The room was nice and spacious. Had everything we needed. Full size fridge with kitchenette. Very clean. Nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The price was definitely good. We really enjoyed our stay at the Candlewood Suites. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites in Knoxville during one semester of medical school (15 weeks. ) My first contact at this property was with Dawn and she is wonderful. She was very helpful in facilitating my move to Knoxville and made the process very easy. Bart is the Area Manager and he is very active on the property. I watched Bart jump in and help his staff in any area where he was needed. Each person that works at the front desk is truly just awesome. Anything that I ever needed was handled promptly with a smile on their face! So, thank you Trish, Johnathan, April, Stephen, and Julie! I never once saw any of the employees in a bad mood. The housekeeping staff was also great. Since I was a long-term guest, they cleaned my suite once a week but always provided any supplies that I needed in between cleanings. I had just a couple of minor maintenance issues that came up (lightbulbs, dresser drawer adjustment, etc. ) and John was there within just a few minutes to address the issues. The property just recently replaced all carpet and kitchen flooring in each guest room and they were working on replacing the window treatments when I checked out so they are constantly updating the property. Access to free laundry facilities was super convenient. They have a pantry there with fully stocked food and snack items for purchase. Also, if you need anything to cook a meal, like a toaster over/crock pot/ etc. They will provide that to you as well.

Service was amazing! I wasn't overall happy with this place, for I could have sworn I had 2 beds in my reservation, but management was awesome and told me there are only 1 bed per room. They were more than accommodating to me and my family. We booked another room to host our family of 6! We love how welcoming they are to our fur babies, German Shorthaired Pointers, normal size dogs, and appreciate free washer and dryer use. We will not be back for a while, due to our children, but if it was just my better half and I then we would book with them again. We couldn't beat their price of one room and every one who worked their was more than impressive with their customer service skills.

I always have a great time staying at this Candlewood! For a long time, it was my home. Even after many years of being away, I still feel as warmly welcomed by everyone there! Always my first choice to come back to when I'm in town!

Due to a house fire we were for 2 months. Great helpful staff. Location convenient to shopping, resturants and a walking greenway.

It is in a nice part of town, very quiet, and the staff are very pleasant! I have travelled through Knoxville during several trips, but this was the first time staying here, and I wish I would have found it sooner! The rooms are spacious, equipped with more amenities than other hotels in this price range, and it is worth every penny! I will be staying here again!

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! I only spent one night, but I didn’t want to leave! The room was cozy and very spacious. It was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made sleeping a breeze. It was very quiet and the staff was lovely. I was anxious because it was my first time traveling alone, but I made the best decision to stay here! When I come back, I won’t stay anywhere else but Candlewood Suites!

We stopped here at the recommendation of a friend as we were passing through. The room was very clean and spacious. Had a full kitchen with dishes and even a dishwasher if you are staying longer. Both the night and day staff were very friendly. The 24 hr snack area was fully stocked with the honor system for payment. Free washer and dryer just supply your own soap. I knocked 1 star off due to no fan or working ventilation in the bathroom. The mirror totally fogged over during shower where you couldn’t see yourself to do anything. Really need bathroom ventilation! Would stay again when passing thru.

Loved, Loved, Loved this place. Everyone was amazing. Treated us like family. Sheets and towels we're ALWAYS CLEAN. We didn't want to leave.

I wanted to give it 5 stars, as the room was absolute great, service was great and very clean and comfortable. But, there was some nagging things. No ice machine. Fridge ice machine was turned off and empty and it took hours to have any ice and when it harvested ice it was loud. It had to be turned off to sleep. No continental breakfast, but store you could buy things. The worse part, which is no fault of the motel was the outside noise. There is construction behind the building with very large track backhoes and all afternoon and at about 8am there was the constant beep… beep… beep… and then the rock breaking hammer. Real irritating. But, it was nice and I felt safe and that was good, just bring earplugs and ice.

It is a very clean hotel that has a kitchenette and a gazebo with a grill free to use. The staff is the best hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Nice place. Clean and quiet. Staff was polite and friendly. I was here on a Wednesday and Thursday. Rooms have a lot of amenities. Fridge with ice maker, range top, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, clean (almost new looking) pots and pans and cooking utensils. Eating utensils. Plates, cups, salt and pepper shakers etc. It's basic like a really nice efficiency apartment. Clean and well stocked bathroom. Nice laundry area and gym. My only complaint is getting in and out of the parking lot. It's kind of goofy depending on which way you're going but it's not a big deal. I'd definitely stay hear again and next time I travel I'll be looking for a Candlewood. If you're a hotel snob or a high roller you won't like it. Stay at the Embassy then, but for an average middle class Joe like me I'll take it any day.

Large clean rooms with hot plate, sink, full fridge, and microwave oven. Great place for those that don't want to eat fast food daily. Bed was clean, bug free, and comfortable. Desks are large with plenty room to work. The room has plenty of lighting so you will not be serting in the dark.

My favorite place to stay when I'm in town! It's like being around family there! My home away from home! Love it!

