This is the quietest most peaceful hotel we've ever stayed in… (no slamming doors) Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Definitely stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience that I ever had initially we got there and we’re supposed to check in at 3 o’clock we ended up making it a little later so it took a while to get to the room that wasn’t the issue though. When we get to the room my son was beyond tired getting ready to play a tournament the following morning so he goes to bed early and then calls me over to check his neck at this point I pull back sheets and he’s bit and swollen all behind neck and back. I look at sheet and there’s bedbugs the hotel staff was so rude and told us that they would get us into another room when we started getting our stuff to go to the other room they said we had to immediately leave the premises. We were so confused as to why they weren’t trying to help. Rather than then being sympathetic or understanding and helpful they wanted us to hurry up and grab our stuff and leave assuming that they didn’t want us to say anything about the infestation to any of the other tenants.

Made a photocopy of credit card for incidentals after charging a hold, when asking for explanation was given substandard customer service, in times of such ID fraud I would think this wouldn’t be the standard.

Only stay here if you are wondering what it's like to feel like your business is not appreciated and you want to stay in a molded room. The only two positives were that 1) the first hotel room I stayed in was clean. 2) The two male front desk representatives were the nice and hospitable — — a stark contrast to the the hotel manager and his female guest representative named Audrey. They are both extremely rude and unprofessional. The second room I was forced into had water damage and black mold growing underneath the refrigerator as noted by the photos posted (Room 215). It also had a foul odor. After I called the front desk with my concern, I was moved another room (211). Audrey, the guest representative who gladly moved me from my original room to the molded room, was extremely condescending and felt comfortable enough to conduct herself in such a manner even in her boss' presence. This speaks volumes for the management and culture, as the manager made no effort to correct his disrepectful employee or curtail the situation. I would give this place zero stars, but unfortunately, one star is the lowest option. I booked a second night through a third party, but even when I showed the hotel manager that the reservation stated that the hotel would select the room — not the third party, he refused to acknowledge it.

HORRIBLE place! Bed in lumpy Hide a way for my girls was terrible terrible! No extra blankets Smell in lobby was gross The front desk service was slow waited 20 minutes and she was very rude and she wasn’t friendly at all. Wanted to argue with customers rather than apologize. Then they didn’t have the room we asked for. I was too tired to go some where else, so I took it. Worst decision I made. They want to hold a deposit and if your husbands name is on the card and yours isn’t you can’t use it. We are married with same last name, it was rediculious! I was tired and they made it extremely difficult to check in I DO NOT recommend this hotel. It’s obviously not the country inn and suites on a chain. The owner doesn’t take care of this one like a chain hotel does. Very run down and muggy inside.

Rooms were clean, more then enough towels. My only problem was finding the place, GPS takes you to the back were there is no access road to get to it. Breakfast was good just eggs, sausage, potatoes and wafflea with the standard cereal and coffee. Over all a good stay.

It was a very nice, clean, and beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and I was pleased by the amount of space in the room and the breakfast available. I will say that Google directions kept taking me behind the hotel, instead of to it, which may be confusing for other potential customers trying to reach this business through Google Maps.

Went to check in and got to the first room — hair on the pillows, yellow stains on pillowcase, used washcloth in the bathroom and the sofa bed was broken. Went back to the front desk where she tried to get the maid to fix the bed and then finally got us another room — didn't apologize until about 10 minutes later when she got me the key to another room. Lady at the front desk walked upstairs with me to the new room and asked if she wanted me to to stay while I checked that sofa bed, I said no and then proceeded to look around the room. The room was clean but then I pulled out the sofa bed and again it was broken! I walked back downstairs and she said "well I offered to stay with you to check it… " It wouldn't have mattered if she stayed with me or not, the bed was BROKEN. At this time, she tells me there are no other rooms available and she could refund my money and I can go somewhere else. At this time, I got upset as she still hadn't apologized or even seemed to care, just wanted to refund my money and insist she should've waited with me to check the room. I told her that I would just take that room and we'd figure it out with the sofa bed and I'd be back in an hour. I came back an hour later and miraculously she had another room for us. The THIRD room had the smoke detector hanging by the wires and there was mold growing on the shower curtain but the sofa bed wasn't broken. I would NEVER stay here again even if the rooms were free.

