It was nice for what it was. Good price decent beds.

Room was a good size, clean, for once the iron and board weren't garbage. Friendly check in, decent breakfast. Price was worth it.

Cheap cheap cheap! Only hot item is waffles and coffee. All starch breakfast. No fruit, no eggs, no meats! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Police were on site every single because of high crime. Don't stay here.

If you like bed bugs, you'll like this place! We changed rooms after we complained. The second room seemed worst! I didn't find any bites on myself in the first room, but my wife had bites. After we slept in the second room, which was directly next door, BOTH of us were bitten! I'll NEVER return there again!

This is one you will want to avoid. From black mold on bathroom floor and walls to Semen on the dust ruffle of the beds. Stains in dresser drawers from who knows what. Fecal matter on the wall by light switches. Owner tried to say it was paint from the room being recently remodeled. He did not know we had stayed in the exact room a month earlier. Blood splatter on air conditioner unit inside room. Drinks from previous guests still in refrigerator. Light bulbs missing from lamps. Phones not working. Coffee pots missing from rooms. Chairs missing from rooms. Floors in first room covered in vomit (still wet). Every surface in the three rooms we had to be moved to I had to clean before we could unpack. Had we not prepaid a month in advance we would have went else where. Pool was closed when we asked about the pool. Ironically when placing our reservation we asked for pool side room. This was unfortunate since some unruly guests decided to throw broken bottles and food into the pool. We were never told if or when the pool would be open again for use. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we should have learned after the first experience that is was a bad idea to rebook. First visit the room had pubic hair on the sheets. Even the front desk lady was grossed out. My advice is to pay the extra and stay somewhere that does not look like a flop house for crackheads.

Didn't spend much time here but it was comfy n peaceful.

The hotel was very clean, very nice location. Office staff is very happy, and helpful. Definitely would recommend staying at this location again.

Good rates and very convenient location just off highway. There is food close by and several gas stations all within walking distance. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were shockingly nice compared to the other hotel companies I stayed in while traveling in Austin. The hotel seems pretty clean and the area seems safe as well.

Clerk was professional and courteous. Everything else was awful. Would leave by 9:30 Am and come back at 9pm and room wasn't cleaned. Another night they took all the towels and never replaced. The Wi-Fi was awful. And the walls are so thin It ket sounding like someone was using my bathroom. The peephole has a tissue sticking out of it.

My wife was verbally assaulted entering this hotel by people loitering on the outside. The hotel staff asked if we wanted to file a police report and then were very rude to us about the situation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who considers their safety important.

Clerk was professional and courteous. Price was competitive. Room was clean and tidy. Was a good, clean, inexpensive stay.

It's a nice and clean pace to sleep. The breakfast is so much better than other places. Near Jack in the box, convenient store. Down town. Off of I-35 south bound side. Customer service is good. Rooms are clean. Will continue to return.

The guy at the front desk was nice, professional. No complaints there. But the room reeked! There were several little pieces of something shiney on the carpet, looked like glass. The floor by the sink was dirty. Had some dirt and a little beetle or something under the sink. It clearly had not been swept in a few days. Oh and there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door! Gross… Some say "you get what you pay for" but let me tell you, I have stayed in MANY motels/hotels throughout the year while traveling for my son's baseball tournaments, some that I've paid about the same as I did for this room, and they were CLEAN! Definitely not going to be staying here again in the future.

It was awful. The room was dirty. The shower didn't work and the handicapped rod inside the shower came apart as soon as my husband touched it. The room itself was not clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. The only person that was any good and knew anything was the young man at the front desk in the afternoon. He was great. Couldn't wait to get out of there.
