Don't stay at this hotel. Not only was my room filthy, there was a booking issue that my business partner and I had: we booked our two rooms back in December for a January stay. A few weeks prior to our stay, she called to make sure the rooms were adjoining. They apparently didn't see that there were two rooms, so they added a room that adjoined to the one room they saw. We didn't catch the error until after checkout, when our company card had THREE rooms booked on it. After SIX phone calls with SIX different people — all of whom were supposed to call back after investigating, but not one of them returned the calls — we reached out to Holiday Inn corporate on Twitter to seek customer support. They quickly took the matter into DM's so that our grievances wouldn't be aired in their public feed, and they promised to respond within 48 hours, but that also did not happen. The management at the local level refuses to accept responsibility for his staff member who added a third room. At a crucial time for the hospitality industry — when cleanliness and customer service are paramount — Holiday Inn has failed miserably on both accounts.

Excellent service and free breakfast.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The highlight for us was the heated pool and hot tub.

We had our two grandsons who loved the I door heated pool. Breakfast was good for kids.

The rooms are always excellent, and the staff is very courteous. If you need a quiet stay near Rockwall/Georgetown/Austin, this is the place to go.

Georgetown is a lovely town. It's close to Austin which makes it nice of you want to visit the city and the hotel is well located to visit either city. The staff was very nice and the hotel had very clean room with nice spacious bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

My room was clean and spacious equipped with hair dryer, iron, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The staff were all very friendly and I was even able to check in early. The breakfast was delicious. They had scrambled eggs, egg white omelet, pork sausage, turkey sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereals, a variety of oatmeal, milk, yogurts, juices, hard boiled eggs, assorted breads, jams, honey, peanut butter, butter, a pancake station, syrup, fresh fruit, and coffee. Check out time is at noon which gave me plenty of time to sleep in eat breakfast and get my things together without feeling rushed like at other hotels. My only complaint is that I personally didn't find the pillows comfortable, but they did provide both a soft and a firm pillow. I can't really complain I'm just very particular about my pillow and I forgot to pack my own.

Great place to stay. Convenient location great staff. Clean room even had some supplies to have dinner with and wash dishes.

Room was very much welcomed after a long day. Front desk staff was friendly and allowed you to feel welcomed. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. I was out just after I layed my head down and was well rested for the next day. Central A/C worked fantastic nice and cold allowing you to sleep well without having to kick the sheets off. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Nasty I have a black light shines in room all kinds of idk all over told the GM Randy he said sorry that's part of staying in a hotel first and last time I will stay there.

Great clean rooms! Smells wonderful and breakfast is a plus!

Holiday Inn Plus & Express is one of the best motor lodges we have used on our trip from New Jersey to Austin, Texas. The rooms are immaculate, great exercise room, heated indoor pool, washer & dryer available, ice machine on each floor and in the morning a Hot Breakfast is offered to each guest! Over 1700 miles going one-way, making a round trip going thru other states back to N. J. We will be using any Holiday Inn Plus & Express Motor Lodges on our return trip! Free breakfast buffet was full of choices and the food was good. Room was very clean and plenty of linen in the room.

One of the best and cleanest hotels around Austin area. Comfortable beds, indoor heated pool, awesome breakfast, fitness and business center. Awesome and courteous service with plenty of well lit parking. Competitive rates convenient to Austin.

My room supposed to be 145. They literally took 180 out of my account and I haven't been able to get the rest of my money back.

The room was good, better than other holiday inn express@suite, good place to spend the night.

Not up to par for a typical holiday Inn express. Front desk attendant was not knowledgeable about the hotel rooms, didn't acknowledge loyalty membership, loud noise from the highway just outside of the hotel, and worst of all, none of the bathrooms have a vent in them (humidity lingers and so does the smell of going #2). Beds were comfortable, black out shades worked well, and breakfast was good.

Rooms are clean and well lit. It was a pleasure to stay there. The little extras left for our use were nice. The night clerk john was very informative and helpful.

Everything about our stay was great! Originally we had a reservation at another hotel, but things didn't work out there. However they were able to get us a room last minute and even beat the price the other hotel had us listed at! Beds are super comfy, showers are nice and service is incredible! 100% recommend this hotel!

Very good location! If your there for any thing in Georgetown its very easy to get to and from location. Staff super friendly! Great rooms and beds. Breakfast was little more than expected. They offer omlets, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage, cereal, juices, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, coffee, pancakes. In evening they have fresh cookies in lobby. Pool area nice with porch and grill.

Comfy beds, nice clean rooms, full breakfast that also had gluten free, dairy and soy free options! Can't beat that… only thing missing according to my son was bacon. Affordable hotel. With my son heading off to Southwestern in the fall, we will make this our regular hotel!

We stopped here while on a road trip over Memorial weekend. They had one room available and it was exactly what we needed… a king bed with a couch pull out bed. Since we are a married couple with a toddler, this was perfect. The place was very clean and everything was as it should be. We asked for an extra blanket. The service was there so fast that we weren't even ready to answer the door yet. We would definitely stay again I'd in the area.

Comfortable rooms, took a couple of reminders to bring up a couple of items. Overall Ok.

My employer reserved a meeting room for a shareholder meeting. The room and facilities were very comfortable and we'll taken care of.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Clean room, and the sofa was a pullout, which as a nice surprise for our young child. Not sure the thermostat was fully functional. Wi-Fi free and easy to log into.

This is probably one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I stayed here this past week/weekend (thurs-sun) for a friends wedding. The hotel is fairly new so the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only issue with this hotel was the fact that when I checked in I booked the room for Thursday-Sunday and come Saturday morning I see a check-out slip under my door. I immediately called the front desk to let them know of their error and the lady at the front desk (Amanda) told me that she was very sorry and would fix my check-out date and call the room back if there was any problem. So an hour passes and no call. Well my boyfriend and I were getting ready to leave the hotel to grab some lunch so I thought I just better check with the front desk to make sure everything was taking care of. Im so glad I did, come to find out Amanda hadn't done anything about their error in my check-out date. And on top of that she told me there was nothing that could be done due to the fact that my room was reserved for the evening. She said my only option was to move to another room, however, I was staying in a suite and the only thing they had open was a smaller double bed room for the same price as my suite (how does that even make sense)? I was very disappointed with the fact that they didn't even offer to let me say in my room and just move the other guest who hadn't even checked into the hotel yet into one of their other available rooms.

A great hotel, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good and well stocked breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful decor, clean and comfortable. Thanks to the staff for great stay. Enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub, our sons enjoyed the exercise room. The microwave in the room would NOT pop popcorn, when advised Sonia at the front desk, she exclaimed it to be A safety feature. I believe it to be a cheap microwave issue. A box w/heatlamp would do a better job. I believe all of our room keys were turned off 1 hour before checkout by Sonia. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights w/8 room keys and none would work after 11am, checkout is 12noon. All the other staff was friendly and attentive to all of our needs.
