Lovely pet friendly accommodations when we were under mandatory evacuation just prior to horrid Hurricane Laura.

Here for Xmas… 3 hard square what they call pillows on each bed and stained shower curtain.
Won't ever stay here again!

I NEVER post reviews on hotels but I had to for this. My parents visited me this week and stayed here based on indoor pool, look of rooms, exercise room, etc. Well the pool was disgusting. No ventilation. Mold and rust everywhere. Their room had toenail clippings on rug. Clearly not vacuumed. When we had them go up to clean it while we got lunch, they left the door propped open with my family’s things inside. Wi-Fi is unreliable. Literally every machine in the exercise room disnt work and lights were out. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Even a motel would be better. ZERO STARS! Do not stay here.

They did not make beds did not bring in fresh towels. I would not stay anymore. I am giving the 1out of 10 stars one be the worst of worst.

Nice and clean. Staff, especially Misty at the desk, are wonderful.

Location is a bit weird, its kind of hidden with a wall around it. The whole inside of the hotel is amazing, one of the best hotels ive been to. The service was great, as all the staff were friendly and understanding. Would love to go again.

Recently remodeled, nice rooms. The A. C. Wasn't working that great in one of our rooms, and my sister and family switched. Ours worked "ok", but we stuck it out. I would say one of the better places I've stayed.

Where's the bacon! I've been to 3 la quinta hotels in the last 2 months, and no bacon for breakfast. Other than that. My coworker's room had an ac that is not working properly. The staff are great. The rooms are nice, and the location is near plenty of things to eat.

This is a very generous 1 star. I only awarded it because I am required to give a star rating in order to post a comment. We checked into the Mansfield La Quinta late last night. The person at the front desk did not inform us that the air conditioning was out in most of the building. The 4th floor hallway was easily a steamy 95 degrees! Our room was equally hot and unit in the bedroom was barely working. The person at the front desk agreed to move us to another room. Let me pause and write about this front desk person whose name I did not get. He was NEVER at the front desk when you walked in. You would have to wait for him to come out of the back office every time you walked up to the desk. He was dressed very sloppily in a T-shirt with bleach stains on it and shorts. He moved us to a room on the 3rd floor which was hot but not as hot as the one on the 4th floor. At least the ac unit in this room was working. However, the room was filthy! There was enough hair on the bathroom floor for me to make a human hair wig! Yuck! The person at the front desk told us he had no other rooms to offer us. He offered to find us a fan to use in the original room but could not find one. He told us the manager would be available to talk to us in the morning. Where were we supposed to stay until then? I honestly didn't care to stay there any longer so we checked out and had to drive 3 hours back home. Horrible hotel! Never again!

I stay here every time I visit Mansfield. A little disappointed this stay. Great location, great staff but… half of deadbolt lock was missing off door of my room, in-room coffee pot still had old used filters in it and saw a roach crawling on one of the beds in room. Did receive a lower rate on room but issues need to be addressed ASAP.

Harrison was extremely nice and helpful checking us in. We got lucky as walk-in guests. The room was upgraded to a whirlpool tub room, score, but then the hot water handle was broken and hot water in the whole room was luke warm, big bummer. The next morning the hot water was fine for showers. However, the dryer ate our quarters hindering us finishing our laundry and sending us off with wet laundry and with no late check-out option. The establishment was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in the Dallas area, and that was refreshing. The breakfast was decent and it was nice that they didn't close it up early as we skated in with only 5min to spare. (Most places seem to shut down early which is very frustrating when you want to sleep in a bit). Overall, we would give it another chance.

We have always booked La Quinta Mansfield when my parents come in from Florida. We've always had great experiences until this trip. We had to change the reservation a couple of times due to airline tickets. She called on Thursday to change reservations to check in one day earlier for a reservation the following week. The lady confirmed that was fine so we bought plane tickets to arrive on Tuesday. On Friday morning, my mom got a call that they had overbooked and they didn't have a room for Tuesday night. I called and spoke to manager who was nice and apologetic but couldn't really do anything for us except to offer to find another hotel for them to stay at. The point is that they don't want to have to change hotels which is why we book at the same hotel for the whole stay. We are having a huge event next year and planned on booking a large group of rooms there. We will be finding somewhere else for future trips and will not reccommend this location.

