The person at the front desk had a terrible attitude. The manager was not much better. Terrible experience only due to the staff. The hotel itself was fine.

Nice parking, very nice hotel room. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

First off the man that works the 3rd shift super nice and understanding! No complaints with staff. The thing is they have a broken fire system which keeps going off starting at 11pm and then at 12 and the entire hotel has to evacuate and wait for the fire and rescue to come out. So now this one employee (which I trust and is nice BUT I can’t trust his with my life. ) The chief fire marshal decided to let him just cut the alarm off. So this building is huge and with it keep going off and him shutting it off you do not know if it is a real fire or not. Something like this the hotel should be shut down and refunds given to the people here! Just for the one night. So at 1:00 am I am leaving. I just can’t trust my life with a broken fire system on the 3rd floor. Nope!

This place stole 200 dollars from me. After I left I noticed they overcharged me… . They accused me of smoke damage. Nobody in my family smokes. I was flabbergasted. Tried to explain this must be a mistake. I think this was retribution for me complaining about house keeping not cleaning my room multiple times. It took me 3 days to reach a manager. Steward was extremely rude and hung up on me. Imagine if you took your fiance, 2yr old and 4 yr old to greenville because of the tornado that hit Spartanburg knocked your power out. After spending 100 dollars a day. They steal 200 dollars from you. I'm well known in Spartanburg. Everybody knows I don't smoke. I don't understand the motivation behind doing this to me and my family.

The staff and employees are very friendly nice and they are very helpful. They also know how to make their guests feel welcome and makes them feel like it is their second family. I would recommend displaced to anyone nice clean rooms.

We came here for a weekend "staycation"… we were not disappointed. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. Our only complaint is that even with the digital thermostat our room never was able to drop below 70, constantly running it. The beds are a little firm but we liked it.

It was a waste of 15, 000 points for a “jacuzzi suite”. We were going to a Drive game and decided to stay the night. We had accumulated quite a few points and thought we’d get a really nice room. It was a mess from check in. We were told at 2:55 that we could check in at 3:00. I think it might have been more like 4:00. The lobby ceiling was flooded along with the parking lot. One man came back 3 times because his key wouldn’t work. That made check in even worse. When we made it to the room I was scared to get in the jacuzzi. The floor was very sticky. We just hung out in the bedroom to avoid the sticky floors in the living area. We asked for a late checkout when we got in from the ballgame. Was told no. But ironically, one more reason we had to wait so long was because the people the previous night had asked for a late checkout. Breakfast. Most said in their reviews that breakfast was the best part of their stay. We arrived downstairs at 8:00 a. M. Muffins were gone. I asked for more. They said they were out at 8:00 a. M. Breakfast is over at 10 a. M. I hope they had enough food to make it. It was a disaster. Just bad. Our jacuzzi room had seen better days. See pictures. I want my points back! what a waste.

Only thing missing from our room is a microwave & crib. Very clean rooms.

Any hotel that puts this picture in their elevator deserves 5 stars.

It’s fine for an airport hotel. Expectations were met and they were not high.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The entire staff has been outstanding! Very friendly and accommodating. We are staying here under stressful circumstances as we escape Hurricane Florence and our stay here has made it much easier. Thank you very much!

Angel and Tiffany was great. They helped make our stay more enjoyable… the room was excellent jus wish for more lighting and places to hang clothes up. But overall stay was fantastic. Oh 1 more thing when walking back in from pool watch ti our step there is no sign posted and my daughter hurt her foot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and Eric went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Greenville.

I've stayed here multiple times when relocating to Greenville. All of my stays were as expected. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and accommodating. One of the times I stayed they gave me a room on the side of the hotel that had yet to be renovated (in 2015) and it was not up to my standard. They quickly apologized and gave me a better room without hesitation. They do offer free breakfast, I never tried it but the guests who did seemed to enjoy it. There are lots of dining options available in the area, most of them being walkable. Overall, I'd stay here again if I were looking for a hotel in the area.

