After not even 10 min of my 7 month old crawling around, he has a film on his knees and tops of feet. It's disgusting. Ac doesn't work, unhelpful employees, a stink to the entire hotel. Just pitiful for a hotel.

The King Suite is quite nice. Good size bedroom, nice area to relax and watch TV. The bathroom area is a large space also.

Very nice rooms, clean facility staff is very friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pleasurable experience all the way around. Octavia was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying in your facilities when available.

The room and staff were great, but the breakfast and fitness center lacked a little bit. The breakfast seemed to lack a few staples that and the fitness center has a treadmill and two bikes that aren't very functional. I think a conference must have been going on, because when we got back to the hotel after a wedding (10pm) we had trouble parking. (Bus and motorcycles blocking pathways and the front lot was full) Overall, we'd stay again for the quality of the room and staff helpfulness, but would probably eat out for breakfast and find a fitness center.

This is our stop on the way to Florida. We have been staying here for many years. Tried a competitor, never again. Consistently a winner! Clean, friendly staff and comfortable bed!

Service was the pits. The young lady at the desk was old and argumentative. We were out all day and our room had not been cleaned. Please tell you staff no to call guests by their first name without asking the guests’ permission. Breakfast was mediocre.

We nicknamed this hotel "The Underwater Oasis. " There were some positive aspects to our stay, but a lot was left to be desired. My husband and I were traveling to a family party with our small son (3 yrs). Though we had a group discount, we opted to pay $10 extra per night to have a room that had access to the pool. This was important to our son’s enjoyment of the trip. It also made it possible for us to put him to bed and socialize with adults on the patio later on the evening. That aspect of the room was fantastic; that is why we extended our stay. Otherwise I would describe our room as MOIST, not a positive descriptor for a hotel room. The room was shaped like a U. There is a sliding glass door onto the patio on one side, and (other than the air-conditioner) no other window or ventilation. It is kind of oogy in there. The whole place had a damp moistness to it that was kind of gross. When you walked in it had the smell of a musty basement. There was no fan in the bathroom. You could hang your bathing suit up in the shower for more than 24 hours and it would still be wet, not damp, wet. It has the cheapest of carpets on a cement floor and you end up going in and out to the pool, down the long hallway to the fan-less bathroom. The air in there is stuffy and close. There was a small sitting room at the bottom of the U with a chair and a loveseat. My first night there I noticed there was mold — actual mold — growing on the couch. I called the man at the desk down to see it.

Tonight is our second night here and so far everything is great! Nice rooms, clean, comfortable beds, beautiful lobby, free to use printer, friendly helpful staff. My favorite is the 24/7 complimentary coffee tea and juice in the lobby.

Good location! Nice rooms just need to fix AC in hallways so it doesnt have an odor downstairs. This had no impact on my confort in the room its more of an observation.

Was not pleased with facility. Overall facility was nice and appeared clean. However toilet seat was broken in room and bathtub looked stained/unclean, reservations were cancelled for no reason, was told could not do new reservation, was booked into wrong room, found hair in breakfast hash browns, upon check in I wait at least 20 minutes for someone to show up at desk… was a horrible experience. Manager tried to make things right, but to many things went wrong.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and seemed decently well organized. The only real downfall was that the walls seemed very thin and we could hear pretty much anything that happened in the hallway at anytime. It didn't end up being a huge issue but, we were woken up a few times by other noisy guests. The breakfast was nice, as I wasn't expecting there to be one. It was decent. There was a decent variety of things to pick but, all of them were ok at best. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend to other people if in the area.

When we first pulled in, the hotel is next to a run down sketchy looking circle K. We get our hotel room, inside the fridge was a dirty used cup. Later that night I dropped my phone on the floor and noticed someone's disgusting toenail on the floor next to the bed. After a day out, our room wasn't even touched by the cleaning crew. Also, when getting out the remote from the "fresh remote" case there was hair all over it. I am not impressed what so ever. Pretty disgusted actually.

