The sweet girls at the front, during the day shift are amazing! They went above and beyond for my mom on her wedding day, and made it even more special! The room and hotel was very nice and clean.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Overall experience was pretty pleasant and on par with expectations. Renovated in event years which is refreshing. Also liked quick access (5-10mn drive or less) to several convenience store, shops and stores.

If I could give less than one star, I would have given that. The manager Mr. Carter Hord was very rude and a racist. I booked a room a month in advance because my daughter had a competition and I didn’t want to take a risk. I left early in the morning from Houston TX, reached there on time. Once I was there I was informed my booking had been cancelled today because they can accommodate me. When I complained about how can he do it right on the spot without informing me in advance, he got very rude. I wanted to call a police on him but didn’t want to stress my daughter before the competition and left. Thank God, I managed to find another hotel. I will never recommend such poor service. Nobody deserve this lousy place.

Check in and out was fast and easy. Great staff. The hotel always clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Variety of foods to choose from. It's my go to place for a staycation!

Outdoor pool was closed. But we were able to use indoor pool of neighboring hotel. Had to drive there because of distance of businesses between. Overall great stay and friendly front desk. Even had coloring books and crayons for the kids.

The absolute WORST hotel experience I have had in my 49 years of living. I made reservations months ago for 2 rooms. One room was for my parents, which needed handicap amenities and the other, two double queens with pullout sofa bed. I called two days prior to check in to request an early arrival for the handicap room ONLY and it was granted. I explained our situation, that we wouldn't arrive until 6a. M. The NEXT DAY but because it's many ours before the 3pm check-in, I knew I needed to pay for that extra time. They understood. We arrived at 4:30a. M. On the day expected to find our room had been cancelled because we didn't arrive before the cut-off time so it was considered a "no show. " This was hotel policy in which No one informed me of that at the time I requested. So they found me a king bed with large shower (still not handicapped equipped). They kept harping about how they were sold out. I said "and my two reservations SHOULD BE apart of that. " Anyway, THEN! He tells me that they have my other room down for a king bed… I said, that is NOT what I reserved (yes, I called a week earlier to make sure) … he said again, we are sold out. Anyway. Manager comes along and echos the same spill. So they go back and forth with me to eventually offer me ANOTHER SISTER HOTEL! Oh, let me tell you, the weather was very rainy and cold and my dad is in a wheelchair but they offer US another location. Ends up, they were able to find a double queen.

Office staff doesn’t seem to communicate well with each other. Reserved the room in the morning with a young lady. She said, she couldn’t find my credit card info on my Hilton honors info. So I need to give her my credit info (no biggie) then the manager calls in the evening asking what time I’m going to show up and she needed my credit card info again. We show up only to find a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned. The night manager says to give him 30 minutes and he’ll have it cleaned. Finally he comes down and gives us the keys, only for us to find out the keys didn’t work. I go down stairs and have him get a new set of keys. Opened the door to find two trash sacks still in the room and had two large stains on the sheets. They never changed the sheets. I asked for a complete cancellation but he said he wasn’t able to do it. I asked him to call his boss. He talk with the day manager for a little while, when I asked to speak directly to her she said, she’d was off work and I’d have to wait until tomorrow to speak to her. Ive been a customer diamond status for over 25 years and this is the type of treatment I get… I don’t think so. I going to call corporate and let them know all the problems. Also I took pictures of the room and again after it was suppose to have cleaned it. Very disappointed!

The rooms are nice and clean. Its located near several restaurants so the location is great. The staff were very friendly as well. The breakfast is the standard Hampton Inn breakfast. I would stay there again if I was going to Mansfield.

The location is nice, easy to see from the highway and the room we stayed in was spacious. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've seen.

The staff here was AMAZING! We stayed here for a girls trip and not only did they make sure we had everything we needed, but they did it with a smile on their faces and had the best attitudes. We loved coming back to our hotel in the evening because they treated us so will. I’ll never stay anywhere else in town.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of the personnel at the front desk, they were outstanding. But I'm Very disappointed in the overall condition of this well known chain hotel. TV didn't work most of the time, items such as coffeemaker in the bathroom had a layer of dust. Even found a dirty sock in our room. When I notified the front desk, I believe it was the owner that said to check my ID that I'm probably not a real guest.

