This is a great place to stay in Downtown Chattanooga. It’s a very nice hotel and the employees are top notch! The views are amazing. You must try the restaurant downstairs/next door!

Spend your evenings by the fire pit overlooking the water and experience why Chattanoogans love the waterfront!

The suite was very nice and clean! I stayed here with my family of 6. Walls were thin. We had to call
about group near us very loud at midnight. However they took care of it quickly! We had to get more towels and blankets and they were very fast to deliver. There isn’t a safe in the room. It was also nice having a microwave in room! Location was great for an aquarium visit! Parking was fine. Staff was very young but helpful! No locks in bathroom doors!

Yet another mediocre experience thanks to the 3H Group management. The staff at these hotels does not honor Bonvoy members or Explorer members. We got locked out of our room and no one seemed to help us get back in. This is our 2nd and final bad experience staying in any of the 3H group hotels in Chattanooga.

Loved my stay for Chattanooga Pride Festival … my checkin with Denise was smooth and effortless. Denise was a great introduction to the hotel. After a long day outdoors room service from Scottie's was delicious! Then off to the hot tub to relax my poor joints! Thank you staff at Springhill Suites!

The front desk and valet staff are great. Friendly service all around. The rooms are spacious and well cared for. The local restaurant on site Scottie’s on the River offers great food and gorgeous view of the river.

It was very stressful and confusing to find our way into this hotel. However, once we arrived Andrew at the front desk was so so welcoming he made it all worth it. Thank you, Andrew, you’re a keeper!

Very clean, beautiful view and very friendly staff. I would’ve given 5 stars but the room was a little off. The bathroom had a frosted door which was fine for privacy but if you use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the frosted glass does not block out the light. It was like turning on the light in a pitch black room while everyone is trying to sleep. Oh and the queen size beds were not queen size, more like doubles.

This is the best place to stay. Phenomenal staff, wonderful bar, close to town… all you could ask for. The room was top of the notch and very clean. The view was fantastic from our balcony. Not to mention the breakfast… man oh man delicious. We will stay here everything we take trips to Chattanooga… Without a doubt!

My husband and I decided to do a min family vacation up to chattanooga and found this hotel on a hotel booking site. The hotel was wonderful, clean, and inviting. My boys 5 and 4 yrs old was also very impressed loving our room, all we heard was how much they loved the place. The staff is wonderful and very informative. I loved how it was close to everything but not in the middle of everything, making our stay quiet and peaceful. The view was also beautiful being right next to the river and having the mountains as the back drop. Whenever we go back to visit we will more likely come back to this hotel.

We had a conference there and it was wonderful. Our room was terrific and the staff was helpful and friendly. The outside patio and river walk was one of the best features. If I travel back to Chattanooga I will definitely consider staying at Springhill Suites again.