I'm forced to give 1 star because zero stars isn't an option! We arrived at the hotel for the night. Upon entering our room we experienced the door was wide open and toilet was running, it didn't flush. Our phone didn't work and toilet continued running after several minutes. We reported to the front manager and they said they were full, but had 1 king suite available. At this point, We agreed to move rooms. Room 2 the pull out "couch" more like a chair, had urine and other mysterious stains all over it and no fresh linens in the room! You should reconsider your choice when booking here! Ugh…

The beds in the rooms with two are full beds. The pictures make them look bigger. There was also a miscommunication, apparently only the rooms with a single king have sofa beds. We had more than two people anyone sleeping two to a bed would have to do so quite intemately. Luckily the rooms were large so there was plenty of space to sleep on the floor. The front desk gave us extra pillows and blankets. The price was also decent. You can probably tell I am writing this after sleeping on the floor. Just wish the advertisement was more representative of all aspects of the place, not just the super good looking one's. TLDR: You can only sleep two comfortably to a room.

Great hotel for a stay in Chattanooga. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds & rooms, and a great hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & really good gravy, donuts & muffins, yogurt, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice hotel for the price. The breakfast smelled really good but I did not get a chance to eat. It could really use updating and a good cleaning.

It is a good place to stop on drive from Indiana to Florida. Comfortable and convenient to the highway. Clean and staff is always helpful.

Breakfast and personal were great. The room was nice but could have been cleaned a little better. The halls needed vacuuming, elevator lights needed cleaning and bugs removed, back door handle needs to be fixed and back door room key reader needs to be re-attached. Complex needs some T. L. C.

The price was right. The hotel was clean. The staff was courteous. The hotel was in a great location for our trip. We were very pleased that we were upgraded to a suite when we arrived. It was a great room. Will stay here again.

Nice property right on i75 exit 1 in Chattanooga. We have stayed there 2 or 3 times now. They have refurbished steadily over the years. Everything is clean and well managed. Good value.

Room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast was way more and way better than other hotels. Speedy check in. More than worth what we paid (which was cheap! ). Would stay again and would reccomend.

Stayed 2 nights, 5 days apart. 1st night — the room had no shampoo and had to ask the desk for it. No biggie. Came back for our 2nd night later in the week — smoke detector in room was making an ear piercing beeping sound and needed new batteries. No shampoo again. Was switched to another room. This one had obviously had repairs done to the room such as patching the bathtub. It was still cracked and looked like water could get through and to the underneath. Not really quality work. Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. Appeared clean and the beds were ok.

Good local right off I 75. OK for price. Was too scary to park out back where they wanted us even though hotel seemed to be at 25% capacity. We moved car up front. Lots of room and light. Breakfest fair. Hallways could have been cleaner. Room was fine for price.

Thanks to our Best Western points, we were given an upgraded room with a sitting room area and separate bedroom. It was nice having a couch and two TVs. The hotel has easy access to the freeways. The breakfast was good but would like to see non-pork meat products for breakfast such as turkey bacon.

I am a Best Western rewards member and every time I stay at a BW they always treat me very nice. The rooms are always clean and nice and most of the time being a reward member they up grade me. Never had a bad experience.

This was a three night stay for us and it was one of the best hotels, and probably the best Best Western, we've ever stayed in and we travel a lot! The separate bedroom setup was great… it's nice to be able to watch some TV and relax in normal chairs/loveseat vs. Sitting up in bed! And the fridge/microwave area, plus the separate shower & toilet/sink area was very convenient! The breakfast setup was very spacious and the quality of food and variety were 2nd to none! The lady working the breakfast area kept a nice/neat appearance for the buffet and there was no shortage of anything offered. I'd prefer the waffles over pancakes, but the pancakes weren't bad! Overall, great stay and I wouldn't change anything. Whoever the manager is running this hotel is doing a great job… and, it appears they are treating their employees well… and if not, the manager just has great employees! We'll be back in the area from time to time and this will be our only choice for our stay!

