Very clean, good price, friendly staff, close to shopping nice breakfast.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel since the the Trylon was booked for 8 nights while searching for a condo to purchase. Staff is great as is the location. The elevators are a bit slow and the carpets could use a cleaning. Since we had a kitchen we didn't try the breakfast. Overall I would stay here again.

Stay someplace else! We had booked our stay at this hotel based on the location and the reviews which unfortunately turned out to be the low point of our trip. While they might show having on-site parking, what they don’t tell you is that it’s only for smaller cars. Unfortunately, we had a larger SUV which required us to drive across the road, and down the block to a different hotel in order to park, and then navigate through the hotel, past the homeless people on the street, and across the street back to this hotel. This is the last thing you want to do after driving all day. When we got to the room the accommodations were very old. Smaller rooms, old toilet and other furnishings, nothing was updated. While it appeared clean, it was not at all what I would expect based on the price we were paying. We stay in hotels frequently, typically Hilton properties, and this was well below even an older Hampton Inn property. With it being around 9pm at this point we were planning on staying there and finding something else for the rest of the week, however as we settled in we realized there was NO A/C in the bedroom. There was in the living room where my daughter was staying on the pull out couch, but being in the middle of summer it was way too hot and uncomfortable to not have A/C in the bedroom.

Having stayed several times in Montreal, was one of my best experiences. Staff courteous and attentive. Very clean room, the pool with amazing views of the city and also lunch which was perfect!

Excellent choice for our vacation. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was thorough. We walked everwhere … whether it be Mount Royal, Old Montreal or the waterfront you can easily walk (even our 7 year old). The Metro is really close if you want to get out further to places like Olympic Park. Just a few things we wished for: a dishwasher in our suite, a hot tub with the pool, an earlier start to the breakfast on Saturday (we have an early train to Toronto). But don't hesitate to book here … we would again (family of 4 including 10 and 7 year old).

No vending machines on the floors you have to go all the way downstairs to get a drink! Rooms are ok but bed is kind of small. You are getting a full apartment thought which is convenient. Also there was a huge spider on the curtains in the bedroom. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Lovely big apartments, well equipped. Good continental breakfast and friendly & helpful staff throughout. Starbucks next door, supermarket within 5 minutes walk & Metro similar. Special mention for Louis-Philippe Guay, Front Office Manager for his help & patience looking after my mother and I, from booking to departure.

A bit older, but the rooms are quite nice for a good price. Stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and there is a good little kitchen equipped with whatever you might need, a common space, and two decently sized bedrooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Montreal on a bit of a budget.

The hotel is in a great location, with good-sized rooms and full kitchen. It is not modern, but is clean. Our only problem was the bed, and for us, that's a big problem. It is a spring mattress, hard and uncomfortable. The pillows are the worst ever — very lumpy, making it difficult to find a good position with them. The duvet is thin and is this almost plastic-y material, which makes it slide off the bed if you move around. We slept very poorly here, and for that reason, I would never return.

My family and I felt at home during our 4 night stay. We are from TO. Very clean and quiet hotel with breakfast, and full kitchen which saved us from buying food. We cooked every day. Very nice housekeeping staff. I would recommend this hotel. The view from our balcony was a plus and the location is close to restaurants and banks.

Apartment in the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented a two-bedroom apartment for three days. Ideal with children. Indoor pool on the roof. Kitchen equipped to make food when tired of the restaurant.

This is a great hotel/apartment right downtown close to all amenities. They offer large studio Apts, separate bedroom and full kitchens with dining room attached. Very spacious, well laid out rooms w/balconies. Breakfast included and also boasts, a computer and conference rooms. Also has gym facilities and pool at the top of hotel. Very affordable, I am paying $140, all in for my room. Highly recommended for Tourists, students and families.

It is the sister hotel of square Phillips near by. The building and interior is dated but it is kelp clean and staff professional. Overall, it is very good for the price.

The apartment concept is awesome. However, during my last visit, the room temperature was simply too high and without the possibility of reducing it. It was strange.

Very clean room. Good reception, close to everything in the city center. Larger bowls would be useful. Provide dishwashing detergent. Very satisfied.

You cannot beat this hotel! Great location right in the center of Montreal. The place offers spacious apartment-like rooms, a pool, a sauna, a laundry room, continental breakfast, a business center and small work out (health club) room right off the lobby, and parking (both in the hotel and across the street)! You get all the foregoing for a very reasonable price. The only other place I will stay in Montreal is the Square Phillips Hotel & Suites which is this hotel's sister location. You just cannot beat this hotel!

