AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I had reservations and due to a family issue wasn't able to make it. They charged me for one night two rooms and the 1800 number said that was policy for missing, then I was charged for the second night for both rooms AFTER I had already called to inform them that I wasn't able to keep them. To my surprise I had been magically checked in and was told by the 1-800 number that it was a "system issue" that it checks people in when it should have been listed as a no show. Considering they ask for ID, the card number and all the signatures when you check in, it would take a whole lot to "accidentally" check someone in. I called the property itself was promised a call back that I'm still waiting on. I called again finally got a hold of the manager who said "well I'm taking care of someone else you can just call back, " This whole experience has been a nightmare and if anyone is considering staying, I advise you to look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I would not suggest this place at all. They are horrible when it comes to an unhappy customer, if you stay here make sure you stay in your room at all times, 24/7 or else your privacy space will be invaded and they will walk in here and just start doing their thing. We went out at 12:00 and we came back to our hotel room around 2:00 and noticed that our room was messed with. I wasn't not notified when they were coming, what if I had things out I didn't want anyone to see, I had valueables out, didn't feel comfortable what so ever.

Bed is a back breaker! Over priced. No coffee pot, no iron, blow dryer, not even a box of kleenex. Linens smelly. Not recommended sad to say. No need to leave the porch light on for us. We will not stop.

It's a Motel 6; you know what you're getting here. Basic accommodations. It's been remodeled; nice fixtures and such, but it's missing some of the things most people have come to expect: like a coffeemaker in the room. Or any place whatsoever to hang up your clothes. Or a clock. Still, it's clean, it's cheap, and what IS there is well-maintained.

Definitely not the best Motel 6 I've stayed in. There was hair around the sink and in the bathtub. The water temperature knob in the shower was confusing, I almost scalded myself. The bathroom door was in need of repair as a large part of the paneling had been ripped off. The room could have also been swept better. The bed was at least comfortable and appeared to be clean.

The rooms are very comfortable. Big beds, clean bathrooms, large tv's and lots of space. Parking is a problem, though. Truckers take up most of the spaces.

This place are nasty, the bed cover was durty and have a bad smell. I gat a itching sking.

Great place good location lots of restaurants in walking distance. Noise wasnt loud at all being near freeway. Staff was great, and nice rooms and not that expensive.

Cheap place. You get what you pay for. Comfy beds. Not bad.

The room was clean initially and smelled of fabuloso, the bed sheets smelled of bleach, although I bring my own sheet to cover the bed with. Room service was terrible, the housekeeper kept not coming in to clean, despite the fact the front desk kept saying she was going to be coming in. I used Seventh Generation and Clorox cleaning wipes to do my own cleaning, and even carried out my own trash a few times. I stayed for 2 weeks due to a job test, and was planning on staying longer to look for an apartment, but the office manager said I had to leave. Not sure why since I am a quiet, paying customer. Perhaps because I was given a double bed room at a single bed price, he could have just asked me to switch rooms or pay full price. Oh well, their loss.

Getting ready to sleep but so far it's ok. Room smells of bleach but it's clean. Tv works, ac works, bit noisy and I'm about the only non Mexican here but so far so good.

Normally they're great. Past few days prices doubled, and my room is lacking fridge, microwave and the stand up handicapped shower is broken down and rotting into surrounding surfaces. Willing to do the work free of charge for regular rate reimbursement, two nights free in the room needing work.

The room at first appears to be clean, but as soon as we got into the bed we started itching all over. I don't know if it was the sheets that just needing cleaning or what. Loud music and booming from cars was heard all night and people coming in and out slamming doors. Cigarettes butts all over the grounds very disgusting. We definitely won't be back.

For a basic motel this one was great. Nice shower, good bed, and microwave and fridge. Free Wi-Fi and lots of TV channels. Would definitely stay at this one again.

I didnt knock off cause I was confronted by a prostitute, thats not the motels fault but maybe will illustrate that this motel could belong on ruberg/lamar no problem. My bad review comes from, waking up and having a shower that does not work. Sheets with burns, no shampoo just one bar of soap, sandpaper towels, sheeting had hair — and worst, bed bugs. I never really experienced bed bugs, and I have stayed at fleebags, but I woke up with bites this time. It is cheap… I give it that, but if you can spend the 5-10 dollars and try elsewhere.

Great place to stay and friendly staff. The rates are moderate and the rooms are nice as well.

Stay away. Worst motel experience I’ve had. For the cost it was ill equipped. No coffee pot no mini fridge no microwave. Chain lock was busted. A/c was inferior. Plastic shower had a non visible crack and when I stepped on it brown water squirted out. Don’t go.

