Had to stay over night while my bathroom at my house was being renovated. The service was nice and the stay was comfortable! I appreciated the hospitality.

Fantastic staff. Made a mistake and booked my room for the wrong dates. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding, and worked with me and my partner for a good hour and a half to get things sorted out. And this was all after midnight! Room was lovely as well.

Comfy bed. Pull out couch was a little hard. Good breakfast. Staff were great. Online says indoor heated pool and the do not have one, it is an outdoor pool.

They had a nice breakfast, very tasty. Everyone from the custodians to the desk clerks were as nice and accommodating as possible! The beds were comfortable! Very clean!

The rooms are nice, and the staff are exceptional. The pool is small, but we'll maintained, and the entire building is well isolated from its surroundings. The breakfast is very good for the price of a room.

We arrived earlier than expected, and we were able to check in early. After checking into our room there was a issue with the TV channels, and because of the inconvenience we were upgraded to a suite thanks, and a big thumbs up to Kendall at the front desk she showed my family and I the true definition of great customer service. Keep up the great work Kendall you rock at customer service.

Room fairly clean with a few minor issues. The bed was comfortable and they served a good breakfast. The coffee was pretty terrible. The place was just a little hard to get to. Good news… the room has a mini fridge with a freezer.

We arrived very late & the front desk clerk was wonderful. Davante, you're awesome! Clean enough place. Air conditioning unit could use a cleaning. Sort of hard to find on a 1-way street at night. Not the best neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Place was much nicer than expected.

We did not get our our make up. The sheets wasn’t folder, toiletries wasn’t replenish and our towel was taken but fresh towel wasn’t given. Called the reception and she tries to cover up but in actual fact someone came in to take the old towel. The breakfast was pleasant with 2 ladies being really friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to them.

The staff here was amazing. They were very helpful and attentive. My room was clean and pretty spacious. I always appreciate a room with a fridge and microwave. It's not really walking distance to the shops and restaurants downtown, but the person at the desk told us about the free shuttle that runs in the area, so it wasn't a big deal. It was probably much quieter to be a little bit outside of downtown anyway.

Oh my gosh they had wonderful service and everyone was so nice. I recommend it.

The weekend started off good here at this hotel. Until laying in the bed and notice a bedbug crawling on the sheets! Finding this ruined the stay. My family will never stay at this location again! Not only the front clerk “Danielle” didn’t want to refund our money and making justification of the hotel having bedbugs. Not a single person wants to travel home with bedbugs. Also hearing dogs barking in the hallway was so annoying as well!

Place was clean, breakfast was late setting up. Front desk person was not very helpful when I found keyboard not functioning in business center told me nothing he could do. He was on the phone whole time he was speaking with me sounded liking I was annoying him. Front desk person in morning was nice and pleasant to speak with.

We had stayed at a Comfort Inn in Cleveland OH and was very impressed with that hotel. So naturally when we decided to go to Chattanooga we wanted to stay at comfort inn again. This comfort inn was definitely not as a nice as the other one. Rooms were smaller, our bathroom had water damage and the tile was falling off, our air conditioner seemed to have a mind off it's own even we turned it off woke up in the middle of the night burning up, the unit had turned on some time during the night and was on high heat we had to unplug it. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, had to wait to get ready after taking a shower until mirrors would clear off. Shower didn't have a shower curtain liner just a cloth shower curtain. Our room keys stopped working 3rd night into our 4 night stay, got new keys, they stopped working again the next morning when checkout wasn't until 11am. Breakfast was good tho. Just not impressed with this hotel, they need to put some money into it and update it like some of the other comfort inns. Planning on coming back to Chattanooga again but will not be staying here.

15 minutes from airport. One of most complete breakfast offerings. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and walls must be soundproof — didn't hear anything all night. Would definitely go again.

Really nice place. Our room was very clean and seemed like it was just recently renovated. Breakfast was good and all the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. The only downside is parking it's crowed and the only area available was far towards the back and just didn't feel safe.

FANTASTIC experience at this hotel! I was amazed at how very nice and upgraded the rooms were. Very clean. Great breakfast. Highly recommend!

I was over charged twice while staying here. I booked 3 nights and was charged $310 twice, I had it resolved while I was there so it wasn’t that big of a deal however Kendall at the front desk had the worst attitude I have encountered by someone working in customer service. At one point she told me “it is what it is” when I asked about being charged twice! We booked an extra night after we had it fixed, honestly I should have left after the first incident but I had a kid competing in a Olympic boxing qualifying tournament and didn’t want to stress him out over changing hotels. After we left I looked through my bank statements and found out I was charged twice again for the extra night we booked! This time since I’m not there in person Kendall is giving me the run around telling me they refunded it already and that the manager JT will give me a call to get it fixed. I waited a couple of days and no call and no refund and guess what? Now they’re not answering my calls unless I dial them non stop! Still waiting on them to the right thing… save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. I will never stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Comfort Inn! My boyfriend and I booked the room with a jacuzzi for our anniversary weekend getaway, and everything was perfect. Our room was very clean and service was impeccable. The lady whom was in the dining area for breakfast is super friendly and charming! Location was pretty good, because we weren't too far from any of the places we wanted to visit. We were 15-20 minutes max away from the furthest place we visited, so everything was perfect.

We got in a bit late, so navigating to the hotel was a little difficult. That's my only complaint. Staff was friendly, room was beautiful, price was right, coffee in the morning was pretty good. I would recommend.

