Front desk staff was very cordial and friendly. They helped us organize our rooms and transfer one to a different name in a timely manner and were extremely personable.

It's a nice place for cheap with plenty to do around the area! TV didn't have movies to rent or anything like that which was kinda a shame, and the drinks at the machine were sold out… But didn't really matter so much.

It was a hot day and I just wanted to relax so I booked a hotel room for the night and I got relaxation very quiet staff very friendly and customer service was very professional the only thing I have to say bad was the morning good thing I had the lock on because several times someone tried to enter the room and it was no where near checkout but overall I would return visit and recommend this hotel.

So for the stay here at the Comfort inn Randolph has been wonderful injoying family an have made New friend thank you guys for the great services that u do.

Extremely upset about this booking. Beware false advertising! Shows outdoor pool but at check in we were told NO POOL and that there hasn’t been one for about 2 years! We had to drive 40 min away to find a open lake to swim at due to it being 100 degrees and all other options were either full or closed due to the holiday. We were looking forward to spending our Fourth of July by the pool and enjoying our Holiday away. Also they serve Complimentary breakfast in the morning which was a nightmare! When we got to the dining are there was a some kind of event taking place and way too many guests overcrowding the dining area, it was very difficult to sit down and enjoy breakfast when all the event guests were like scavenging over all the food and grabbing everything! Definitely not returning.

It's not a big place but for the size of it, it does look good. The people there are great and it looks very nice and clean. If they did expand on some rooms it would look a little better.

No pool. They have filled in the outdoor pool. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, continental breakfast was better than most. Comfortable beds, A/C works well, we heard nothing from the rooms around us, front desk was polite and kind. Would stay again except for no pool, hard to entertain children when between events.

Great hotel the rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very modern. I would definitely stay here again. The location is also great with restaurants and a club within walking distance. As far as other attractions I do not know.

It was acceptable. I would stay there again. Staff was very helpful but the cops showed up two times while we were there for issues with other guests.

The rooms were nice enough and the service was pretty good. There was a little bit of a funny smell in some of the rooms though. The best part was probably the breakfast.

It was an okay hotel. However I got a room facing Route 28, and was not able to get a wink of sleep. I would highly recommend asking for an even numbered room as they face the courtyard.

This place gets no stars. My geagrandmot was sick so I had to rush out of my room in the middle of the night and I left a couple things a old baby strollers that my daughter doesn't even use and a shirt and the manager charged my credit card 221$ and I was willing to pay the extra 110 for the troubles. This is what I get for my famolf being sick a huge bill. They lost a good customer.

The only reason to stay here was the free breakfast. Awful security, service and the place smelled like marijuana all weekend. Don't waste your time and money.

Yuck. We had a house fire on Christmas. We were able to gather some things outside. We bring with us put them in the hotel. They called us after we left and got mad saying we was smoking cigarettes which we were not at all. It had to be what we found outside that smells like smoke from the fire. They should have known that.

Basic hotel that is due for a renovation. Clean enough. Comfortable enough. The complimentary breakfast is the bare minimum. Request a room on the third floor or higher to avoid activity in the function room or restaurant impacting your stay.

It was nice and quiet. Room was always clean and ready no smells.

Average room and amenities. Room was supposed to be handicapped accessible, not that I needed it but I like the bigger bathroom. A few extra grab bars was the only difference. Elevator is at the opposite end of a rather long hallway from the check in desk. Odd. Normal processed food breakfast. Toaster didn't toast the bread after 2 tries.

