I have never had a hotel treat me so good in my 43 years of life. Totally worth the higher rates they charge.

Just wish they had regular coffee not everyone cares for Starbucks.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms.

Bed was a bit hard, and we did not sleep well. One unusual occurrence also was that the hair conditioner provided was not conditioner. I've used Paul Mitchell, The Detangler, many times, and this was not it! It was lotion. So, we had two bottles of lotion, one of which I put on my hair before realizing. Someone connected to this hotel had clearly switched the contents. Shouldn't happen at a Marriott.

Highlights to us, was the most Pleasant, attentive management staff that we have had the pleasure to deal with! Every person was simply delightful! We will be back!

The hotel is in a good area for things to do like restaraunts. The bistro food is always good too. I must say that the reason for my 2 stars is the walls are super thin and would hear everything from people talking on the phone to toilets flushing. It kept me up until 2am. Also I was not given my welcome gift upon arriving and had to call down where the manager took care of it for me. If it wasn't for the super thin walls and checking in process I would have rated higher.

Nice and convenient to many dining options. All walkable from your door. Great location, friendly staff, and clean comfy room. Much better than the downtown option.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious! The staff are friendly, and work to make you and guests so comfortable. Ashton assisted in our planning for rehearsal/dinner/etc to ensure it went well! She is truly amazing and was such a blessing to work with!

Family and I checked in at 12:00am and were greeted by a wonderful lady (sorry cant remember her name. ) She was fast and got us into a room pretty quickly. The room was BEAUTIFUL! Once our son was asleep my husband went down and raided snacks… after which we passed out! Then we all slept in on very comfortable beds. Very pleased! Thank you!

Room was quiet and super clean (I am picky! ) It was comfortable and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Hope to stay again next time we are in Knoxville.

Nice hotel. Very accommodating to our group of about 10 rooms. Would have appreciated a complimentary breakfast which is offered at other hotels in the same price range. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Newer hotel, clean room, near 75, not far from UTenn. Each room had a microwave and fridge. They have a spacious lobby with a cafe/bar/restaurant. We only stayed one night but check in and out was a breeze.

This is a fairly new hotel located within walking distance of multiple restaurants it has it's own Bistro/bar, nice seating area, outside patio with fir pit, rooms are nice but a little small and the shower head is low pater pressure rain fall heads which I didn't care for. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel was convenient to some area attractions. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Did not have a problem. Check in and out was a breeze. Would not hesitate to return.

Definitely like the clean and modern hotel. Would be four or five stars if the rooms were considerably more quiet. I don't like being woken up at 1:30 am through 2:30 am by hammered guests you can clearly hear through the walls and hallway. Could really use a business class level of guests on certain floors. Would not recommend for families or jet lagged travelers. Have stayed here three times only this last time I don't think I'll request this hotel.

This was a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott. I usually stay at the Marriott because of the great service and clean rooms. My stay in Knoxville was no exception. I was checked in promptly and with a smile. My room was large and comfortable. Check out was at 12, but the concierge was cool with me staying a bit later.

Nice stay great location. Plenty of nice restaurant's to choose from. Full bar and a bistro on site.

I stay here a few times a month. Love the comfortable and chic rooms. Secure access and friendly staff. Parking is a bit tight but never have issues finding a spot. Dining, shopping within walking distance. Great for weekend stays.

We celebrated Thanksgiving 2017 here. We had the room the entire day for a great rate. The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were very nice. Great location!

Quite contemporary and I enjoyed the Bistro and the neat fire in the lobby. The rooms were updated and unique. This might sound silly, but I especially liked the more muted lighting in the bathroom… made it much easier to get up and dressed at an early hour… not so starke and more flattering for makeup application. I also liked the beautiful draperies, the comfy bed, and small recessed lighting. Very nice hotel. Would highly recommend.

I attended a tech training class here. The facility was very clean, the staff were helpful and the food was good. Also, it is in a good location. Would gladly attend and event there again.

Very nice. However seems like they are stingy with the towels. Only 3 face cloths and 3 bath towels. But capacity is 4 to a room. Seems trivial I know but … also prices were jacked up because of a home UT game.

Very friendly, clean and recently renovated to the new more clean simple but atractive style. Their Bistro is a very nice feature, it is a hip place, in my opinion the best hotel in town.

My daughter works here. It's beautiful. Lots of restaurants nearby. They work very very hard to makes sure the guests are well taken care of.

This place is phenomenal! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and I slept like a baby. I wish all the Courtyard Marriotts were like this one. I'm very impressed.

First time at this property and I was quite impressed. Lobby modern and comfortable. Check in easy and friendly staff. Roo. Seems a bit small but organized well with comfy sofa and spacious shower. Fitness room has 6 treadmills, dumbbells, a bike or two and a few ellipticals. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was amazing. After a long day, it was great to slip under the covers of such a nice and soft bed. The shower felt great and they provided Paul Mitchell brand toiletries which left my hair and skin feeling very soft. Our room was just gorgeous.

We arrived at the room and the room was dirty. The bed and the mattress had a white powder. It took more than an hour in the changing room but not the same suite that we had rented. I give it 3 stars because I got a discount for having to deal with the problem.

We stayed the night of March 25th. Calling from the road and using Marriott points for our room. Andrew at check-in was very nice and welcoming. Dinner flatbread pizzas were good. Loved the size of our room for a family of 4. Only inconvenience was the fitted sheets on the beds kept coming off through the night.

Superior customer service! I called and was helped immediately by Katie. We had some last minute changes to our reservation and she accommodated us in every way possible. This hotel will be our go-to for all Knoxville area trips and business events.

I think the hotel overall is amazing and has great staff. The facilities are nice and tidy. The location is just off the highway so fairly easy to get to.

Our van broke down on a trip really close to this hotel in the middle of the night and we needed a place to stay. The staff was super helpful and even gave us a decreased rate due to our predicament. They also gave us lists of local repair places, towing companies and local car rental companies. They were super helpful in a very stressful situation.

Nice new courtyard by Marriott. Convenient to utk. Casual pint craft beer and five guys burgers less than 100 ft away. Bistro by the tracks in parking lot, great food nearby.

This Courtyard was very clean and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Bistro staff was great and the food was enjoyable. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Service and room were great. Got room service, fries were over salted so let them know at checkout, took it off our bill which we didn't expect. Convenient to interstate.

We had a 3 day meeting and were very impressed. They were very helpful and the facility was great. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

If you haven't checked out this new hotel, do yourself a favor and take a look! I have recommended this hotel to many out of town guests and have had nothing but great experiences from all of them. In addition, the bistro has outstanding food and outstanding service all around. You simply wont find better service! The hotel is also conveniently located to everything! Go visit the Casual Pint for a few craft beers or go upscale with a nice Dinner at Bistro by the Tracks, no matter what, your experience will be top notch!