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was nice. My only complaint was the hot breakfast items. Did not have much taste. The other items like fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc where good. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Chattanooga.

Conveniently located off the Interstate. Room is spacious with desk large enough to spread files. Clean / comfortable medium / firm bed /m pillows. Rating of 4 stars because Cleaning products used are chemical based and room has a lingering smell. If you are sensitive to chemical cleaning / agent smells, suggest that you notify staff in advance.

Very easy check in and check out. Beds comfortable and tidy. Carpets felt like they could use cleaned but otherwise well worth the money. Nice breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy AND more. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It is my second day here of six, the room is comfortable clean well maintained bathroom (no air extractor) The breakfast decent attention well. I recommend it

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was not clean (pubic hairs on floor and in shower) we expressed our concerns and they lowered our rate for us.

Very outdated. Incredibly thin walls — you could clearly hear the person in the next room talking as if they were right in front of you. We were awoken numerous times throughout the night with people coming and leaving their rooms. Lots of mold and stains on the walls in numerous places including air vents. Stained sheets and bedding. It was way more expensive than a far nicer Best Western room we stayed in the night before. We couldn't wait to get out — stayed one night and left early the next day. Would not recommend.

We were traveling for hours so I used my nav to find a hotel. Well, I was scammed by a third party who holds the room and charges extra for it. The person on duty at Best Western Plus Arbor Inn and Suites was Octavia, she went out of her was to correct the situation. You can really tell when someone loves their job! She was a superstar! Can't say enough nice things about all the staff there! We got a suite with a king size bed, the bedroom was separate from the living room with a door — — both rooms had TV. There was a large closet, separate tub/toilet area from the sink (I like that, I can get ready while my husband showers) a food prep area with microwave and fridge and central A/C so it didn't dry out my sinuses. I could have stayed there a week and been very comfortable. Perfect for business travel or vaca! Breakfast was very good and all the staff were outstanding and helpfully… they all need to be recognized for their efforts! Thanks guys! We haven't stayed at Best Western before but we'll be back! :) Lisa and Tim Molloy.

The beds were comfortable but there were stains on my comforter and the door knob to my bathroom fell off and the frame that was surrounding the mirror on the door fell. There was also a blonde hair on my hand towel. Im not blonde. Overall it was okay stay. There could be cleaner towels and bedding.

It was fine. Not great, but I got a great price for a room while we were passing through. It was clean enough, though the sheets all had stains on them. However when we asked for replacements they were happy to oblige. There was a questionable residue on the carpet which was super icky but everything else was clean.

The rooms were excellent and the breakfast provided was very good. Loved the pool-sode room. Wonderful stay.

This hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown. It's super clean and in a quiet area. The free breakfast was really nice, and they actually have pretty decent coffee. The room is pretty large as well. We would go to the Choo Choo and ride the shuttle everywhere from there.

Hotel was OK. Check in was very quick. Room was nothing special but clean. My biggest complaint was the room was hot when we got there and the A/C never got the room cooled off. Breakfast was surprisingly decent all things considering.

They didn't have our reservation at first. When they found it they did upgrade our room which was nice. None of the TV's would allow me to use my chrome cast. The front desk said the HDMI ports were locked down. Breakfast was passable.

The room was very comfy, staff was very pleasant, and the area of the hotel was very convenient. Some fast food restaurants nearby, but with downtown being 15 mins away we were near everything. This is a great hotel and we will stay again!

Breakfast was really good, hotel was nice and clean, Wi-Fi was fast. Only problem is the machines in the fitness room were broken.

Met all of our immediate needs for a last minute stop the day before Good Friday. The lady at the night desk was in great spirits and so kind. Breakfast had many options and the staff was pleasant. Double suite was spacious and comfortable. Price was more than fair and if we head this way again I will be making a reservation.

Dislike the fact that they disable input selection. Ruined my whole experience at this hotel. Shouldnt be restricted like a child. Spacious rooms but bed sheets have stains. Little further from main attractions in Chattanooga than expected.

