This was the worst hotel experience that I ever had initially we got there and we’re supposed to check in at 3 o’clock we ended up making it a little later so it took a while to get to the room that wasn’t the issue though. When we get to the room my son was beyond tired getting ready to play a tournament the following morning so he goes to bed early and then calls me over to check his neck at this point I pull back sheets and he’s bit and swollen all behind neck and back. I look at sheet and there’s bedbugs the hotel staff was so rude and told us that they would get us into another room when we started getting our stuff to go to the other room they said we had to immediately leave the premises. We were so confused as to why they weren’t trying to help. Rather than then being sympathetic or understanding and helpful they wanted us to hurry up and grab our stuff and leave assuming that they didn’t want us to say anything about the infestation to any of the other tenants. Keep in mind that it was a huge tournament and they were fully booked so when asking questions and why we couldn’t get our money back or an explanation cops were called the cops were not very helpful and so we had to handle it over customer service and not there because they said we were trespassing mind you that the hotel is fully paid for and they still yet got my money back so after being thrown out at midnight for calling them out on that we had to find another room with only a few hours till morning and everything in the area was sold out we were not the only people complaining about the bedbugs and the rooms being disgusting somebody had urinated sheets in there room as well as bugs. I’m leaving out the fact that the front desk refused to speak to me the manager close the door in my face and said they would no longer answer questions or speak to us like we had done something incorrect it was humiliating and awful.
