Friendly and helpful housekeeping and front desk staff. Clean and quiet hotel.
Good free breakfast.

Rooms very clean, not all staff were friendly but few of the kitchen staff were awesome! Continental breakfast was fresh. We would go again.

Valentin at front desk was great. Having the smoking area near the pool sucked. Bunch of kids were coughing from it. Move the trash can and bench from there. The in the room was moving when you sat on it. Coffee at breakfast had soooooo many grinds in it. The lady in the breakfast area didnt seem happy at all.

Every thing was great. the check in lady and the manager could not have been any better. Good job.

Comfortable beds. Good restroom. Everything is pretty good about this hotel. Doesn't stink or anything. Service desk attendant nice and friendly. Didnt try breakfast left too early… but it smelled good.

Left iPhone 5C in a pink and white case in the room the weekend of 6/9… no one found it after we checked out… if you have the phone PLEASE turn it in! It has pictures of my kids on it! Please do the right thing! And the guy at the front desk was so RUDE and hung up on me. And we found ants in the bed.

The room was excellent. Loved the overnight staff member. She was a total doll. The breakfast was excellent. I was really surprised the eggs tasted so good. I would definitely return.

Perfect for 3 day stay with my 6 years old son. Clean rooms, tidy outdoor pool area. Convenient location; quick check-in; helpful staff — once you find them. Quite busy — booked full (Memorial Day wknd) so I'd say they are running a well oiled machine at the Mansfield Comfort Inn. Breakfast gravy tasted surprisingly superior to any other free breakfast fare.

Hotel had sugar ants on the third floor where I had accommodation. Other guest experienced the same. They offered to come and spray when I bought it to their attention. Who want to try and sleep inhaling bug spray. My room smelled like a cigar smokers room. For that I was provided Lysol spray. Now the best part of stay was the bed was very comfortable.

Walls TOOOOO thin. Stayed with my children while neighbors had explicit fun throughout night. Could hear everything. Got no sleep. I had hoped the connecting doors had some insulation but never mind, we could even listen to normal level conversation. No privacy!

My sister has been here for 2 nights and I came by to see her and while here I sat on the bed. While sitting and talking we noticed something crawling on the beds spread. IT WAS A BED BUG! Stay clear of this place. We called the house keeper that was cleaning on the floor, we showed her and called for management. No one has come. So please don't waste your money staying here.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and it was very reasonably priced.

Super friendly staff. The guy there at the front desk was super nice and helped us out with directions and suggestions. His name was Valentine or something like that? But he said to call him Val. Hi5 to that awesome guy.

It was great, the only problem was trying to get up on the bed. I am short and the bed was too high. I had to move the foot stool over to access the bed.

Clean and presentable rooms particularly at this location. I ran into some issues with billing and Valentin was quick to help. I missed breakfast so I'll definitely be back to comment on that!

I made a trip with my son for 4 days while he did a new job orientation in Mansfield. This was a very pleasant place to stay. Comfy rooms and very helpful staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. Located close to eating and shopping locations. Hope I am never that far from home again, but if I am I will definitely look for a Comfort Inn! Thank you!

Nice clean rooms. Great Wi-Fi. A little pricey but worth the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Bed was really comfy, room had kind of a funky smell, but not bad enough to complain about. Air conditioner worked great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average continental breakfasts. We had a great stay.

The staff was very nice and completely helpful. Nice room as well. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was simply and free. I enjoy the outdoor pool.

Stayed one night! Arrived at hotel and asked for a single bed but was told they couldn't change it because it was booked through a 3rd party. The room was humid and no lights were on, though the fan was running. I turned on the ac and later went to bed. Woke up the next morning with a knot on my hip. While standing in front of the sink, I felt something stinging and I looked down and a spider was nawing on my foot! Of course I killed it, and got out of there ASAP. Told the lady at the front desk what happened. She wasn't concerned but said she would tell the assistant manager. Awful! I left there with 2 spider bites, 2 knots, and still not out of the woods yet, from them. I called the main office of choice hotels and they were to get in touch with the hotel. Hotel called me and comped the room. Ugh! Be aware that you're taking a chance, staying there.

Entire hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking, they even made us sign a paper saying we won't smoke, got to my room and it reeked of cigarettes. Switched rooms and the sinks wouldn't drain in the new room, didn't even slowly drain at night, still was the same amount of water in it in the morning. The elevator makes a scary noise every time you use it, I used the stairs because it seriously sounded like the elevator was going to fall. I don't think I'd stay here again.

Very thing was perfect. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Front desk is very nice people! Will definitely recommend.

Hotel located on service highway in a very quiet area of town. Staff is friendly, which is a plus believe me! Good variety of continental breakfast items. Overall great stay compared to other similar hotels in the area.

Room was nice and very comfortable. Location wasn't great but price and amenities made up for it. Overall I was very pleased.

Stayed a weekend here because where we normally stay was booked. The staff was pleasant. Didn't really have any complaints about the room other than the pillows and the beds were uncomfortable. Not real sure the sheets were changed during our stay, but the comforter definitely were not changed. We called for more towels and had to go to the desk to get them. There was a sign posted in the lobby, under renovations. Didn't see any being done. Parking late was challenging because two of the spaces were taken by tile trailers, and several others by utility trucks.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Great deal for a quick overnight stay. A nice hot breakfast was included.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay the manager Chris Patel is very professional and goes out of his way for customer satisfaction the whole staff that works under him is right on board with his idea of pure customer satisfaction definitely a four-star experience Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE device.

Clean room. Nice comfy bed. Only drawback was the television channel selection was very minimal. My daughter hated it (They only had Nick Jr. ) Also they didn't have a list of the channels. What really earned the excellent review was Vicki the woman at the front desk. She was awesome. She went above and beyond to make my stay great. When I checked in she informed me that breakfast started at 6:30AM I thanked her and told her that I would be leaving at 5AM to catch an early flight. She told me she would try to have some things ready for me at that time and the best part is… SHE DID. Later that evening she also bumped into my daughter and I during an unsuccessful trip to obtain ice from the machine on the second floor. I let her know the machine was broken, she kindly responded that there was another machine on the first floor. Me being 7 months pregnant and tired from traveling, decided I wasn't making the trip but thanked her for the info. My daughter pouted and we returned to our rooms thirsty. Minutes later heard a knock at our door. It was Vicki, returning with an ice bucket. We were so thankful for her efforts and attitude. Customer service goes a LONG way with me and she exceeded my expectations.

Nephew checked in, left suitcase as well as duffle bag that contained well over $1500.00 worth of electronics at the check in counter while he went to park his work truck. Came back, suitcase was there, but the duffle bag was gone. Keep in mind this is in the middle of the night around midnight, so foot traffic was none. The only one there was the employee, who stated when questioned about it, "o the cameras are being updated, so the ones we have currently are not working". Seems interesting doesn't it. The general manager was made aware, and offered an aplopgy. Cooperate was also notified of the thievery taking place and stated that it is privately owned and operated, therfore its out of their hands.

Great place to stay, always clean rooms and a very friendly staff. This was our first time at this Comfort Inn but when traveling Comfort Inn is always our choice.

Hotel was great! Nice comfortable clean room at an affordable price. The continental breakfast was great my kids enjoyed the fresh made waffles. The staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure was stay was more than satisfactory. We will definitely stay again.