Great clean room, easy access to interstate, great amenities for the price. Only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the daily early morning moving truck loading and unloading outside my window. If you want sleep in request a room near the back of the property. :0)

I travel often for work and I've seldom found a hotel that didn't serve my needs. When I'm working on a company budget, I don't expect much. But I do expect cleanliness and comfort. I sometimes travel to disaster areas after hurricanes, ice storms, and earthquakes and I've had better accommodations in FEMA tents. I have hot water in the sink but not in the shower. After taking a cold shower I walked from the shower to the bed only discover that I had Jiffy feet. For those of you not from Florida, Jiffy feet is a condition caused from walking into a convenience store barefooted. After exiting the store you're feet are roughly the color of old coffee. If you're looking for a place to pass out for the night on a road trip, it's fine, but if you're planning to stay for more than a night just spend a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

It's a nice clean room they only have one washer and dryer which is upstairs and I have a room downstairs which is ok I'm having a great stay here clean pool :)

For a nice price this Motel 6 is a good stay and Housekeeping does a good job freshening up the rooms. Cons, dogs run the property off leashes and leave droppings everywhere and you can expect to see and hear people outside having loud, beer drinking conversations. Good luck!

The kid who works here openly offers weed for sale in the parking lot. Okay if you need it medicinally but he's pretty aggressive offering it and his "cloud" can be smelled from a distance. The handicapped shower bench was ripped out of the wall in my room with no effort in fixing it. You can stay in the M6 in Austin with a pool for $20 less, so why bother here?

Bathroom was very small, they dont provide the little shampoos, smelled like cigarettes, floor in room looked dirty, no breakfast. Pool area was nice. Also has no elevator only stairs. Only stayed here because family picked it who also traveled here with us.

The rooms were clean and so were the grounds. The front desk people were friendly. They allow pets, which is great because we had our 2 small pups with us. The pool was clean and it was quiet. Over all great experience with this Motel 6!

The rooms are big, they have the small refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker, easy access, a very nice pool and hot tub/jacuzzi, conveniently located near Round Rock Surgery Center and many different places to eat or order in! They are reasonably priced, clean rooms too!

Room smelled ugly, toilet was broken along with the tv. Got tired of waiting for someone to fix it so I had to do it myself. Checked out and about an hour later I realized I had forgotten to get my daughters favorite teddy bear and a brand new jacket with the tags still on hanging since I had decided not to wear it the previous night. I called right away to see if the items had been found and they claimed nothing was found in any of the rooms before I was even able to finish my sentence. Then hung up on me! NEVER staying again.

Decent Rooms u get what u pay for very quiet place well Lit areas Huge Pool Beds are a tad bit uncomfortable but is what it is no shampoo no big deal will stay again.

Smoking rooms were all that were available for the parameters we were looking for (I didn't even know those still existed). Toilet overflowed overnight, cigarette burns were on the shower curtain, and the front door didn't close shut easily. Not the worst lodging experience I've had by far, but far from the best.

Don't expect breakfast. All they have is coffee. The soda machines have no water. No shampoo have to use bar soap. Slept really well though. Very quiet. Well lit.

The hotel was okay. Not very impressive, the washrooms were small and the rooms had a really bad oddur, smelt something like urine and smoke. The room also was junky, the website said there was a pool but it apperead to be closed and trashed. But the house keeping was the worst part they didn't properly clean the rooms and they also stole items from our luggage, it seems that one of them has a young daughter and stole unnecessary stuff for her. Another con was the people surrounding the motel they were very scary, some of them were prostitues and dealers, that looked into your room. The only pro from this motel was the free coffee in the lobby/ front desk area.

Very clean, staff was very helpfull. The property was well kept. Decided not to stay as long as I planned. Motel refunded the money with no problems. Very good stay. I would recommend this motel very highly. Thanks motel 6

I arrived a little early and the man at the front went out of his way to accommodate me. I was running late for work, and he got me in a room that was clean and luckily downstairs. The rooms were clean and nicely remodeled. The bed was hard but Im sure because the are new. The one thing I didnt like is that smell of whatever they use to clean the rooms with. Its very strong and annoying. I like the smell of clean but this is a smell I hate. Anyway I would stay there again and mainly because of the first impression I had and that was the man in the front he made me feel comfortable.

Hotel was only ok. Basically felt like a room teeing to be fancy and nice by putting in brought colored and futuristic looking furniture but you can tell it's cheap anyways. I don't expect much from a motel 6 though so you get what you pay for.

I left a really good review on Expedia. I'd like to take it all back. Not because of the staff, but the owner. My room was located at a central, busy part of the motel. Right at the entrance to the pool and near the vending machines. These areas were always populated, esp in the evening. By very drunk individuals. Even though I picked up garbage, that wasn't mine and dog feces that wasn't from my dog, every morning or when I came across garbage;, I even approached another customer, to pick up after her dog was that was pooping in front of my room. I was blamed for other peoples disreguard for the property, empty bottles, HEROIN NEEDLES feet from my door. Children leaving candy wrappers on the sidewalk. People leaving articles of clothing etc on the grounds. My dog got sick from eating tainted or poisoned? kibble that someone else left on the grounds… he vomited on the bed. I cleaned it up. I was told not to return when I checked out because of this. To the manager: Don't take dogs then OR kids because kids vomit and poop and pee. My dog is better behaved than any child. The ice maker is always out of order. The rooms are clean, the grounds are not. If you want to be treated with less than kindness Check in here. Or save your money, go somewhere else and if you have a dog that weighs more than 8lbs or a child that acts like a child, go elsewhere, you will not be accommodated here, reasoned with or treated with respect. He trys to intimidate.
