The description provided is pretty accurate. It is functional but not terribly comfortable. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend staying here but I wouldn’t try to persuade someone not to. This is especially true if you desire a place where you can cook. It does have a two burner stove and a full size refrigerator as well as a kitchen sink. It does not have utensils or pots and pans. It also doesn’t have a coffee pot. The finishes are cheap but not unexpected for the price range. It was, however, clean. The only real problem I had was that it was very close to an extremely busy freeway. The road noise was loud enough to keep a light sleeper awake and can even be heard over the sound of the air conditioner on high.

Enjoying my stay. Manager Danielle is very courteous, profession and dedicated. So is the new housekeeping hires. Very hard-working and professional.

Very quiet, clean and awesome place to stay. Danielle the Manager is great. Near movie theatre. Movie to see is Equalizer and Equalizer 2.

Extended stay hotels are not known for their amenities. This one is no exception, but what they lack in amenities they more than make up for friendly and helpful staff. Most staff at other places ignore you. These know you by your first name. The rooms are plenty big and will suffice for whatever time you decide to spend there. They have two burners in room and you can borrow cookware, so you can eat on the cheap. There are also other things you can borrow. Just ask. The staff from the front desk, to maintainence (I know them all by first name. ) are charming and U would love to to be able to stay here again.

This Place has bad service and they only give 2 towels per 4 persons. I would not reccomend this place. This place doesn't work I would not recommend it to anyone who say 2 towels for four people and the small beds and nothing comfortable poor service.

Check in was supposed to be at 3, we arrived at 330 to find out we wouldn't have a room until after 5pm. Came back at 530, and still had to wait another 15 min. Bed was very old and uncomfortable. Even though our room was non-smoking, someone down the halls was and the smell made it into our room everytime they smoked. Room was at least clean and sheets were decent. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are pinched for options.

We arrived to check in early because our flight came in earlier than expected. Angela at the front desk was so amazing and was able to get us in to a room very quickly before the check-in time. She gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. The rooms here are clean, we had no strange odors as others had reported and the noise was only loud on one night. We stayed for an entire week and didn't see shady people hanging around, smell anything strange or have some of the issues that others have reported in reviews. That said this is an extended stay hotel with a very low price point. You aren't going to find a bunch of frills here. If you go in to this knowing that you'll be a lot happier. This isn't a traditional hotel. This is an extended stay location. As such you won't get housekeeping every single day (better for planet earth), you won't find a bunch of frills in your room. You'll get a bed, a decent television with plenty of channels, a stovetop, a microwave, a full size standup fridge and a place to lay your head down at night. The place where this location shines is truly the staff. Angela and Danielle are so kind. Even the housekeeping staff are so nice. If you take the time to talk with them you'll learn so much about the area. They do allow smoking on the fourth floor. We didn't stay in a smoking room and didn't have the overwhelming smell of smoke that others had reported. It is all kept to the fourth floor.

Friendly staff and the rooms are nice for an extended stay and the price isn't bad. In the rooms, there is a stand up refrigerator, decent sized trashcans, a two burner stove, cabinet space, television, AC/Heat unit, full bathroom, decent beds, dresser, clothes basket, coat rack, microwave, desk/table, and a kitchen sink. I will be staying in another on of these a few towns over tonight.

Paid extra to reserve a room with two double beds. Was given a room with one bed and a sofa bed instead. Both front desk and customer service were told there was nothing they could do. What's the point of having a reservation then? Shower didn't drain properly and I had to stand in 3" of water while showering I get that it's a budget hotel but try harder.

I have been all over Texas and the location of this rendezvous point proved to be strategic when mustering everyone for an international friends group, bike ride through one of the most beautiful cities in America. The modern Georgian architecture, indicative of the late 90's boom through the shift in 2008 was nostalgic of a time when freedom and liberty, were less micro-managed and simple. Come here and you'll feel 10 years younger.

