I was in and out for a one night stay, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. No complaints.

Being an IG Rewards member I've been happy traveling across the country different Holiday Inns and the customer service I was able to get. However upon trying to check into this holiday in the front desk supervisor Alejandro was first of all watching television on a cell phone and ignore me for the first few minutes and then told me that he was unable to get me registered that I needed to do it online. This is been done for me at countless Holiday Inns where they price match their online nightly rate without me being inconvenience to have to do it myself. I typically do not leave poor reviews but if I could leave Alejandro is 0 * I most certainly would.

Not a nice hotel. It looks superficially nice but the walls are very thin, things like coffee aren't re-upped, and worst of all the hot water didn't work when I was there and they actually shut off the water system on the day I was leaving.

The restaurant and bar are actually okay, but I am a bit skeptical of how they kept them running (in a sanitary fashion) while the water was shut off.

This is total comfort and the rooms are extremely inviting. The bed is truly to die for!

Horrible sewage like smell all through the 4th floor. Been staying here annually for about 5 years. It is clear corners are being cut routinely and service quality is declining.

Check in process was smooth using reward points. Had a light out in the room, and the pool had no towels. The TVs actually had DirecTV guide on screen so it was easy to find out what was on. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

My stay at this hotel was pretty good. The front desk guy was very helpful. I will stay at this location again.

Very pleased with my stay here — room was clean and quite spacious. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking available. The gym is pretty small but there is some equipment if you wanted to get a work out in.

This particular Holiday Inn is located close to highway and there is a bar and grill. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished. The bathrooms are clean. The bed sheets and the bath towels are also clean. The flour carpets in the rooms are a bit old, but still okay. However there was some weird smell in the corridor. The checking in and out was great. The staff, Abby was so helpful and friendly. The area is generally a beautiful scenery. They have a complementary breakfast but our package did not include, for we did not want have breakfast bu the time of our checking out. Overall, our stay was a great experience.

Great location and good rates. Bad cell signal, but free Wi-Fi inside. Beds are very comfortable, pillows are quite thick.

It was nice stay there. I am not a big fan of sport but there is a big sports tavern right next to it.

We went to a performance by the energy corridor Orchestra. Had a great time. Staff was helpful and friendly… and the rooms were surprisingly comfy and upgraded.

If you dont like this place something is wrong with you. Trust me. This is how you build an affordable hotel without sacrificing … anything.

When I got there on last May, there was no room available even though I paid already. They said their policy was first come first served. I couldn't understand, but one of staffs proceeded cancellation process. They gave me the phone number in order to complete the prodedure. I called the number over and over again, but bobody answered. A few days later, I called this hotel. They said It would be refunded in a few days. I haven't received my refund. Just before, I called again, and they said they refunded the deposits to Orbitz, through which I booked a room, and then I myself needed to contact Orbitz. Why do I have to spend my time to solve the trouble which I did not cause? Holyday Inn had to complete the process so that I could received my refund without any extra action. First of all, they had to leave the room I made a reservation and paid.

I've been coming here on almost a monthly basis for a year now, and I call it home. Nice, friendly personnel, good location with respect to I 10, clean, no fancy stuff, good beds, what more to ask for?

We stayed overnight after catching the ComedySportz show on Friday and LOVED it. The staff is super friendly, breakfast the next day was awesome and the rooms were spacious and clean!
