Fairfield was just average. Selected by price as most properties I usually stay at were full and or expensive on the day of my stay due to college students going back to school. The only negative was I disliked the fact that housekeeping was at my door at 8:45 asking if I was there. I didn't get in until early hours of the morning and was taking my time getting out the door. Felt like I was being rushed.

Located on the service road of 287 in Mansfield. Great location plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Rooms are great! Clean, comfortable, and cozy. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the staff were all friendly, and there were good breakfast options available.

Very poor customer service for Memorial Day. We called at around 11 o'clock in order to see if we could get early checkin they wouldn't even take our name to see. They insisted nothing was ready until 2. We went over at 2 pm and no one was in the lobby. A worker finally came walking by and was almost confused about why we were there. We inquired about the room and she said nothing would be ready until 3. We told her about the phone call we had earlier and she was very skeptical, short, and rude. She did not have a pleasant attitude at all and acted bothered by us being there. We also followed up on an upgrade we requested but she did not have answers. She was contradictory to her own reasons and wasn't helpful or accommodating.

I was having a bad experience at another hotel and called Fairfield Inn and they quickly took care of me and allowed me to check in early! Staff was friendly and room was clean. Thank you for the great experience.

Staff is great, for some reason bath tub option is a Luxury with only 8 on whole property, & walls are paper thin.

The service was excellent, however by the morning, our windows of our car were frozen and the hotel had no more ice scrapers… that is the only negative!

The stay was fine. The bed was a bit too hard for my tastes, but the hotel staff offered mattress toppers to soften it up. Clean facilities and a decent breakfast.

Hotel was clean but the breakfast wasn't very good. Forgot phone charger in room and called the following day after checkout. Was lost in Bermuda triangle. Would just like to be acknowledged that it was placed in lost and found. Three hours later and still waiting for update.

The room was nice but they charged my card multiple times and took off more money. I stayed for the amount of $400 they took an extra $500. They never gave me my money back after I checked out the room and informed them. Never put an important card on file.

Very nice and roomy comfortable room. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Not to pricey, would recommend and will stay here again.

Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. We requested a crib, per Marriott online amenities, but were told they have never had them. Did I say the beds were terrible? Marriott normally has great beds. Not so much here. We will find other accommodations on our frequent visits to the area.

Lower level, outside, double bed. By the laundry room. Very nice room. Very comfortable.

While the staff was very polite and the hotel has the appearance of cleanliness, I will not be staying here again nor will I recommend this to anybody. The headboard in my room had some very obvious hand marks all over it. They could've easily been wiped off with a Lysol wipe or some sort of cleaning agent but they weren't. I ended up sleeping horizontal at the end of the bed. If the cleaning crew didn't notice something so obvious, I question what else was overlooked when cleaning the room. The hotel was at max capacity so there were no additional rooms available.

Needed a nice familiar place to stay after a very long day at work not wanting to drive an hour home to sleep and come right back in the next morning. Went in and waited for someone to come to the desk and help. No one came so I started looking and calling for someone. No one to be found. The kitchen area was open and the food delivery was on the floor getting hot (see picture) Still no one to be found so I looked in the window to the office. The clerk was asleep. I walked to the desk to look for a bell or something to wake them but nothing. I looked on the video monitor and the we're cleverly hidden from the camera. I contemplated making myself something to eat with all the groceries on the floor but instead took a piece of paper and wrote I wanted a room but your clerk was asleep and flashed it to all the cameras (check the footage) then took some tape and taped the note to the front door to save time for the next person coming in.

Nice little hotel, was pretty full but still managed to find parking at night. Nice area. The halls remained quiet all evening as well.

I loved staying at this hotel. In door pool, weight room, and great service. What more can anyone ask for?

Excellent! Conveniently located, easily accessible. Very clean and fresh, quiet — no doors slamming all night and morning. Bed and room very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Decor was nice, not typical traditional hotel look. Staff was helpful, respectful and people here are very nice and kind. Check-in and out smooth. Felt very safe. Will be back.

Newly remodel rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just right but no chocolate milk. Thru out the day going in and out there was no hot water or regular coffee made or fresh ice cold water. Staying another night will check in the morning.

Cleaner, newer building. Exhaust in bathroom. Good breakfast. Sink in bathroom. Functional refrigerator and microwave. Ample parking. Comparatively priced. Closer to major stores.

Good breakfast. Room kinda small but bathroom is huge. No complaints about staff. Walls in halls need a little attention wall paper looks a little raggedy. Good experience all in all.

Very satisfied. Comfy beds. Breakfast was exceedingly good! Hot buffet style. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, Texas shaped waffles, cereal, fruit, bagels and muffins. I got the room with 2 queen beds. I had a great sleep & experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay 2 weeks ago. You guys were very accommodating and so nice to us. The room was so awesome I wish we didn't have to go back home the next day and that we could have stayed there forever. The beds were soo comfortable! I swear I've never slept on something so nice in my life. It was like sinking in to a little piece of heaven! Thanks for everything y'all!