This is hands down one of the worst "motel/hotel" experiences I've ever had! We've been here for 14 days now and are using the same towels that were provided at check in. Of course I've taken them and washed them, however if I wanted clean towels from management I would have been charged. The laundry on site is extremely expensive, nasty and you have to load cash on to a prepaid card. It would not take any of the multiple bills and spit them out all crinkled up even when they went in smooth and straight. Needless to say we did not use the on site laundry facility. The room has not been cleaned one time during our stay. When somehow I missed the scheduled date, I was offered ONE roll of toilet paper and two trash bags. These people pride themselves on excellent and courteous customer service. WHAT A JOKE! The place is extremely loud with people stomping, doors banging and loud voices all hours of the day and night. The elevator and hallways reek of cigarette smoke although they claim that floor number 4 is the only smoking floor. I chose this particular location for the kitchen. The stove is absolute joke as well! It takes FOREVER to cook anything. Our check in was a TWO HOUR AND A HALF HOUR PROCESS! The rate changed back and forth multiple times between 2:30 and 5:00 when it was finally complete. That was after 4-5 lengthy phone calls to WoodSprings booking line. They never once apologized. We check out of here tomorrow and it won't be soon enough for me.

Great location and great staff. I arrived early to my reservation and Angela allowed me to check in. She gave me a quiet room and ended up being bigger than I expected. She will definitely have me staying here more often because of her great customer service and rapport. Thanks again for helping me out with the check-in and clean room.

This is my first time here and am glad I tried this place out. Angela is awesome. I came before check in time and she saw how tired I was from my long trip and checked me in. The room is clean. Towels sparkly white. Bed sheets clean. This hotel is an awesome place and the price is great. Thanks Angela.

I have been staying at Woodspring Suites off and for for a couple of months and I can definitely say that I've enjoyed each stay. The staff members here are helpful and friendly and the hotel is clean and quiet. Exactly what I need after a long day of work. Just booked another 2 day stay.

It was better than any $50 motel I've stayed at. The carpets were new, wall paint new, clean bath, had refrigerator and stove. Front desk was friendly, other guests were decent people. The only problem I encountered was the mattress sagged on one side. I just slept on the other side.

This place is clean & pretty nice for the price. The staff is nice especially Pam at the front desk she's awesome! The only thing I really don't like is the fact that you have to pay extra for stuff like towels & stuff that you would get free at other hotels. But other than that it's all good!

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Very nice, spacious rooms for a decent price. I would highly recommend this place.

Angela at the front desk is friendly, responsive and efficient. When I’ve book my room online she always has me pulled up and ready to checking when I arrive. Room is clean and spacious.

I was in town for a conference for 3 days. This place was very convenient and accessible to where my conference was being held. The check in was very smooth and the young lady that checked me in (Andrea) thank you so much. I know I was a little unpleasant when I came in but thank you for being courteous and attentive to my needs. The room itself was very clean and smelled wonderful (kudos to the cleaning team). The price for the hotel was with in reason and budget. I would definitely recommend that you stay at this property.

I have been here a week I'm enjoying my stay. I want to thank Angela and Danielle for their great service at the front desk. The room is clean, a great mini kitchen, no roaches or bugs. I get a great night sleep each night. The location is great and plenty of places to eat.

I just drove in from Ohio. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted by a front desk clerk Pam. She was very pleasant to me. I was checked in quickly. My room is on the fourth floor, and I am very pleased with the cleanliness and amenities. For the price, I feel like I’m getting a great place to stay. The Wi-Fi works great. The TV in the room has a very nice HD screen plus a lot of channels. The little kitchen has everything I need to make a decent meal. They do accommodate smokers and pet owners, so just request a non smoking room if that is an issue for you. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews, plus a lot of positive ones too. I personally think this is a great place for the price. I don’t feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I would especially like to give Danielle a compliment for her five star customer service. She has a very pleasant attitude and was willing to immediately handle a minor concern I had, but it resolved itself. Overall, I’d rate the room, amenities, and especially the staff to be very nice and accommodating. I’d stay here again.

I Like this hotel. The associate at the front desk was open, friendly, and efficient. The rooms were clean and well stocked. For the price, I'd have to say that this is an excellent choice for your next overnight or business trip.

Worst motel I've stayed in. Nasty smell, unkown hair on bathroom floor, horrible service! Waited 3 hours for a pillow after asking 3 times for it. Clerk was never at the desk! Advise, DO NOT STAY! REALLY HOPE WE DON'T GO HOME WITH BED BUGS!

