This hotel is the best. Easy check in and out and no issues at all for the entire stay.

We recently had a business meeting there with approximately 20 in attendance, very accommodating in tandem with local restaurants making our stay near perfect.

Service was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and the location easy to get to and from.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we realized there was a mixup with our reservation. Ian, at the front desk, immediately fixed things for us and was happy to do so. Our room was VERY large for a suite and super clean. The breakfast each morning had many options and was really good. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Loved the hotel staff and the desk guy at night is the best “people person” I’ve ever had anywhere! They had a lot of people there with Athletic teams for tournaments and he never lost his composure. Very much in charge, but friendly, accommodating and positive with everyone!
We had family come by, as they live in the area, and he continued to be composed and our family was very impressed.
The indoor pool area was great, and is one of the most attractive ones I have seen, with rock waterfall from the jacuzzi to pool.
Our room was perfect, a suite with hot tub in the room. We will be back!

Loved our stay! They just finished remodeling the kitchen area and front hallway. They will be remodeling the rooms soon. They need lamps that you can plug your phone cord in to charge. Staff was amazing! Pool was nice. Will return again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The walls are paper thin. A couple across the hall was fighting all night & you could hear every word they said. After I got up at 3:30 a. M. Because of the noise, I took a shower & found out that there was no blow dryer in the room. I called the front desk to see if I could get a blow dryer & there was no answer. I left with wet hair. When I exited through the lobby, there still no one at the front desk. The parking lot is TINY & there are not enough spaces available. I will DEFINITELY never stay there again!

My husband and I stayed at this Holiday in last night 4/11/18 and checked out this morning 4/12/18. First thing we noticed pulling in was there was very little parking and that people had literally parked wherever they wanted. When we entered we could appreciate the fact that there was construction being done and that didn't bother us. Upon entering the room we noticed that there was lots of candy and crumbs on the floor (gross). But seeing as we had been driving consistently from Maine the last few days we weee absolutely exhausted. Head to bed and absolutely horrible. The beds were on the worst frames. Even the smallest movement and the squeaking would wake us up. Seeing as we were staying in a queen suite we moved to the other bed and it was worse. So what we were hoping to be a very restful night actually turned out to be a very restless night. Not sure how this particular hotel has the high score it does, because by far this was the worst hotel we have stayed in. My advice to management is make sure your housekeeping is thoroughly cleaning and vacuuming the rooms. And make sure to not use half assed bed frames. Very, very disappointed.

This Hotel in under remodeling, and is dusty. Rooms poorly kept, I found a roach in my tub.

Very nice hotel, had a nice indoor pool and lovely eating area. The room was great, bed was comfy and had a Keurig in the room with coffee pods. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable of the local area. I arrived late at night and the staff was attentive. The woman was genuine with conversation and the room was great. I had to extend my stay one more night and the staff again was very accommodating. I am an IHG Member so I use HI Express often and this has to be one of the best ones!

In Arlington, Tx. For our daughters' wedding, we were woken by a housekeeper on the 3rd. Morning of our 4 day stay, and told we had to get out NOW. Apparently the night clerk that had checked us in, had put in the wrong check out date. We were pre-regestered and pre paid, but they had already given our room to someone else, and said they were full. No refund, no apology nothing. We will never go there again.

Loved the hotel. We stayed one to take my granddaughter swimming we had a great time. We had a king suite. Very clean and comfortable. My granddaughter stay on the sofa sleeper. They had free breakfast. It was OK for free. We will stay again.

I stay here when visiting family in the area. Rooms are huge and always clean, staff is very friendly. Breakfast in the morning has a lot of options. Near the freeway but not too noisy (especially if you face the back) no complaints!

We stayed here 9/1/16. We woke up to ants covering the floor in between our beds. They did switch out rooms that morning before check out. But that meant we had to move everything to another room. In the process my husband and I were both bitten several times as well as our dog. Our dog ended up having to go to the vet as well. We contacted them about a refund and were contacted by a Kim, who said she is the GM and owns the hotel. She said she needed a copy of the vet bill or she could refund $20-which is what they normally charge when they are a couple of ants. I went ahead and told her it was not a couple of ants, they literally were covering the floor between the beds. While I will get a copy of the vet bill, she was rude, condescending and just had no customer service skills at all. I would NOT recommend staying here!

I've stayed here a half a dozen times. Rob, at the front desk goes above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The facilities are clean and the breakfast is good. I will continue to stay here, while on business.

The staff at the front desk is the best! Never a bad stay here and I stay here at least once a month sometimes twice a month.

The service was excellent, they were very friendly and easy to work with. The hotel room, even the one for smoking was in good condition. The room with two queen beds was well spaced and comfy. I had a good experience here and will not only come back, but will also reccomend it.

Hotel is on W side oh hwy and only accessible via offramp. Directions / address wrong.
