carpet, didnt feel like a safe place.

It is very clean and nice. The breakfast is awesome and the people who serve are very nice. The rooms are very large and spacious. We were in the area for 3 days and cooked all days. The park behind the hotel is wonderful for jogging or walking. I wish there was a door in the back fence to snick out to the park as needed. Try to get a room in the back building because the front side can be noisy due to the frontage to I10.

The staff really helpful, pleasant, and go above and beyond. Rooms clean. The breakfast were stellar. But I had a roach problem in my room. Everyday I saw roaches. I convinced because people don't clean up at night in their little kitchen areas and leave a feast for them. That's not the hotels fault. But it is the hotel's problem. There was crazy humidity in my room. Even with AC it was extraordinarily humid. The grounds were well kept and the staff amazing. I'm not sure how you fix people not cleaning their room messes and thus creating the roach situation. Now in a new hotel I can tell a difference. Here it's not humid at all. I went to another Hyatt but without the kitchenette. : (

Our room was in very good condition with a very nice shower and fixtures that looked like they had been installed recently. The room itself was in very good condition, with a kitchenette large enough to allow light cooking while we stayed. The air conditioning worked very well and the bed was comfortable. It accepts pets and there is plenty of areas to walk them; they have a special sign to hang on the door to tell the maids not to come in because of the pets. The staff is top notch, and both friendly and helpful. I was very happy with our stay.

I had and still having an amazing stay, breakfast delicious and the teamwork uncanny. Its like home away from home. Always recommend a stay to friends and family.

Great staff but problem with corporate. 26th of August 2017 the day we suffered a hurricane and recent list of our brother. We made reservations for 2 bedroom suite so we could be together and on arriving to the hotel they didn't have any available and couldn't accommodate us we called reservations and spoke to the supervisor who said she was sorry and that was it … This again on the day of the hurricane and death of a love one. The staff did find us a one bedroom and was very patient with us even though corporate didn't look into any of their other properties for us nor try to accommodate us in any fashion … What terrible service and lack of concern.

The amenities for the price of the rooms are amazing. But what is even better is the kind of top notch service that I received from the staff, such as Sylvester Bowden, Scott Meeks and others. My rental car had some mechanical issues in the parking lot and Sylvester helped me not only jump start my vehicle but also followed me to the nearest Enterprise (15 min away), driving behind my car to ensure my safety and made sure that I made it safe to the location. This kind of exceptional service is what drove me to write this review. The breakfast at this hotel is one of the best that I've had as well and they switch out some of the items on the menu everyday with freshly made omelettes served as requested. I absolutely loved staying here and I would like to thank the staff for going above and beyond to make my stay incredible!

This hotel is clean, modern and excellently priced. Rooms have full kitchen minus oven and spacious layouts. Gym and pool are decent. Breakfast is fantastic with all normal hotel items and a manned omelet bar.

Had a great weekend with extended family and the Hyatt house was perfect for the occasion. We will see again with more family next time. Scott at the front desk was helpful, courteous and a definite asset to the hotel. Will recommend to my friends.

Plenty of restaurants close by and top golf close by too. Clean rooms and a nice bar and patio in the lobby.

I loved this hotel! I loved the full kitchen and the room was very cozy! The free morning breakfast went well above my expectations! I could not have been more happy with it! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! The only negative I could even say was the bright light coming in through the window made it hard for me to sleep because I like a dark room. But other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Not quite as nice as Hyatt Place, but extremely accommodating. When I asked where I could charge my electric car, they provided me with a map of their facility with outlets clearly marked.

First room had issues z damp, musty odor very loud dehumidifier that would not shut off and no chest of drawers. Night staff was not able to help, and would not let me change rooms, said they'd send maintenance in the morning to turn off dehumidifier. Morning team was amazing when I followed up. They moved me to a better room and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate this, but gave to give a 4 because the room I was out in was not habitable to begin with. Hopefully the room will be brought up to oar. My new room is great!

Allowed me to set up my father-n-laws room, the staff was courteous and friendly, the rooms looked very nice and well kept and clean. I felt happy knowing that my father n law will not disapprove and enjoy his stay :)

Room is clean. AC is temperamental. Annoying feature is the bathroom vent on same switch as light. It is loud, and bothersome while getting ready.

I travel a lot and was so happy when I checked in and got to the room, very spacious. I've never had as many amenities in a hotel without it being an extended stay or large long term suite. Extremely clean, I wish I could stay in a place like this everywhere I travelled.

Basic hotel. Cheap drinks but limited dinner options. This is a long stay hotel — not very good for overnight visitors. I will say that the staff were very pleasant.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Friendly, usefull, and so nice. I always stay here when I get the chance. Worth every penny.