Good hotel that has just been renovated. The breakfast wasn't bad and there was always plenty of it. The only think that bothered me is that they never cleaned the the room the whole week I stayed there, they just replaced the towels. My stay was a good one and I would visit this hotel again.

I was only there for a meeting in their conference room. They were very nice. They held a book for me left by one of the overnight guests. Things were clean. The lobby was spacious. However, the day started with no hot water. They ran out of coffee in the lobby part way through the day and never refilled it. The conference room we used was taken up partly by rolls of carpet and padding. And they ran out of paper towels in the lobby bathroom. Upon making them aware, I'm sure they promply changed the paper towel roll, but it all added up to a less-than-desirable experience.

The breakfast staff was so kind and so was the front desk staff. We have stayed here multiple times and enjoy it. They also have a nice field behind them for walking dogs.

If you care about customer service … this is the place to stay. They came through for us in a moment of crisis, were so caring and kind! The hotel is clean, well-cared for and the staff are wonderful.

Soft bed and towels, great breakfast selection. Modern looking.

I absolutely love this place. It's so nice, clean and quiet. My stay here was fantastic. I'll definitely be recommending to my family and friends.

I stay at alot of La quintas and although they are mostly clean and just your average hotel this one is above and beyond. Extremely clean in the rooms and very up to date. I would recommend you stay here if you'll be around.

Very clean rooms, clean and comfortable beds, accept furry friends and had biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs along with other food available for free breakfast. Pool is indoors so you don't have to worry about the weather. Priced fairly. Would come again.

Employees were kind and friendly, but the carpet in the walk way needed vacuum they were dusty. Non smoking room had a bad oder of cigarettes smoke. Other room ac did not work. People having meetings in the lobby instead of conference room. Business center computer had virus on it.

Looking at reviews and my experience today, this seems to be the only way to get a manager response… So heartbroken over losing my necklace. Left it right on the bathroom counter this morning, 8am, room 306. Called right away after checking out, they said they would "talk to house keeping, when they could". Left call back info, nothing. Called again 4 hours later, lady had no idea what I was talking about but she offered to ask housekeeping… Went in in person after the wedding, front desk lady let me look in the room (unoccupied). It was gone, and the room had been cleaned. Left another note with my info. Got home, crying, my husband called. Front desk said they didn't have a lot of info, just a name and a number (mine), but they could maybe speak to housekeeping… There never was a manager available to speak to. Every time (4 times) we spoke to front desk in the last 12 hours they offered to take my info and talk to housekeeping, I guess that hasn't happened yet. Here's hoping that the cleaning staff put it in lost and found or someplace safe and haven't had a chance to communicate with front desk. It 100% was on that bathroom counter at 8 am this morning. I will ecstatically change this review to 5 stars when the necklace shows up after some communication between staff!

Not well taken care of. Broken fixtures, mold starting to form in the shower, carpet tore up, holes in the walls. A very bad hotel. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy!

This place was an absolute nightmare. I had the room booked two days in advance and there were stains all over the blankets, bed made like a 5 year old made it, wrinkled sheets, toe nails on the floor! then they swapped our room to one even dirtier! When we wanted our money back, we didnt get one apology about the rooms only an attitude from the front desk lady. Worst hotel expirience! And they charged us well over 120$ a night not to mention the terrible customer service.

The people at this hotel were super friendly and did everything to make our stay nice. It wasn't a Sheridan as far as looks but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

In last year has gone way down. Spa don't work pool filter off and water freezing. Last time here. Had no towels or soap shampoo. Only good remark next to Spring Creek BBQ.