I spent $30 more than competing hotels for a 3 star suite here, but didn't really see anything I wouldn't have had elsewhere. It was adequate with the usual quirks and dings of any 2 star accommodations. The name is not Radisson, but Carlton, so we had to swing around a second time, it has a 1 bookshelf library, a nice banister, a fairly broken electronic lock to get in the pool, so the man behind the counter told me to reach around and push the bar from the other side. We were then told at 11 to get out of the pool for cleaning, when it just opened at 10 and we had to check out at noon. It was an okay stay, but I wouldn't spend any money to upgrade from 2 stars, as this is comparable.

Clean and quiet. Nice room. Decent breakfast. Good location. My son loved the pool.

I was worried about staying here after our stay at Double Tree in San Antonio the night before. We wanted a good nights sleep to make up for the bad double tree experience. And I am happy to say we are very pleased we chose this hotel. It’s no five star hotel, it’s outdated, king bed looked lumpy but was comfortable. Sheets for the pull out couch bed were worn and need updating. Pillows were small but we requested extra pillows and the staff happily brought them to the room. Pool was much smaller than it appeared in the picture and there is no longer a hot tub. But staff was friendly, and helpful. Had Double Dave’s pizza delivered (delicious! ) and slept so good. Bed was comfy, ac wasn’t too noisy and the fan on it worked so we could have some white noise and not possibly be disturbed by other guests. And breakfast! Wow! So good! Sausage, powdered eggs and gravy. Fresh made waffles, fruit which tasted amazing. They also had some pastry and cereal selections. We were very pleased. If you’re looking for something fancy this isn’t your place, but if you’re looking for an affordable, restful night with tasty free breakfast then you won’t be disappointed.

The bed was too hard for me but the room was clean, spacious and had a good air conditioner. The staff was amazing! Polite, professional and very helpful.

I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was rude from the very start and seemed annoyed to help. We stayed in a suit that was $200 and we paid cash. When we were ready to check out the hotel kept our $100 deposit because they found an empty pack of cigarettes in the trash can. We were accused of smoking in the room. There was no smell, which other guests also staying at the hotel confirmed when we asked them. The food was cold and covered in grease. Unless you want to have your deposit withheld for absolutely no reason, I’d reccomend not staying here.

Older hotel. Staff very friendly. Beds a little soft. Hotel clean. Breakfast foods typical for many hotels. Google maps tries to take you in from the rear of the property which us not accessible.

Horrible customer service cannot get ahold of anyone who actually is willing to care or work with! Room was not what I wanted I asked for a different room was told no and upgrade was not offered until I had already booked another room and still I was fully charged for a weekend that I did NOT stay there! Thank goodness I was smart enough to take down the customers info right behind me who not only advised me to dispute this nonsense but able to vouch for all the events! Offer your services correctly and upgrades before we choose to go elsewhere instead of saying we cannot cancell and issue unnecessary charges!

Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. We got the room with the Jacuzzi tub and it was so nice! Tasty breakfast too.

A little deferred maintenance it really is not bad, though. Don't rely on Google instructions for guidance unless you are on the access road. I would stay again.

The rooms are very clean. It is right on the freeway so it is easy to find. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast was delicious. It was very quiet and relaxing in our room. We couldn't hear anyone above, below, or beside us. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away.

Made a reservation and they could not confirm it. Then charged my card when I tried to cancel my non existing reservation. Glad I went elsewhere after reading the rooms stink and it's basically a terrible hotel. Stay away.