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Some rooms smell. Overall spacious.

Customer Service was not willing to work with us at all. My mom booked a room for August 12th for my wedding shower here in Knoxville. We live in SC but my fiance is from Knoxville. My wedding shower was somehow double booked by the club house we were having it at and had to switch my wedding shower to the 19th. We called up here with a two weeks notice and asked if we could just simply change the reservation date to August 19th since we wouldn't need it for the 12th anymore. The lady on the phone was very rude and all she said was "no cant do that"… They said we would have to cancel the reservation for the 12th with no refund and would have to repay for the 19th. All I wanted was for my mom to be able to come to my wedding shower here in Knoxville without all this stress and ridiculous extra cost.

I just love this place! I could live here forever. The rooms are like little apartments. Very modern and fresh. Super clean! Comfy beds! This place could continue to inspire a tiny house tempted person to pull the trigger and go for it! They even have a little store that you can fill out a slip and add it to your room bill with way more available than your usual vending machine snacks! They had ice cream, many heat and eat items, several types of beverages… I can't even remember what all. It was fantastic! Oh AND FREE TO GUESTS… LAUNDRY FACILITIES! Loved everything!

The room is very nice. It was mini suite. Full size refrigerator, two burner cook top, with plates and glasses. They have free to use laundry. Only reason not 5 star internet was not good, very hard time watching movies on Netflix and amazon. Front desk lady April was great. Nice quiet location. .

Great room, friendly and quick check in service. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette was a great feature for a very good price. Will definitely stay again and recommend if in the area.

Staff was amazing, I was able to check in later than planned with no issue. Room was very clean and staff was quick to resolve any questions or problems I had. All in all a great experience. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff was very friendly and the room had a very nice modern look. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable.

Really excellent, front desk staff so friendly and helpful, room clean, comfortable, no chemical cleaning impact at all! (usually my lungs rebel in hotel rooms and I start wheezing), FULL kitchen with lending cabinet that included blenders, toaster ovens, and crockpots. They even have a free DVD lending library. Very reasonably priced at $69 plus tax. I was very comfortable. I wish every hotel was like this one. I had only minor problems, the TV sound was not loud enough to watch a DVD, and the remote was not working but was replaced immediately.

Location is off the Interstate but easy to get to. Check in was easy and the front desk was informative and presented a great first impression. For an inexpensive place to stay the room exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and neat, well appointed. Nice kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and two burner range. Large clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Comfy bed with a mix of pillows and a nice recliner. HUGE desk area, plenty of power outlets, and very good Internet connection via a peppy 300 mbps wireless network connection. The absence of a "breakfast" was made up by the well stocked honor system larder with good quality food available. There is a well appointed gym and washer/dryers available. If all the Candlewood locations are as well done as the one in Knoxville I will definitely be back!

This is the nicest and cleanest and most accommodating hotels and will stay here every time we are in Knoxville — — it feels like home! We will be staying over Christmas this year and already have our reservations made!

This was our first home in Knoxville. Comfortable, well designed, clean, and the parking lot was spacious enough to maneuver our Penske truck. They have free movies at the front desk, and a pretty nice workout room.

I have been here eight weeks, I challenge anyone to find a better place. The rooms are well decorated, extremely clean and the staff is world class! I would highly recommend your staying here.

Wonderful! ♡ Truly blew me away! Room was completely amazing with a small kitchen included. Was able to cook breakfast, the hotel had free washers and dryers! Also you were able to borrow board games, movies, or cooking appliances! I really enjoyed my stay, friendly staff and hotel was very clean!

Recently remodeled really nice When we checked in the front desk person was nice and cheery even through it was 10pm.

We stayed at this hotel on our cross country trip. We were pcsing on military orders! This hotel offers govt rate and are pet friendly. We had stayed at a candlewood in texacarna tx and it was modern and gorgeous. We thought this would be the same. It wasn't. Rooms are older looking but clean. Staff. Amazing. Overall ok stay at this location.

Staff is super friendly and great! In a 1 bedroom suite the air conditioning has to go through a grated hole in the wall about 6"x 6". Not conducive to cooling bedroom part. It works off a room unit in livingroom that is controlledby a wall thermostat with sensors in both rooms. TV in the livingroom is old style 24", bedroom looked to be 17". Definitely not up to date. The queen bed was rock hard. For the value it would be ok for anyone who doesn't need or take issue with those items.

This is a very poor hotel for business use. My company made my reservation and I was not pleased to be placed in what we refer to as "CandleHoods. " This hotel is a good value and the staff is very friendly. If you are looking to spend very little and get options this is for you. But my room had to be sprayed for flys, the hallways smell horrible as if smoking is encouraged, and the beds are very small. There are ample alternatives in the area that provide much better options and accommodations. I would never stay here if I had the choice.

I stayed there last week on my way across the country and loved it. Very convenient to restaurants and in a nice area. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was spotless. They have a really cool convenience store in the hotel that operates on the honor system. I will definitely stay there again.