Location downtown Montreal as advertised and located near the services not the busiest area but close enough to about thirty minutes walk located on a main avenue so no problem finding a taxi, a bus or access to the Metro Home Professional and warm room own standard quiet restaurant room adequate continental breakfast and included in the price parking at $23 In addition what seems honest considering the location of the hotel right in the city center the parking is Right in front of the hotel prices a bit excessive considering the whole hotel but the location justifies the price.

Convenient as it is an apartment hotel as indicated its name one can cook there is a small kitchenette inside the room choose the 15th to 16th floor there will be less noise and you will be close to the pool which is on the top floor where you can make beautiful photos on the terrace.

This was excellent for a family wanting to be right in the middle of the city but needing the added convenience of a separate bedroom and kitchen over a regular hotel room. Staff here was helpful and friendly, grocery a short walk away, easy access to Metro. Next time we are back we will most definitely stay here.

Negative: the parking fee is about $30 CDN per day.

Good level, spacious and ultimately not so expensive. Furniture a little ageing. Air conditioning rooms to review completely. Parking Option in front of the other side of the road very convenient.

A very nice little hotel. Loved the little kitchenette. Location was excellent for our purpose. The room was clean and well kept. The front desk staff were very polite, efficient and friendly. Free breakfast was a big plus. I would recommend this place.

I spent the week in Montreal with a party of nine. It was a bachelor party we all had shared accommodations 3 person to each room they were all Suites, and I was satisfied with our room the staff at the Hotel let us use an extra bed that they brought up to our room. The suite felt like home away from home with a full kitchen a comfortable living room one bedroom and bath.

The hotel appears like it's due for an upgrade with old wallpaper and heating / cooling, but it is a comfortable stay and a good price. The parking lot is extremely tight and across the street, so unpack before you park. Pool is nice and sunny. Bed and sheets are comfortable. TV's good size and modern. Nice bilingual staff.

I stayed overnight on my families last day in Montreal. They added me to the guest list for only an extra $15, during the F1 race weekend. Amazing! Sure, it's not 5 star accommodation but I was very comfortable nonetheless. The hotel throws in a damn decent continental breakfast each morning too. I know if I ever need to stay overnight in Montreal again, this will be my first pick.

The hotel is in a good location for walking to both some local attractions and metro. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. For it's star rating it's an excellent value. Included breakfast is continental with usual items and juices. There is a $20/night parking fee in a lot across the street.

Great ambiance. Such nice interior decorating. Local grocery store 1 block away. Super nice front desk staff. Right in the heart of downtown Quebec city. Walk everywhere.

Very nice hotel. Perfect for a nice short stay and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, they could offer a little bit more or at least change the menu a little bit everyday.

I've stayed at L'Appartment Hotel many times over the years, and have always had a wonderful experience. In fact, I will be spending a week there this coming August.

It's exactly what you Expect. People are nice, rooms are nice. I had a great stay.

Located in the downtown Montreal, the location is ideal. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance; however it is a bit of an hike to Old Montreal. There is NO restaurant at this hotel or next door as it is seen in most pictures. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. There was plenty of room for all 4 of us. The balcony was a nice touch too. It was great having a full size fridge and complete kitchen. The breakfast was decent too, with bagels, fresh fruit and coffee. So why the 3 stars? The beds were pretty hard. The AC in the room did not function properly. Normally this wouldn't matter; but it just so happened that the temps were in the high 80's that weekend. If a comfy bed isn't an issue for you then, this place is nice. The gym was small but functional. It was very clean. The elevators were small but ran smoothly. Not sure if I would stay here again, but overall it was a good experience.

The staff at the hotel is great, very friendly. We specifically stayed in one of their suite rooms which provides a small kitchen, living room, dining room and bedroom. The amenities here are great as well with free cable, Wi-Fi, gym, pool, laundromat, and sauna. Great hotel for extended stays with a home like feel. The location is also fantastic for accessing the city being in downtown Montreal.

Place was clean and nice to have an underground parking. Walls seems thin around the bathroom, but never heard anything anywhere else.

Location excellent, very close to the attractions and iconic locations of Montreal. Very large rooms with many televisions. More space needed, definitely feel you as if you are in the House and not a "typical" hotel. Breakfast adequate but more selection of eggs, hot cereal, waffle irons etc will be appreciate. It is ' also has a gym with rides, stationary bicycles, resistance bands, dumbbells up to 45lbs. Also private sauna for men private and also for women. Pool on the last floor also gives a wonderful view of downtown. In summary it is hotel/suite is fantastic that will make you not want to stay in more "typical" hotels ever.
