This is one of the brand new hotels in Houston and we stayed there because we thought that being brand new everything was on the up & up. The only drawback was on the mattress. My wife side she said was a little bit uncomfortable but she is used to sleeping on a softer type of mattress with memory foam. Aside from that, it was in a great location. Right across the street from the Children's Hospital on I-10.

We booked the room online weeks ahead of arrival and called in the morning of check-in for confirmation. When we arrived on Sunday, we were given a used and dirty room, stained bedskirt and neither they cared to change sheets nor washed the toilets. The reason the cleaner gave was: we are out of stock. After arguing with receptionist we were given another room which was smaller than what we booked. They didn't change any bedsheets during our 5 nights stay. Tea out of stock in the lobby. Good thing was all the front desk staff were nice and helpful. Weekdays cleaning people, all good service staff were also very nice.

Not really a 3, but not really a 4. If there were half marks, this would score a 3.5. Located on the West side of Houston on the outskirts of the energy corridor, this is a quiet and fair price hotel with decent rooms. Hotel offers great amenities within such as their pool and weight room and a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Not the typical muffin and cereal breakfast, more so eggs, sausage, waffles that rotate daily allowing for new combinations. Rooms itself are fair sized, my only complaint was the cleanliness of the rooms, as in very light cleaning and not what you'd expect from a hotel. Material of the comforter was hard, similar to a low thread count fabric. Overall service was decent to good. Nataly in particular offered the best service and was the most helpful and professional.

This hotel is in Katey 30 miles east of Houston. Staff were nice, but the TV is on the wall beside the bed, not conducive to watching the news.

Nice basic hotel, west Houston area next to I-10 and 610. There was not enough shampoo and other bath stuff, problem which was not solved also the following days. The same with breakfast — for example one empty chocolate syrup bottle stood there 3 mornings in a row, no refill and no one to ask about.

This is a fairly new facility and the rooms are nice. Check in was pretty smooth and the clerk was pleasant. Most of the rooms have a microwave and small refrigerator. The rooms seem to be quiet, even on the ground floor. They have the new digital locks that you can open with your smartphone which is also a plus to me. There was another Hampton Inn a little closer to where I was going, but this one was more than a few dollars cheaper so I thought that I would give it a try, and I'm glad I did.

It was great. There were small things I would do diffrent. One they didn't have any meat with the breakfast. Two it was freezing through the lobby and hallways. Otherwise Clean, neat, and comfortable rooms, polite staff.

Nice suites but nothing to write home about. The TV is in the wrong spot and theres a lamp glued to the table… kind of wierd. Semi ok "hotish" breakfast. The suite shop is way over priced.

I stayed on the first floor over a weekend for $80 night (Triple A rate) plus tax and it was an excellent value. This hotel is very comparable to any higher end hotel. Free breakfast from 6am-10am and it’s like standard hotel breakfast. Don’t be expecting IHOP or Denny’s breakfast really at any hotel, like I read some other reviewer complaining about the breakfast. The only “complaint” I have, is when you turn on the TV (DirecTV offered) it’s automatically on CNN. I don’t like fake news. The Hotel probably doesn’t even know this so I still left them at 5 stars since it’s an excellent hotel.

Hotel room is very clean, person at desk very nice and polite. Also gave me helpful information. I will stay here again because I was treated very well.

The hotel was nice for the rate. The room had plenty of space for two. The breakfast was not so great, but did the job. We would stay here again, just plan to go out for breakfast.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Service at check in was excellent. No complaints aside from one very minor issue; the coffee station in the lobby was out of cream and sugar.

Checked in about 8pm after driving for 16 hours due to a family emergency. Had to wait 10+ minutes for clerk to come out of office to which no apology was given for the wait only to be given keys to a room we did not book and have to return to the front desk for the correct room. Interior walls in our room were very rough like to the point of skinning your elbow if you simply brushed against it. Pool I don't believe is heated and the way it is nestled between the buildings doesn't offer much sunlight so it was too cold to enjoy. Breakfast is a bit less than average. On our day of check out housekeeping opened our door at 9am without knocking and our do not disturb sign was on our door! When she heard me talking to my son she closed the door without ever announcing herself and only offered a simple *sorry* when I opened the door right back up to see who opened my door. Called front desk and was told she must have opened the door because I'm set to check out today. Completely UNEXCEPTABLE! And no apology was offered instead she just said she would have to check with housekeeping! As a woman who travels for work several times a year and our corp contract is with Hampton I can assure you I do not feel safe staying there any longer. I travel alone and if 1 front desk clerk or housekeeper cannot assure my safety I will book where accidents like this do not happen!

The room and bed were great. The location was good too. However, we got a phone call from the front desk at about 1 am to verify some information (who does that! ) and the breakfast was pretty lousy as well — no bacon or sausage, the eggs were flavorless, and there just wasn't much to choose from.

Worst experience I ever had staying in hotels; dirty, bad housekeeping and the poorest quality place; pillows were very uncomfortable, bed sheets and comforter felt like brought from Dollar store and not spacious compared to neighboring hotels. DONOT waste your money. Stayed there for three days; prior I asked the reservation lady if they have room service and she said "yes"; but actually they don't. Also daytime housekeeping only; 9am to 6pm. Even within this time, it took hours to receive an item/towel after requesting. After cleaning the room, the cleaning lady left the bed dirty, barely cleaned the bathroom and left no towels or soaps in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast wasn't as good as I had in other hotels within that price range. I'm definitely not returning there next time.

We enjoyed having my brother in town. He stayed here, and we loved it. We went to the very nice pool and grilled here with him and had breakfast with him the next morning. The staff kept breakfast open for us since we were late getting downstairs.

Brand new! Rooms were very clean and the staff was nice. About a 30 minute drive from the airport in off peak traffic, about an hour in traffice.

New, clean rooms. The staff is generally friendly and pleasant. Unlike most other Hampton Inns, this one keeps the fruit bowls behind locked doors except during breakfast hours. Also they don't make cookies every night (or any night).

I recently stayed two nights at this Hampton Inn while visiting family in Katy. The hotel is less than a year old so it's in "like new" condition. It is a more modern, updated version of the Hampton Inn model, and is very well appointed. The staff was friendly and parking was ample. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn Park Row and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Katy.

Very nice property! New and clean… easy access to I-10 and surrounding area. Rihht beside Texas Children's Hospital.

Clean and attractive facility. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would come back good free breakfast.

Fitness center is above-average because there is plenty of space to accommodate three treadmills, two ellipticals, two recumbent bikes and a rack of dumbells. The fitness center is clean. The hotel generally is clean, and the neighborhood seems safe. Since the hotel is NOT situated directly beside I-10 it is a quiet location. The only drawback is that restaurants are not within short walking distance, but they are one exit away to the west.