September 23 2017 1 night stay. Employees were friendly. Breakfast was good. Experience was good untill we were leaving and saw a cockroach in the hall in front of our room. It did take awhile for the room to cool down. Kinda pricey for what it was.

Lobby and breakfast area were nice. Hotel seemed clean. Employees were friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Nothing bad to say.

Nice clean place. Had a queen sized bed in handicapped room. Bed only had 2 pillows but they were very plump & comfortable. Coffee & fresh lemonade is available 24 hrs. Hot breakfast served in mornings. Front desk very pleasant. Made reservations through Priceline bids. The description was downtown lookout mountain but was actually on the edge of the not so "nice" part of town. Location was the only reason I couldn't give a 5-star rating.

Surprisingly very courteous staff that is more than accommodating. It's only surprising because the room was so affordable. The room doesn't get quite as cold as I like, but everything else seems to be great. I think the rooms are a little smaller but I'm not sure who plans any trip involving multiple people cooped up in a room. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do without being stressed out over downtown traffic. Will gladly stay again in the future.

I would have easily given this property 4 stars, but, they have a water temperature issue. The bath/shower seems to run either hot or cold. No happy medium! Moreover, there's no automatic air freshener in hallway on 3rd floor. However, it is a well maintained property, near the center of many sites and activities. The staff is courteous. I would likely stay here again if they fix the water temperature.

This hotel has a well-lit parking lot. Our room was immaculate and I didn't notice any outside noise. We had a pleasant and restful stay. My only complaint is the entrance. It's on a one way street that isn't clearly marked in some places. I saw more than a few guests drive the wrong way.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished, the bathroom is very functional, clean and spacious. Despite the presence of the motorway nearby the building is well soundproofed. The staff is friendly and helpful in every case. Breakfast does not give much choice but it is more than enough.

Everyone is exceptionally polite. The employee and the breakfast bar needs a raise. She asked us more than once if we needed anything. Rooms are very clean too. I would stay here again for sure.

5/20/16 I was looking for a reasonable suite with two televisions. The lady at the desk let me look at the room prior to booking. The room had two queen beds and a couch. The couch was in its own attached room with tables and t. V. Everything was working, modern, NOT dated and clean. Lots of plugs for electronics and phones. Large room and amenities for $ 121.00 plus tax $30, a great value other rooms lower. I'm very pickey and germ phobic and I had no issues. We even had room in the back of the hotel for a 30 foot trailer. The usual hot continental breakfast cereal n more. Fresh fruit was fresh! Quality muffins and danish then I've seen in a while. Staff were very nice and helpful. I usually do not leave reviews but it's difficult finding CLEAN rooms at good prices so I decided to speak up. Sandy from Michigan.

This was a fantastic hotel in my book because the rooms are nice size and updated enough for me. Tv, microwave, small fridge. The rooms were spotless "I checked". The bathroom was very clean! Everything you needed was there. I would highly recommend. Staff was also extremely kind. Great coffee and we will be back.

Good hotel. I needed to check in earlier than 4pm and so I called ahead to request that. They made it happen and I was so, so thankful for that. Cleanliness is excellent. Room was perfect and bed-bug free (I inspected and flipped over everything to look for bugs! ). Bathroom had some upgrades. Dining experience was great for breakfast. If I need to stay in Chattanooga again, I'll stay here!

Allowed pets with reasonable fee. Room was extremely nice and the bed was comfortable as were the selection of pillows provided. One of the nicest Comfort Inns!

It was a clean hotel and the workers were very attentive to our needs.

Surprisingly nice for the price. The room was large with a fold out couch, microwave and mini-fridge. The staff was very kind and always present if we needed something. They are located within 10 minutes of every place around town we wanted to visit. We felt safe walking out of the hotel and up the street to the gas station. We will definitely be staying here next time we travel to Chattanooga.

My family had to make an unplanned stop in Chattanooga for a night and was not expecting much because the rates were good and they still had last minute rooms available. I was impressed with the service of everyone we encountered; friendly, outgoing and very helpful. Breakfast was included and the best I've had this week (traveling cross country with 3 small children I've had a few recently. ) The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and even though we were by the first floor exit door, the hotel was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again — — a great rate for a great hotel!

Horrible experience with their meeting room. The room was extremely hot, the a/c wasn't large enough to cool a room of that size (they must know that bc there was a box fan in the room), foul smell to the room, and they had no idea we had booked the meeting room for that day. I would not recommend using this hotel for their meeting room.

This post has nothing to do about money, or making sure I got my refund. This post is to bring light to the type of employees that we encountered during our brief time there. I hate that people are still so close minded, and furthermore choose to work in a job where you will come across many different races and INTERRACIAL couples. When we walked in, I noticed there was one girl in uniform behind the counter (TJ) and two other people to the left (a girl who works in housekeeping named "Aleta" — spelling is probably all wrong, it's the name TJ gave me & and young man who was in street clothes). It was me (I'm Asian) and my boyfriend (African American) checking in. All of them were African Amercian — you will see later in my review why I call this out. Anyway, an older man was in front of me checking in, then it was my turn to be helped by TJ to check in. The entire time she was "multi tasking" by checking me in and checking her phone at the same time. I noticed the housekeeping girl to the left was going on about something that bothered her — I could tell she was complaining about something but I minded my own business. To make a long story short — my boyfriend told me later after we left our room and were in the car that "Aleta" said "see that's why I can't stand light skinned n*ggas"… I was heated when he told me that. We went back right away — got our stuff and checked right back out.
