Stayed on the 7th floor with club access. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.

Waited 45 minutes for our room and made reservations a month before. Was here for a wedding and all the family was late. Horrible experience and so disappointed at this hotel. Manager said employees called in.

We had a wonderful time at the Key2 Free gala. The conference room was set up perfectly! The concierge ‘s, and staff were very helpful and friendly!

My pup McKenzie and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you for being pet friendly and for realizing that big dogs can be well trained and well behaved too!

The ladies that were working the downstairs bar/ restaurant were friendly, kind and attentive.

Last minute get-away turned into a WONDERFUL experience! This place is perfect for a couples retreat, enjoy! ❤️

We had a fun getaway here this past weekend! The only reason we’re giving 4 stars is the dinner. Freezer burnt filet. No flavor, raw asparagus. When the potato gratin is the highlight of a $38 dinner somethings wrong!

Friendly helpful staff. Large comfortable rooms. The layout of the hotel is nice and there is a place just a cross the parking lot call BB’s. Great food with large portions. Photos to come.

It was an exquisite building, very quiet and relaxing.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. Quiet halls, spacious rooms, and breathtaking view of the pool. I could never ask for anything more.

We live in Houston and we occasionally go to the Omni at Barton Creek area for a get away for 2 to 3 days. That hotel is closed for remodeling now. So, we wanted to give this hotel a try during the Labor day weekend as it also seemed quite green around. We were planning on having a lazy weekend by the pool for the most part. We made reservation for 2 days and we were going to extend it for a day or two if we liked it. However, it did not go as we expected. We found out as we arrived on Saturday afternoon that the pool was closed till Sunday evening. I said they could at least let us know so we would make another plan. The lady at the front desk was nice and she said she could cancel our reservation. However, we did not have much option left as it is already Saturday afternoon at the Labor Day weekend. She gave us a free breakfast after seeing that we were not happy. By the way, I just want to emphasize that the employees at the hotel were quite nice. We had breakfast there on both days at the restaurant. Shanel took good care of us. And, the lady at the front desk was nice and apologetic. However, my main issue was with the management. This might be a convention oriented hotel but they knew the pool was a basic for most of the people who made the reservation for the Labor Day weekend. They could easily have a better approach than "we can cancel your reservation".

Very relaxing environment and staff are very friendly and helpful. Not alot of food options in walking distance is only downside. Room was great. Nicely maintained and great bed with very dark curtains.

Great hotel. Wonderful attention to details of a comfortable stay. The bar closed an hour early on a Saturday night. That will cost a star, because it put a big crimp in our wedding party.

Hotel and rooms were very nice albeit a little on the expensive side. Free parking and Wi-Fi were a bonus! Beds and pillows were a little too soft for my liking. Shower was nice and clean but lacked any kind of water pressure. Overall, a really nice hotel. Would have given 5 stars if the price was more reasonable.

We absolutely love staying here. Even though it's close to our home town we feel like we on some far away vacation when we come here. We like to stay here at least once a month. We always have a good time in Georgetown and Austin is not that much further away so it's close to all the hot spots.

All around a great experience! Wasn't there for the pool but it was a little lack luster. Everything and everyone else was an A+. Quiet, relaxing and fun! Great location too, easy access to everything!

Great Hotel! The rooms at least my room was spacious and comfortable. The staff, the amenities the restaurant and bar are all top notch. The location is good too. I would uh old recommend this hotel.

We stayed four days. This is a clean, well run hotel. The restaurant is over-priced and don't try the BBQ place that is in walking distance. The food is very mediocre. The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful. The room was clean and faced out to a green space.

I attended a large 3-day conference here. While I didn’t stay in the hotel, I was able to observe the food (for a sold-out conference of >500 folks), the service, the comfort, the cleanliness and amenities. All were amazing: the menus were diverse and healthful, as well as delicious. The service was efficient and unobtrusive, all folks were friendly and parking was free. I enjoyed this venue enormously.

Pros — The hotel was beautiful, clean, great views. Service was great, front desk and room service. Room was clean and neat, room service food was decent… Cons — The room is quite small, the light from the hall shines through into a dark room, the shower is very slick so request a rubber mat, no refrigerator/microwave. Parking garage is nice, plenty of security cameras, however the garage is on the opposite side of the elevators so make sure you have all of your stuff before you leave the car because it can be a hike, especially if you have mobility issues (like me and my broken foot and in a boot).

Beautiful hotel. Weird situation where an employee watched me the entire time I was at the top of the garage taking a smoke. He seemed to be getting in his car to leave but never exited the garage and stared at me the entire time. Pretty unnerving. Other than that, staff was great. Room service was excellent and the breakfast was pretty good as well. They also offer live music abd happy hour but we didn't partake as we had just returned from a long trip out of the country and wanted to rest. Beds and rooms were clean and comfy.

This was our second time at the Sheraton in Georgetown, Tx. We stayed at the Club Level and the Club Lounge Attendant, Elke was wonderful. The Hotel is beautiful and very clean. We also spent some time in the very nice pool area. Just one suggestion, please add some more umbrellas. There were only 4 small ones around the pool and with the Texas heat, it’s close to impossible to stay in the sun for more than a short period of time. Other than that, we definitely will be back.

Great place for a meeting or conference very spacious and the rooms very comfortable. Beauty of this place is that it is remote which helps to keep people together. Negative points are Brix and Ale closes at 10.00 pm.