The staff were polite and kept the hotel clean. Continental breakfast had some warm food (sausage, eggs, granola), some pastries, waffle maker (non-Texas shaped), four cereals, and bananas as well as a melon medley. The bed was not very firm. The pillows were also squishy. Air conditioner was very cool but a bit noisy. Some drips around the shower and sink after usage. Convenient nearby the highway without noise. At $90 a night with booking a week in advance, it was fairly pricey for the quality. Booking more in advance for $60-70 would be good value.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were filthy, disgusting and the management staff were rude and completely unprofessional. In our first room there were brown stains on the walls, the sheets and our sink was becoming detached from the counter. The person at the front desk would not give us a refund because the managers were not present. At this time we were told he would give us another room. From the look of the second room, we thought it would be better but we were wrong. The couches were stained, the walls were stained and the inside of the comforter was filled with brown spots. We attempted to tell the assistant manager, Audrey and the manager Dinesh Patel and they instantly got an attitude with us even when we showed the pictures. They were unprofessional rude and there was no concern at all. Please don't stay here at all! Keep your families away from this place!

Rooms were serviceable and staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an older inn so it doesn't have the newest amenities. Breakfast was standard hotel fare and the eating area was clean and pleasant to eat in. Overall, a very nice stay.

We arrived at the hotel very late at night and it was still very easy to find! And the person at the front desk got us checked in fast and even gave us a gift bag with food. The rooms where well kept, big and clean! And they have the most comfortable beds and pillows. The staff at the hotel was very nice! And made sure we where comfortable during our stay. And the breakfastw as amazing with many many options to choose from, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, fruit and so much more! The staff stayed on top of keeping the food stocked. Over all we enjoyed our stay and I recommend it to everyone. This is definitely a five star hotel!

Nice people, the rooms are clean and well kept. The pool was closed when we went due to flooding though.

Rooms are nice. Ours had a living room with couch. The bathroom had some mildew, however.

I'm here for SXSW, staying just 2 nights because the price was right. The room is pretty great. The location is pretty good too. My only qualm is with the staff. There are usually around 2-3 people working the desk, but they're not all that friendly or approachable with the exception of the younger employee. The breakfast is pretty good and the hotel overall is clean. I would stay here again for sure.

The beds were harder than expected. Expensive for what you get. Water pressure was mediocre at best.

My family stayed here last Easter and it was a very nice hotel. The room my parents stayed in had an issue with the phone not working. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I was here for all of 20 minutes and asked for a refund because of the disgusting quality and smell. Dirty dirty dirty. The management in example audrey, is full of shit. She was "not available" the two times orbit called to speak with her and then lied and said they offered me another room which was untrue. I am now out $100. Had to find another hotel last minute because I could not stay there. I will be leaving comments daily until the hotel contacts me to issue a refund.

Please avoid this hotel. The staff is totally incomprehensible they act as if the are deaf, dumb, and stupid. Apparently they all live in a zoo because the pool and the room wasn't clean enough for a monkey. The pictures are false advertisement. My stay was a total rip of with a flooded rusty bathroom. Grossssssst stay ever.

Our experience with the Country Inn was GREAT! We booked rooms at the Country Inn for guests for our wedding and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The staff was incredibly courteous and they prepare fresh baked cookies which was a nice touch. The hotel is clean, well-kept and quiet. The staff is very courteous and go out of their way to help. They also have two restaurants in the same parking lot which everyone really appreciated. It looks like the hotel has been updated from the pics on here but, in any event, we had a great stay and an incredibly friendly staff. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the Round Rock area and will be back ourselves! Oh, and a bonus that our family really enjoyed… the outlet mall is only a few minutes away:)

This establishment treated me like as if I was Family. It was my very first time in Austin and I had a Horrible situation occur at the Ramada Central just that very morning. The moment Mrs. Patel picked up the phone to answer my call she was warm and understanding. She and her staff treated me like the Princess I believe I am (smile). My stay was extended and if I ever need to book a hotel again within the Austin area I'm sure I will return to the Country Inn Suites in Round Rock! Ecc.
