It’s a really nice hotel it’s in a good location it’s safe out depending on whatever hours you’re coming or going it’s right next to Walmart which is very convenient.

Very very nice and relaxing comfortable.

It was a nice, clean hotel. They have an indoor pool and a nice patio off of it. Parking was a little hard to find late at night, but found a space.

Dollar for dollar this is the best value in this area. The breakfast was great and the pool was relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you forgot something, Walmart and McDonald's are next door. Comfortable and convenience.

Called hotel and asked for Manager one week prior to check-in, it was confirmed the method of payment would be accepted no problem. Day of check-in the method of payment was denied and would not allow check-in. Traveled 3 hours and stranded. Ended up going to Holiday Inn Express down the street.

Overall the stay was good and would return to this facility if in the area. There a few items that could improve though such as the temperature of the indoor pool and maybe changing up the breakfast items a little. Also the carpet in the room could use a steam. Still though the stay here was pleasant and would recommend it. It's located with several dining and shopping options available.

Amazing place with even more amazing amenities, when you walk inside it feels like walking into a little indoor patch of heaven. And for the millenials like me… the internet is amazing.

Great appearance, beds were comfortable small pillows. Bathroom was a little small. Pool was nice, jacuzzi was a little too warm. The breakfast was pretty much the same that you get at most hotels but it did have more toppings for the waffles. For the pull-out couch bed it doesn't have sheets in the room you have to call down for them and they will ask you to come and get them. So if you need them ahead of time make sure you get it at check-in. If you have a disability or in a wheelchair make sure you get accessible room the regular rooms are very narrow will get bumps and bruises with the furniture. They do have the wheelchair lift at the pool and one at the jacuzzi. But a reminder if you are sensitive to higher heats their jacuzzi is turned up probably at State max. Friendly staff and fast check-in.

Great place! I needed to stay somewhere close to home cause I had a waterline break they have been great. They have worked with temporary housing and me and they have been great helping. All the staff are great, all great you with a smile everytime. I will be sad to leave but I ready to go back home. If I ever need a room again close to it will be here for sure. Great place to stay in Mansfield, TX. I always choose this hotel when staying here. Staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are clean, and breakfast is hot.

The staff was all friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were nice and my kids enjoyed it.

Actually some very clean rooms and ease of parking around the whole building. Definitely in renovation but only minor details were noticeable. Should be finished by now. Ease of finding rooms, well mapped, well lit, and great continental breakfast!

Was there with my team to play ball. It was a convenient place for the field of dreams but the staff was horrible. Called 2 weeks prior to getting there and was told that there was no reservations. Talked to a manager and they found it. Rooms are clean and nice just the staff sucked!

Mostly good, lobby area was under going some renovations which is good. I was disappointed that a Best Western PLUS did not have a business center. I usually stay at BW, and even the regular ones have a business center.

I enjoy every stay at this hotel. It has good amenities at a reasonable rate. They have done a complete remodel and it looks great. They have only to do the remodeling of the pool area in the next coulpe od weeks. I look foreward to my next visit.

Large clean room with minifridge and microwave, coffee pot & coffee, Pantene hair shampoo and conditioner, comfortable bed, nice pillows, good climate control, very quiet nights rest, good breakfast, nice staff. This is our second time visiting the area for an annual event, and we will likely stay again when we attend next year.

Hotel is in a mess. Remodeling going on But manager would not make a good garbage collector let alone a manager of a hotel He is rude and uses his position to try to degrade others. The motel would be a 7 out of 10. As is with him I give it a 1

Nice and new hotel — pretty expensive for the location. As usual for a hotel — the towels are small and scratchy. The room was nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed @ Best Western on many occasions across the country. When we booked this location we were not told it was renovating and some services were not available. Had to find laundry facilities elsewhere and endure paint smells on bottom floors. As usual the breakfast was outstanding as well as the cleanliness. Staff was cooperative and friendly for the most part. Still deserving of 4 stars.

Construction was ongoing and no notice online and no discount for the inconvenience. Had to ask for shampoo condition daily if you want it. The elevator would make some noise and act like it is going to shut down. Even tho hurricane people where filling the hotel fast they insisted on closing breakfast at 930 to me that was a little insensitive these people may loose everything. Closing breakfast at 930 to me period is away to prevent people from enjoying breakfast because most are on vacation and do not want to get up that early.

Great location. Good breakfast. A bit on the expensive side for what you're getting. Clean. Friendly staff. Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. Spacious, and comfortable. The current construction in the city made it difficult to get to, but with time that won't be an issue.

This location in Mansfield Texas was extremely clean and I hmaccidentally through a website error booked two rooms they were very accommodating told me what I need to get it resolved. Also breakfast was very good it was more than just donuts. I'm actually going back there again.

Desk clerks are always nice. Great area. Close to just about anything you could ask for. Rooms are clean and roomy. Easy access to interstates.

Our visit was short but enjoyable. The hotel was very easy to find and very accessible. The room we stayed in was huge but clean. The bed was a little firm for my taste. My husband loved the water pressure and now wants to find one of their shower heads for our home. The staff was kind and completed all of our transactions quickly. The free breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other Best Westerns we have stayed in but it was free so I can't complain too much.

The Rooms are very nice, really clean, breakfast was amazing the front desk was very helpful… Whenever I'm in town this will be my go to hotel, of choice!

The staff has been very accomodating, the breakfast was delish, the room was very clean! I took my black light and didn't discover anything out of the ordinary. Room cleaning crew were responsive and helpful as well! Overall I would return.

I left my clothes behind a mirror which was a closet. We were in a rush so I did not think to check behind the huge mirror which was a closet. I called them and nobody turned the clothes in. House keeping maybe took them when cleaning the room but the called me a liar.

They stole one of my super expensive bras and the workers didn't even make an effort to find it. There goes 60$. The workers weren't friendly. The hotel was nice. Just bad experience! Put a "do not disturb" sign if you don't want anything stolen!

We stayed for several day. Whole family enjoyed. Could have used a bit less power from the shower head. But overall great time. This will now be the official hotel of visiting family in the area.

Stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend and had a great stay. The room is very nice, with plenty of storage and a nice TV. They offer a lot of channels and have good customer service. They restocked on my soap, lotion, coffee ect, every time they cleaned my room. The breakfast selection was plenty and the waffles were delicious.

We had a really nice stay here. Very clean room and they offered delicious breakfast. We enjoyed making fresh honey waffles at the restaurant. (Self service) Very friendly helpful staff.
On top of everything, the most exciting factor for us was this hotel situated two minutes walking distance from the Walmart and we did enjoy our shopping there. We will of course be back there on our next visit in January again.