This hotel was DISGUSTING! As soon as you enter the hotel you smell what resembles the odor of an animal rescue pound. Come to find out, pets are allowed on the first floor! Yay pet allergies! Also, I was told breakfast was served in the lobby area. My immediate thought was how unacceptable it was to expect guests to eat in an environment that smelled like an unkept kennel. The first room I was placed in was on the second floor. Once I stepped off the elevator this overwhelming stench of urine followed me to my room. As I walk to my room I can't help but notice how NASTY the hallway carpet was! Does this hotel own a vacuum, I thought to myself? I get to my room and the odor followed. In my room was what (I hope to God) appeared to be splattered coffee on the wall, two beer bottle caps on the floor, drawing with sharpie on the window and inside the coat closet and the icing on the cake… A cap to a syringe needle near the bed. Not to mention the guests next to me with their door propped open filled with screaming children running and jumping around the room. I called and reported the above and got placed into another room on the third floor. While this floor didn't immediately make me want to gag from the smell the hallway carpet was still filthy dirty and crummy. Whatever, I thought, let me get to my room. I enter my room and walked into a sauna and the room smelled like… A sweaty boys locker room.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. The rooms are a good size. House keepers are friendly. The front desk representative Hannah was very personable and attentive. If we return to the area we will be sure to book here again!

We picked up a guest and took him to dinner. We didn't actually stay there. He had a good stay there.

Rooms are filthy. Air conditioners do not work well. Went through 4 rooms before we got one that wasn't too dirty, didn't smell like smoke and had a working air container. DO NOT Recommend at all : (

Moldy & mildew everywhere! A/C never cooled the room in 2 days of running constantly. Fridge was luke-warm instead of cold. Breakfast was blah & coffee was awful. Only plus was the friendly staff.

I always stay at la Quinta because they are convenient and pet friendly but this experience has me sour. The elevator isn't working and I'm on the 4th floor with 2 50lb suitcases and 3 dogs… Then I get to the room and there's a huge pink stain on my comforter. I'm pretty grosses out. This is my home town so I would of been staying here often but not after this experience.

We were traveling to Texas for our nephew’s wedding. Made reservations with this hotel three months in advance and we were all looking forward to catching up with friends and family. Here is our experience. • Check in, Lobby is full of painters, very strong smell of paint to the point no one could stand to stay in the area very long. Check in was quick but the elevator is out of order so we had to carry the luggage up the stairs to the second floor. No one from the hotel offered to help. Go to the stairs to find this is where the extra paint, ladders and drop cloths are being stored. Things had to be moved for us to go through. Get to the second floor only to find the door handle is broke and the door doesn’t open. Finally pulled hard enough it opened. This door was not fixed all week. • The room is just OK. Small desk, TV, Microwave and small refrigerator that is to big for the cabinet it is in so the cabinet doors are always open a little. Bathroom is spacious but the shower head is only five foot six inches off the floor so it’s really tough for a six foot tall guy to comfortably wash his face/hair. • The pool, there were no chairs or tables around the pool. The back door was open without any hardware on it. This door opened to the alley between the hotel and minimarket. Very unsafe, as anyone could come and go through these doors without a key card. The pool bathroom is out of order as it was full of junk and looks like it has been for a long time.

The remodel is looking great especially the flooring in the lobby… my one complaint is the toilet seat and the lid were completely broken off the toilet and snapped in half.

This past weekend we had a mix up with the dates for my bridal shower at another hotel so we had to move the location 2 hours prior to start time. I call the LaQuinta Inn and their meeting room was available. They worked very quickly to accommodate us and the shower was a hit! We had a great time! The staff was very accommodating and everything worked out perfectly fine!

Have stayed here several times and usually enjoy the stay because of the indoor pool. This time we checked in and I mentioned using the pool for my kids and I to relax by and nothing was said about it being under construction. Checked out and left very upset. Have not received a refund yet.

It was my first stay at laquinta and my last, there were dogs in the room next to us who barked the majority of the night, the air-conditioner was the pits, the pillows were horrible and the fridge didnt get drinks cool after all night for $135.00, not for me… sorry laquinta!

This hotel is wonderful, some of the nicest personell ive ever experienced at a hotel, the place is very clean and priced a little better than the other hotels in the area. They gave my family a discount without even asking! highly reccomend this place!
