Great location, clean hotel, comfortable rooms, great food and efficient and kind staff.

Because many say again and again the food leaves much to be desired, so I don't have a single flaw, yes maybe you could improve something but the whole staff was very friendly and very trying!

The fantastic location, a short walk from the center. The staff extremely friendly and efficient. Especially the waiters, always helpful and in good spirits at any time. COMPLIMENTI! We felt treated like special people and the memory of this stay will remain forever in our hearts. We'll be back for sure❤

Very clean, attentive staff, friendly, varied breakfast, pool, waterfront, private beach, clean beach with beautiful sand.

From the food, to the location of the hotel, the friendliness of all the staff nothing to say. Excellent in everything. Only flaw is that this year we have put on the 1st floor and it is just unbearable because from the first early morning feels practically everything (truck glass, who cleans, who move the carts around! ) And then for the first time the two beds together, which make a noise hallucinating every time that you turn and an INCONVENIENCE is incredible, I and my companion from the first night of mal d back! Later… what, in the other floors in the other rooms, we never noticed. Please review at least the comfort of these beds since they run the risk of ruining it all! And then we will put on the 1st floor! For the rest, really everything perfect…

Staff helpful and polite although I could have called at a late hour. The rooms are truly elegant, and the view is a all say. I found myself passing by and I stayed only one night, but the next year I would love to spend their vacation here.

Great hotel quality / price, very kind reception ladies, room staff, especially the two ladies who manage the smallest room really always caring and polite, even with very rude and rude people! I have problems with gluten intolerance but I had no problem! We were in the depandance and I found everything perfect! Definitely to recommend to everyone! Thank you very much!

Certain as the type of hotel I expected much more. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always the same dishes even though the food was good. The rooms are so-so. Saves only the proximity to the beach.

We found the room dirty, furniture very old and in need of maintenance. The mini bar is just an empty fridge. Breakfast is terrible: very little choice, food and drink quality poor, the waiters begin to spreparare split second. The structure is old and in need of modernisation, currently is comparable to a 3-star hotel poor but it costs a lot more than the 4-star touted. In many hotels, of all categories, visited over the years, we have never found a breakfast so poor.

In strategically situated… At 10 mt. From the beach and close to the center… renovated a few years ago, maybe the dining rooms are a bit from the cool (walls and furniture)
Buffet breakfast ok All very courteous and efficient… The swimming pool is unfortunately in the shade in the afternoon.

In my opinion the four stars are given more by the optimal location than by the hotel… honestly from a four star I expected more… more organization at the reception… The rooms with certain pieces of furniture decidedly to change… the space poolside Definitely small compared to the hotel capacity… not bad the whole buffet restaurant…

The staff is very nice and helpful… The problem is that it is very dated… falls apart! Maybe 20 years ago it was a 4-star but now I give it 2. The small room facing the sea was full of stains on the walls. With holes everywhere…

The Hotel Columbus L I renamed Hotel Transylvania. Now I'll list the whole: towels with holes, excrement on the board water Tablet, dust everywhere from the floor to the furniture, I consumed a bundle of paper handkerchiefs to remove hair and dander from the bedspread, I staya2 forced to call someone to let Clean the room. Hall full of lumps of dust. Breakfast com old brioches with the inside still frozen.
I'm sorry because in the high season it wasn't so bad. But if it had been a 2 star an eye you could close but from a 4 star No. Le 4 doesn't deserve that. Maybe they weren't ready to open yet.

The rooms are very nice and in good condition. Staff very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and good, at dinner you could improve some for example hot dishes.

Unfortunately the service is not outstanding, breakfast buffet relatively manageable in quality and selection. For children a very good hotel because right on the beach. Many reserved loungers at 7:00 a. M.

Comfortable rooms, four lifts, ample stays, well-stocked bar, good food and good service. Also good price. A lot of kindness.

Beach front hotel. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Our room had an ocean view and shower with massage jets. Staff was friendly. There is limited parking space.

Availability, courtesy and discretion of the reception staff. Accommodation in Sea view room. Breakfast. The only drawback is the cleanliness not too thorough especially the bathroom. In General excellent environment. We'il be back.

This is big and impersonal hotel. Everywhere are dictates and prohibitions. Staffs are unpleasant without 1 man which prepared coffee during breakfast. Room was normal bathroom is nice.

This hotel is at the beach and you can pay for a sea view room. Our room was big and clean. Bathroom was perfect with massage shower. Balcony has great view at sea. But staff was unfriendly, everywhere was sign with commands (Like: You can't take food from dining room or you must pay day before departure). Breakfast was good but you can't wherever you want. There wasn't coffe machines so you must wait for coffee. In garage is not sign for outside parking so if you don't know there is some outside parking you will be confused. And the last thing was that everything was in deutsche or italian so if you don't understand you will be lost.

We had a very pleasant holiday, before booking we had some doubts about some negative reviews from other clients… The food is definitely not their strength but compared to the price that costs the only breakfast or full board (15, €0 per day) there is not to complain that much… The perfect 4-star hotels cost double!
For the seafront location and very close to the center of Sabbiadoro, the kindness of the staff, the rooms (especially in the new part), and the great price, I think I return again and recommend it to anyone (except of course to those who claim with 100, €0 to Day in August to have a waiter available and lobsters at lunch/dinner).