No fridge or microwave in any room. I e machine busted. Pool down until spring. Clean hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Fresh warm food. Good location. Food places close.

A very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and beds are comfortable. I will be making my reservation there again for next year.

Friendly staff and really clean rooms. Also love the full size shower instaed of the bathtub/shower combo.

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. They didn't have an extra blanket which was odd, but we managed without it. Mattresses weren't great and the pillows were cotton balls. Pretty standard stuff.

Surprisingly large room. Nice breakfast with vegan options like fruit and oatmeal. I recommend asking for a room that's not facing the road. It's not too bad, but there's some traffic noise in the morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I could hear loud guests in the middle of the night so bring ear plugs. The pool looked pretty filthy too.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was polite and professional. The rooms were nice and cold. Definitely a plus when it comes to that Texas heat.

This is a very nice hotel on the outskirts of Mansfield Texas. I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator or microwave, but I had not requested one I n advance. I did find out later on that they will be added soon as part of a renovation. Our beds were very good this time around, and the breakfast was pretty substantial, though I was surprised there were no boiled eggs. Will definitely stay again.

This place doesn't not understand the concept of getting a room for a wedding that may last till 11, hence checking in late. It's 11:30 and they gave away the room. Hampton gloriously failed to provide the most important, number one service for which we've called ahead and reserved! That is to provide shelter. Way to go ruining an awesome day!

VERY IMPORTANT TO READ I stay in this hotel April 25 2016 at room 105, I fall to sleep working on my iPad, the next day drove to my meeting and I finish around 11 at night when I discovered that I forgot my iPad in the bed that morning I called the hotel front disk and the lady say nothing been returned to us, I turned around and I drove back to that hotel after I been out Dallas 50 mile and the bad news they can't find it any where and the manger Jeffery Ellis that night told me we can't do nothing until the morning, when the house keeper come to work, I was about to freak out because all my work is on that iPad so I told him I'm going to have to stay here until the morning he was super nice in the way he give me a free night, then while I was try to park my truck, I see this guy running throw the parking lot with my iPad in his hand, he told go upstairs and finish what u have to do and relax and then tomorrow u headed back to Houston, thank you Jeffery Ellis u was and excellent manager and super honest guy. That what u call it a great manager, Seriously there still a great people in this world, I wish y'all a great succeed.

Standard Hampton Inn except that the pool is outside. Fortunately they have an agreement with the Fairfield 2 doors down. They didn't have the room we requested ready at the time we requested, but they were good about giving us a comparable room. Hotel is clean and people were friendly.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM EVERY EMPLOYEE — I normally probably would not have chosen this location only because I wasnt sure where Mansfield Texas was. But let me tell you how HAPPY I am that I did. Upon arrival with my 16 year old daughter and her friend, I was a little nervous because I thought we were way too far away from Six Flags and Downtown Dallas… turns out, this is a PERFECT location! It only took me 17 minutes to drive to Six Flags and the route from this hotel is through really nice neighborhoods and mostly off the main interstate! This city is very clean and you feel safe. There are tons of food places within 3-5 minutes driving distance, lots of shopping etc. This place is very nicely decorated and clean rooms and mattresses. The front desk staff is the absolute best I have ever come across. I travel ALOT with my job and with my daughter for cheer competitions. I will stay here at this exact hotel every time I come now. The manager even called the pool guy the night we checked in to get him to get the pool open because he knew I was wanting to lay out by the pool. The cute pregnant lady (I cant remember her name) was soooooo super sweet and was calling other hotels for me in case the pool couldnt open. At this point I didnt care. They went over and beyond and I was staying regardless. There is a grill in the pool area too. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

