Edit* I received an email from the manager, which was very appreciated, explaining that there was a miscommunication when I spoke to the front desk. Sheets are changed 2x/week during each guests stay (unless they have been stained) not daily. I've added a couple stars due to this new information and the fact that the manager is aware of what is going on and communicating with the guests. Not very clean. I stayed last week for work and suspected they didn't change the bedding because when I pulled the covers back a hair band fell on the floor and there were hairs on the sheets. This stay, I left something at the foot of the bed before I headed to work… got back, the place has been tidied but the clue I left is still stuck to the sheet at the foot of the bed. During my first stay, they unloaded the dirty dishes from the dishwasher and put them away in the cabinets. This stay there are chunks of dried mud loose all around the seating area. There are fingerprints on the tables that aren't being wiped away so obviously the tables aren't being cleaned. There is also stuff stuck to the cabinets and walls that could be easily wiped away but they don't wipe it away. Now I'm questioning if they've sanitized the bathroom, tub, kitchen. Unfortunately the company I work for has put me up here but I wouldn't pay to stay here.

Rosie is awesome. She keeps a clean buffet, kitchen, and sitting are. She takes pride in her work. She keeps fresh food on hand and will serve you if needed. We will be back because of her.

Nice room. Filthy floor. It will ruin a pair of white Sox just walking around the room. The pool was small, but fine for the kids.

I've always been treated great when I have stayed here. From a welcoming greeting when first arriving too time of check out with we hope you enjoyed your stay. The breakfast is great and the chef is a constant and consistent part of the staff. I love the different types of foods in the evenings as well. This is a very welcoming place and I would refer others for sure. Oh ya the room are very clean with all of the bells and whistles. The pool and the fitness center are just the icing on the cake.

Everyone here was super helpful I was having car problems they extended my stay for a few hours. Breakfast was amazing and all the employees were amazing making sure we had everything figured out! The rooms were super clean!

My wife and I booked 2 nights at this hotel, while finishing the sale of our house. When I went to the lobby to get breakfast, I talked briefly to Noor and she was working at the front desk. She was a friendly face and very professional … both great characteristics. I asked if there were any morning newspapers and she apologized and said the morning papers were dropped about 2 years due to less demand from guests. Right after I got breakfast, she stopped me and said her general manager, Marco would be back in the lobby in a few minutes with a newspaper for me. That's simply the best customer service you can have! When I used to travel for business sales (25 years), I was a Marriott Rewards member and stayed in Marriotts in multiple states and east Canada up north. They're great hotels and I enjoyed staying at them, but nothing compared to Marco taking the initiative to take the time to go to a local store to buy a guest a paper. I hope Marriott recognizes Marco for superior customer service. I rate this hotel 5 stars and highly recommend it.

Great room, felt very comfortable. However I believe the person up front at the time was a bit too rigid in regards to letting my wife check in while I was parking the car. Maybe she was new.

Great in every way except… my room wasn't cleaned one day. That was really disappointing. I'd stay here again though, I think that's an isolated incident. The front desk staff are great, very professional and personable too. They made me feel welcome. P. S. Parking is tough.

Great hotel to stay at. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome during your stay. Pets are welcome and there are treats for them at the front desk. The staff volunteered to walk my dog while I was at work. I just really appreciate how attentive they are to all the guest.

Love this place! The people here treat you so friendly. Definitely was home away from home!

Stayed here during my sisters surgery and a few days recovery. The staff was friendly ansnd helpful. I would recommend this property.

The only problem is no AMC on the cable, so I can't watch the Walking Dead.

They do not have ovens or full kitchens thats a blatant lie. i will not be staying somewhere that falsly advertises amentities. if I wanted to stay in a holiday inn id go to one. this is an extreme rip off! i’ve been here for 10 minutes and im ready to leave. Chunks missing out of the carpet, all of the lampshades are bent and crooked, the shower curtain is so old its yellow and has something all over the outside of it there are not enough parking spaces and everything is labeled “fire lane no parking” — so where do you even park!?!? this place is run down and dirty im ready to go elsewhere.

Great rooms at affordable prices, all staff helpful and courteous. So many perks in the room and the facility. Well maintained, can easily say best place I have ever stayed.

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Room was very nice.

Stayed here for several nights. Staff refused to assist at all with luggage, wake up calls didn't happen, asked for more coffee had to call twice to get it. The staff is super lazy inefficient and busy on there phones. Powdered eggs and weak coffee for breakfast. At check in my room temperature was 85 degrees, A. C. Is louder than a cjsun saw. I would never stay here. Service is horrible!

Invoice could not be printed due to printer defect, refrigerator was seh noisy. But clean it was.

We left and went to Hampton Inn across the street within a few hours. Mold in our bathroom and dusty air filters. Same Management company owns the Hilton across the street and it's brand new. I highly suggest staying at the Hampton vs this renovated building. They do offer a one bedroom suite that separates the two rooms and a full kitchen. It isn't a bad hotel but definitely much older.