The man who checked us in, Blake if I remember correctly, was extremely helpful. I'm pretty sure he has a master's degree in customer service. He answered all my questions at check-in and gave me perfect directions to our room (I think he has the entire hotel memorized). Shortly after we got our things in and were going to settle in for the night I got a phone call from the front desk. It was Blake letting me know that I had left the interior lights to our van on. I'm sure the battery would have been drained the next morning if he hadn't called me. Later, I went up stairs to ask where I could get some ice. He told me, but then got ice for me as well at a more convenient location that I didn't have access to (the kitchen area). What was even more amazing to me was the scenario I was intruding upon when I came to ask for some ice: I heard Blake talking to an older guest who was having trouble accessing the internet. Blake was on the phone with him and told him, "No, don't come out here. I know you're trying to get to bed. I'll come to your room. You can hand me your tablet through the door, and I'll type in our password to access the internet. " That is absolutely top tier customer service. We were staying at a Best Western (which is actually in our price range) ; but we were treated like we were staying at a Ritz Carlton. The cook and assistant manger who checked us out were also both friendly and helpful. :)

Last time we got a best western on Priceline, it was horrible so we had very low expectations. It wad much nicer than we expected.

Our room was not very clean, TV was broken and Justin Bieber look alike at the front desk was no help. Breakfast was good and the rest of the staff was nice and polite.

They get a star because the staff was so friendly. But outdated everything, mildew in the bathroom, none of the power outlets worked without wedging the plugs in place. Weird smell all over the convoluted building. Glad I was only there to sleep and shower.

Rooms are spacious but poorly maintained. Broken furniture, dirty floors and air conditioning didnt cool properly. Will not be back. Would not recommend.

Not a $150.00 a night hotel by a long shot. Dirty, not maintained at all! The lobby and outside are a trick to get you in, rooms suck! Don't stay here.

I am in this room right now. They upgraded me to a suite on the ground floor. I'm thinking you did me no favors. It is, 11 pm people grown and children running up and down th the halls. Not thought in their tiny heads the other people might need sleep. The front desk us feet away. They do nothing. DO Not stay here.

Broken sink fixture, used towel in room, elevator didn't work and stairwell handle was broken (so we had to walk around outside to breakfast), no linens on pull out couch, wet floor from the refrigerator defrosting, among other things. Not impressed at all. I'm not sure how this has several 5 star ratings.

An excellent hotel to stay at for a short time definitely. My stay here was only for one night however the place is very clean and grandiose in sizwith. It had excellent rooms and amenities. Last but not least it was quiet and clean.

The Best Western Plus Arbour Inn and Suites went above and beyond to help figure out a event issue (due to a third party mistake). Everyone from the front desk to the sales department and of course Mr. Patel who spent at least a hour or more trying to resolve our dilemma even though it wasn't there problem. The staff truly goes BEYOND my expectations and I would HIGHLY refer anyone wanting to host a event or even stay the night to consider staying at this Best Western Plus Arbour Inn and Suites.

I was forced by icing conditions to pick a haven. I lucked out. The hallways do look well used, but the room was spotless, the bed slept very well, and the internet was fast and free. Good cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, friendly staff. It helped a lot that fast food and a convenience store were within walking distance.

Newly remodeled rooms. Very neat and comfortable. Simple but essential items for breakfast bar, fresh and warm. Very peaceful environment. Would definitely come back.

We stayed here overnight en route to Florida. Booked two rooms. Both were very clean and quiet. The "hot buffet breakfast" is OK if you like microwaved fast food varieties. The continental aspect was fresh and altogether as good as any other hotel we have stayed at. The only questionable aspect to the hotel is a dank smell in the stairwells and elevator. We will definitely stay here again if we drive to Florida.

I highly recommend Arbour Best Western, the staff is great and the breakfast was great, not old doughnuts, hot and fresh. The rooms are comfortable. We will return here again.
