Large, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and excellent customer service. Only complaints were noisy room and overcrowded dining at breakfast. Had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Stayed for four nights for business. Used the hot tub and pool in the evenings, and ate breakfast each morning before work (bought my own orange juice at the nearby HEB). Excellent accommodations — will stay there again.

Slept like babies, had no issues during out visit whatsoever. Room was clean neat and ready to be used, asked for extra items and it was brought to me upstage minutes later. Other hotels need to learn from them.

Clean rooms, hot shower, a. C. Super cold, wonderful breakfast, super friendly staff. Our truck battery went dead and Tammy helped jump us so that we could go get another one, she even let us borrow her cables just in case. Thank you for helping our summer vacation not be so horrible.

There are several hotels in the area and I wouldn't stay here again. The place is OK and clean enough. However, the building is horrible — I heard the people in the next room ALL night long — a crying baby no less! ALL NIGHT LONG. It doesn't make for a restful sleep. I didn't complain as I'm sure the parents of the child had a worse night than me but I will stay at another hotel the next time I am in Georgetown.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and inviting. The bed was amazing. Slept like a rock. I didn't get up in time for breakfast (maybe our last day), but our friends ate everyday and they enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

Awesome hotel with great service. Came all the way from SD, and they treated us like family especially the owner of the hotel and front desk. The suite was perfect for our family of 6, and their reward program is a great way to join the choice hotel company.

This hotel is not in a perfect location for on-site views, but it is the best hotel in downtown Georgetown for a family. The hotel offers a great pool and spa area. Restaurants are within walking distance. You will be moments away from San Gabriel River, which is great in the summer. Also, shopping and more dining are right up the road. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a stay in Georgetown.

This place is pretty good. Everything is about what you'd expect with the free hot breakfast buffet however they had a hard time refilling trays as they would run out. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. My child loved the pool. Rooms were clean, Annie the front desk was awesome she made are trip even better. Food places really close by made eating really easy. Walmart near by which was great for all the stuff we forgot. Would stay again at comfort suites.

This hotel has everything you need. Ironing board, iron, fridge, microwave, coffee maker /coffee, free internet, pool, exercise facilities. It is rated 2 & 1/2 star on Priceline but is clearly a 3. The location in Georgetown is very close to every store you can think and fast food or chain restaurants too. Unless you are looking for a high end hotel with high end restaurants, you will not be disappointed.

This is an excellent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. The rooms have all of the basics like iron, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, free internet, cable, plenty of easy-to-use outlets, a/c that will freeze you, etc. I think Priceline listed this as a 2 1/2 star, but it's at least a three. They also serve hot breakfast between 7-10 next to the lobby. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. I do normally get these kind of deals on Name Your Own Price for less than 70, but this was the weekend of SXSW so everything is booked and I expected to pay around $100 but it still was worth it because it has everything and is right on I-35 near every store you can imagine! Besides I think most of the guests were paying close to $150.

Very nice rooms but we could hear everything that the neighbors above you are doing at 3:30 in the morning.

This hotel was great except for the people in the hall from 3:30 in the morning till 5. Talking loud and laughing in the hall way. I kept thinking it would get better but it did not. The next morning desk clerk said she spoke to owner who was on duty and he said the guest were talking in the hall and he did not see anything wrong with it. I guess not he was not trying to sleep on the other side of the door.

The service is always great, continental breakfast every morning and always available in case there's anything you need. Would already recommend these hotels.

Rooms are nice. Beds are comfy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, nothing amazing. Would recommend.

I was traveling alone and stayed here for the first time. I had an amazing experience. It was clean and I stayed in a king suite and there was plenty of space. The staff was very accommodating and I plan to stay here every time I come back to visit!

Just what you'd expect from a big chain hotel: big well appointed quiet rooms, very clean, friendly staff. It's my second stay here and I would gladly recommend it to anyone.

Quiet, clean, and the staff was very courteous. Our roo had two queens booth in great shape. Prices were reasonable.

The rooms were very comfortable. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. The pool was a little small, but it was a nice pool being that I didn't need anything huge. Also had a great complimentary breakfast.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Only dissatisfied with breakfast options. Eggs were yuck and the only protein option. If that were improved it would be a solid 5 stars.

Wow. The customer service here is tip top. I can't say enough great things at how kind everyone at the desk has been. The rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet. Housekeeping staff also is just as courteous as front desk. The location is great, easy to access with lots of restaurants and downtown Georgetown close by. Nice hot breakfast options. Great, great place.

Nice location, clean, convenient to freeway and Georgetown. AC blows loud and strong.

Good rooms, the accommodations were nice. The only complaint I have is the Internet. You have to log in one a splash screen. You can not use Google cast with that set up. Free Internet should not require a log in, it's just a way to get your email.

Clean, comfortable room at a great price that exceeded my expectations. Free breakfast was perfectly adequate; both my wife and I remarked on how we felt we absolutely got our money's worth. Would totally recommend staying.

Great place to hold a party.

The room was spacious and fulfilled our need for a graduation party. The staff could not have been more accommodating. It was great and the location was perfect.

Rooms are ok and clean. Very overpriced in comparison to other chain suites and what they offer such as Homewood Suites. Stayed in room close to lobby and was very noisy cause you can hear people late at night talking and laughing that were in the lobby. Convenient location but $160 a night is just too much.

Apparently only one staff member works the entire building at night. I just got here at 9pm and first noticed that my toilet didn't work and then noticed there was very obvious rat poop on my bed. They claimed to be completely occupied and not be able to move me to another room. Because only one girl was working here, she had to come up and fix the toilet, and then she didn't have time to make the bed, so she just gave us some new sheets. In her hurry to get back to the front desk, she left the sheets with the rat poop in a pile on the floor.

The breakfast was very good for this type of hotel.

Very clean and the room was great!

The hotel looked nice when we got there but soon did not turn out so nice. We booked this particular hotel because of the hot tub and heated pool, when we went to swim and soak the hot tub was broken and the pool was cold, needless to say we were very disappointed. Every hotel we stay at I always ask for a fan because it helps me sleep, they did not have a fan, this is the first time this has happened. The biggest problem of all is that you could hear EVERYTHING during the night, people talking in the halls, people walking upstairs and people talking and opening and closing doors next door. I think the walls are built very thin. During breakfast I talked to another gentlemen who said he suffered the same problem all night. On the up side the breakfast was very appealing and delicious.

My first stay at a Comfort Suites. Very nice room, very comfortable, a little noisy as it was on the highway side of the hotel but otherwise perfectly fine. If/when I need to stay in Georgetown again I would definitely choose Comfort Suites.

The service and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was located away from the crowdness. Close to my event. I would definitely stay there again.

Shame on you owners of comfort suite for employing dishonest employees that found my grandson's jacket in our hotel room after we left and kept it for their own.

Great standard rooms and friendly service. Don't come here is you are running from the law or planning to cause trouble because there are at least 5 DPS troopers that stay here on any given night.