This hotel was great, the staff was wonderful Mrs. Lewis took care of my family and I and the room was beautiful. Nice work out room and a complimentary breakfast better than any restaurant I have ate breakfast at. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone to stay here.

The rooms and layout was like a typical Residence Inn, but many of the details were not fully up to par. The staff was friendly, but the workout room had bits of trash on the floor. A person came and cleaned up while I was there, but didn't put the equipment back where it belonged. Our room was in good shape. The elevator was out of order during part of the visit. The staff did not let me know this until I'm waiting in front of the elevator for an amount of time. To wrap this up, I would stay at this hotel if I needed to, but most likely would not refer to stay here. I would just go to another Residence Inn.

Selos I recommend this very well taken care of, very good cerbicio abitacion delo better.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are lovely. However very close to a busy road and a long way out from the city centre.

Special thank you to the management and staff at Residence inn I10/park row! We had a surprise birthday party for my brother in law Saturday, July 2! From setting up the meeting room with Erica to getting the event room ready with extraordinary support by Noor and Larisha before, during and after the event; exemplary check in and out support by Noor and Adam; ending with more than perfect evening support by Demitria and Mr Glenn during our "we don't want this to end" gathering in the lobby as we laughed and enjoyed each other til morning. This was like a family reunion for the Anderson family and very special for the guest of honor! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Overall the facility is very nice but there are some decisions that has been made today by management that put the customers here in grave danger! Apparently last night there was a power failure that caused the hotel to loose all water service. Bottom line, there has been no hot and cold running water since 6am according to the staff! This is serious. It is now 9:08am and they are serving breakfast to the customers, buffet style? You've got to be kidding! Not only are they not washing their hands properly, you also have hundreds of guest with unwashed hands sharing the same spoons, tongs and serving utensils. This is not good! I tried to explain to the front desk the risk they were taking and they just said hopefully the water will be back soon, it's a city problem, their system seems to be working fine. Wrong answer! Can't believe I'm experiencing this situation with a company like Marriott! I'm now sitting in my room, hungry, because I will not touch anything in that germ infested breakfast area, by the way, with not even a bottle of sanitizer in sight. I intended to use the gym before eating and heading out to my cousins to prepare for a graduation celebration but those plans are now totally ruined. I truly hope that this decision was from inexperience rather than financial! Things happen in business, being a business owner myself, I understand that, but we can't take chance when so many people can be affected, especially when we have been informed!

I have spent a week at the Residence Inn twice now and both time have been exceptional. The staff has tended to all my needs and questions. The breakfast provided is various and delicious and the rings are well kept and well stocked.

Excellent hotel shuttle service. Rooms are equipped with kitchenette. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Came here for a weekend, during houston flood of course and the hotel is very understandable. I'm not able to get back to the hotel until everything is calms down. They extended my night for another stay (not that I didn't need it) but I just need to grab my belongings to get back on the road. And of course the roads are blocked off. Southern hospitality exists in this hotel, all agents are outstanding, and the hotel exceeds my expectations. And I also work for the Fairmont Hotel Brand as well. Great job!

The location is a little ways from most things which keeps the traffic low. Rooms and staff are nice and having a kitchen at a hotel is awesome. I would say having a car is mandatory.

Great experience with accommodating staff and nice room during a week long business trip. Social events held at the hotel on some weeknights with free food/drinks were appreciated.

The staff at the Residence Inn Park Row location are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and keep very clean. They serve a full complementary breakfast every morning, as well as a lite dinner Monday thru Wednesday. I love this place, they truly make you feel "at home".

This place has social nights during the week with free food and alcohol. The food is usually something like fresh grilled hamburgers and tacos. The drinks are beer and wine. The staff makes you feel very welcome. You almost feel like you are at home. The rooms have kitchens and fridges. There is a great sitting area and soft bed. The price is reasonable and I travel to Houston at least once a month and this is always my first choice.

I'd give it a lower rating if I could. Rude staff and the rooms were ok. Breakfast was terrible! Check in took over an hour after they denied mine and my friends credit card. They ran my card 3 times for a different amount every time. ($120,, $20 and $20. My bill was $98) even after denying my card, they still pulled $100 as an authorization. I had to go pull another $100 to pay for the room that was supposed to be my travel money. Now when I call the staff is horribly rude and comes across as if they don't care. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed because they ruined my trip to Houston. I would like a refund for my room after all the trouble they've caused but management refuses to return my call! Don't waste your time at this location!

I would have said I loved it but the night clerk was super vigilant and the parking wasn't ideal. I went to visit a friend in town for the weekend and had no parking in the front or side of the hotel. The side entrance was blocked by a property shuttle van. As a single female in the city walking from the back fence to the from door isn't ideal. Once I arrived at the door the night clerk asked a series of questions before granting my entrance to the venue. For these reasons I didn't give the property 5 stars. Beyond that the facility is gorgeous for a Residence Inn. So I was told its been open a few years. The decor was modern and well thought out. The elevators were clean and good smelling. Just a well maintained property. I love all Residence Inn's. As a business traveler comforts of home mean a lot. Definitely will be recommending this location to others.