First time staying in a sheraton, 2 nights, first night cheaper room. No fridge no microwave, charge extra for any little thing. Asked to upgrade rooms. Extra 50$ and is the exact same room… stayed at much cheaper places that have twice as much to offer in a room to accommodate guest. Mistake was made in booking and absolute refusal to change date or refund. Out of the two rooms none of the bed side lamps work. The staff is nice the building is nice the food is pretty good… Trying to have a nice pleasant day turned into a weekend and totally killed the vibe of the whole trip. I will not ever use another sheraton!

Wonderfully designed meeting spaces, just a bit far from Austin proper. Trails and a park are just behind the property and there's free parking to boot! Staff were friendly and helpful, with good food service via the banquets team. Definitely recommended if you want a nice spot away from the downtown sprawl!

Nearly new so everything in excellent condition and no wear and tear visible. Rooms clean, staff courteous, check in quick and easy, extended checkout until 1pm complimentary.

Very friendly staff and super clean bar restaurant and swimming pool with outdoor amenities for a drink by the fire pit. Parking garage and close to the interstate. Would stay again.

Great location for a get away or convention. Beautiful venue with comfortable rooms, gorgeous pool area and close proximity to walking trail. Customer service has been top notch.

We had a wedding party stay at this hotel. They told us the bar would stay open till 1:00am and for no apparent reason they shut it down at 11:30. Instead of coming back and enjoying a safe evening of fun we had to go out and buy beer late at night and we were not even allowed to drink it in the common area. They told us if we bring outside drinks in it has to be consumed in a room. We can't fit 30-40 people in one room so that's impossible. They didn't work with us at all on the situation and didn't do anything to acomidate our needs. The room was nice and the pool is heated so that's about the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

Sheraton Georgetown is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. It's conveniently located in Rivery Park where there are walking trails and playgrounds. The hotel is close to plenty of places to go, things to do, places to eat, but feels like it's secluded.

The Sheraton facility and staff professionally supported the annual Georgetown Chamber of Commerce award banquet. The food was excellent and the service flawless. Could not have been better.

I did not stay in the hotel, but attended a professional conference in the convention center. The facilities were clean, spacious, and modern. All amenities we're the best a conference center can offer attendees, including exceptional on site catering.

Everything was great, except for the pillows. If you like flat pillows, you like this place. I did call the front desk and was told these were the only ones they had.

My son and I attended a function while spending the night. Staff congenial. Room nice and clean. Breakfast good. Food drink & staff good at the function.

Very nice hotel, very nice rooms, super comfy bed and all very clean. The breakfast a la carte of the restaurant very well served and very rich. Almost all the employees very attentive and kind, you know, "Never miss the Black in the rice. " advisable to rest or a work event. I assure you you will enjoy it!

Had a company sponsored event in the event hall. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Drinks served by the hotel during the vent were ridiculously overpriced. Great place to stay. Not worth consuming while you stay here.

Fantastic meeting venue for large conferences or small gatherings. Restaurant and bar among the best in the area. Has very upscale feel — elevates Georgetown from its small-town past.

Our visit et the Sheraton was my first and it was great. The front desk staff game me a good running route and the weather was great. They are on the river so you can get some scenery while you are there for work.

Had a conference here for work and I wish I had nicer thoughts about this place. The location is nice and the rooms were nice. The staff was friendly but I'll say… The food was not very good. I have low expectations for a hotel like this but I've been to plenty of hotels that serve excellent food. At least the freshly baked cookies were tasty!

I was here for a 4 day conference, and my experience could not have been better. From the ample parking, to the venue it self. 5 stars! Even the food during lunches and break out sessions was superb. Not something you always find. Definitely a gem!

Conference area is roomy and nice. Service was great. The temperature was a bit low in all of the rooms and even the larger area. The hotel is new, so the rooms are clean and modern. Internet was more than fast enough for work stuff.

Our connoisseur, Brent, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. A bridal party held onto the bell hop carts and we couldn't find any upon checkout. Brent found a cart from the the hotel and personally brought it to our room, loaded up our bags and two dog crates (they are pet friendly.

Great place for a business stay. Clean and comfortable. The pool looks great, but did not make it down there!

Amazing experience. Luxurious, secluded from the busy main roads, spacey rooms, quality service and so manu more great qualities. Food is really good but a bit pricey. There were no problems at all. I hope to return again.

Very nice hotel. New and clean, the rooms were nice and comfortable. It is rather busy, but the noise wasn't an issue. The neighborhood is very nice and not far from great places to eat and shop. It is also a short drive to Austin, which makes it ideal if you don't want to stay downtown and have the ability to enjoy a nice town square for shopping and being able to enjoy your days off of exploring.

Why can't other hotels be like this? Amazing hotel. The bed is more comfortable than mine at home. The people at the front desk have been so nice all week. If work sends me back to this area, I will stay here again. Really nice place.

The stay was great! The facilities are top notch — I wish it hadn't been talking so I could have used the pool! Aside from the more "standard" accommodations (pool, fitness room, etc), I was impressed they even had a bar area for us to spend the afternoon in waiting out the rain.

We attended a Gala in the conference center. We stopped by the lobby bar to get a drink on the way to registration. However, we waited for 15 minutes and the bar staff refused to acknowledge us. One bartender spent the entire time reconciling the register. The other never came down to our end of the bar. She cut up limes and cleaned the bar area. Finally, I moved to the center of the bar & the female bartender still refused to acknowledge or wait on us. Finally, we went down to the Gala and enjoyed our free wine. I will not recommend this venue to anyone.

I have photographed a few events here and have noticed how attentive and kind the staff is here. I continue to be impressed with all the little details and luxuries put into this place.