I planned my trip around the information provided by the staff of hotel. My flight was booked with the clear understanding there will be shuttle service for me upon arriving the bus station. I simply need to call in and one will be dispatched to me. I made it very clear in my queries if the shuttle service has a time frame. The answer I received, "No, just call us when you arrive and we will send it over" I called the day before as I packed my bags for the trip to confirm if the room has an iron board and an iron. I was assured all rooms have an iron and iron board. My flight arrived closer to 7:30pm, myself 8:30pm at the station. I called in as indicated for shuttle service to be picked up to be informed that Comfort Inn does shuttle service only between 8am and 6pm. With shock and displeasure I expressed my distaste. The attendant offered to call in a cab company and have them meet me at the station. I waited 45 minutes for taxi to reach. That's after asking the bus station if they have a taxi service they know of. This means, the taxi the hotel called for, never arrived. I had to go with an alternate cab company. All drained and exhausted, The room was short an iron. I called the front desk requesting one. I was assured one will be brought right up. It took 90 minutes and another call to get an iron. To top, I had to go down for it. I did not appreciate front desk attitude both on the phone and in person. Being in the service industry myself, I tried to be nice about it.

It's okay. My room was clean. Breakfast was meh but it did have some hot food. Right off of I 95.

I really liked the room and the breakfast very varied because we went with three girls and the three breakfast different food.

Celebrated a family's 95th birthday. Bathrooms were clean and loaded with soap and toilet paper, Receptionist was very friendly and parking was easy. Area was over all Great!

I have traveled for business before, and if I'm ever back in Boston again, this is where I will stay. This crew is not only friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about hotel policy, they are also compassionate. I had a snafu renewing my room for the entire weekend while attending a conference, and to my surprise and delight, the staff had merely left my room available when I returned. Not many places are compassionate, however this location is. Thank you very much for all you do!

The outside of the building, and lot we're quite nice. It was also great there was a restaurant attached to the hotel, and a convenience store within walking distance.

The check in and out was fast and courteous. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The towels were white and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The A/C worked great.

Large and clean room. Good sizeable bathroom. Lots of free parking space. Free Wi-Fi. Extremely easy to get to from all around Boston. The only issues I had were: thin walls. I was able to hear people's conversation in their rooms from the hallway. Also, the people from next door had a kid and they were talking loud with the kid while he was banging on the wall bright early around 4a the night before I checked out.

Upset was not the word… We got into the room and turned on the TV and it was not working. Coffee maker was weird. I asked House keeping for some towels in the hall… And she looked me up and down and asked me for my room # and why do I need towels… Smh… Then I asked for a Microwave… Oh I got one… But it was slanted and had no turning plate. I had to request one from them. Smh… I always loved Comfort Inn hotels but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth…

The beds were the best part of the whole experience. I fell asleep immediately. We needed to run the fan though because there was a loud noise coming from the other side of the wall but I fall asleep easily. Breakfast was mediocre — oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, eggs and meat. The shampoo, conditioner and soap smelled really good. The staff were very polite and responded quickly to any requests.

What makes the Comfort Inn Randolph-Boston extraordinary is the special care given to guests by members of the staff. When my son's team booked this Massachusetts based Comfort Inn and reserved most all of the remaining rooms, only a room with one bed and a pull-out couch for two guests was left the night before the big tournament. I discussed the situation with the staff member Krystina (Tina), who went far above and beyond to help. Tina checked for an available room with two beds every hour until she found an availability. The players, the team, and the parents could not have been happier. This remarkable level of service and care is unparalleled and is unlikely to be experienced at any 5 star hotel anywhere. The service here was more than excellent. Lamar and Jonathan at the front desk took care of any and everything we needed. Chantu, the shuttle driver was very friendly and happy to take me anywhere I needed to go and Gyrell in the breakfast kitchen made the one and only breakfast we were able to attend there, everything we had missed these last 2 weeks. :) Highly recommended.

Only here for a night, but front desk friendly and fast with service! Room was very clean, definitely smelled like a non smoking room! Only thing I didnt like was I was on first floor and had to go to third floor for ice! I would definitely recommend staying here, will stay when in the area!

We were in room 227. It was comfortable but the carpet had a stain by the fridge which was sticky and gross. Otherwise it was clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. We would stay here again.

