The manager at this hotel genuinely cares for her staff and goes above and beyond to help the guest. I've been to a lot of hotels due to work travels, the staff here remind me of that movie "Maid in Manhattan". I'm used to at least one nasty attitude at every hotel. Not one here, everyone is friendly and down to earth. Almost too picture perfect, it's gotta be in the water. The manager deserves more appreciation for how well maintained the staff and hotel are.

Great Home away from home. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping an entertainment. The customer service is awesome, from the front desk staff to the maintenance personnel and housekeeping. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Our company uses this location to house employees that are here for a week or so at a time. The staff has always been fantastic at working with us regarding multiple reservations, changes to those reservations etc. The rooms are always in good condition and the staff is wonderful about communicating with us. We honestly would rather not use another hotel.

Great Customer Service, Amber was very knowledgeable of the area and gave some great dinner recommendations. Will use this hotel again in the future. Rooms were clean. Great Atmosphere.

GREAT ACCOMMODATIONS & LOCATION! From the time I walked thru the door until I checked out the hotel staff was WONDERFUL! This is a great location, near great restaurants and a lardge mall. Pluses were staff in all areas, esp Manager Amanda Roberts who took time to help me with anything I needed and explain the area to me. Really no negatives at all. Will definitely be back to stay next time I’m in the area.

Extended stay is a beautifully ran establishment the employees are guest oriented an strive to maintain your best services they are not baggering nor rude they go out of the way to help you so everyone traveling I reccomend extended stay as a perfect getaway…

I stay at this property often, its clean and comfortable. The location is good, close to I85 and several restaurants are in walking distance. But most notable is it's staff, from the General Manager to staff they are great group!

Hi I just wanted to say that Marlene and Jennifer was the best customer service I have had while staying in Extended StayAmerica… They were wonderful in all the help I needed. Hotel was very clean and neat… Jennifer and Marlene rock… I will continue to stay here when I visit Greenville South Carolina.

Not a bad place to stay but do not disturb sign doesn't stop them from entering your room. Make sure your private/personal valuables are not left in room.

Just spoke to the front desk to a woman named Jannette. It is 3:15 am on a Sunday morning. The front desk couldn’t be less friendlier! My boyfriend and I are coming from far and we are super tired. Nightly rate is reasonable but to put down $100 in CASH just to sleep till check out is outrageous. Sorry not worth it!

We have some friends visiting from out of town so we went to visit them and sat with them for a little bit. In the room we found it to be rather nice. Clean, a complete kitchenette and there's plenty of room I asked how much it was and I was just surprised that they're only 59 or $69 a night so with all that. Yes, it's awsome — — — nice little place. We'd definitely stay here:-).

We have been here over a year and have had a great stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette is quite large for a hotel. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful and, I feel, have gone out of their way to accommodate us more than a few times. We will continue to return to ESA Greenville-Airport in our travels. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our room hasn’t been dusted in probably a month. There is an odor, it’s definitely not worth 2.5 stars. There is a stray hair as well as dust on the phone and a pubic hair in the tub. Unfortunately it was prepaid and non refundable so we are stuck. The halls are dark and the carpets are dirty and stained. Literally using a flashlight looking for bed bugs. This place is scary. AVOID! Go to Motel6!

Stayed for a month with a crawling baby, a toddler, and a young child. House keeping never came, had to buy my own broom, dust pan, and mop to sweep the carpet and floor and buy and use our own trash bags. Upon preparing to leave we washed the dishes, gathered the trash, and put towels and wash cloths in nice pile in the bathroom. Walked back in to take care of some business and overheard staff including the hotel manager talking about how trashed our room was (I included pictures of the "disarray" the room was left in) it literally only needed to be vacuumed. Earlier that month a couple I met there checked out and I overheard the staff gossiping and degrading them saying their dog stunk and the room stunk, I visited the room and met the dog, neither were at all like the rumors they were spreading. Very unprofessional High school like gossiping staff. Also our heater didn't work in our room and temperatures were down to 56º outside.

Staff was friendly. Rates were great and include small kitchenette. Beds are ok.

Basic rooms that seem to have been recently "refreshed" and lightly renovated. The grounds and the building needs better upkeep… there are trash barrels overflowing and junk lying around the check-in area. The Wi-Fi is the slowest I've ever used in a hotel (even the paid upgrade Wi-Fi — don't bother! ). Also, my truck, along with a few other vehicles, were broken in to while staying here in June 2017. I realize management is not responsible for vandalism or theft, but I did not even get a "sorry" or any sort of contact from them at all regarding the matter. The area is OK overall — it's actually convenient to restaurants and shopping — but the parking lot has some shady characters roaming around after dark. Needless to say, don't leave any valuables in your vehicle if you stay here…

Comfortable bed. Kitchen in room, stove, sink, microwave, full refrigerator with freezer. Room was clean, sheets, and towels are clean. Staff was friendly. Laundromat on site. Discounts for longer stays. I will book here again next time I come visit.

The room was very clean and well put together. The staff was wonderful and ready to help and accommodate us in any way. Very close to downtown and was within walking distance of any shop or restaurant I could want to go to.

Liked having frig/microwave. Hairdryer and better pillows would be nice. Pleasant staff.

Location was great for my purpose of visiting my sister. The beds are comfy, air works well, service is good, and there's plenty of room. Unfortunately, the shower is… just bad and their breakfast is pretty lacking. Still, overall a nice place.

Comfortable beds, good square footage microwave, stovetop, refrigerator all in good working order everything you need for an extended stay.

We stayed only 2 of the 4-6 weeks we expected to, but wish we had stayed the whole time. The staff, all departments, were Very Friendly and helpful — smiles and greetings always! The property is nice — clean rooms, hallways, laundry room, lobby and parking lot. Feeling safe is important to us and we did. The location is great — so many restaurants, shops, a Bi-Lo and Walmart — all within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone! A big Thank You to all the staff!

Room had some issues being clean, toothpaste left on sink and beer bottle caps on floor. Everything else seems to be good.

Clean room, recently renovated but it is still only an extended stay so it isn't the best quality.

Be very carefull here! They will accuse you of smoking in the room & charge you $250.00. They called me in my room and said they found cigarette butts in my garbage. I said really, … you went thru my garbage? Well the butts were in there because I went to empty the ash tray in my car & the trash can at the entrance door was so full & overflowing with garbage, that I emptied my ash tray in my room garbage. If there was a negative rating I would give that, but one star is as low as it goes. Jennifer, the manager is a money Grubbing bimbo. I'd be willing to bet that $250.00 goes straight in her pocket. The fire alarm goes off randomly at least one a week and everyone must evac. That sucks @ 3:30am! Ya might have to spend money on hotel, but make sure it's not this one!

Wall stains, old appliances, concave mattress. Door keys deactivate for no reason. Back doors are always propped open and entrance is available to anyone including undesirables. It is not a hotel and I feel cleaner when not there.

Usual accommodations, easy to walk to restaurants or walmart. Room had no pans, plates, cups or silverware nothing. I had to go down to the lobby and get all the stuff for the room.

I can't believe this place got reviews calling it "super clean". The room I was in was by far the most disgusting hotel room I've ever stayed in (I've stayed in motels this disgusting, but I expect it of those places). Stains all over the floor, walls, and ceiling. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a decade. When you walk through the hall either to your room or to the front desk, you can see gaps in tons of the doors. I think it's rude for guests to hang out right in front of the main doors smoking, but it's horrible business when those smokers are employees. I cringe every time I think about that place because of the filth. I like staying in hotels because they usually tend to be more clean. This was not the case here.
