Very good hotel, best place to stay as you have metro station down the hotel also bixi in front and buses. People very kind the only thing they dont have is room service. But there is a beautiful view from the balcony. I do recommend it.

Fantastic hotel in plateau neighborhood. Rooms have balconies that overlook mont royal. Spacious rooms, clean, and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Right beside Sherbrooke metro, easy to get around and plenty of options for food/entertainment. Photo is view from balcony.

Experience the best in modern cuisine by up coming chefs who train at culinary school restaurant. The menu is small but offering local products that are in season. The portions are satisfying and the food is amazing. The wait service was friendly and helpful and suggested a fantastic French Apple Brandy to finish the evening. The layout is nice because the tables are spread out which provides a better sense of privacy.

The staff (students) are very welcoming, cordial and very professional. The information given is clear and accurate. The room is comfortable and modern. We enjoyed the balcony and the view. The restaurant is great and everything is delicious (we have dinner and lunch). I also liked the atmosphere of this hotel. We'll definitely be back.

Best hotel experience. The staff is exceptionally professional, courteous and thoughtful. The room, bed and pillows were very comfortable… more so than my own bed at home. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Eggs Benedict and croissants were incredibly tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The rooms have balconies. Great views. Parking isn't free but its underground and very secure. The free breakfast is amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

A small hotel, of a human dimension. I spent almost three consecutive months there. I like to see future hotel and restaurant professionals evolve there. The permanent staff is high level. Always very clean, excellent maintenance staff. A place dedicated to customers. In the centre of the Latin Quarter, close to innovative restaurants and bars. Definitely the best place to stay for a trip. Nothing to compare with the larger, more impersonal and anonymous hotels.
The breakfasts are included and complete, excellent choice.

I was at the hotel for a work function so I didn't stay in any of the rooms. The conference room was nice as were the bathrooms and sitting areas. In not sure if there were before but by the time I got there there were no vegetarian dinner optons available. The dessert was just ok. The servers were great.

Very clean hotel, with awesome staff. Some of the staff consisted of students, but you wouldn't tell. The rooms were very nice, and included a balcony. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the hotel decor is very pleasing. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Montreal!

Very nice place but the service was a little slow.

Stayed here a few times as it is a nice central location. The rooms are big and always very clean, and most of them have a balcony to enjoy the view of Montreal. The breakfast buffet is okay, they used to have more hot options but the service is great, as are those mini croissants!

I often go to the ITHQ as part of my work. This time I was there with a group of colleagues from all the other Canadian provinces. They loved the food and found the place very clean and well located!

The rooms are very nice and big. There’s not many facilities like gym and spa. But it’s close to rue st denis which is a local popping area.

Very nive hotel school with an ideal location downtown Montreal, excellent beds with clean rooms and reasonably modern furniture, TV, deco and Nespresso machines with 4 free capsules (and fridge with paying stuff). The breakfast is ok in terms of the variety of things you can eat (fruits, cereals, eggs, sausage, smoked salmon…) but the cook that was on charge was not up to the task: the scrambled eggs were starting to become green and fry. Overall, a very nice experience for the price but be ready for surprises. Students in charge :-)

A hidden jewel in the middle of Montreal, it's surprising that this place isn't harder to get into. Everyone is very friendly and eager to chat about where you came from and what you plan to do in Montreal. There's always a helpful concierge willing to give directions to where you want to go or just suggestions about the best places to visit. Most staff are bilingual and speak both French and English. All the public areas are decorated in a classy, modern style, and the living moss wall in the lobby is a neat touch. Rooms are spacious and well-furnished with spectacular views of downtown Montreal, including private balconies in most rooms. The hotel is located within walking distance of many of Montreal's best tourist attractions, including the Quartier des Spectacles and the Gay Village, and it's just a short cab or metro ride away from other great places like the Biodome and Old Montreal. Across the street is a little park that's perfect for a lunchtime or evening stroll. In the morning, you'll be treated to a complimentary breakfast buffet including sausages, fried potatoes, different egg preparations (shirred eggs and Eggs Benedict were both served while we were there), and of course coffee and juice. The best part of all is the reasonable price — $179 for a basic room with mini-fridge and Nespresso machine, or $199 for a "superior" room that includes hardwood floors, French-language newspaper delivery, and free local phone calls.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful 2 night stay here! The breakfast buffet had a really great selection of food as well.

Hotel was lovely and right next to the metro line. Lots of good food and night life around. Breakfast was simple but relatively tasty.

With no hesitation, an address has to visit the eyes closed. From the hotel to the restaurant, passing by the reception, everything is perfect! Gourmands will be delighted by the cuisine of this establishment. Bravo and congratulations!

We had a wonderful stay, from the moment we checked in till we checked out we were very pleased! The food was out of this world and the service tops!

Very nice hotel Unlike most hotels only guests can use elevators with. Access cards. This limits undesirable circulation in hallways. Very clean, Staff is very polite and professional. However this did not prevent the people next door of making alot of noise way past reasonable hours… The staff could have intervened past 11 PM to insure peace and quiet for thoses who wish to sleep. The party music next door kinda ruined it for me.

Room 807. The breakfast was good but the service very, very, very slow despite the fact that there were very few customers. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was fine with a nice balcony, although the service was nearly non existent… We waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the reception desk so we could check in. Then later when we called the reception desk because we couldn't get on the Wi-Fi, no one answered (2x). I think it might have been because the students were on break (no concierge or other services during break either).

The hotel is part of the hotel and chef school in Montrreal, the rooms are excellent I would say by the book standards. The breakfast is also good. Easy to use Internet.

This restaurant is a perfect choice if you want to have a lovely evening. However, it is not something you should select if you have in mind a casual lunch. The service is excellent, the facilities are nice as you do not have to put up with the chatter of your neighbors even if the place is packed (don't know how they do it but thank you nonetheless) and the food arrives in a timely manner. They have a house brewed beer, the cocktails are really great and the food is fresh and well presented. However, and that is a big however for me, the food sounded better on the menu than it tasted in my mouth. Don't get me wrong, the ingredients are fresh, cooked to perfection but the dishes are just not something I would come back for. Can't really pinpoint why but I did not fall in love with the cooking. Neither did my husband but he is a very very picky eater. Everyone else seemed to be enjoying their plates immensely so I hope my review doesn't discourage someone from giving this restaurant a try. The one thing I did absolutely fall in love with was the cocktails. They are inventive and perfectly balanced. If I could treat this place as my go-to for a drink with friends without feeling ashamed that I don't intend to dine there, I would in a heartbeat, especially since the prices are a notch lower than what I usually find in other restaurants.