This hotel although being a good price is ridiculous. They show you a refrigerator a microwave a stove top and a sink however they don't even furnish you with a coffee pot no dishes no silverware so you have to bring your entire kitchen with you if you would like to stay here and cook your own food. I arrived at 2:20 in the afternoon on a Thursday and there was nobody in the front desk area for over 10 minutes the phone rang four times it rang through the cell phone 4 times and I rang the doorbell 3 times nobody showed up. When she finally did arrive she said oh I cannot give you your room or your keys for another 15 minutes could you please come back. For the price I would recommend you stay at the Red Roof Inn right next door.

It was pretty nice in the beginning but after several months I have had trouble over and over and over again with my key not working. It was exhausting 5 or 6 times a month having to go back downstairs and have my key remade again. The real problem was when I complained about it even the upper management was not concerned and basically told me not to bother them to take it up with the front desk which is where I was having a problem to start with. The maids are great with the general management sucks.

First off they miss lead you by the pictures on the Internet, (we booked this place from California), so we relied on the Internet for info, there booking # we called tells you one thing and when you show up it's another. Be warned if they ask you for your card to reserve a room the bill you for your total time you booked ahead of time, they don't give refunds under any circumstances, the rooms have this weird smell I can't even explain, our kitchen stove only has one working burner, no one has come to even look at it! You only get 2 towels per room no exceptions & you have to give them your used towels before you can get some clean ones, only one roll of tp is allowed per room, people constantly drinking in large groups outside and knock on your door at random hours of the night cause their to drunk to know where there going, this really shows the saying you get what you pay for. Unless your on a strict budget pay a little extra and go to a Holladay inn, Marriott or similar, as soon as my time is up that's where we're going. Oh and they don't even give you the basics, coffee maker, iron or anything else a normal hotel gives you, stay away if at all posable!

Horrible service. We had ordered a room for 3, which they later said was overbooked, so they gave us 2 individual rooms "without charge" as a way to appease us. Surprise, they did charge us for it, after they promised they wouldn't due to it being THEIR fault. Don't trust them, don't stay with them, don't recommend them.

Who want to check in somewhere where they have to check out at 11 a. M. If I'm going to pay $70 to stay at a motel or hotel or Quality Inn I would love to be able to stay 24 hours.

Is a quiet place with kitchen. Rooms are a bit small. And they only have housekeeping once every two weeks. As it is mostly long term guests. Towel service costs extra. Staff is very friendly. Internet is very slow.

Located right off Main highway with parking all the way around building. Inside was clean and inviting. The room was a small efficiency, the setup made it seem bigger. Cozy. Secure. Only drawback is that the driveway accesses the frontage road just a little to far down to allow for immediate entry on to the highway.

The hotel was decent, but it was dimly lit on the interior and not very clean. It gets the job done as an inexpensive place to stay, but other than that there was nothing to write home about. It was overall pretty worn and dirty.

First of all my wife and I stayed for one night, and it was the most expensive night for what we got. If you can imagine putting a bed in a garage, then that's what the room was like. The Windows had blind's only, and you can see in the room from outside. There is no front desk. No coffee. The shower leaked all over the floor. The room smelled bad. I would not have given it one Star. But I had to to write this review.

I had to stay here for a couple of weeks and it was a comfortable place for the cost. I believe it was a good value for the money. Nothing fancy but the rooms were clean. The staff was nice. The location is easily accessible. The room I stayed in had a fridge and 2 burner stove.

Our family relocated here due to a job and we stayed at this location for 7 months. Jeff the property manager and Doug always made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They were always ready to accommodate our needs. The staff was always friendly and kept the property very clean. We are now in our new apartment but if we had to do it again we will go back. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you.

I would like to personally thank the staff of good men and women who faithfully and diligently serve their guests at the Round Rock, Value Place. They run a tight ship keeping the place clean and secure, yet not without that personal touch that is the hallmark of great customer service. Thanks, guys and gals, for making my three week stay at your Place, comfortable and worry-free!

This place is clean in the rooms, but that is about it. There are bugs in the stairwells, they charge you additional charges for toilet paper, internet, and there are no dishes in the units, given they are an extended stay. The internet is a joke, they charge you $10.00 a week for slow speed internet (1MEG download speed) and $20.00 a week for high speed internet which is (4MEG download speed). I have tested the internet speeds and these are confirmed numbers. The cable went down last evening for about 2.5 hours along with the internet. I find the internet drops consistently. The beds are terrible, the mattresses are old and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The noise can be something else as well. These rooms are not sound proof. You really need to shop around as there is no "Value" here. I have 16 months left on my project here and they just lost a long term customer!