They said they were going to have a Handicap bathroom and they didn't. Then don't give you enough towels. The employees were nice tho. So we left early (1 day). So they charged us for the whole weekend. When we called they gave us the run around. Kept sending us to another person. So we left messages and no one would call back. But we eventually got the money back.

We arrived at 4 am so needless to say we were very tired. When we finally got to our room, after a smooth check in, and our keys didn't work! Back down stairs we went with all our bags and two small children in tow! Once we got the key figured out, we went to take a shower after a long long drive. The shower was great except the tub filled up to our lower calf. It was good for a foot soak but pretty gross to be standing around in. Once it drained I had to wait until morning to get it cleaned out to give my younger child a bath. The service was good and the staff was friendly and did what they could to fix the issues. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast should have been free (especially with the problems we experienced) and the beds were nice to sleep in (although the sheets were old and worn). Overall I would only stay here again if I had to!

Room (2 room suite with jacuzzi) was average. Sofa in living area was not a pull out, and all the appliances are dated. It was nice to have a full sized refrigerator in the room for a long stay, but that was the highlight of the stay. Pipes are noisy, and the rooms are definitely not soundproof. Pool was closed, so our kids were unhappy. The staff was nice and friendly, and the room was taken care of 3 out of the 4 days we stayed.

Spoke to worker Tracey. Worse customer service. She is very blunt. Great Hotel but workers are quite rude.

Nice hotel, very nice staff, close to lots of places to eat, lots of plugs in the room and a free breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked a room for king bed and sofa bed. Initial room was not as advertised and did not have a pull out sofa bed. Second room that we got was not a suite but did have a sofa bed. The sofa bed would not open fully. At this point we asked for a second room, but the person on duty said he wasn’t authorized to give us an additional room. So we then paid for an additional room. Plenty of other places to stay nearby. But wait, it gets better. Very low water pressure on sixth floor, so either no water comes out or it is scalding. That is full on in photo.

We stay here through the Shriners Children's Hospital, usually about every 3 or 4 months, and the staff are great, very friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfy cozy. They do have a restaurant in the lobby if you want to just grab a quick bit to eat or even a drink to unwind. They offer a breakfast but I do wish they had more of a selection for breakfast. You can get an omelet cooked anyway you want but it's extra. But over all a great place!

Rooms were ok. Clean. Check in and check out staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and I would have enjoyed it if half of it had not been wrapped up before 10:00am. Granted I got there at 9:30pm, but when you start closing shop while I am making my plate. It kind of pisses me off.

Staff friendly. Did not have room available at time of check in gave us an upgrade no extra charge. Due to system issues. Roon clean and comfortable. Bed firm but soft. Nice pillows. Will stay there again.

Average room but clean. The hallway smelled of old cigarette smoke and so did our room which we did not complain about as we checked in around 9 pm and just wanted to sleep. We stayed 1 night and checked out before 10 am. The next day I noticed a $250 and $150 charge from the hotel on my account. I called to find out why and the guy I spoke with was very concerned and polite. He told me the supervisor would need to address it the follow day. I called back and spoke with the front supervisor who told me the charge was for smoking in the room. We did NOT smoke in the room and I politely explained how it smelled like cigarette smoke up the entire hallway. She was kind enough to go over the "house keeping report" and offered to let me speak to the general manager. Right off the get go he was rude and told me that I smoked in the room which of course made me get very defensive as I DO NOT SMOKE. He basically called me a liar and also said that his house keepers had to pass drug screens and background checks to work there. I happen to be a nurse so I have to pass those as well. The conversation ended in this man telling me he was not going to argue with me and I smoked in the room that's all there was too it there was no way possible the hall smelled of smoke when we got there. So now I'm out $250 for something I DID NOT do.

Very nice until the male house keeper just barged in to my room with out knocking or checking if some one was in the room. Ugh. I was horrified. Up until then great service clean rooms and the breakfast was great.