The room was fairly clean with comfortable pillows. The only negative in relation to the cleanness was that there was some relatively large bug on the wall. Breakfast was adequate for the cost of the room.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so there are a few things amiss. It is conveniently located near the highway. Their is no longer a pool, but the rooms are nice and clean. One big down side of rooms was the volume of the air conditioner… incredibly loud. We also were not impressed with the staff. The person checking us in was helpful, but only to the extent that he needed to be. He most definitely was not overly polite. There was also another worker at the desk, a male, on the phone and he was wearing only a tank top. Did not seem like appropriate work attire. We will not stay here again and will not recommend to people.

The hotel is going under renovation at this time so that's why it might not be in the best condition right now. But the rooms look 100 times better than they used to and are clean and comfortable. Plus the staff is great very easy going and laid back. This is my go to hotel when I visit the Boston area.

The pictures are misleading and out dated. We were there two weeks ago, there's all sort of construction going on. The pool-gone. The restaurant/bar — Closed. The fitness room looks like a shoe box. A good majority of the vending was out of order. Our door would not shut properly when entering/exiting. It just smelled old and musty in hall way/elevator. The one side door was never locked, so anyone could just walk in. There's no microwave in the room (s), and our fridge seemed to not be cold. Also, no plates, cups, cutlery available — its like when they clean up from breakfast they lock it all away. The breakfast was sub-par the first day or two, it's like if you didn't get there first thing in the morning-too bad you're out of luck (I went down at 7 that's an hour after the start). The other few days it was better since there were tons of students there on a trip, they had no choice but to keep it stocked. Although the staff is very friendly, and our room itself was clean, we won't be going back there and I would recommend not staying there.

EXCELLENT staff and hotel… Laurie the general manger is so pleasant to deal with and all her staff Charita and Jonathan. They have accommodated our company Salmon Falls Nursery & Landscaping for many weeks and never an issue or complaint only GOOD compliments! Price is right and hotel is very clean! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area! Highly recommended!

Used the Comfort Inn Randolph for a low key wedding shower of 100 guest & everything went perfectly. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this venture.

When I was visiting this Inn, the first floor bathroom was under construction and we had to use a bathroom in two of the rooms. The social gathering room was a bit small for my taste but with the right decor, you could make it work. The staff was non-existent but other than that my entire experience was fine.

Clean room and good staff. They have a bar on the first floor.

It was very comforting. The beds felt very good, god cleaning and nice hospitality.

The front desk officer (a lady) appeared hostile in responding to almost every enquiry made. There was actually a guy who was friendly and quite helpful. Also another lady, Denise seemed quite helpful. They did not have a functional restaurant and no where to get food. The rooms were neat and tidy. The hotel was quiet and we couldn't get anything to buy there. We had to go out to get everything. The free breakfast was okay.

I can't believe some of the reviews for this place. I have nothing but good things to say… I'll start with the staff, the front desk man "Jonathan was extremely polite, helpful, and patient … The hotel was so clean and very well put together… I don't have any complaints the room was so nice and the beds were so comfortable… the free breakfast was pretty good and lots of variety… I will def be going back… Perfect for goin out and staying the night! 5 stars for you guys!

Lift up on room door handle. Restaurant on site has $0.29 wings on Monday. Recently renovated rooms. Hot breakfast.

My company sent me here for work. This place felt dirty and hot. The sc kept turning on and off every 20 seconds. As you walk through the hallway it feels old. I noticed some of the doors looked as if they were busted in before. just didnt look good. Unfortunately there were some Events in the area and ALL the decent hotels were booked. I Stayed one night and decided to drive 30 minutes south to a hampton inn that had a vacancy. If u have other options skip this place. Also the pool was closed down! Its almost july.

AC so loud you can't sleep. Tub didn't drain. Door took 3 tries to open, every time. This place is independently owned and not up to the standards of most Comfort Inns.

I went next door to the fat cactus and loved the restaurant! Great atmosphere.