Disappointed! I am a Dimond Member with Hilton. I stay at Hilton brand hotels pretty often. Sometimes months at a time for work. During my stays I earn points. During this particular stay, I used points for a room for two nights for my brother and girlfriend. For getaway and relaxation. After my brothers first night there. The lady at front desk was quick to kick him and his girlfriend out the following day. Front desk lady said they were only covered for one night. My brother showed her his reservation that was taken care of with my points and gave her the confirmation number. After a long process. I Reaching out to Hilton rewards to contact the Hampton hotel to resolve the issue. It had turned out the reservation was in there system the entire time and didn't not know how to do her job. I am embarrassed of situation BC I reserved this room for my brother & girlfriend hoping they would enjoy there weekend. I always hold Hilton at an high recommend brand and great costume service. At this Hotel it was not given" I would NOT recommend " I would expect the hotel staff to treat anyone as if it was one there family members checking in and show them the same courtesy as it was one of there siblings.

The breakfast is terrible, eggs are always watery. The rest of the hotel is very nice though.

This hotel hass comfortable rooms, great service, good breakfast included and is close to everything in Mansfield. All at a reasonable price.

Bed Bugs — I was bites all over my body, had a horrible reaction, hotel did nothing! Stay Away from hotel! Poor Management — Support.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms appear to be brand new and very spacious. We stayed on the first floor and the ceilings were 12 ft with a bathroom twice as big as a usual Days Inn bathroom. Room came with coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and a flat screen with games you could pay for to play. Service was good too. Front desk was very friendly when we arrived and left. They even had different pillows for me to use sine the regular ones they have there hurt my neck. The breakfast area is HUGE and the food is decent. Definitely not mama's home cooking, but great for a hotel. Fairly easy access from the highway, but our Garmin lead us the wrong location so you may have to stop and get directions from a local. The hotel smelled nice and the first floor is entirely non-smoking. You can't park on the south side unfortunately because apparently the businesses next door got tired of people parking in their lots (even though they have plenty of extra spaces). Lots of shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes and a 20 minute drive from Fort Worth. Overall a great stay.

However, my wife and I were visiting from Florida for a Saturday evening wedding in Mansfield and she booked the room over the phone 3 months in advance in order to get the group rate for the wedding party on Friday and Saturday night. We stayed Friday night after the rehearsal dinner, woke up the next morning and ate the free breakfast, and then we had a leisurely morning. Around 12:30pm we began getting ready for the wedding and when we went to leave for the wedding we had to run back to the room to get something only to see that the key didn't work anymore. When we went to the front desk we were told that the reason the key wasn't working is because were only had the room for Friday night and we should have checked out at noon. Since the reservation was made over the phone, we had no email confirmation or other proof of how the reservation was made. The hotel was completely full so we couldn't even simply change rooms. And as we were scrambling to repack our things in order to get to the wedding on time, they had the nerve to call the room to ask us if we were ready to leave yet. Suppose WE made a mistake in the reservation process, shouldn't we have at least gotten a bill under the door at 6am that Saturday morning?

Reasonably priced, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, it was a quiet location with lots of fast food and restaurants close by. We attended a Texas Rangers game, it was an easy drive both ways and about 20-30 minutes one way. Breakfast was the usual good start for the day, with scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, toast and yogurt. We will be back.

I have never stayed at a hotel that has been this ridiculous! My mom and I had to make arrangements for a friend of mine's wedding, so we decided the Hampton would be ideal. WRONG! Whenever we made reservations, the front desk assured us that we would get an early check-in (we were traveling for 5 hours and the wedding was at 3). So we decided to get ready at the hotel, however, when we arrived at 1 for the early check-in, the front desk said it was not ready and wouldn't be until another 1 and 1/2 hours. To top it off, the front desk was incredibly rude! I have never experienced service like this from a hotel! She apparently was hating life and decided to take it out on her customers! There were also other wedding guests in the same predicament and she was in no rush to help anyone! We asked her if there was any way we could get our money back and she said that we had until 2pm to cancel — — well she was wrong about that too! needless to say, we didn't receive a refund. So horrible! go elsewhere! don't waste your time.