Room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bartender made some good drinks but you could tell she was high. She smelled like weed. Very talkative and friendly.

One of the worst 2 night stays ever Checked in and asked for a room away from traffic cause I'm working nights for couple days. Went to the room. Opened door and immediately tripped over a chair that was right behind the room door. Room was not clean. Bedding was on floor. They gave me a new room. Tried taking a nap but maids were banging doors open and close at least 100 times. They were talking and laughing in the hallways so loud and swearing. Finally got up to get ready for work and hot water never got hot. Ended up taking a cold shower cause I had to get to work Explained everything to lady at counter and went to work. She said she would pass my complaints to the manager. Next morning after work I got a different room and had hot water. Went to sleep and 4 hours later I get woken by maids talking and laughing right outside my door. And banging doors. Got up and went back downstairs to complain again. Finally noise stopped but I was already awake and couldn't go back to sleep. Worst part is I'm stuck here for another day.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was no free breakfast included like most hotels unfortunately. The only bad thing we found about our stay was how tiny the pillows were — they were smaller than couch pillows. Other than that it was good.

Easy to find with GPS. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is excellent. Breakfast presentation is well done.

The location is good, the room was clean and staff was friendly. Usual amenities in room, but no complementary breakfast, they charge $8.99 a person for breakfast as I recall. Fridge and microwave in room, free local calls.

This is a very nice hotel with very quiet rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful with anything you need. It's close and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping.

The room was very nice, and had a refrigerator even though the description didn't mention one. The young woman at the front desk in the evening when I arrived was quite friendly and helpful.

Wyndham's aesthetic offers one overriding theme: fresh and clean. Decor is dominated by chef-coat white and antiseptic mint green, clean lines and bubbles reminding me of a box of soap. Staff are responsive and the standard continental breakfast was supplemented by made-to-order omelettes and cheddar grits.

When we found this hotel the first thing I read was free breakfast. Upon checking in the staff gave us the breakfast time. Went down to grab a cup of coffee and was informed I had to pay for buffet. The buffet was expensive and consisted of the same foods you'd find in any hotel that offers free breakfast. Other than that hotel was decent.

Nice hotel, all the staff very friendly. Pleasant decor as well. Just confusing to have two hotels from the same family next to each other.

Zero stars. They booked my reservation, they told me there was a pet deposit required, they asked the breed and took the reservation. At 1230am in Greenville on a Friday night the manager refused to give me a room because there is a 50 lb limit. Nobody asked me that information when I booked. All rooms in the city are booked. Now what? Wyndham really sucks.

I dnt think am going to this hotel called to set reservation, and the lady was highly unprofessional. She got an altitude cause I ask did the rooms have flat screen tv's. If you dnt like ur job maybe you should find another one, really.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! I will never come back here nor recommend this hotel to ANYONE. My experience was not pleasant at all, the morning after I was showering and he heard a loud banging on the door my husband went to open it and it was the staff saying they HAD to come in the bathroom, obviously I was showering and my husband did not allow that, however they wanted to burst through the door to "fix a leak" while I was showering. Disrespectful and humiliating is not enough to describe the experience at this hotel. I travel constantly for my work and never ever had to deal with such a treatment. The manager and whole hotel staff are horrible, the breakfast is also horrible. Nothing good to say.

The staff we're not friendly at all! When we got back to our room our second night staying they had not cleaned our room. But had obviously came into the room to pick up towels, and didn't leave new ones. A friend and I had to go downstairs and ask the guy at the front desk for everything! He seemed very aggravated that we were asking for these things. We had to clean the room and change the sheets. When we asked why our room wasn't cleaned he told us the housekeeping started cleaning at 9am and if we were in our room they skipped over us. Again the towels were gone from where we left them. And check out isn't till 11 am. The only thing I did enjoy was the breakfast.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff besides the Lil hateful girl at the front desk.
