Our stay here was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and we loved the barn style door that opened up to it. My favorite part had to be the breakfast, it was delicious! I will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

The service here is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Rooms are well furnished and kept very nice. There isn't much to do in georgetown proper but Austin is only a half an hour's drive away. Complimentary breakfast is a plus. My only complaint would be that the rooms have low water pressure but that in itself is not a deal breaker.

Great location, and is easy to get too. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Been here twice, both times they seemed very full. I had to park out back, way back, despite their admission that there were only two "diamonds" staying there, and that the 5 spaces in front should not have been full. Also, they did not do the usual water, etc. Rooms were nice and clean, internet was slower.

Beware: Low Flow Water Faucets! I've stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and was really disappointed in how slow the water flowed in my room here. It took me twice as long to wash my hands, my face, and even take a shower. It wasn't as clean of a room or facility as most others are too. On a positive note, the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast choices were excellent.

My fiance and I have been trying to book some rooms for our wedding party coming in September. Nobody here has been helpful or even tries to contact us and help us book rooms. Poor customer service from the staff and the general manager. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hampton Inn always maintains the top customer satisfaction. The rooms are always clean, and I never have any problems with the staff. The hotel is set in a good location, with a lot of nearby things to do. Deep in the heart of Georgetown. I love visiting, and I will always be staying in this hotel.

Great stay. Beds very comfy, rooms very clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast in the morning coffee available all the time. In a hurry in the morning? Breakfast snack bags to go.

Multiple cleanliness issues upon arrival. Staff was mostly helpful but 2 days later when I also found 20+ ants in my room the staff refused to move me to another room. Would not recommend.

Very nice and cozy place to stay. Not to mention the fresh baked cookies that were at the front desk. They were so delicious. In all a very nice hotel with professional workers.

The breakfast was pretty good in the morning for it to be a continental breakfast. Check out was way too early though. Our room was very clean, and they have warm cookies at the desk when you check in if it's in the evening.

Comfy beds, yummy breakfast, quiet location, and very helpful staff. The homemade salsa on the breakfast bar was VERY good. Food always fresh & hot.

Went here for a dinner, post wedding rehearsal. The room they fit our party in was kind of cramped, but the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Fresh warm cookies on the front desk were absolutely delicious.

If I could give a negative star I would. I booked reservation online under Friends and Family rate, called ahead to ask how they handle early check in if I arrived after midnight? The clerk stated I would have to pay an additional night. I said even though it will be Friday? She said yes. I asked if it would be at FF? She said I would still have to pay. I said fine and asked for manager who called back. Rachel Moore, VERY PREJUDICE manager called back. She was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. She said I could go online and check rate myself. I said fine. She continued to be verbally abusive, I hung up. She called right back to tell me I was banned from Hilton because I told her I would not pay their rate and would contact my credit card company. She went off! Went from 0-100 in split second. Started yelling something about the card being invalid and threatened the employee that signed me up. This woman has a very bad temper! I reported her to Hilton's Corporate Office. I told them she came across as a RACISTS. I'm contacting an attorney.

Recently stayed here and had a great stay. The room was very large and in excellent condition. The breakfast in the lobby was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, great location, just off 35. The pros. Breakfast was really good. Scrambled eggs, one morning sausage, next bacon. Yogurt, variety of milk, skim, chocolate etc. Coffee and hot tea and cocoa available at all times. Texas shaped waffle iron. Nice pool outside. The beds were comfortable. Nice black out shades. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Cookies during the day and goodie bags in the morning. Had water, fruit, muffin and pastry. It was very quiet even though the hotel was full. Lots of people from Houston and flooded areas due to Hurricane Harvey. Cons… they are minor but a bit annoying. The bathroom door is a heavy wooden sliding door. It doubles as a closet door and a bathroom door. Which is slid from side to side. The problem with that is it's huge and heavy and it didn't work properly. You could not close that thing at night without waking everyone up. My daughter was in the closet and I didn't know it and I was in the bathroom with the door closed and I opened the door which closed the door to the closet and my daughter was in there and hurt her arm. That was pretty upsetting. Other cons include the thermostat. Which I would put on 68 and we would still be burning up all night. You have to take the covers off to get cooled off and put the covers back on to be warm enough. I don't really understand what was happening. You were either cold or hot there was never an in-between. Also the bed spread on the bed is very weird fabric.

Front desk was rude. Nice hotel but I think the guest services department needs to understand that the most important thing is the guest comfort and convenience, not their rules.

Rooms are much larger than other similar hotels that I've stayed at. Channel selection was also much larger than at other chains. Room had an updated look and feel. Staff was friendly. Would definitely book here again.

The location was perfect because we were so glass to the wedding location. We have been staying at Hampton Inn's for years. We know we can depend on them to have nice, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a very good breakfast.

Nothing to dislike. Room is clean. Breakfast was served. Only complaint is that there weren't breakfast drinks aside from coffee or milk (no water or juices)

Great room, clean and roomy. I really liked the walk-in shower and modern bathroom. The service was excellent. For those on a healthy diet their breakfast has a generous offering of fruit, juices, granola, and oatmeal. I liked the ambience of this place.

The room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. When my boyfriend asked if they sell band aid, she gave is some free ones. The bathroom is new and clean. In general, we had a positive experience staying there.

We stayed there for a long weekend to attend a soccer tournament. Initially, the hotel messed up our reservation but this was cleared up quickly in our favor. The lobby was nicely decorated and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good. For some reason, we were given a handicap room so it was different from the other rooms but I found it nicely appointed and spacious. The real reason I gave it five stars was the staff, particularly Bob the evening manager. He was fantastic. He went above and beyond for our girls soccer team. One evening he even baked some cookies for them. He is only part time as he is retired but I would definitely stay here again simply due to the customer service from Bob.

You can tell the place is very new. It is well kept and clean. I would recommend this location. The interior look modern and has a nice desk in the suite to preform my work.

Brand new hotel… very clean. Comfortable beds. Walk in showers… price range Is from $120 to $150 a night… the stay was worth every penny… front desk staff was Very friendly … very quite at night. You DONT hear the traffic on I35… I'll be staying here again…
